Одно слово заставило меня получать визу в США? 7 лет. Сейчас расскажу почему. Я решился получать визу еще в 2018 году, но записался на подачу документов только в 2019. Не успел. Кремит ковид, и еще около 3 лет я не могу подать доки из-за закрытых центров.
Сами понимаете, виза становится уже серьезным челленджем. И вот в 23-м году я наконец приехал на собеседование в Вене. Добрался до консульства, зашел, начал мило общаться с женщиной, и в какой-то момент она спросила меня, о чем мой контент на ютубе.
Недолго думая, я ответил женщине Cyber Security, Что и стало роковой ошибкой. Все специалисты, связанные с кибербезопасностью, всегда проходят административную проверку при получении визы. Обычно она длится около 6 месяцев, но я прождал еще 3 года.
Пытался дозвониться в консульство, запустить ее заново, но ноль реакции. Я уже отчаялся и в 2025 году решил все-таки съездить в Астану. Попробовать хотя бы перезапустить проверку, подавшись на американскую визу в ноль. Вероятность одобрения визы меньше 1%, но я рассчитывал хотя бы выйти из петли бюрократии.
Как итог, мне одобрили визу прямо на собеседование. Магия.
