[00:00] Facebook's YouTube channels are collapsing and not for the reason you might think. Everybody's naming AI and competition, but that's not the entire problem. The truth is much worse and the people at the top, they don't want you to know about this stuff. [00:14] But here's the crazy part, right? So even as everybody says that it's bad, beginners are still blowing up Facebook channels by doing something different, even from scratch. So the year is 2023, AI tools just launched, [00:28] and suddenly anyone can make a video without a face, without a camera, without skills. YouTube changed forever, they said, and thousands of people rushed in to start their business with channels. [00:40] But some people were panicking now, saying, do you realize what we've just done? And they were right, because ever since that day, faceless YouTube has never been the same. Now look, this started with good intentions. [00:52] These tools genuinely lowered the barrier and let normal people create when before you needed experience on a big team. AI helped. But then it suddenly went way too far. [01:04] We had core sellers and software companies that started to join the game. They launched courses and tools, and they all promised to make you a faceless billionaire. And the promises got more and more extreme as time went on. [01:16] At first, it was start a faceless channel and possibly make money in 6 to 12 months if you work hard. Then it was do it in 3 months. Then it was pass it. Then it was fully automated. and then it was while you sleep with no skills and no brain required. [01:31] And suddenly, a quiet little business of faceless YouTube became extremely mainstream. And I brought it to today with tutorials promising you'll run a fully automated AI channel from a beach in Bali, [01:43] supporting your seven families while you just sleep, live, and live the life, basically. Because now everybody wants to be faceless channel. But then what's the reality actually like when you do have one? Well, surprise, surprise, people had very unreal expectations because they were fed all lies. [02:00] And so here's the first problem guys. Remember that everybody has incentives. I talking about gurus software companies influencers everybody Some of them will always take it a little bit too far saying that it the easiest thing on earth that it the guaranteed path to freedom that it the only way Look I have incentives too I not perfect You should always be suspicious [02:22] But even my own videos and partnerships would perform a lot better if I just hyped it up and kept my mouth shut. And that's the problem, right? So here's the real issue. You cannot fully automate a channel with AI. You just can't. [02:36] At least not something that's going to last and actually work over a long period of time. And I know you've seen a hundred videos telling you that you can click one button, and it's always going to end up with some link to a tool that runs the whole thing for you, [02:49] that you have to pay for, and they are straight up lying to your face. So let's calm down a second, okay? Facebook channels are absolutely not dead. I run Facebook channels, I work with people that do run Facebook channels, and new ones blow up every single day. [03:02] The opportunity hasn't disappeared overnight or something like that. So why does everybody feel like tasteless YouTube is getting harder and harder every single day? Well, let's say back in the good old days, and these are just made up numbers, right? [03:15] Let's say that a hundred people started a tasteless channel, okay? And a few of these people, let's say three people, actually blew up right away, okay? So that means that a few people made it right away. They're very happy. [03:28] And you know what those people are doing? They're quietly busy running their channels, right? They have something to do with it, busy with their channels. Meanwhile, you'll see most of the other people will keep grinding, they keep improving, they try harder and eventually most of them will get there too. [03:42] But some people, a little small few, they're really angry, they'll be loud and they will complain about everything. And even if only 10% of those people are very angry, those 10 angry people, I guarantee [03:56] you, will make the most noise. The ones who are already winning, they're busy winning, right? They're already busy working. So 10 people complain and the rest are going to be silent. And so what's the result, right? [04:08] It's that everybody's now thinking that it's completely impossible, that it's too saturated, that nobody seems to do it anymore, thanks to these 10 people. So yeah, let me be perfectly clear, okay? The competition has definitely increased over the past few years It harder than before it harder than five years ago and that a fair thing to say But people are still blowing up their Facebook channels and the tools that you have today are also so much better than five years ago for beginners which is actually an advantage [04:35] that I and most people never had when we started. And the opportunity, I promise, didn't just fly away on its own, right? And that's the reality. But look, and there's another problem, which is actually a bigger problem, and I hate to break it to you, but somebody's going to do it, right? [04:50] So most people are not made for this. And yeah, I'm sorry, but somebody had to say it. It might be a great fit yourself, but some people should reconsider if they actually have other tips. Faceless YouTube is by no means the only business. [05:04] And if you have a large budget, go open a McDonald's. That's more stable, right? If you want to be an influencer, go dance on TikTok and show your face and do all of that stuff. You have to actually want faceless YouTube. You have to want the benefits of faceless YouTube. [05:17] And you have to know that that is your thing, right? So you need to be motivated and know that this is your thing. Passion and dedication always wins in the end. And if you don't have that, you actually don't have a single chance for this business model. [05:30] So if you want to build a Facebook channel and you're ready to go all in and actually make it happen, then here's exactly what I would do step by step. Number one sounds really simple, but it's quite hard to do in practice. And that is to ignore all the noise. [05:42] If you've made the choice, the decision to do this, you don't need to listen to the negativity or the people complaining. Stop scrolling, block it out and surround yourself with ambitious, dedicated people [05:55] who are actually doing it and actually winning. Number two is to accept the reality. Because while the doomers are bad when they complain, the fake hype that we see online is also harmful. And all that fully automated, no work Bali beach nonsense, I mean nothing against the [06:11] beach in Bali, that's probably a great place, the reality is that it takes real effort and human touch and it's more demanding than most people think. But you can absolutely still do it, but accept that and be ready to face it with everything that you've got. [06:23] Now number three is to focus on the basics, but do them a little bit better. And here's where most people mess up. They focus on the wrong things, right? They obsessed with views or a tiny little fix but they forget about changing a niche And unless you want to be a famous YouTuber it never been about the views right it not about how many views you get it about monetization so pick the right niche start with a solid foundation focus on high lpms and something [06:50] that you can actually monetize and you're not going to need a crazy number of views to win or play a guessing game and that is truly the secret don't avoid competitive niches because competition actually needs to match. You just have to find a unique angle inside that space, [07:05] which AI cannot do. AI is perfect for spotting trends and unpopping issues between the little gaps in each space. So it's really good for that. And then I'm keeping the pace really quick here. Let's move on to stage number four. It's quite easy to feel helpless when you're starting something [07:19] like this, like your channel is a lottery ticket. And yes, there's some luck involved in everything really do but you can also 10x 20x or even 50x your chances of winning by doing the right things [07:32] and a lot of it is free as well it's kind of like meeting the perfect person like if you never go out there you're never going to have the opportunity to meet that person so you actually have to try so set up your monetization from day one have a plan have a strategy if you're never waiting on [07:47] adsense you've got multiple streams of income to start because 95% of beginners don't do this and learn from people who've actually gone through the trial and error, taken those years of their life so that you don't have to do that [07:59] and you can save yourself all those years of pain. Because think about it, right? What's going to make you stand out when a thousand people are launching lazy AI flops? Could it be your unique angle, your human touch, your dedication to actually post the videos and not quitting? [08:13] Because that's the truth, right? The hardest part is simply starting. And the second hardest part is actually continuing. And the number one reason that Facebook channels fail is that people give up themselves. They're climbing up on the mountain [08:25] and they keep climbing, but suddenly they start to slow down just as they're about to reach the peak and they quit right before the results come. And they're just about to get there and I see it every single day [08:37] and it's very sad to see. So make sure that when you're on the path, you don't quit. Because you can do this and people like you have done it and people like you are doing it right now. And whatever it is, find your edge and get started and go. [08:50] And good luck, my friends.
