[41:55] More than 10,000 units have been manufactured and sold. Satisfy customer, in the beginning when you give passion then you get some satisfaction but after 2 years the thought comes that this plan is rejected further, there is a big problem in this house
[42:08] meaning give us satisfaction because this is what satisfaction has to be given then we have come into education so here in real estate first one or two things are coming to mind that like it starts with one house, you also told that now there are 12000 10-12
[42:23] flats but in the beginning real estate or builder is such a word in which trust hardly comes in this industry. How did you build trust that the journey went up to 12,000?  See, trust is not built.
[42:38] [laughter] because what are your feelings ? I tell every customer that Sir, look, the work of the builder is such that you cannot satisfy him 100%. even after building such a nice house, she would still ask, " What kind of house did you get?"  Look, I
[42:53] came after seeing this.  Look, you can't do this [laughs].  Find fault in the Taj Mahal. So I used to tell every customer that look sir, if anything happens, we are with you.  You tell us, we will do it.  So gradually, whatever I got, I became convinced that if I had
[43:10] convinced that if I had built a building in Bhopal in the name of SEZ, our rates would have increased by 25 to 50%. Because there was a belief that if Sanjeev has said so, he will give the passion on time.   The one who has
[43:22] said that he will give passion.   If this is the trust then never interfere, you keep on building it, it has been 43 years sir, I am doing this, it has become so, it is beginning for me, now when I agree, I will tell our team that
[43:37] when you are selling this for 4000 rupees, you sell it for 8000 rupees in square feet, this is what happens today, what are the big brands, there are big bunches, leave it on, a thing worth 3000 rupees is sold for 30000 rupees [laughs]
[43:53] enough, it is sold for up to 3 lakhs. What is?  It is the brand itself that you enjoy wearing.  I say this is for Sage brand. Make it capture the hearts and minds of two people. If it is written somewhere that it is SEZ then it is a trust.
[44:07] This is the guarantee of SEZ. When you started, as we talked about the journey from one house to 12,000 houses, in the beginning, many people were there, at that time I am taking examples
[44:19] that more people would be involved in this work. Not everyone can reach this level. You didn't just grow in real estate.  You grew in many sectors.  So what do you think?  What were the reasons that you were able to take it to this scale?  You were able to make it so big.  There would be
[44:33] contracting at that time. Contracting tax boss is the same thing.  I had no thought at all.  I loved Bhopal.  I could n't get out much.  Many people tell me that friend Sanjeev, if you had come to Delhi Bombay Metro,
[44:46] today you would have 10 times more capital.  These things happen. I said, look friend, I am working as much as I think.  It is increasing as much as God has increased. working as much as I think.  It is increasing as much as God has increased.
[44:59] It is possible that if I had come to Delhi, I would not have been able to do what I did today. Therefore whatever God is doing, he is doing for good. they took money on interest.   I invested my money somewhere else.  Delivery was
[45:13] not given on time. So they kept ending. But what you said is a very big thing for everyone that we discussed both the examples with the right thinking you have given.  It is your greatness that you have taken both.
[45:27] You also said that they did not have any thinking and you also said that they might be thinking about some people above me also. you also said that they might be thinking about some people above me also. big dream for many people.  What thoughts led you there?  I am asking this because

[47:33] You should identify 10 good influencers, broadcasters who teach you the art of living. Learn from him and listen to his good broadcasts today. our time we had to read books. [laughter]
[47:48] So we had a library of books with me. I could not sleep at night unless I read a good book.  Should I not read two-three chapters of Geeta Ji or [laughter] Put in a practice. Like even today,
[48:01] before going to sleep at night, I either read a book or meditate a little.  I chant some mantras or open my bag.  I work for an hour and a half.  I do all the work sitting for one hour at night.   Only then all the work sitting for one hour at night.   Only then
[48:16] Meet such people.  Listen to what good people say. Read about good people. Thinking starts changing.   There was talk about books.  Which book Geeta ji.   Yes, yes.
[48:28] two or three lessons that you have learnt from the Bhagavad Gita?  I took the entire lesson from him. entire lesson was all inside him.  There is decoding.   It has its own
[48:41] feeling of doing, the passion that has come, Krishna showed the future to Arjun. That this is going to happen in the future.  When he tried to stop them from killing, he said that all of them are dying anyway.
[48:53] they have given their death, you can see everything right now.  There are a lot of books, something in every book. What is your buying price? And how to adopt it rather than taking it? How to bring about excision?
