[00:19] minutes using Free Space, creating a on Instagram, in just 3 days since its publication, it already has over 10,000 views and continues to [00:31] climb. And if this is your first time on the channel, I'm Lorwin Enrique, captain of the artificial ark, and I'm going to show you how to create this show you how to create this complete workflow. Let's begin. [00:45] style remain the same in all scenes, and consistency is one of the most common problems when working with AI. Change your face, change your style, change your approach, change everything, and in the end people say, "I just can't do it [01:00] Venezuela, specifically the baseball team that won the World Baseball Classic this year. Everything starts with a foundation. In my case, I looked for real images of what the last pitch was like, that is, I looked for that specific moment of the [01:16] game, when Valencia, who is the baseball player, the pitcher from Venezuela, throws the last strike to be crowned out. And I looked for pictures of him to see his face so I could find a visual consistency of what he looked like. The [01:30] second step was to create Palencia in anime style. I acted more serious because I wanted him to be focused for the video. So what happened? He showed me a uniform that wasn't mine because it had yellow lines and [01:43] stuff on it. And what did I do? I looked for the Venezuela uniform, the real one, the one they were using for the World Cup. From this base image and the shirt image, I created the variant or modified it. So that? To give it better consistency. [01:57] Later I wanted to find one where he was pitching and that resembled Palencia's style as a pitcher, and I created this. Here at the prom, the important thing is to explain the [02:12] desired style and, above all, connect the reference so that he takes it as closely as possible, because in the end it's an anime, it's something adapted. And from here on, all the frames are maintained. As you can see, I'm [02:28] connecting the light blue ones to the initial reference until I get an optimal result. To maintain consistency, you should not create an individual frame. As you can see, it's connected. This one is connected to this one. [02:43] This one is connected to the one above because it 's the base and the prom, okay? initial, which is an assistant plus the image. So, as you can see, I'm not creating individual frames, I'm simply connecting nodes, which is why [02:58] I recommend Freepic, because in the end what it does is take reference from end what it does is take reference from the nodes already created and this makes everything easier. Then what I did was create the first scene. How's the [03:11] first scene going? with a strange close of the eyes and opened completely. Okay? That's what I wanted. But how did I get this image? I actually managed to do it using variations, which is an option that Freepick has, which you [03:26] simply get by grabbing an image and you'll see that it says variations and variation can give you something called reframe. With reframe you can select up to nine types of angles, okay? So, you can remove [03:40] one and then add another, but it always has to be nine different types of angles . And what this does is bring out something like this. So, when you get the results, he brings them out here for you. As you can see, I was looking at [03:54] several options and I got several ideas and frames from here, such as the ending, which I got from here. And what's good about that? Simply by clicking here, good about that? Simply by clicking here, he takes the individual frame and not all of them [04:08] . and maintains consistency. To give the video intention, I wanted to have a very anime-like image, which is the focus on what's going to happen, that is, on the ball. How did I get this image? Of the variations. What about [04:22] variations? As you can see, the size is very small. 495* 904. What do I do? I create a new image node and set it to recreate this image 100% consistent. As you can see, it took the same picture, but with a much higher quality [04:38] , which in this case would be 2K, as I show you here. I'll look for the third and fourth scenes later. Why the third and fourth scenes? Because from here I was going to use a start frame and an end. But notice that I'm using the same [04:52] But notice that I'm using the same scene that I took from here. Because? because it is what leads me to reality, to realism. And what I did here was to realism. And what I did here was look for a view, a rare view, that is, [05:04] from behind to maintain the consistency of him pitching, okay? So that the batter, the catcher, the umpire and the public could see each other, always maintaining consistency and placing it at the prom. What's happening? Later I wanted to [05:18] add something, which was to add Palencia's number and put his name. Notice that it maintained its consistency and notice that what I put on it was the uniform on the back that says Palencia and below it the number 29 in large letters. Same image, [05:32] total consistency. Then there was the ball scene because the intention was for him to throw the ball and for the view from the ball to be seen as if I were going to the catcher's glove. This is the first one I took . And notice that I'm telling him it's [05:47] a POV, not a player's POV, but a ball's POV. And what I did here was modify it because I needed the catcher, the batter, and the amp to appear. And I got that from here. And I got this image from the variations. It took [06:04] away the variations and all I did was use an assistant to find the POV while maintaining the consistency of what was already here. Because? Because this image of the umpire with the catcher is going to be the final frame of [06:19] this video, or rather, of this scene. Finally, the sixth scene was when Palencia starts celebrating because, well, he won the game because they because, well, he won the game because they became champions, and I recreated it exactly like that [06:33] to convey that emotion in my anime or short film as well. And notice that this is connected, always connected to maintain consistency. What was the consistency of this photo? It wasn't him, it was his position. And that's what I put [06:50] on the prom, okay? Because the consistency of this character, as you can see, the purple lines are linked, is when he's pitching to maintain his style, his presence as an anime character, and the style I [07:04] 'm using. And simply always connect the nodes and tell it where it's getting this from and what you want from each image. And finally, and this image as I showed you a while ago, which I took from the variations. What did [07:18] I do in this case? Similarly, since the image is small, what I did was recreate this image 100% consistent and created it for me with a better size or rather in 2K. And finally I took it to video, the start frame where I used this [07:32] image to get to this one, okay? Then the ball, it was like this ball tension I'm using clean 3.0 1080 5 seconds. I didn't need any more [07:45] seconds of that. From here, as I tell you, the start frame began from his back to take him to when he is going to pitch. Then the video was of him [07:57] pitching. This video didn't turn out perfectly, however, in the editing what I did was remove the beginning of the frame and look for where he's actually going to pitch . Next comes the stream close up of the ball to the glove. Boom. [08:12] Finally, the celebration, and then the entire Venezuelan public, were celebrating, like, "Great, we're champions!" Then I brought it into Premiere and started editing it. Since I created each video with clean, I activated the sound effect. So [08:29] that? so that they could create the effects I wanted, like the audience screaming and all that. However, what I did was, when editing the video, I added editing the video, I added an effect like, you [08:43] intention. This is where I say that the video is 5 seconds long and I only used three, and at the end they celebrate. What did I do too? The audio. This is what it's all about [08:55] . Palencia. I got this from the original video where the narrator is commenting on the game, and this gives the game a bit of intention. I also added an effect where people are shouting, [09:10] I put on some music, and here where the pitching starts, I and here where the pitching starts, I started adding a drum sound Venezuela, and at the end I added text that says congratulations, guys, and so on [09:26] this, like an honor to pay tribute to these guys who managed to win a championship. And as you can see, the video has 10903 views and the the video has 10903 views and the amazing thing is that it says 80% are non- [09:41] followers, meaning people who don't follow my profile are watching it. What's happening? Many people want to go viral or make viral videos, but the problem is that they don't take advantage of the moment to release it. I made this video just like the one [09:55] about Willy Colón, when Willy Colón passed away, and it has 122,000 views, okay? So, I took this out at the right moment and I made the Willy Colón video [10:08] exactly like this one. I looked for image references, I created a image references, I created a style, I connected the dots, and that's it. Do you want to see these videos? They're also on Instagram, and the link is in the description [10:20] so you can go and see them. In summary, consistency in Freepack is achieved through the connection of nodes, by telling it what comes from the previous node, and this greatly helps to maintain consistency across different frames, without [10:36] creating unique frames. The only ones are the main ones. Then you start creating the main ones. Then you start creating and varying based on the initial frame. The truth is, it's not very complicated. If you want more videos about [10:49] character consistency, you can also find this video on the channel, which I made focusing on consistency with real characters. I made another video where I also use real people and maintain consistency throughout the video, and you can see it. [11:03] If you want more videos like this, all I ask is that you subscribe.
