So Saeed here built a completely free Chrome extension called Superpower ChatGPT. And according to an interview in Starter Story, in 2024 he mentioned that this extension was making $20,000 to $30,000 every single month. Now I personally remember using this Chrome extension when it came out.
It was extremely useful for ChatGPT, so you could connect ChatGPT to the internet, and it didn't do that at the time by itself. The crazy part is that he earned all this money without ever charging people a single dime for it. Then there's Anatoly here, a designer from Georgia.
He was interviewed by some indie hackers and according to them, he was making around $30,000 a month by selling ready-made templates for websites. Now there is the most impressive one that I think I've seen so far myself, his name is Ivan and he created this tool that you probably know yourself called Photopea.
Now according to him, Photopea has 1 million daily users, generated him $3 million in 2024, that's around $250,000 every single month. And I can go here all day talking about people that have similar results doing many of these
things online and everything that I said here, every single person I've named have verifiable sources that you can fact check yourself using the text guide link in the description of this video. Now, obviously, in 2026, probably this Chrome extension does a lot of more things than it did in 2024. But as you can see here, over 100,000 users, 4.5 stars with 3,600 ratings. So how exactly can you build something like this yourself? Basically, you have to find demand, something
that people are actually paying for or that they are willing to pay for. text guide down for you but let's get started here with the research in the text guide there's a prompt that you can use to do the research to find a demand and things that you can create these chrome extensions to sell really easily using tools like cloud code or even codex so
since i'm demonstrating this for a youtube video i'm going to ask quad to do it quickly for me as you can see here but here is the prompt that you're going to be posting and i'm just going to hit enter and see what cloud comes back with now while cloud is getting the demand here for me i
want to explain that every single time that you list something on a chrome web store which is where people go to find your chrome extension you have to pay a five dollar fee to be able to list it here so there's this entry fee but it's a one-time fee you post every single time you upload a new tool here now in saeed's case he makes twenty to thirty thousand dollars a month by
selling his chat gpt superpower here but he never charges a cent for it so how exactly is he making money from it. Now, the way that he does this is that every single person that installs this extension here has to create an account to use it. Therefore, every time that they create an
account, he gets their email address and he created a email newsletter, which he uses to promote things to this audience and sponsors pay him to get a sponsored spot in which they promote their own products using his newsletter. And then he can charge a sponsorship fee every
single email that he sends out to his list. That's how he's making the money. So you can see here, cloud came back with five different ideas fork a chat gpt chat ask questions about the video you're watching resume uh that rewrites itself with the job you're looking at make your saves
post actually useful problem people say hundreds of x for reddit posts and never look at them again who creators and researchers so it is a common extension that's going to solve this problem now once you have that there's a second form here that you can just copy and paste

charging anywhere from $200 to make an unclassified ad, $600 to make a secondary ad, to $1,100 to make a primary ad. So $1,100 per email that he sends out to his newsletter. That is a lot of money.
And if you scroll down here, he's showing people who his audience is, what their interest is. There's all the information here that a possible brand that's going to sponsor his videos for his emails are going to want to know. And you can see here people that have already previous partnerships
that sponsored emails in his email newsletter here. So it's a lot of people, like I said before. Now, the niche that he is operating in here is very, very valuable because he knows exactly who they are. As you can see here, he has all the information about them. They are heavy chat
GPS users. They're interested in AI and things like that, finance, maybe productivity. And that is exactly why people pay a lot for it. Imagine if he had 100,000 kids in his email newsletter, they wouldn't be worth much because kids cannot spend any money. Now, there's another way that
you can earn money not just from capturing emails and creating your own newsletter and promoting products on it the second way is you can keep your extension for completely free and you can charge something like nine dollars or nineteen dollars per month for the extra features
that your chrome extension has many chrome extensions here on the google extension squad i don't know what it's called that do exactly this this chrome extension here called keywords everywhere i use it myself and it charges like fifteen dollars a month i'm not sure and when
you go to youtube what it does is it shows you what people are searching for so if i go here and I type in how to make money online, this Chrome extension will show me the search volume of these keywords here on YouTube. That's all it does. And it charges a monthly membership for that.
And you can charge for bulk actions, saved history, automations, things like that are things that you can actually charge a membership for. Now, how exactly do you promote a Chrome extension like this? It's very simple. And I've explained here in my past videos, you can just go back and watch a few videos if you wanna know how to promote software like this,
using really interesting ads. And a good example of this is a software that I use myself called Motion Calendar. As you can see, I have it on my dock. I literally use this have been using it me and my team for the past three years I guess and they make some really good ads So if you watch some of these videos here I going to leave the link down in the text side below you going to see how they promote these and you can easily create something

Now, the framing that you use when you create these ads is extremely important. The way you frame your ads is very important for people to be able to click that on it
or not. If you're promoting some extension, nobody cares. So how exactly should you frame your software? You should frame it around the problem that it solves. So in Motions case, just to give you an example, they framed this as a $100,000 AI assistant in your laptop that organizes everything for you for a very cheap monthly membership.
That's how they promote their software. And it was a really good idea. And that's exactly what hooked me at the time because their AI calendar, you can just throw in a task and it will find the best time and it will literally schedule it for you. You don't have to do anything.
You just tell it, hey, I have this task here and it will find you the best time for you to be able to do that. Now, I know that the hardest part from everything that I've just explained here is not even building the extension anymore. It's actually knowing what product you need to build. It's like a Photoshop copy, but it's online on your browser, meaning you don't have to use an app. You don't have to have a computer to use it. You can do it from anywhere. You can simply edit your photos from your browser. This website here doesn't look very impressive, but it gets a million visitors every single day.
This website made this guy $3 million in 2024, and that's over $250,000 every single month from a simple one-page website that he created and that he spent $700 a year to maintain. Now, another really, really, really, really good example of this here is the Sweet Calculator.
Check this website here. Wrap your head around this website. This website makes $30,000 a month. This website here makes so much money and it's simply a page where you can go in and calculate how many hours you need to sleep or what time you need to go to bed to be able to sleep,
let's say eight hours in a night. That's all this website here does. Now, before I continue here with this method, Cloud actually just finished creating my Chrome extension. I want you to give something like cloud or codex a prompt exactly like this one codex is this app here which is just the coding version of chat gpt it's exactly the same difference is it's more useful let me go ahead and
minimize this for you to be able to build a website exactly like similar to what you're seeing here one page website that does and solves one problem you're going to be running ads on this site here and that is exactly how most of these websites are generating this amount of revenue if you run ads
on the website you can use something like monetag or ad star you can also use google adsense once you start getting some traffic now google adsense will take a little while to be able to approve you because they need to see that your website has some type of traffic coming in. Once you have some type of traffic coming in you can activate Google AdSense as well Now all of these ad platforms will run ads on your site here and you can expect to earn anywhere from to per 1 visitors that you get on their website Now how exactly do you get those visitors Well you can do the SEO by using
something like Quadcode or Codex. They can do it for you. You don't even have to do anything. Just say, hey, do the SEO on my website for me, and that's it. It will simply do the SEO on your website, put it live, do all the work for you. And there's also another trick that most people have no idea about, which is called GEO. GEO is going to allow AI platforms to be able to
recommend your website. So if I type something into ChatGPT, for example, and I ask ChatGPT, hey, how many hours do I have to sleep tonight to be able to get like nine hours of sleep till tomorrow morning? And ChatGPT could recommend me this website by me adding a simple file to my

This one is one that I'm pretty sure a lot of you guys

The first thing that these guys are all doing is they search a topic that people are actually interested in reading about. Now, how exactly can you do that effectively? Nowadays, it's very, very simple. AI recently has made things incredibly simple now. So just go ahead.
In the text down below, I have four prompts for you. One will find the topic for you to be able to create something on. The second one will do the research for you. to make sure that people already want this, and to make sure that you create the best book possible.
It will research things like bestsellers, and it will research things like complaints that people left on reviews of other books on a similar topic. It will also research things that people complimented about the bestselling books to implement on your book, potentially. Then, not only that, it will find the gaps,
things that people on all of these niches are asking for in the comments that all of the other books, even the bestselling ones, have not spoken about in their own books, that you could potentially create even chapters on your book, follow all of these strategies that are already proven and have a best-selling book yourself.
And the fourth prompt located down in the text guide will write the entire book for you following my exact strategy, which is you first start with the goal of that book in mind, write their end goal first, then you break down the chapters going backwards, and then you ask AI to build every

books? Well, the first way you can do that is by publishing in something like Google Books for, let's say, $999. Now, when you publish your book on Google Books, if you charge $999, you're going to keep 70% and Google is going to take a 30% cut of whatever sale you make.
And there's also a little trick here that you can use to be able to make even more money from these books that you're selling. Here it is. When you publish your book online on the seller dashboard, you can click on add a book and go ahead and click on create an auto-narrated audiobook. Then you simply pick the book you just published, set a voice, set a price, and just hit
publish. That's it. As you can see here, you don't even need a narrator that could potentially cost you hundreds or even thousands of dollars to be able to narrate your book for you. And by doing this, you're already making twice the money you could be making from one simple book that you just created to be able to sell since you're studying the audiobook version of it as well. Not only that,
here's the second trick you can use to make even more from the same book. Go to Amazon KDP and list your book there as well. And when you list your book there, you need to tick this box that says virtual voice. When you do that, Amazon will literally navigate your book exactly like Google
does here using AI and it will upload it to the platform for sale. Now, Amazon's platform is called Audible. Audible is ginormous. It's huge and it has so many millions of users worldwide. So this platform here has extreme potential to be able to make money selling audiobooks. Not only
that, all of this, the entire process from end to end is completely free. say a website design you can simply say something like the prompts that I give you here now in the text guide which says a website for the audience I just put photographers in here and the audience I put like married couples whatever you can just put your own audience here that you can do research
on using AI and after that you just define how you want it to look like what pages your website's gonna have home gallery prices about contact how it feels when people open that website one elegant calm the colors cream and gold soft light big photos little text easy to read prices a simple contact form
that's all you have to do then after you type in your problems into the hit enter here and wait and Google stitch will literally create the entire thing right before your eyes from anything you don't have to do anything there's anything you don't like here on Google stitch you can simply ask it here and it will change it
for you now you can see Google stitch is really creating here for me and it's creating like the color palette the entire brand the visual design everything and you can just generate these things in real time now what most people don know here about this is that you can literally if you like a website in specific you can go ahead grab the link to that website paste it in here and say hey i want my website
to look like this and google official literally created for you okay cool so as you can see here on my screen google fish actually finished creating the website so i can potentially zoom in here see what the color palette looks like i can zoom in as much as i want and here is what the website looks like at the moment so if i don't like anything here i could just ask google stitch
to make changes for me but in my opinion for what i created here for married couples for a photographer's website this looks absolutely stunning and i say that you just wanted to make some changes on a fly here you can simply click on a page let's say you don't like the text you can click and change the text yourself you can ask ai to edit this part if you don't like the image
click here edit with ai and ask it to create a different image for you it's literally that simple there's no cache it's a google stage for a couple of years you can create anything you want here and then you can simply click here export and it will export it to your computer that is it to be able to sell these websites you can simply go here to framer this is like the best option you can
find online to be able to sell any websites. I mean, at least for me. And you could list here your website design or app design for something very cheap, something like $59, for example. Now, another thing that I really like about Framer is that it doesn't take a commission. So every
single time you make a sale, you keep 100% of the price that you made selling your website or app design here. And also, Framer is a website that people have to pay a monthly membership to be able to access. So whenever you upload something here and people download your design, even if it's
completely free. Framer will actually give you 50% of that person's membership for 12 months, which is insane. It's a really good opportunity. One free template that you just created here in like two minutes inside Google Stitch could become potentially for you many monthly payments. This
is insane. This is a huge opportunity. Most people have no idea. They've never even heard about this before. Let's say that you posted this website here for photographers. It's completely free. You just created it. You didn't do anything. You just download it. Okay, get the design, post it on Framer. And let's say that 100 people download it for free. They don't say anything for
your design. They just download it for free. A hundred people, let's say that they pay $20 a month for their membership. You earn 10 per month. That's $200. That's part of how Anatoly makes money. He has 70% of his money comes from the sales and 30% of his revenue comes from referrals,
which is what this account says. Method number five, digital products. Now, Emily, like I explained, made $250,000 in under two years selling spreadsheets, according to her interview in 2024. Now, the way that you actually do this, it's very, very simple, especially now that AI
has come into the scene and it's useful as it is. You can go here to something like Etsy. This is see what I'm talking about and you can see many of these spreadsheets that people use. Business owners use these spreadsheets. Recipe cost calculator, recipe calculator, recipe cost,
bakery business, a business spreadsheet. Let's try this one out here. This product here alone that you can create in a few minutes using AI has 4.8 reviews, 60 reviews, 4.8 stars. There's a lot of people that actually like this. If it has 60 reviews, you can imagine that it sold at least
three times more than that. Now just taking here from the price that it cost, $8.69. If we count that it sold three times 60 then that's 1.5k that's a lot of money from a product that you can create in a few minutes using ai list for 20 cents because that's what it costs to list
something on etsy 20 cents 1500 in passive income that's insane now how exactly do you create your products well i have the prompts here that you can simply give to club or chat you can see and it will do the entire thing for you from end to end simply download it on the text guide down
below there are four or five prompts that you can use to find the demand so you're never building something blindly, something that people don't want to pay for. When you use prompt number one, cloud will actually find the best selling product for you, do the exact same thing that it did with the books before, then it will build that for you and it will turn that into a live app. Now,
the live app part, I'm going to explain here in just a second, because here's what people don't understand about Google Sheets. Most people have no idea about this. Google Sheets has a part where it's called app scripts that you can add small lines of code that turn your spreadsheet into
an actual app. Now, you don't have to understand how this works. The prompts that you're going to download and the text right down below already has all this baked into it so chat gpt or even cloud will already create your spreadsheet with this baked into it now an example of how this app
is structured let's say that there's a guy a mexican guy in la that has a food truck and sells tacos right cool that's pretty cool and he has a tablet where he uses to be able to record every single sale that he makes now with an app or a spreadsheet just like this one instead of just
typing in everything manually and doing the calculations manually on the spreadsheet himself what he could instead do is use the live app spreadsheet that he just created which will create for him a menu it will look exactly like a menu on his tablet that when he clicks on that
item it automatically records the sale and even adds that up to his bottom line now i have these two youtube videos here that i have that i found on youtube itself that will show you exactly how these work and i'll leave the link to these youtube videos down in the description of this
one if you want to see how they work as well but this would be what the menu would look like and as soon as he clicked on one it will automatically record that sale for the customer this is just incredibly useful for small business owners and you could easily sell this thing for less than $20 or even $20 on something like Gumroad which charges you zero commission fees. Now if you want
