[02:31] a cafe model that offered all these seating options, we could do that in a slightly larger, wider range the features of both models of machines, they have an automatic espresso machine.  There's a coffee shop like that, and there are actually
[02:46] in places that are connected to them coffee is at that level, it has a more taste, so if you want, you can do it that way.
[02:58] you can set it up like that. Cafes do coffee tails and so on. They set it up with a grinder. Everything is fully automated. The machine has a beautiful interior. If you are doing it in a shop, you

[04:21] money and they left. Then, for the next day, the bugs related to it come in and again the problem has to be modified again and that has to be done. Similarly, there is no need to hear firing firing. Then, after doing well tomorrow, we have to go for
[04:34] another work that is even tougher than that. There are no problems with that. Now, if our customers will keep coming back again and again. In that moment, when that customer gives tea to someone, they give tea or coffee, they drink it, they
[04:47] give money and leave. If you ask them for a details of that day, or if we give them small appreciation for something, when we
[05:03] we will understand that this is good power. When we just say one thing, motivate them. So, what do they do with those one or two words? And they
[05:15] come back to our shop again and again.  So, if we approach it well, it come.  And we don't need to go to a tight event just for a job .  If desired, this can be scaled
[05:29] . That's why I are only so many facilities as long as there is government support.  There are three types of Mudra loans: 5 lakhs, 5 lakhs and 20 lakhs
[05:43] subsidies.  There are marketing support this franchise model, there our country where you can study on your own. If not, you can go there and
[05:58] centers in Kalamassery in Ernakulam, where you can go and study.  You will all kinds of support from the government. saying we support you won't get us here.  We went there and
[06:11] found out who is providing training. Where can we get marketing training? For a small fee, we can get good professional real marketing training. Which institution provides marketing support to real entrepreneurs? How many
[06:25] Kerala government has its own institution. We can go there and study. There are We can study there and become a professional. They provide such
[06:39] none of us know .  We are not looking for anyone .  No one will come here. We can only get it if we go there systems have their difficulties .  So we have to investigate.  Now
