## Transcript

nowadays. And there's nothing wrong with that. But these popular cards really what's possible with the rewards you can earn and the benefits you can get. So, amazing cards that hardly anyone uses, and I really wish more people knew about
quality in their respective categories. And one of them actually isn't even a most underrated and overpowered way to earn a ton of cash back at the moment. So, as always, let's go ahead and get right into the video. And thank you to
more on them later. All right. Now, credit card number one here is going to is a card that some of you may be familiar with already, but I promise underrated cards as this video goes on. Now, the Blue Cache Preferred definitely
American Express products like the Gold it's very underrated. But this card is going to earn an insane 6% cash back on groceries and up to $6,000 per calendar year at US supermarkets. So, that's
credit cards offering more than 3 to 5% back in a single category. It also earns 6% cash back on select US streaming subscriptions, 3% cash back on transit, including taxis, ride share, parking, tolls, trains, buses, and more, and 3%
cash back on gas at US gas stations. Now, the Blue Cache Preferred has a $0 introanual fee in your first year with it, which then goes up to $95 per year after that. But what's really nice about this card is that it also comes with up
to $120 of Disney streaming credits that can potentially offset that fee. So the earn up to $10 back per month as a statement credit when you use this card to purchase a subscription or a bundle subscription on Disney Plus.com,
hulu.com, or plus.pn.com. So if you're already paying out of these credits, then the BlueCash Preferred's effective annual fee is basically minus $25. So it's almost like American Express is actually paying you
limitation here is the fact that there is that $6,000 spending cap to earn 6% on groceries, which works out to be 500 bucks of grocery spend per month on be maxing out that 6K of spending, then this card's going to be giving you $360
of cash back every year. The Blue Cache Preferred is also running a standard welcome offer right now where you can earn a bonus of $250 back after spending it's a card that some people know about, but it's definitely an underrated option
right person. All right, next here is going to be a super interesting product in this video that's not actually a credit card at all. And that would be the PayPal debit card that I've seen a ton of positive comments about online.
what it offers because I think it's one of those cards to take advantage of probably gets nerfed in the future for being too good. So, over on the PayPal advertising that you can earn 5% cash back and then also says pick a category
each month for fuel, groceries, and more. then get 5% cash back on up to $1,000 spent in your cash back category per month. Now, I signed up for this debit card myself and in addition to fuel and groceries, I can also select
apparel, restaurants, or ride share and public transit for that 5% category. So, of spending for a lot of people. And the math works out that you can essentially month if you end up spending that full,000 amount. Now, in order to spend
with this debit card, you need to have a free PayPal balance account that allows account, which can then be used for shopping or just sending to other to be using that money in your PayPal account to spend and earn cash back with
options for transferring your money, though. Some of which take a few days transfer money in seconds, like when you link another Visa or Mastercard debit you can even set up auto reloads if you find yourself using this card a lot and
transfer money every single time. I will say though, I kept getting an error with this transaction when I tried moving over some money." And so, I had fixed. So, you might have to just go chat with PayPal if you end up having a
similar issue. So, I wanted to mention that here. Now, I'll be honest. I don't sustainable for PayPal to offer such generous rewards on this card for too sort of a loss leader for them at the moment where they're okay losing a bit
for just reaching more customers and getting them to use their other services, but I've seen this move before with a lot of other credit and debit seems too good to be true at first and then at some point in the future they
not as powerful anymore. So, that's going to bring me to a really important when it comes to taking advantage of credit card or even debit card rewards always need to be willing to adapt your strategy when certain products
inevitably do get nerfed. And on top of that, you just have to make sure you then optimizing your spending regardless of what cards are in your wallet. That's Money to make sure I understand exactly where I'm spending my money each month,

Now, next we've got the SoFi unlimited 2% card. That kind of gets lost in the because there's so many options out there that earn 2% back on everything nowadays. But as I've learned more about the SoFi card, they actually give their
customers a chance to boost that rate up to 2.2% back on everything. So, over on they advertise that this card earns unlimited 2% cashback rewards and has no other bonus features that come with this card, like no foreign transaction fees
and cell phone protection. However, if you're a SoFi Plus customer, there's you unlock where you can get a 10% boost on cashback rewards earned through So, doing the math, a 10% boost on the base 2% earning rate is going to get you
that 2.2% back on everything. Now, a couple of catches here with a SoFi explains why it doesn't get talked about too much. So, first of all, to get the be a SoFi banking customer with their checking and savings product. And then
that you set up eligible direct deposit into one of those bank accounts. That's going to get you access to SoFi Plus for no additional cost instead of paying the again, SoFi Plus is what's actually giving you that 10% credit card rewards
boost. Now, personally, I really like SoFi Checking and Savings, and it's been years now. So, I've got SoFi Plus because I just set up direct deposit a bunch of other features by doing that, including SoFi's top high yield rate,
where I'm earning right now 3.60% APY in my savings account as of November 24th, 2025. Obviously though, not everyone's going to find value in banking with SoFi just to get that higher rate and the credit card rewards boost. But I am
going to make a full video very soon about what I like and dislike about sure to go ahead and subscribe down below to see that. Also, it's important to note that the SoFi credit card isn't really easy to get right now. And that's
offer or an invitation to apply for it. They literally say that right here on seeing if you're pre-qualified. But they also say that they send physical and if you're a SoFi customer, then you might just have to be a little bit
like that. I tried seeing if I could apply in their app by just tapping on then the button that says see your offers. But, I was only given the option card. So, I just passed on that because it wasn't the card I was looking for.
saying, "What about the Robin Hood Gold card that earns 3% back on everything?" and check that credit card out as well if you're okay with paying the $50 membership that you need to have to get that card. The Robin Hood Gold card also
it as well because you still have to join a wait list at the moment. And amount of spending where earning 3% back with this Robin Hood card is going to be worth the $50 fee compared to effectively no fee to earn 2.2% with the
SoFi card. But again, the topic for this video is underrated credit cards that no one really uses that much or even knows about. And I'd argue that the Robin Hood point thanks to all the videos and articles about it. So that's why I
just a better choice to discuss in this video specifically. Now, next we've got get a lot of attention for all the diehard credit card optimizers out probably don't even know this credit card exists because it's no longer open
to new applications, even though it can be easily product changed into if you cards already. Now, the reason why credit card optimizers love the Ritz Carlton card so much is because it could very much pay for itself considering the
got some of the most generous airport lounge access benefits that makes it ahead and jump over to the website for this credit card, we're going to see brand. This is going to be a very Marriott focused card. And with that,
status, which is decent, but not too that top Marriott loyalists have. However, the most important benefit here free night award every year after your account anniversary. And that's going to
be valid for a one night stay of up to 85,000 Marriott Bonvoy points. Now, Marriott points have become pretty devalued over the years. So, an 85k free going to be the same as 85,000 points with Hyatt or especially 85,000 bank
points from an issuer like AMX or Chase. But I'd say Marriott points can probably be valued at around 0.7 cents per point on average. You could definitely get depending on the redemption. But even at 0.7 cents per point, that 85k free award
is valued at around $595. And that's going to be very important to note because the annual fee to hold this Ritz Carlton card currently stands at $450 per year. So this one benefit alone can make this card worth having as what we
call a keeper card. Now another somewhat valuable benefit on the Ritz Carlton card is going to be a $300 annual travel credit. But this is not going to be the can be found on the Chase Sapphire Reserve because this can only be used
for qualifying airline purchases like baggage fees, seat upgrades, and lounge memberships or passes. You also have to then call a number to actually apply purchases, which credit card optimizers are definitely willing to do. But again,
credit is going to be a bit annoying to manage and to even remember to use when the credits on most other cards nowadays. There's some other benefits on the Ritz Carlton card as well, like primary auto rental coverage and some
other good travel protections, including emergency medical and dental, which Global Entry application fee credit as well as some other points multipliers that I don't really think stand out too much given the value of Marriott points.
Priority Pass Select membership here. And the Priority Pass access right now you're going to be able to bring unlimited guests into these lounges. And Lounges with unlimited guests as well. For reference here, the Sapphire Reserve
comes with Priority Pass membership that allows only up to two free guests. And into those Chase lounges with the CSR. But that is going to lead me into the topic of devaluations and nerfing on the Ritz Carlton card. To me, I think this
much a target for getting devalued at some point in the near future. And I just because this card's now been closed to new applications for a while. And summertime of an annual fee increase, which turned out not to be true. Now,
the only way to get this Ritz Carlton card at the moment is by having an credit card like the Bonvoy Boundless, the Bonvoy Bountiful, or the Bonvoy Bold contacting Chase to product change one of those cards into the Ritz Carlton
out for yourself while you can. Again, just while being aware of any potential we've got a US Bank credit card that's potentially a very powerful cashback earning option that personally I'm really starting to see a lot of value in
annual fee US Bank Cash Plus Visa earn a $200 rewards bonus after you spend $1,000 within the first 90 days of thing here is going to be the way this card can earn 5% cash back on your first
$2,000 in combined eligible purchases each quarter on two categories you include cell phones, gym and fitness centers, ground transportation, and a includes home utilities, which US Bank
a separate page. So, they say that you can earn 5% cash back when you use your card for household utilities, such as payments to electric, gas, and waste who just bought a home a couple of months ago, I'm definitely starting to
cash back from my different utility bills. And then, I think it's really cool that you can actually choose two of the listed categories to earn 5% cash back. So, I'd probably choose utilities as one of those and then rotate the
choose your categories up to 45 days before the quarter begins. And then, earn that 5% cash back on the first $2,000 in combined purchases in those categories each quarter. That means you could technically earn 5% back on up to
$8,000 per year, which works out to be $400 of annual cash back if you're pretty good stuff for a no annual fee card. You can also choose one category stores and grocery delivery, restaurants, and gas and EV charging
stations. So, overall, the US Bank Cash Plus is going to be a great option that about 5% earning cards, and I definitely think the average person should know more about it. All right, next we've got the AAA Daily Cash Advantage Visa
credit card enthusiasts know about, but this is such an underrated card that's easily S tier for those looking for a no annual fee grocery credit card. So, this AAA card is going to earn 5% cash back on grocery store purchases, which is the
advertised here on this page. Plus, you're going to be able to earn 3% cash back on gas and EV charging, wholesale clubs, streaming services, pharmacy, and fee, like I just mentioned, as well as no foreign transaction fees, which is
awesome. And you can even earn a $100 statement credit right now after you spend $1,000 within the first 90 days of account opening. Now, one thing to note multipliers is that the fine print does say that you can only earn a maximum of
500 bucks in cash back in a calendar year at grocery stores, wholesale clubs, and gas stations combined. But still, even if you just wanted to use this as a dedicated grocery store card, that means you could spend up to $10,000 per
calendar year when using this card only at grocery stores to remain within that $500 amount earned by getting 5% back. To many people, 500 bucks in cash back of groceries. So, that's pretty powerful if you're not interested in opening
just to get a bunch of signup bonuses. Now, after that, I also had to include the Wells Fargo autograph in this video of cards that no one really uses that I this is going to be a no annual fee credit card that offers a ton of ways to
earn effectively 3% back. So, the autograph card is going to earn 3x points per dollar on restaurants, travel, gas, including EV charging, transit, including subways, ride shares, parking, tolls, and more, as well as
popular streaming services and phone plans. Those points can then be redeemed in a number of ways that can essentially turn those 3x points per dollar into 3% get access to transfer those points to a
gives you, which includes programs like Flying Blue, British Airways, Aviana, standard offer going on right now with the autograph card where you can earn 20,000 bonus points after spending $1,000 in purchases within the first 3
things here as well, like a cell phone protection benefit, as well as no the ways that this credit card is going to be able to earn 3x back without a pretty easy card to recommend checking out, even though it is a Wells Fargo
card, which I realize makes some people want to immediately ignore it. I get Fargo based on problems they've had in the past. But honestly, no bank is to overlook, which is why I think it doesn't get as much attention as it
a lot of questions recently about the autograph card because pretty soon there will end up having it. That's because for a massive number of Built Mastercard customers, when Built starts to transition away from their Wells Fargo
to happen is you're going to be transitioned over to a new Built 2.0 existing built credit card account is going to become this autographed Visa open. There's not going to be any new hard inquiries associated with doing
be worth keeping the Wells Fargo autograph card because of all that it plan to do when my built card goes through all these changes very soon. underrated credit card that I could have included here in this video that's from
Fidelity that lets you earn 2% back on everything to then invest that cash check out a recent video I made on that card, which I'll go ahead and link to over here on the screen next. But as always, thanks so much for watching and
always, thanks so much for watching and I'll see you in the next one.
