When they pray, they ask for something simple, believing that God will give them something bigger. The question is, why don't we ask God for the impossible? One of the most beautiful articles I've read is by Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Ashmawy, titled " Ashmawy says that God is too kind to let His servant raise his hands in supplication and then refuse, granting him nothing he asks for. It's impossible. Now imagine that the person asking God for something is actually asking Him for stinginess! I'm sorry, but sometimes people pray to God as if they're praying to a human being. They say, "Oh God, oh God, I just want 100,000 pounds, and my life will be perfect!" My son, why are you praying to God like that? You're praying to the Giver of All, the One who... With her are treasures of everything. Ask God for the impossible. By God, look at our master Solomon when he came to pray to God for his sustenance and his kingdom. Look at what he prayed for and said to Him. He said, “My Lord, forgive me and grant me a kingdom such as will not belong to anyone after me. When you pray, you are dealing with the Bestower, you are dealing with the One who possesses the treasures of everything, and the treasures of everything are endless. Don't be stingy in your supplication to God. Keep that asceticism in everything else in this world except for your asceticism in them, used to supplicate to God, they didn't supplicate In the ordinary part of Paradise, people used to pray to God for the highest level of Paradise, which is the highest level in Heaven.
