## Summary

This video demonstrates a complete AI-driven dropshipping system. The creator walks through a real store that generated $11,000 in gross sales in just over 10 days, using Claude AI to handle product research, Shopify store creation, image generation, video ads, and Facebook ad setup. The guide emphasizes data-driven product selection, small niches, and the hidden importance of a reliable private fulfillment agent.

### Key Points

- **Claim and Overview** [00:02] — Creator claims to have made $10,000 in 10 days with a brand new Shopify dropshipping store, with Claude AI doing 90% of the work — product research, store build, ads, and launch.
- **Proof in Shopify Analytics** [01:00] — Dashboard shows gross sales of over $11,000 between April 26 and May 11, with an average order value of $47 and a 3.6% conversion rate, above industry standards.
- **Product Criteria** [01:43] — A product must solve a problem, have at least 4.5-star Amazon reviews, generate a minimum of $35 profit, and have 3–5 active competitors on Facebook or TikTok.
- **Claude CoWork and MCP Setup** [02:25] — Use Claude desktop app's CoWork feature for multi-agent tasks; add Winning Hunter as a custom connector to access a database of winning ads.
- **Running the Product Research Prompt** [03:47] — Paste the research prompt, select Claude Opus 4.8, set 'act without asking', and send. Claude returns around 10 product candidates with pricing, launch dates, stores, and competition data.
- **Deep Dive on Product Candidates** [05:35] — Ask Claude to save the list as a spreadsheet and pull ad creatives and landing pages for each candidate, then ask it to recommend a single product.
- **Selected Product: Snake Shin Protectors** [06:03] — Claude selected snake shin protectors and identified three marketing angles used by competitors: hikers, dog walkers, and people scared of snakes.
- **Why Small Niches Win** [06:28] — Small niches are less competitive and easier for beginners. The target audience tends to be older, making ads easier to produce, and the niche can still scale from $100k to $1M.
- **Building the Landing Page with Claude** [07:34] — Claude builds a Shopify store that outperforms a competitor's basic page. It clones a competitor's landing page via a skill and converts it into a fully customizable Shopify theme.
- **Using OpenAI for Extraction** [09:25] — OpenAI's vision model is better than Claude's at reading competitor previews. Its output is fed into Claude Design, which generates an HTML version of the store in 5–8 minutes.
- **HTML to Shopify Liquid Conversion** [11:11] — The HTML file and Claude Code command are uploaded to Claude CoWork, which uses the Shopify connector to create a new theme in the store.
- **Image Generation Skill** [13:31] — Add the 'D2C infographic generator' skill and connect an image model via Higgsfield (recommended), Google API, or OpenAI API to generate images.
- **Private Agent for Fulfillment** [17:42] — Scaling without a good private agent leads to chargebacks and refunds that wipe out profit. The creator uses Fulfill Empire, which offers same-day dispatch and ~9-day US delivery.
- **Video Ad Creation Workflow** [19:45] — Create 3–5 (ideally up to 10) video ads by finding winning ads on Winning Hunter sorted by ad spend, cloning them via Higgsfield Marketing Studio, adding ElevenLabs voiceover, and editing in CapCut.
- **Facebook Ads Launch** [26:36] — Set up three broad ad sets at $50/day with three ads each. Facebook's algorithm handles the optimization, and the scaling method is linked in the description.

### Conclusion

The video proves that a fully AI-assisted dropshipping store can be built and scaled quickly when you combine data-driven product research, automated store creation, and high-volume ad testing. The real differentiator is execution — especially using a reliable private agent to protect profits during rapid scaling.

## Transcript

you actually make money with it or is it just gurus on YouTube promoting it just to get views? Well, I just took a brand new drop shipping store from zero to $10,000 in just 10 days and Claude AI did 90% of
you guys the exact system which means the prompts, the skills that Claude used to find my winning product, build the Shopify store, create the ads, and even
launch them on Facebook. So, this is literally going to be a copy and paste system that you can start using right now. So, make sure you guys destroy the you right now how I was able to do $10,000 in just 10 days with a brand new
Shopify drop shipping store using Claude AI. Now, what I'm going to be doing is actually showing you guys a real product that I'm going to be taking through this exact same system. So, you can see how easy it is to replicate and you can see
the results yourself in how good this Claude AI drop shipping method is right now. So, as you can see on my laptop screen in the Shopify dashboard, the analytics is from the 26th of April to the 11th of May. And you can see that
the 11th of May. And you can see that we're doing gross sales of over $11,000 in that time frame. And you can also see the average order value is $47 and the conversion rate is 3.6 so it's way above industry standards. And the reason why
is because the landing page is so good. Now, just to show you this guys, it's coming to the end of today which is the 8th of June and we've already done $817. So, we're averaging on the store right now $1,000 a day. But now I've shown you
guys the proof that this store has done really well in just 10 days of launching copy it. Now, before I even get on to talking about using AI, you still have to understand the product criteria because you still need to make sure the
AI's doing the work correctly. Number one is it solves a problem. Number two, it has positive reviews on Amazon, minimum 4.5. And I can sell it for a minimum of $35 in profit. You also want to make sure
want to make sure that there's three to five active competitors selling that product on Facebook or on TikTok. Now, we're going to get Claude AI to do the whole thing for us. Now, this comes on to the prompt that we give Claude AI.
Claude desktop app because it'll give you access to something called co-work, which essentially means multiple agents work on one task at a time, which means that, you're going to want to go to customize, and you're going to want to
you're going to want to go to the plus symbol and click add custom connector. Now, the reason why we're coming here is because we're actually going to be using Now, if you don't know what Winning Hunter is, it's this on my screen. It's
basically the ads library but on steroids. So, what we're going to be doing is we're actually going to be using Winning Hunter's MCP to get Claude we're doing that is because we're humans, we're emotional, and we make
emotional decisions. In this point of view, we need Claude to act as non-emotional agent that is actually going to find a product based on data. you're going to come over here to your account, and you're going to go to where
it says connect to AI, and then you're going to see here click this. And then you're going to see here one And then you're going to see here one URL. You're going to copy the MCP URL,
Hunter. And then you literally just going to click add. It will send you to your account, and then you'll see Winning Hunter just like this. And then tools, you're going to go to always
to our Claude co-work. We're then you're to paste the prompt that I gave you, and you can see it tells it to use Winning Hunter, so we don't need to tell it to it says act, and you're going to go act without asking. That way, it would just
make sure that you're on Claude Opus 4.8 as it's the latest Claude model, the most smartest one, and you're just simply going to click send. So, you can see now it's actually doing the product research for us on Winning Hunter.
Winning Hunter is a massive database that has all the ads that are winning from the brands. So, these are ads that are running on Facebook from some of the biggest brands and drop shippers in the industry. Now, what we're doing is we're
getting Claude to get access to that database and do all of the hard work for us. So, it's going to be able to actually do the research without being emotional, without saying, "Oh, I'm not sure which product to choose. Oh, I
found four different products. Which one should I choose?" It will decide for us based on its own data and research. And I do believe this is the biggest reason why beginners fail, because when they do product research, they overcomplicate
it, they overwhelm themselves, and they just struggle to even find a product. At this point, you're literally giving AI the best data to go and choose you a minutes, you can see it says that it's pulled around about 10 different
products for me. These are products and ads that were created between May 30th and June the 9th. It's got the product name, what it solves, the price, the launch date, who's the store, and the competition. So, it's given you a list
of different products. Now, this is what you're going to want to do. You're going to see at the bottom it says, "Want me to save this as a doc spreadsheet, pull the actual ad creatives and landing pages for any of these?" Now, you're
you're going to want to copy this reply, put it in, and say do this task. And then once it's done that task, it will actually give you a spreadsheet with all of the information in there so you can quickly view the ad library, you can
quickly view the landing page, and you can see a full breakdown on what Claude thinks, and you can then ask Claude, "Which product should I choose?" Now, the product that Claude found for me were these snake shin protectors. Now,
this is one of the most unique products that Claude could have found. Claude gave me angles found: hikers, dog walkers, people scared of snakes. Those were the three angles that other competitors were doing to get people to
buy this product. And you can see here Claude found these three competitors, number one, number two, and number three. Based on the research Claude did, this was the first product on the list that it said to basically sell. I'm very
confident in this product. Why am I confident? Number one, it's a very small niche. Now, for beginners, small niches are amazing, especially like ones like this, because it's a niche that's small, but you can still make between a hundred
and a million dollars selling this product. Because it's not just a small people are going to be buying the product, which means the ads that you can make for them don't need to be crazy good, because you're selling to an older
audience that can be easily fooled with an ad. Now, when I say fooled, I don't mean in a malicious way, I mean that your ad doesn't need to be super glued up or cleaned up for younger people to recognize. Now, because we're going to
be using AI video ads, older people are more likely to feel like it's more real, because they're not as used to the younger generation knowing what AI looks like. They try and go for niches that are way too big, like the beauty niche,
and they're trying to compete with the biggest brands. It makes no sense. And then you wonder why your CPMs are like $50. That's the reason why. You should be selling products like this that no one knows about. So, now what we need to
do is we need to build our Shopify landing page. Now, the Shopify landing to be crazy, and I'm going to show you the proof right now. So, this is my competitor's landing page. They spent a lot of money on this, and you can see
this is their website. It looks very basic. It's not terrible, but it's very basic. So, that's their landing page there, guys. Now, check out my landing page. This is the one that I built with Claude on Shopify. Now, I built this
going to lie, I think mine looks way, And you can see here the images that I also made. These look also very, very exactly how to do that in a minute. Now, once you sign up to Shopify or you've
got a Shopify store, you do need to go on a paid trial, or you need to be on a paid plan. You cannot be on a free trial without a paid plan, because the MCP connector will not work on Shopify if you're on a free trial. I've tried it,
here to where it says customize again. You're going to go to connectors. You're going to go to where it says plus. You're going to go to browse connectors, and you're going to see Shopify right here. Shopify is an official connector
in Claude, so you don't need to do an MCP. You can just go to Shopify. Then, once you've added Shopify in, you're going to go back to that same chat that we did the product researching. You're going to see this skill here called
clone link to my Shopify. This is the skill that you're going to need. So, all the skills that you need, guys, and the prompt to initiate the skill will be in the reason why you need this is because it will be the skill that allows you to
copy any landing page, like the one that I just showed you, and then build it to want to take your competitor's website, because that's where it's going product. You're then actually going to go over to Open AI. So, we're actually
going to use Open AI once in this video. And the reason why we're using Open AI here is because it's better than Claude at taking looks at previews. So, it's got a better vision model than Claude, and it's better at extracting data. So,
you're going to give the prompt that we give you in the cheat sheet into open AI, and then you're going to paste the link to your competitor store, and then what's going to happen is you're going to get the prompt from open AI. You're
going to take that prompt from open AI. You're going to go back to Claude design, and you're going to paste the prompt in here. And then you're going to click send. And then what it's going to do is it's going to tell Claude design
to build you a Shopify store in HTML. HTML is basically a language model that you can preview a website in. Now, this will take around about 5 to 8 minutes to create the HTML version. So, you can see all the sections that it's built. Now,
what you're going to want to make sure that you do before you finish off with the HTML version is make sure that around about 70 to 80% of the info is correct. One thing to bear in mind is don't worry about your preview not
having images. So, you can see here in my HTML version, this has no images. That's completely fine. Now, in terms of the copywriting and the text and the little bit inaccurate because you can change all of this in Shopify, but you
do want most of it right so that you get AI to do most of the work for you. Now, if you go to the share button in the top right, you're going to see here export. You're going to see standalone HTML. You're going to click download, and
left-hand side as a downloadable link. Now, what you're also going to want to share. You're going to want to go to send to, and you're going to go to where it says Claude code. You'll then going to see the copy command. And then what
you're going to do is you're going to go back to your Claude co-work. So, I'm co-work, back to that original chat that we did the product researching. We're going to upload the HTML file. So, you can see the HTML file there. We're going
to place the Claude code command here, which you can see. It will tell Claude co-work to convert this HTML into your Shopify store liquid template. You're going to want to trigger the Shopify connector. If it doesn't trigger the
Shopify connector, you manually need to say use the Shopify connector tool. It will then initiate it. It will then ask you to install the Claude command line connected to Shopify as an app. You download it as an app. It authenticates
your store, and then it will upload all of the files to your store. So guys, you go to the Shopify store, you go to your apps, you can see here I got the Shopify Claude connector app. So this is the app that Claude will ask you to
download so it can connect it to the Claude CoWork. Now once it's installed you a brand new theme. So if you scroll see these brand new themes that it generates. So it clones your original
theme, which is either Horizon or Debut, and it makes a new version, and then preview page. So this is the exact template that Claude CoWork built. Now the way, you can see they're all customizable. So anything that I click,
I can change or edit. So you can see all the text here I can change, all the colors, all the titles, anything that Claude CoWork built, it's not hard coded. I can click on any of these little boxes and change the titles, the
descriptions, and the icons. Now the reason why I'm bringing this up is because you want to make sure that when Claude CoWork builds your Shopify template, it is fully customizable. Now in terms of the images that you can see
here, these are like infographic images, hero images, I'm going to give you guys a skill to be able to do this. So once you've built the store and you're happy that it's built correctly using the Claude CoWork method, and it's converted
the HTML into a fully customizable Shopify editable theme, you're going to go back to Claude CoWork. You're then going to go over to where it says customize again. You're then going to go over to skills and then you're going to
use this skill here called D2C infographic generator. So, this is the skill that I use to generate all of the images on my Shopify store. So, you go back to Claude Cowork. You're going to want to use the same chat that we used
got the memory in the context. You're going to add the skill here. So, D2C infographic generator and you're going to say make me images for my Shopify store. You're going to give it an image of your product on a completely plain
white background and then it will use the tool to be able to build the image. We can't just use the skill on its own because we do need to use a connector because Claude doesn't have access itself to image models. So, just to
clarify this, Claude does not have its own image models. It has to use other companies to generate images. Now, you guys have got two options for this. Now, it's completely up to you which option you want to use. Now, the option that I
think makes the most sense, if you want my honest opinion, is by using Higgs Field. Now, if you don't know what Higgs Field is, Higgs Field is a complete video and image generation model tool. So, it doesn't have its own model, but
it uses all the models in the industry. Then it's also got access to all the video models in the world. Now, the reason why this is important is because when we go to build the ads later or if you want videos making, if you use Higgs
Field inside of Claude, then you're not restricted to just making images with Claude. You can make videos, images, all of it. So, you can use Higgs Field by description. Again, I'm not sponsored by Higgs Field and then you can come over
to MCP, go to where it says Claude and just copy these settings over, go back into Claude and set it up as a custom MCP. Now, depending on the pricing plan either work out to be very well fairly packaged or it can be a a expensive.
because it might be a little bit expensive, you could use Google Studio. playground where you can use all of their tools and you can come over to where it says get API key and you can create your API key. You can essentially
get Claude CoWork to use your API key from Google Studio. Now, because Google has their image model called Google Banana Pro, you can use Google Banana Pro in Google Studio as an API key that you gave Claude CoWork the key to and
essentially it will then generate images using your API. You do need to top up your usage, so you can top this up by $5 and get quite a lot of images made. Now, sometimes Google have offers on where they'll give you like $10, $20 of free
credits. So, this could be a great option if you're on more of the restricted budget. Now, the other option that you can do is essentially the other version of this which is using Open AI's API key which you can get it to use GBC
Image 2 instead as that's the best model now. Google Banana Pro is amazing, but Image 2 by GBC is better. So, you essentially go to Open AI, you create an API account and then you do the same thing. You give your API key to Claude
CoWork and you get it to use your API usage instead. Like I said to you guys, if I'm going to be completely honest, Higgsfield makes the most sense. It's a lot easier to set up and you can do images and videos. So, once you've done
that guys, go back to your Claude and then once you've added the skill in, you can then say to it use my Google API key or use my GBC Open AI key if you've used those methods or if you used Higgsfield like I do, you can go to
see Higgsfield here and you can say use Higgsfield to make the images and then it will make all the images on the platform that you command it to use. And you can go back to your Shopify store like I am. You can go to the
placeholders where your images should be like here and you can just simply add them all in. And then once you've done that guys, your Shopify store is ready to go. Just make sure that your Shopify store is mobile-friendly and
obsessed with the desktop version, always make sure the mobile version's good. Most people think the hardest part is finding the winning product, but honestly, that's only a small part of the game. The real problem starts when
you find your product and you start getting sales. And a lot of people don't realize this till they scale a little bit too fast. Now, for example, we scaled from zero to $10,000 in just 10 days, which was over 200 orders. Now, if
I used the wrong private agent for my store, half of those orders or a quarter of them would either be charged back or refunded, which means all the profit I made would have gone to zero. So, I really can't explain to people how
important it is to have a good private agent. Now, the private agent that we Empire. And like I say, the best way to describe these guys is it's like having your own private agent inside of a fulfillment service. I use them as a
private agent for this store because they've got over 10 years of experience in this industry. They also have a massive range of dropshipping products in their catalog ready to ship from their warehouses. Now, Fulfill Empire
really specializes in sourcing. Now, if you find dropshipping products that are really odd like mine, these snake shin pads, this is where they're special because they've got access to the widest warehouses in the whole of China, so
they can source any product. Now, Fulfill Empire's warehouse is located around about 1 hour away from Hong Kong's International Airport, which means they can offer the same-day dispatch time and faster international
that I get with this private agent is around about 9 days and that is to the USA. And the product cost and shipping prices are the most competitive in the industry. So, behind every successful drop shipping Shopify store, there is a
private agent making sure it works. I'm going to leave the agent that we use in the description. I'm going to leave you their WhatsApp number so you can contact them. So, now you guys have built your Shopify store using Claude design and
Claude co-work using the new Shopify command line connector app. You're now that we're going to be using on Facebook. Now, we're going to need to create between three and five different video ads. Now, if I'm being honest with
you, with AI now, you should be able to get up to 10 video ads to test. Three to five is just a baseline. Now, the more video ads that you have to test that are really good quality, the more likely you are to scale aggressively. Because the
truth is, with drop shipping right now, to be able to scale fast means that you need a creative that's going to do all the scaling. So, you got to think of it, the more creatives and the best ones you can make are in front of Facebook, the
more likely you are to find one that's going to do well. So, once you've come back to Winning Hunter, you're going to want to search for your product in the searched in leg and then basically what the product name is. And you can see now
product. But, the good news is the only one that you're going to use is you're going to change it to English. So, where it says language here, you're And then where it says sort by in the bottom right, you're going to want to
change it to ad spend. That way you're seeing the ads for the product that are making the most money and they're performing the best. Now, once you've done this and you filtered it and you found loads of ads for your product.
for your product, again, the options that you've got is search for different search phrases in the search bar. If you're not sure, you can actually go back to Claude co-work and say, "I'm trying to find ads for my product. Give
for." And it will give you them. Now, this might take a few goes. Now, for me, phrases and then I found the ads. You're then actually going to want to watch the we've used the filter ad spend, it should show you the winning ads anyway.
We shouldn't really have to check them. But, it's always best to check them. Now, this ad here, number two, is actually really, really good and it was seen one week ago, which is very good. >> Ow!
>> Move over, rookie. >> Dude, how are your legs NOT BLEEDING >> JEANS DON'T STOP ROCKS. Hitting solid armor panels, you're out there naked. >> Guys, that is so hilarious and that's why this ad so good. There was a guy
using this machine. He stabbed himself in the leg because of the rocks hitting with our product, says, "Get out of the way, rookie. This is why you need these leg pads." So, that's instantly going to grab people's attention. So, I know that
that ad there is legitimately a good ad. So, what I'm going to want to do is I'm actually going to click the three dots. I'm actually going to come down here to where it says view details and I'm going to download it in HD. I'm now going to
head back over to Higgs Field and you're going to want to go to the marketing to be using the marketing studio is because they've just recently come out with a feature that I think is really, really good. And this is just based on
day. Now, you're going to see here where it says ad reference. This is where we can actually upload other ads that we got references from. So, for example, now clone it. So, I literally just upload the video here. So, now we've got
the reference ad added here. Then we can go to products. And then what you can do is you can add the URL of your Shopify store here. So, protecting leg pads. So, I can select my product. So, you can see now I've got my
ad reference, my product, and then you can choose an avatar. Now, it gives you pre-selected avatars, but the issues with these avatars is they can look a little bit like the younger audience. So, these are like for modeling beauty.
So, these are a little bit young for me. So, go to where it says create avatar. Go to where it says generate with a prompt and just say, "Make me a guy in his 30s, 40s, 50s, gray hair, looks like he works outdoors." It'll create you an
my avatar, as you can see here, it created Daniel. Now, this is if your product is for the older generation like mine, where the avatars Hicks will give you are more for the younger ones. Just simply make one using a prompt like I
did, and now we can click continue. It's now going to analyze our ad reference and create clips based on it. Now, with the ad reference, you can only add up to 25 seconds. So, you're going to have to do two. So, the first 25 and then the
last 25. You can see it's made two generations, generation number one and shows him getting hit in the leg, then fine. Then this one shows him using it and showing the dramatic how good the
this video was generated, this video was generated. Now, with these two videos, generated. So, we're going to have to generate that ourselves. So, we can go over to ElevenLabs. We can then go over to text-to-speech.
And then we can go over to voices, and then we can go to filters, English going to be selling this to the American audience. Gender's going to be male, and then age is going to be old, because I'm selling it to an older person. So, this
one here called Weight Wise is a bit of a cowboy accent, and it sounds like that people are going to be buying this for are people based in America, where they're in that part, Texas, Alabama, those kind of areas, I'm guessing. So,
now you can see I've added the voice here. And we're going to be using V3. V3 is the most realistic model, so I'd recommend that you use V3. So, we're going to go to transcript. We're going to go transcribe with AI. And then we're
going to click copy full script with timestamps. We're then going to go back timestamps. We're then going to go back to Claude, and then we can say make me a UGC video script based on this one for my
product. You're going to paste in the script here, and then it's going to make you the new one. And just like that, guys, it's made me the script. So, what that it makes, and if we do need to make any adjustments or edits, we can do that
later. We can go back to Eleven Labs, and we And then you can do V3 enhance, which I'd recommend that you do. It adds do that. And then what you're going to want to do, guys, is you're going to
happy with this, guys, you can just generate it. And then what we can do is we can go into CapCut, we can add those two clips in or three clips, you can combine them together, and then you can just add the voice over in the bottom,
and then that's simply one ad made. So, that's super easy and fast to do. So, this is example number one. >> below the knee, exactly where a gator's gaiters, watch what a fang does to them. Now, watch mine. 13 hard panels that
tight, so they never spin and leave you exposed. I wear these around water, brush, and tall grass. A snake bite costs over 20 grand to treat. These cost trip out. >> So, those are the examples of the ads
that I made using AI, and you can see those were low quality. I exported them in 720, but they should be 1080p. You guys get an example of how easy it can be to replicate the original ad, which is here, versus our ad made with AI.
Now, when it comes to the Facebook ads, guys, I've actually got here on the Miro board the exact way to do the Facebook ad strategy. at $50 a day. We've got one ad set broad, two ad sets broad, three ad set
broad, and we've got three ads in each one. So, in total, three, six, nine. So, say 10. So, you're going to have 10 different ads here. When I'm setting up the Facebook ads campaigns, guys, it really is simple. Facebook does most of
the creatives that you need to do. Now, I did say that you can do this with Claude, by the way, but I'd recommend that you do this yourself the first time said, I'm going to play a montage video now showing you guys how I set up my
Facebook ads. It's very simple, so you can see how to do it. So, as you guys just saw, that is how I set up my Facebook ads, and that is how I test. description to my scaling method as well. So, the method that I used to
scale this account will be linked in the description, so you can watch that guys, that is literally how we were able to do 10K in 10 days with a brand new Shopify drop shipping store using Claude AI. Let me know if you got a lot of
value from this video, and let me know, guys, if you've enjoyed it, and don't can get access to the prompts and the skills.
