When I'm doing non-filming days and I'm doing lots of meetings and stuff, I will set up a walking pad treadmill underneath my desk, and I'll be getting in my steps while I'm doing work. And if you walk at like 3 km/h, 4 km/h, you can be getting in like thousands of steps every hour, and you almost don't even notice it.
