I found the shortest video on YouTube and somehow it has over 1 million views it's 9 frames long and features a man dancing for a fraction of a second but why did it get so many views when YouTube itself States it wants long watch time and what's it called will I be willing to bet if you watched the video you'd find it very hard to watch it only once as you try to work out what's going on in the scene so people watching it over and over again could have helped it become more successful the video itself is on a channel called timeworks and it's called the shortest video in [Music]
