[00:13] and my heart beats so that I can hardly speak. [00:29] when we out together. Dancing cheek to cheek [00:44] the week seems to vanish like go seems to vanish like go lancing [01:08] reach the highest peak, but it doesn't thrill me half as much as dancing cheek to cheek. Oh, I'd love to go out fishing [01:23] Oh, I'd love to go out fishing in a river or a creek, in a river or a creek, but I don't enjoy it half as much as but I don't enjoy it half as much as dancing cheek to cheek. Now, mama, dance [01:36] with me. I want my arms about you. I want my arms about you. charms about you will carry me through [01:50] charms about you will carry me through is heaven. is heaven. I'm in heaven [02:02] speak and I seem to find the happiness and I seem to find the happiness I seek. [02:16] When we dancing [02:41] happiness I see [03:05] around the seem to vanish Like a gambler's lucky streak when we're out dancing cheek to cheek. [03:28] Oh, I love to climb a mountain and reach the highest peak, and reach the highest peak, but it doesn't th [04:02] Come on and dance with me. I want my arm about you car to heaven. I'm in heaven [04:19] I'm in heaven and my heart beats so that I can speak [04:57] me through >> heaven [06:30] You're correct. You're so right. Yeah. Should be good now. [06:43] morning, afternoon going, depending on where you guys are at. How we feeling? [06:56] Always. Not always, but >> 80 90% of the time. >> Sometimes. Sometimes my alarm will go off at 5 and I'll like put an extra 30 minutes and I'll go back to bed for like [07:09] minutes and I'll go back to bed for like 30 minutes and then I'll wake up. [07:24] What do you do up at 5? When I wake up, the first thing I do When I wake up, the first thing I do is sit on the edge of my bed and pray. Um, just try to [07:36] just try to >> like solidify myself before the morning, stretch, and then I'll normally go get coffee. So, I'll either make coffee or I'll go drive somewhere and get coffee. Um, I'll [07:50] drive somewhere and get coffee. Um, I'll come back, get on my desk, look through like my Slack with like my my devs, look my emails, look at the market for a second just to see where we are. That's [08:04] kind of like my morning routine. Nothing crazy. [08:25] right. >> So, we got like 15 minutes to open. >> To be honest, my bias here is very loose because I still think we can go lower, but we've been selling off so much. [08:38] We've taken the majority of sellside from the in from the range that we had um this low, this low external low. Now, we still have this big low to the left of us that we could look to continue lower. Again, we've kind of had our [08:51] manipulation. We've been distributing to the downside, but going into the morning, I have no clue if we just want to immediately go lower. I would look to see at least the market rebalance to this 1 hour for volume gap. If this 1 [09:04] kind of hard to look to take a long though because while we're in here, I this for Valap to get ran through because I want to I want to be reactive. So, kind of with where we are right now, [09:19] um we're kind of in like a little internal cell model. This S&T will probably get ran. Um ES has already taken new lows. NQ hasn't, but I'd probably expect ENQ to catch up. So, I want to wait at open, see what we want [09:31] rebounce to the 1 hour for VI gap. So, this will kind of be internal internal buy side. Um, but we're just going to watch. We'll stay patient. We'll watch. Hopefully hopefully trade doesn't have any issues today. And uh we'll have a [09:45] good day. Bless blessed day here. Having [10:31] >> you trade US30? If not, why? I trade NASDAQ and and ES. [10:43] Yeah, I want to start doing more of those kind of sit down videos. I I enjoy like I I really do enjoy like talking about >> and there needs to be a balance between what you're consuming in the world like [10:58] with all the stuff going on. But I enjoy talking about it because I think people get kind of consumed and wrapped up in it sometimes. I do too. like all the stuff with Epstein files and the emails going on on Twitter and there's so much [11:12] like just things in your life that can take over like the next flashy thing. There's like we're living in an age where there's just something new every week, right? Claudebot, you have a personal assistant. Oh my god, all this [11:25] whatever you're working on. And there's so many distractions. And it's like the people who are going to be successful in life are the people who can stay focused on their vision and not get sidetracked with other like shiny opportunity in [11:39] right? If if you're focused in trading on your edge and you know that it's going to provide for you, but you get sidetracked with other opportunity and edge is, then you're going to most of the time be hurt for it, right? And [11:51] conviction over a period of time from it. It's the same thing with business, it. It's the same thing with business, same thing with everything in life. [12:04] cautious of like how much you're on social media >> and like how much you just like scroll and feed yourself garbage. [12:18] >> You made me super profitable only from >> You made me super profitable only from YouTube. Let's go. like gambling? Because trading 90% of the time is gambling because people [12:32] really matter if you have an edge because if you can't execute on the edge edge. That's also a big thing is like your edge doesn't mean anything if you your edge doesn't mean anything if you can't execute it on it consistently. [13:06] number one I I at least want to see us rebalance to this 1 hour for volume gap and then kind of see if we want to re uh reject this and go lower. I'd like to see us rebalance into this. See if we want to go lower out of it. Um, we've [13:19] Thursday taking Wednesday low. So, we could look to see this fair ride gap get that. I got to just wait for it to happen and react to it. So, we'll watch open, see what the market wants to do and just wait for clarity. [13:43] trade every day, but I sit in front of the market Monday through Friday. Yeah. [14:01] and is the market always like this like very bad at predicting the bias. I think you just care too much about a bias. You don't need a bias to take good trades. [14:16] don't need to come into the day with a solidified bias because trading is going you need to take in. So, if I go into the day and I'm like, I'm bullish, right? I'm super bullish going into the day and then the market clearly shows me [14:29] too focused on my bullish bias, I'm not going to be able to take advantage of the opportunity that's being shown to me because I'm more focused on what I think every day that I come into the market, I always will tell you I have a loose [14:41] 1 hour for value here. like to see us rebalance to it. But the majority of the goal is to let the market tell me what the bias is because the 1 hour time frame isn't going to depend on what I'm taking. Right? The [14:56] market to take a trade is what's happening at that moment it's happening. is just be looking for what the market's trying to show me in the moment. [15:21] getting out too early or instantly getting stopped out? Um, well, I think getting out early and you know and you're not trading the model, well, you targeting? What's my plan first of all? Like before you even enter a trade, you [15:35] should have a plan. Where do you plan to take profits? Where is your stop-loss? profits early is because a lot of the times you're trading your P&L or you're trading out of fear. So, you're in profit and you don't have enough [15:49] to take it off early because you're in fear that it's going to come up and stop your thoughts. You're trading your P&L. You're not trading what the chart is connected to your execution and you're not connected to what the market's [16:02] actually showing you. So disconnect yourself from what you want to see and what your emotion is telling you and trade what the market is telling you to do. Again, when we're trading, we're nothing [16:15] more than just observers. Like I'm nothing more than a monkey that watches whether to press a button or not. That's it. I don't I don't tell the market what it. I don't I don't tell the market what to do. The market tells me what to do. [16:35] Not trading just mood slash whatever prayer. I read scripture. I realign with truth. I realign to understand that whatever I'm going through or whatever anxiety or stress that I have is temporary. And it's all most of the [16:51] time, actually 100% of the time, it's deception because my being wasn't meant to experience stress or anxiety. I am made whole. I am made new. Um, and I think again, if you don't have a foundation of truth in your life or a [17:07] relationship with God, then you're always going to be um, getting thrown have to be disconnected from the world. You have to understand spiritual things. You have to understand worldly things. And you can't tie your identity with the [17:20] with the world and let's say, hey, my trading is going bad and my identity is tied to my trading, then I'm going to feel like I am not worthy or I'm stressed or I'm anxious or I'm lost because my identity is tied to whatever [17:34] however my business is doing or my identity is tied to this and I don't want to live that life, right? Nobody who wants to live a life where their joy and their peace is dependent on what what their business or what their money [17:47] or income is reflective of, right? You don't want to live that life. So you have to be rooted your identity within God, within spirit so that you can be still operate in the world, right? You can you you're obviously of the world. [18:01] You're you're a human being. Um but you have to rest your identity outside of have to rest your identity outside of it. [18:20] before in the past when I was living in Scottsdale. Um, but I'm I'm always I'll always I'll always talk about my testimony. minutes. Again, we'll see what we want to do. [19:08] Not necessarily. The the forever model is a foundation of ideas. It's not going to look the same every time. It's not going to present itself the same every going to present itself the same every time. That's why people don't like [19:22] things in trading that I don't think a lot of people talk about enough. Um it's funny because the interview with Epstein, Epstein was saying the same thing. and he was like the best traders are the ones who have the best [19:36] discretionary ability where in the moment they're in tune with the market market wants to do and able to apply risk on it. So your your strategy is the [19:48] market trying to like draw lines and figure it out. It's not about drawing lines or like recognizing that model in that way. It's about understanding why liquidity, understanding efficiency, reading order flow, stuff like that. [20:01] that gives me the ability to take an entry when I'm focused on recognizing trying to, I guess, be approved or disproved from I guess, be approved or disproved from what I think. [20:50] >> see what we want to do here. Three minutes. [21:13] have enough money to invest in trading, get a job? hear, but that's the tr that's the answer that you need to hear. [21:41] >> We had we had unemployment claims at 8:30 too, but we have jolts at them. Do [21:55] multiple um >> whatever you want ML engineers, whatever you want to call them. I have multiple that work for me. quick. >> I have such a stag team. [22:14] trading and neuroscience? Nope. I never personally did, but I think it's still important. Obviously, like in our mentorship group, we have uh Sarah. Sarah's one of our coaches. She's um has a degree in neuroscience. She's been a [22:27] uh psychologist for a long time. Um so she's one of our coaches. She does like as well. She talks about the neuroscience of trading and risk. And who's in the chat right now that's in the mentorship can attest she's she's [22:43] the mentorship can attest she's she's great. [23:18] can use it to spring up to the 1 hour for all I got. Lost my heart. What are [23:47] you got that sight? I got that. [24:25] I'm gonna just kind of see how uh big the point spread is right now. [24:52] hour. We swap internal liquidity. I'd get ran through to work towards the one hour. [25:22] hurting, but I'm actually kind of happy that we're going lower because the more more opportunity that we're going to have throughout the throughout the next have throughout the throughout the next couple months. So, [27:21] while I sit [28:14] this change. >> This would be the first long >> This would be the first long opportunity. There's no SMT though. [30:11] here. So, I want to be leaning long biased, but I'm skeptical to take a long go. >> Nice reaction so far. [31:07] Take a long here. Oh, that's a terrible fill. [31:43] internal high gets taken, I'll probably go break even just because we take the internal high. So, again, managing risk. I just want to see us really get through this because if we sweep, I don't want to see us fall back down. So, I'll start [31:55] to take a contract off when we get this next leg higher. But, we're in the 30 second or 30 minute fur value up gap, sorry. [32:13] I took one off right there >> and then I'll let this last contract go. push through this because again, now we're in the 30 minute. So, I don't know [32:26] back at equilibrium of the range. I'd like to see a follow through through this, but I'm going to keep my risk pretty tight since I got a bad fill in pretty tight since I got a bad fill in the range. [32:42] I'd like to see us keep going to this next file. I got [33:58] SMT that just got put in from these highs. >> again, if we want to reject the 30 minute, but I really kind of like this change. Could it could come back down and stop me out and still end up playing [34:11] the bullish bias, but I'd like to see us at least continue to see this bullish. We're seeing nice order flow to the upside. Well, [36:14] room cuz if we get a nice reaction from this and we get above this down close through this. I'll keep again stop at break even on my I'll keep again stop at break even on my last contract. [36:35] leg up if we can get above this down close candle here. [36:53] didn't get the best fill. So that's why my stop's at at break here and kind of my stop's at at break here and kind of in a weird spot. [38:03] I want to see if I can trail this as much as I can. on running through this and want to recover the move. [38:18] takes this high too. So NQ should get another leg out of this [40:01] see that next leg up on ES and Q should have the next leg up. [41:10] rejecting. Uh going to trail this even to the tighter lows here. I want to see just this next move candle right now on this one move candle right now on this one minute. [42:05] rejecting the 15 minute. That's why I'm moving my stop to the close low [42:21] because we could come back and tap the uh fiveminute furball. I got two. [42:46] higher prices, but good management, nice start to the day. Okay, we'll see what start to the day. Okay, we'll see what we want to do from here. But there you go. What is it? 20 minutes into the day. [42:58] into the day. Nice little trade. [43:30] Uh, that was on my live account. That wasn't on. Props. [43:52] Still the same thing. I still want to see price most likely go higher. Depends on how I react from this, but I think we're I think there's a possibility that we run this 1 hour for VI gap and and work our way uh [44:04] could we could honestly have a really big bullish day um and work our way all is kind of the start of a possible buy model. [44:16] generated buyside liquidity, but I don't know if we're going to hold the try where we want to try to run through it because of how bearish we've been. Um, also in terms of like a weekly [44:28] profile, Thursday took Wednesday low, so we could see a uh false pull reversal. end of week, we try to play out the buy model and try to recoup some of this move. So right now just be watching. [45:08] at all. And I managed my trade exactly how I wanted to. [45:48] tapped this 30 minute and one hour for VOP. So uh we'll see what we want to do. [46:22] chick something for Valentine's Day. Goodness. [48:03] I sometimes feel as though maybe I should not pursue more money than I need or that when I do earn the money that I should give most of it away. should give most of it away. I think the thing with money is again [48:17] scripture says that it's it's not money that's bad, it's the love of money. same thing with trading. If you love money, you're not going to be a good trader. If you love money, you're not going to be a good entrepreneur. Um [48:30] because the act of making money isn't from the love of money, it's from the art of doing. And if you don't know how to do and serve people and lead, then trading isn't going to be fruitful. Right? If you're able, like the reason [48:45] I'm able to be and come on live in front of 24,00 people, trade, make a decision, not connected to it. Right? like my spiritual resting place and my ability [48:59] to make decisions in pressure is because I don't ex I'm not experiencing the pressure because I'm not of the world. Like I'm not I'm not looking to the world to affirm or deny anything, right? I'm not attached to it. So, [49:13] and money is not bad. It's not bad to make money. In fact, business God, who do you think created business? God created business. [49:41] this again. One minute change to the downside. Going to clear the chart up here just to get a new perspective. [51:46] I'd like to see a 15-minute candle close here below this down close candle first. But yes, I'd probably I'd want to most likely see new lows. [52:09] Yeah, we'll see what we'll see what news does, too. We got two minutes. too much. I have like a coffee a day. Sometimes [52:25] I'll have two, but mostly like I'll have one in the morning mess up. necessarily. I'll I'll see what we do. Uh I I kind of [52:38] I'll I'll see what we do. Uh I I kind of just kind of still want to watch here close, too. So, I just want to watch for a second. [53:04] get it? I bought this hat when I was in Paris. I have no idea. I don't remember Paris. I have no idea. I don't remember where I bought it. It was at some like boutique store, I think. So, good luck finding it. [53:29] I'm so in love with you. [54:13] >> There's 10. You save your love for me. [54:30] know about my favorite, but I I do enjoy Paris. [54:42] Justin, did you listen to that Prince album? I told you. I did. I did. >> It's It's It's good there. Like, I didn't I didn't ever know that Prince made uh like did a jazz album, so it was cool to listen to. I added some of the [54:55] cool to listen to. I added some of the songs to my playlist, like this one. The the thing is though is like most people would listen to this and be like this is like super old head stuff, but it's it's a really cool album. [55:24] to the pharaoh, then one day then one day she might be queen. [55:37] If she could bring presents and wine, he might get between them. other words. [56:07] jazz band too. Like group of four guys. They make some cool stuff. I really like They make some cool stuff. I really like this track. [56:37] House, too. I haven't really listened or like dived into her discoraphy, though. [56:55] probably I don't know if that's a hot take, but I I like Shod way more than I take, but I I like Shod way more than I like Amy White House. [57:09] Do you ever listen to House? Yeah, of course. [57:27] right now is uh these guys are called Electric K. Arctic Monkeys I like too. Cleo Soul is great. [57:46] Yeah, Arctic Monkeys is their last album was kind of interesting. Who else? Oh, these guys are great. Sunset. This is a Japanese band. [58:21] >> Yeah, I'll do the little pop out thing again. late. It feels so right. How many shirts would you put on with your flare? your flare? Everyone knows you're dripping now, [58:35] baby. Something in the way. Free to be [58:51] idea. I was trying to figure it out. >> No clue. [59:04] >> All the feelings alive with you will stand the test of time. No, that's what I'm saying. That's why I love it. It's great. This is just like [59:19] love it. It's great. This is just like good music. of course. Everybody's tweaking. >> See where we're at right now. >> See where we're at right now. >> 68. [59:36] >> I might send a wire over to my crypto account. >> Everyone knows you're tripping now. Maybe something in the way you [59:56] >> Yeah, I'd probably start slowly adding Bitcoin. Bitcoin. >> Wait, I need to check my [01:00:13] >> You got the style. All the feelings align with you. align with you. will stand the test of time. [01:01:08] you. Just let it go. Uh yeah, I took a long [01:01:21] Yeah, I'll I'll make a trade recap. I want to see it. The short the shorts pullback on this. The only really entry would have been the break on the change. [01:02:07] Do you know Kazak Kazakhstan like is not is not a country. [01:02:24] found your Spotify profile. Yes, I do. I do make music. I haven't released much though. I think I've released like one song, but I'm I've released like one song, but I'm working on an album right now. [01:03:05] Uh, other bodies are like this gray. Opacity is set to 37. >> Borders white. >> Other borders are this gray. Wick white. >> Other borders are this gray. Wick white. And then wick gray. [01:03:31] >> That one song is fire though. Can't lie. Which one? [01:03:53] what Nam means. >> What was that song called by Electric Kif? Uh, it was called Little Louie Little Louie. [01:04:12] not. How to overcome fear of entry? Put in the reps so you can actually have conviction in doing so. You have a fear because you lack the experience that doesn't equate to the knowledge you [01:04:25] have. So what happens is is you have all of this knowledge, but you don't have the experience of actually using the knowledge. So then you hesitate because you haven't put in the actual reps, right? Like I could teach you all about [01:04:38] classroom for 5 years on how to fly a plane, but if you've never flown a plane, you're going to have fear of flying a plane. [01:05:04] didn't get the entry I wanted. >> I was in a long in the morning, so I made like 3K on this long. Um, and then this change went pretty quick, but I was looking for this for Valap to get rebalanced to, which we never did. So, [01:05:22] there's a trade in front of me or there's not. [01:05:50] minute and it went down but I closed position because of news. How should I are news? >> If it's if it's so jolts unemployment claims like anything [01:06:04] jolts unemployment claims like anything that's not CPI or FOMC you can hold into than provide volatility to push towards whatever the existing draw is. Right? [01:06:17] market can dump. That's why news can be bearish and the market can pump. It's because news is nothing more than an influx of volatility. Again, unless that it's FOMC or CPI. If it's not FOMC or CPI, it's just going to push towards [01:06:30] whatever the draw is. So, you can hold towards uh yeah, I would say NFP as towards uh yeah, I would say NFP as well. NFP as well. [01:07:03] >> What's the current gold contract? Uh, I don't know. Just go to GC. go to the bottom right here. It says adjust for contract changes. Just click adjust for contract changes. Just click the B-80J button when you're on gold. [01:07:37] What long did you take this morning? I took this. [01:07:53] just continuing to sell. I can't take an entry here. I need more structure. Um ES So I can't really do anything here. I just kind of got to wait. [01:08:11] What browser are you using? Uh it's called Ark. >> Life and death is no mystery and I want to taste it. [01:08:32] throwing on your playlist and broadening my music taste. I love it, bro. >> That's my goal. I want to broaden your guys' music taste. [01:09:00] me and myself, I wouldn't be like, "Oh, I'm going to dye my hair one day." No, I'm going to dye my hair one day." No, >> I have no desire. [01:09:32] >> Why do you never put the short long position thing when in a trade? me good luck. >> It's just a is. >> I don't need to put it on my chart. [01:10:00] for example? I think it's I think there's a line like I had this conversation like it's it's something specifically hard like for me that like I can attest to because I love music so much but when I [01:10:16] down to like what the purpose of the song is too right like like lyrics-wise like the energy of it all that kind of stuff. So like someone like Cardi or or other people like it's not that I don't like listening to Cardi but the way that [01:10:32] I view Okay. Okay. I think I think really this is what it is. You're either in a consumption perspective or you're in an observer perspective. So it's like if if I'm like bumping Cardi on autopilot, it's not good because I'm [01:10:47] like not aware of what it's doing to me. But like when I listen to music, I don't consume it. I like because I I'm more focused on like the it's like most people when they listen to music, it's just like you put it on [01:11:02] and you're just auto autopilot consuming it. But like the the way that my brain I look at it in a very different perspective. Like I look at it as like the artistry of it, like things will pop out to me like oh like the the timing of [01:11:16] the snare is really sick, right? Like so it depends on what it is. Like obviously like is good for you to listen to, right? Um so yeah. [01:11:43] I don't think music like I think music that glorifies God does not need to be that glorifies God does not need to be like worship style music like in my opinion and again this is purely my opinion but [01:11:58] like if if I listen to like someone like Mozart Mozart's music to me is glorifying God because of the ability like Mozart AR didn't make that music. Like there there's some specific forms of artistry [01:12:13] where like again God we are creators right like we're made in the image of God to create and I think when we create God gives us an ability to have creation and uniqueness in whatever we create. Now, we can create things that don't [01:12:28] glorify God like intentionally, right? Like the lyrics that you choose and stuff like that, but the artistry in itself, like classical music and a lot it, I would still consider it some some of the times, again, depending on [01:12:42] depending on the thing. Um, like it's hard for me to listen to Mozart or classical musicians or extremely talented people in their artistry and they might not be talking about God in music, but you can sense the creativity [01:12:57] they make where it's like, wow, there's something like amazing here, right? Like something like amazing here, right? Like um, but that's just my opinion. [01:13:16] someone the ability to make music, right? Like God is the only person. It's either their choice to glorify him or not. It doesn't mean that the music's not from God. It's the It's the person's choice whether they're using the music [01:13:28] to glorify God or not. Right? But God gave them the talent. God gave them the ability to make music and be creative. But it's the artist's choice whether to glorify them or not. It doesn't mean that the music's not from God. It's just [01:13:43] the it's the artist's choice whether to glorify or not glorify God. [01:14:23] >> I want to love you. >> Pretty young thing. energy that makes it feel unique. That's fulfillment. I 100% agree. >> Like I have a playlist like >> I think I have a playlist that's called [01:14:37] uh >> like my favorite songs of all time. >> like my favorite songs of all time. >> Where is it actually? [01:15:03] some of these songs are not like like again, it's my personal taste in music, right? Like I love this song. I think this song's a masterpiece. [01:15:39] rejected from daily volume imbalance, so it looks like it will go higher again. I at what the market is showing you right now. [01:15:54] >> Again to hold you sailing out the dos to hold you sailing out the dos of the wind. [01:16:18] on my life right now. So, I don't want to be like all over the place. So, m my music's on a hold right now. I still I'll still like when I have free time, I'll still be make make stuff just to put the reps in. [01:16:56] blows all the shadows far away. [01:17:19] >> I want to see this 15-minute fab open up and then see what we do here. [01:17:57] Little memories are too long. right now? Okay, guys. You want to know the answer to that question? I got no [01:18:10] idea. No idea what the market wants to do right now. No clue. And guess what? I don't need to know. I think I think you guys care too much about trying to do instead of waiting for it to reveal to you what it's going to do. Right now, [01:18:25] can try to look to force something and try to be like, "Okay, oh, let me just lower." There's no model. There's no conviction. There's no inefficiency. Has one, I've already taken my long. I'm up on the day. We've sold off now through [01:18:41] the lows 400 points. We're at pretty much the low of day right now. There there's no opportunity for me here. And and I don't know what go lower. The market could rebalance. We could run through it. We could reject [01:18:54] the fair value gap. It doesn't matter. and and I don't need to know you. Being a successful trader is being able to say I don't know because guess what? 90% of the time I got no clue what the market wants to do. It's not about knowing what [01:19:07] recognizing the 10% of the time where you do know what the market wants to do. you do know what the market wants to do. That's called an edge. [01:19:25] I don't I don't really care to to be honest. [01:19:43] He did reach out to me like over a year ago though. I said no. [01:20:44] trade? I trade ICT. ICT price action. validation from the market to affirm my edge? How can I re refine my edge? It's [01:20:59] not it's not a I mean, okay, so obviously you need the market to affirm or deny an edge, right? statistically, right? Statistically, there's a difference between looking to it to affirm it logically, like in terms [01:21:13] of the statistics of it, and affirm it mentally. Um, so number one, journal. You need to journal everything in which you do, every decision you need to make. buddy is going to be released so that you can journal in the moment by just [01:21:28] everything for you. So your thought process, cuz that's the most important thing, right? It's not journaling what happened. It's journaling what you were it the way you were looking at it and if you were looking at it the right way or [01:21:40] the wrong way. Um so that's what session buddy's going to be which is the notetaker that we're releasing in around a month or so. So journaling um and just putting in the reps like I don't believe in I mean back [01:21:54] testing is cool but I never back tested in my in my trading career like I've only back tested sometimes with like my community. Um, but I believe that thing because in back testing, it doesn't simulate a valid environment. [01:22:08] again, you can skip ahead. You don't have to be patient. So, I think putting in the putting in the time and the reps of just forward testing, waking up every perspective and intention going into the market. Your intention when you wake up [01:22:22] and go into the market should be nothing more than to learn and improve. If you your intention is to make money, you will never be successful because you're there. You're going to overtrade. You're not going to know when to step away. [01:22:35] the market needs to be to learn, observe, and recognize the market is truth, right? Like the market never does something wrong, right? The market never does something that it shouldn't have done. It's always like in you can call [01:22:50] is, like there's the market's always going to be whatever the truth is. So your job is not to wait for the like your job is to align what you think with the thing in which it's the market shouldn't align with what you're [01:23:04] thinking. You need to align with what the market's showing. [01:23:25] strategy and just trade only by this or learn how the market moves in depth and just build an entry model that you understand? [01:23:41] you think it is better to have a strategy and just trade only by this or just build an entry model. It's the same thing. You either use a strategy or you thing. You either use a strategy or you use a strategy. [01:24:19] trading journey before profitability? 7 to 8 months doing this tired but happy to continue anything that helps to keep patience. Uh I think the biggest sign is longer care to make money. You no longer care to be like a firm. you you just [01:24:36] Like that's the biggest sign in my opinion. It's like you're disconnected thing that you really care about is what was the decision that was made and was was the decision that was made and was it good or bad. [01:25:44] would say probably a month. We want to make sure all the logic, everything's polished before we release it. So, we have uh as little bugs as possible. Obviously, there'll probably be bugs and we'll fix them when we launch um just [01:25:57] through users using it. Um but we're perfecting it right now. And we're also finishing up designs and launch strategy and videos and other business, you know, and videos and other business, you know, stuff. So, [01:26:29] going to provide the most efficiency in terms of volatility. Um, but I would again focus on forward testing. Trade paper when you trade Asia and just build conviction watching the differences, right? We want to learn how Asia moves [01:26:44] to be a little bit different in terms of the efficiency. [01:28:00] doing anything just to get you off my mind. futures and unprofitable on forex? Of course. [01:28:18] >> Baby, come back. any kind of fool could see. any kind of fool could see. >> There was something in everything about you. >> Baby, come back. [01:28:33] >> Baby, come back. >> You put it all on me. I was wrong and I >> You put it all on me. I was wrong and I just can't live without you. [01:28:59] relationship with God is more real than this live that's going on right now. this live that's going on right now. feeling again. [01:29:13] Baby, come back. Any kind of fool could see [01:29:30] >> What time do you usually go off the markets? like an hour and a half, two hours in open. [01:29:59] >> Are you a Protestant or Catholic Christian? I'm a follower of Christ. [01:30:16] about baby. [01:30:59] >> Justin, you've made me create another playlist. Probably not my for How do I manage trades if my risk only allows me one contract? Micros. [01:31:15] Uh, what are you trading? A prop or live? [01:31:33] prop. Why are you trading only one micro? for like a month, two months, three months. You should you shouldn't be you should not spend like a month or two months, three months trading on an [01:31:46] months, three months trading on an evaluation account. [01:32:08] are the world [01:32:35] should be fairly aggressive when you trade an eval. Um I don't don't like think that you're like breaking rules or being again there's a difference between being aggressive and being reckless. Okay? There's a difference between being [01:32:49] aggressive and being reckless. Not saying to be reckless. I'm saying be aggressive in terms of your sizing. So, only take really good setups, right? trades. Take really good setups you have conviction and put on more size when [01:33:02] you're in an evaluation cuz your goal is to get to a funded account. Right now, it also depends on what stage you're in in your trading. If you're brand new, then yeah, trade micros and use it to build confluence and put the reps in, [01:33:14] you know what your edge is and you can recognize it, you should be fairly that you can get it funded and then once you're funded, you can build a buffer and trade go back to trading smaller size. [01:33:32] eval? You spoke too soon, brother, because you didn't hear me finish my then trade small size on Eval or paper trade. But if you know what your edge is shouldn't be spending two months trading on evaluation. [01:34:07] brand new. If you have an edge or if you don't have an edge, okay, you could you not have an edge. Okay, if you don't have an edge, you shouldn't be putting have an edge, you shouldn't be putting on heavy size. [01:34:22] confident in recognizing your edge. It comes down to your personal ability with recognizing your edge and being able to execute on it. [01:34:36] What if someone can only afford one eval per month? Get a job. [01:34:48] You need income coming in to be able to fund your pe people are afraid to work a job and fund their trading career, but yet they would pay like 30 grand to go get a piece of paper in college. Crazy. [01:35:03] Like I would much rather work a job and spend my money learning how to trade and have the freedom of having an edge to make way more money. Worked for myself, but it's like no, you'll spend 40, 30 grand going to [01:35:16] you'll spend 40, 30 grand going to college though. have to drop your ego. In fact, you need a job to humble you. You need to be [01:35:30] humbled because if you're not humble as a trader, you won't be successful because you're going to swipe things under the rug. You're not going to admit when you're wrong. Like I worked two jobs when I first started trading. I was [01:35:43] pizza delivery boy, okay? Like I started out being a pizza delivery boy and busting tables. I would trade in the morning and then I would go work two jobs, right? And it's like that was such an important part of [01:35:55] my journey. Such an important part. Like I believe many people need to experience I believe many people need to experience that. [01:36:45] draw, right? You're taking a long into this 15-minute for gap. It hasn't been bearish. So, I see need to get it ran through first. It'd be low probability. Could it work out? Yeah. But I'm not going to take it. [01:37:07] YouTube. I'll be live in the in the mentorship group, though, you guys as much free value as I can. Like, I've spent the last two and a half [01:37:21] give as much value as possible. But there comes a time too where education is not what you need. You need hands-on help, right? Like many of you guys have you're still not successful. And that's why I believe many people need time with [01:37:36] someone who has done it being around a community. So if anybody is seeking of this video that you can click. Um if mentorship, watch me trade live more often, get coaching calls with me. We [01:37:49] can I again I pretty much have an onboarding call with everybody to talk your journey, what's your goals, if you want to quit your job, if you want to, struggling with so I can help you with it. Um, we have an amazing community so [01:38:03] you can access Sarah as well, professional psychologist. Um, but yeah, should be a link in the description if you want more info on it. [01:38:57] on a 50k? Uh, I would start with risking 250. 500 again. 500 is that a more aggressive side of things. Um, [01:39:10] either or is right or wrong. It depends on the trader and it depends on where on the trader and it depends on where you are. [01:40:27] for like 15 more minutes. What other questions you guys got for What other questions you guys got for me? [01:40:47] candle update faster? No, you need CME data is what you need. Um, so if you're on regular Trading View, um, the charts, I think, will be like 5 or 10 minutes delayed. If you want it to be uh, accurate, you need to have a CME data [01:41:01] subscription within Trading View. I think it should be under uh if you go to billing. I think it might be under there. I'm not sure though. [01:41:22] inversion on the retrace of the bullish five-minute for gap. Was this wrong? Uh I took a long at open but you might have >> again taking it in the five-minute for gap is invalid because you're trading tra taking a long after we just rejected [01:41:36] market right so it's also being recognized of when the move is over right because you're taking a long after the market signified a change in order changing the state to the downside and we start selling back lower right in a [01:41:50] wouldn't be looking to take a long here you'd be looking to take a long where I did which is before the internal model has played out. Right? So, sellside gets gap. We have a change in the state of delivery right here on this down close [01:42:04] internal high and I take partials and then when we switch order flow, we start reaching back lower, right? [01:42:30] mentorship bang today. What did What did Chris take? [01:43:02] Oh, is he getting his wisdom teeth pulled out today? I thought he >> this picture of him that he sent in Discord, he looks cooked. [01:43:21] why? No, not necessarily. You can take it on breaks of changes, right? So like it on the break of this change in the state of delivery. You don't need a state of delivery. You don't need a pullback. [01:43:35] Like let's say I want to be short, right? We just rejected the the fair rally gap, high got taken. And I want to see new lows. I can't take an like if I missed my entry here, then yes, I would wait for a pullback. [01:44:41] >> How long have you been trading? uh over 5 years now. [01:44:54] Potential short. Yeah, this could be a potential short. [01:45:45] on the ocean of your sorrow. Oh, of your sorrow. [01:46:03] in the end. Looks like I'm done. Now there's no [01:46:21] started trading options when I first started. >> Uh it took me three years to become profitable. [01:46:52] It is a uh this is the hex code >> 0 A 0 A 0 A [01:47:05] didn't I didn't learn from anybody. I mean, YouTube videos, but really it was just forward testing, like just learning on focusing on like reading price right? It's like if I was to learn Chinese, [01:47:20] like I have to learn how to read Chinese to be able to speak it, to be able to sentence structures with it. Like price action is the same way. So, it's just putting in the reps and recognizing the same things would happen over and over [01:47:32] liquidity, highs would get taken, we would lack displacement. Okay. And then we would reverse back down. Fair value gaps would get rebalanced too. Right. So all that thing just came with seeing it happen over and over again [01:47:50] same mistakes over and over again and learning from them and knowing when to not trade, when to trade, when to recognize opportunity. [01:48:18] Rock sand. You don't have to put on a red light. Those days are over. You don't have to sell your body through the night. [01:48:40] You don't care if it's wrong or if it's right. [01:49:05] light rock. [01:49:22] so tough in price action? I mean, that's an assumption. I don't I don't believe price action. It could have just been your ability to that's that's your what reality was. Don't trust your thoughts, brother. [01:49:50] that you back tested over like a few years? Yeah, it probably probably would years? Yeah, it probably probably would take a few years. Yeah. [01:50:39] day here. Um, one trade, one win. I'll check my P&L after this. I think I'm up probably around like 3K. Maybe like a little bit lower, 27. Um, I didn't I didn't go too crazy on sizing. [01:50:54] Um, but overall solid day. We'll see what the rest of the day does, but enjoy trade recap after this, too. So, I'll post it on YouTube going over it a little bit more in depth. But enjoy your day. [01:51:07] Be productive. get some stuff done. Again, last little uh note to again, anybody who is looking for that extra help, who's been watching YouTube videos and has a bunch of education, but you're lacking execution or you're struggling, [01:51:20] if the mentorship is something that you might be interested in. I'd love to talk with you. I'd love to help you. Um that's that's kind of what I what I get out of life is is serving and helping as many people as possible. So, [01:51:34] enjoy your day. I will talk soon and uh be safe. Peace.
