[01:05] there are three requirements that you need to achieve before you can start making some money the first thing that you need to do is reach 50 followers the second thing is you need to stream for
[01:17] seven days in a 30 day period and the last thing is to reach three concurrent viewers one of those requirements is probably the easiest and requirements is probably the easiest and i'm guaranteeing a lot of you have well
[01:31] gone above and beyond and that is having seven stream days in a 30-day period that one is probably the easiest requirement to achieve you're fine the second hardest thing i would have to say would be the 50
[01:45] followers now if you're just jumping onto twitch and hoping people find your channel and start watching you you're gonna have a tough road ahead of you i've mentioned before in a couple videos that the biggest way to grow is to not
[01:58] stream now i know that sounds super counterproductive but if you start posting tick tocks or youtube shorts or even instagram reels start building your people that are watching to come over to your channel the last requirement is
[02:12] probably the most difficult if you are expecting just to stream that is to get three average viewers i cannot tell you how
[02:24] many times i have seen non-affiliate streamers streaming for six to 12 hours to one or two viewers this is hurting your channel big time now granted once you become affiliate you can stream for as long as you want but until you reach
[02:38] that affiliate status you have a 30-day window now i'm not saying from the first of the month to the end of the month it's a 30-day rollover which means the next day will be the 30th day and the day after that will be the 30th day and
[02:50] so on and so forth you want to reach that three viewer mark before you hit 30 because if you've been streaming that long to one or two viewers it is gonna hurt your channel in terms
[03:02] of analytics and your average what's going to happen is you're going to start having to wait day after day for those low days to fall off so my biggest piece of advice is if you were just starting a
[03:14] your way to become an affiliate stream for an hour maybe two and the viewership part for the three isn't that hard get a loved one a friend somebody that you to jump on twitch log in pull your channel up and leave their computer on
[03:29] if you start posting short form content that'll start building your community where in return you can get those people to come watch you on twitch so if you are one of those people yeah i'm talking to you that streams for
[03:42] six hours stop doing it please everyone has different goals on affiliate some people aren't in it for the money some people are in it for the streaming some people are in it just for something to do and i get that and i
[03:55] trying to hit affiliate to start making money to start building a business the moment your viewership goes below three viewers stop streaming end the stream move on to the next day honestly it is pretty easy to get to twitch affiliate
