[00:02] different ways to promote your affiliate link on Instagram. So if you enjoyed this topic, leave a like here and subscribe to the channel. You know I don't like to spend more than 10 seconds of the video asking. Let's get [00:14] ways to promote your affiliate link. However, many affiliates end up not getting results from promoting there, simply because they don't know how to do it correctly. And that's why in this [00:29] video I want to give you at least nine different ways to promote yourself on Instagram. And the promotion starts even before you post any links. Here I'm assuming you're already an [00:43] affiliate for some product and that you already have the link; you just need to know how to promote it. If you don't already have a product, this channel has plenty of content about products to sell on Shopee, info products. So I'm going to leave [00:56] so you can learn how to choose your product as an affiliate. Having done that, we now move on to the marketing phase, which is the most important phase of all, because it's precisely what will lead to [01:12] link, you need to prepare your profile. There's no point in frantically posting links everywhere if your profile doesn't convey even a modicum of credibility. And I say this with all my heart, because it's one of the things [01:27] affiliates get wrong the most. Sometimes, because they don't want to be seen, because they want to keep their profile anonymous, and so on, affiliates create profiles that look like scams. It's really bad content that isn't native, it uses stock photos [01:41] or images of very low quality, they don't teach anything about watching a YouTube video on editing to do a good job, and they blame the link, the product, the person who [01:55] taught it, everything but the scam-looking content that the person is creating. So, unfortunately, with the internet came many scams, and people are already extremely tired of them. Even if what you're promoting isn't a scam [02:09] , sometimes a Shopee link you post on Instagram, if you post it the wrong way, with a profile that isn't minimally organized or visually appealing, people won't even click on it because they think it'll [02:22] Unfortunately, those of us who work correctly have to pay for those who don't . So, first of all, you need to demonstrate credibility through your profile. A good profile picture and a good name are essential; avoid using too [02:36] many variations of numbers and letters, which can make your username illegible. A good biography, without grammatical errors, intentionally and strategically constructed, with genuine content—first and foremost , before I try to sell or [02:51] push anything on someone, I need to have content that adds value for people. All of this is you preparing your profile so that, when you have traffic, you can make sales. I'm not going to go into [03:05] too much detail about this here because, as I said, there are already other videos about it on the channel. promotion, but I thought it was very important to bring this data to you because I see that it's the mistake most affiliates make that prevents them from getting results. [03:18] Also, if you want to learn how to create content that connects, builds community, and here in the description, I'll leave a link to my WhatsApp and I want you to send me a "hi" there, because I'll be releasing three free lessons showing you [03:33] how to transform your financial life through content creation and online sales. Even if you don't want to show your face, even if you don't have an initial investment, click here, request these three lessons, and then come back [03:45] here to continue following this content. Okay, knowing all that, way to share your link on Instagram, which is the way most of us already know: through stories. It's not about clicking to add [03:59] text and pasting the link there. It won't be clickable like that. You need to go to the stickers section, click on the link icon, paste the link there, give the button a name, and then add it to your stories. A common mistake among [04:15] affiliates is sharing the link in their stories. Just randomly post the link there, any old way, with any image. Sometimes people take screenshots of the product itself on Shopee or anywhere else, paste them there, and hope that it [04:29] will magically sell. This doesn't sell. Stories, as the name suggests, are stories, right? It's a way for you to show small snippets of your daily life, and ultimately, it's in stories that you create the strongest connection with the people who follow your profile. So, there [04:45] I really like sharing links with context, that is, I show the benefit of that product, I generate engagement. So, even though sometimes I say things like, "Guys, ask your audience questions, put them out there, find a way to get [05:00] tell me: "Oh, but my audience doesn't respond, I don't even have followers, and so on." It doesn't matter. You're going to speak as if you had a million people watching. Oh, but there are only three, it's not a problem. Don't focus on the immediate future, focus on [05:15] starting, talking as if there are many people involved, because one day there will be. So you provide context for the product, you explain how it works, you generate desire or curiosity, for example, through a video [05:27] showing the product, and then you post it on your stories to make sales. A little hack that involves sharing the link in your stories is to ask some kind of question in one of your stories before sharing the link. So, many people use, for example, a " [05:43] spot the difference" game, putting a fruit, a picture of a different fruit, and writing: "What fruit is this?" All of this is just to generate engagement on the story and the next link, because then Instagram will promote it to more people. The [05:56] second way is also through stories, but this time it 's with replies. So, instead of just leaving the link in your story, you'll post it, talk about the benefits of the product, generate desire or curiosity, and then you'll write about it. If you want [06:10] access to the link for this product, comment here and I'll send it to you. It's different from just leaving a direct link, because you generate responses in your story and increase engagement. So, for example, if you're getting very few views [06:24] on your story, this is a great way to improve it, because the more people show it, so it's a great possibility. The third format is the story that became a highlight. Highlights are stories you create every [06:40] day. Then, at the bottom of the screen, in the corner, you're going to click and click on "highlight". And then you'll create several highlights. You can create a highlight just for beauty, a highlight just for home, a highlight just for decoration, whatever you [06:54] want. Then you start highlighting the ones you posted in your story. It's like a way to make the story permanent on your profile. It also generates a lot of clicks and a lot of sales. So don't stop using the highlights because [07:09] you think, "Oh, nobody will click on them," or whatever. It's not a myth, and you can sell a lot just by using highlights. The fourth possibility is the link in the bio. As I told you, you need to create a profile that's already somewhat [07:23] prepared to receive an audience. And one way to prepare is by thinking about what you're going to write in your biography. I always recommend to my students that they include a call to action in their biography. Then you'll say "profile" to show you the [07:38] best home finds, for example. And below that, a call to action, a CTA. You will click on the link below and access the best promotions, for example. And that link in your bio, the more clicks your profile [07:51] gets, the more clicks the link in your bio gets as well. And it's the one that converts the most sales, at least in my structure , in my tests, it's by far the one that sells the most. Simply building a good [08:05] bio and clearly including the link, without it seeming like a scam or weird, will result in clicks on the link. Trust me. The more valuable content you produce and the more clicks you generate on your profile, the more you will sell that link in your [08:19] bio. So, he is extremely important. The fifth way is through comments. video, please comment below if you've ever seen someone using this strategy. The person makes a video or a carousel and writes a comment saying "I want you to [08:33] send me the link." And then when you comment, the link to that product automatically goes to your direct messages. This is nothing more than an automation strategy, where you generate engagement because the person commented, and you can do this either [08:47] manually, clicking on the person's profile and sending them the link, or through automation, which is when it goes directly to the person, who comments and immediately receives the link, which is done through a platform called Michet. MCT automates this process; [09:01] it's free up to 1000 messages, after which it becomes a paid service. So it's a tool that I recommend you use when you already have a larger number of followers and even comments, so you can [09:13] speed up your process. The sixth form, and this is one that I hardly see below. I saw a strategy that almost no one talks about, which is social selling. learn this here. I'm teaching you for free. Social selling is simply [09:29] a professional who will make contact. And here, in this parenthesis, the contact those who interacted with your content to offer a product or service. So, for example, you might promote home decor items, or you're an [09:44] architect and also promote home decor shopping malls. For example, you see someone who's always liking and commenting on some of your posts, and you're going to actively message them privately, right? spam. This isn't [09:57] about sending unsolicited spam links , but about starting a conversation with that person and understanding why they're following you, what their goal is example, is renovating their house and wants ideas; in short, you'll sound out the [10:10] person, understand what their objective is, and then if your product or service fits that person's needs, you'll offer it through your link. It's a great way to sell even slightly more expensive products, and it's a [10:24] relatively advanced online sales strategy that few people explain, but it works really well, in addition to increasing your engagement and connection with your followers. The next step is adding the link to your post. [10:38] updates for some people and not for others, but on one of my profiles I've already managed to activate this feature, which is when you post a picture, you 'll post normally and then in the settings, before posting, [10:53] when you're going to write the caption, you know? Right below there's an option to add a link, and that's where you'll put it. For some people, there's also the option to add products, which is Instagram Shop, and I've even made a video about it here for you. [11:06] Instagram is trying to jump on the TikTok Shop bandwagon to boost sales, and they've released Instagram Shop, which will also feature a shopping bag icon in videos, just like in TikTok Shop, where you can put your affiliate link. [11:21] Unfortunately, this feature isn't yet available to all profiles because, is still testing this feature. However, most profiles, both mine and my students', are already enabled. The next way is through [11:34] paid traffic. You can either click on " boost" and your video will appear to people with the link, or you can do it through Facebook's Ads Manager , which is ideal. But this is also a strategy that I particularly [11:47] recommend for when you've already made some sales and want to reinvest financial investment. You're literally paying Instagram to show your post to more people, and there's a chance of converting that into [12:01] sales. And the last way, which is also extremely valuable—and you only learn this in paid content, I'm serious—is to create collaborations that are bigger than your own. So it also usually involves some kind of [12:15] payment. Instead of paying for traffic on Instagram itself and everything else, you'll buy a collab post, you know, that post where your profile and another profile appear with some pages that are larger than your profile. There are [12:29] gossip pages, news pages, and trivia pages. And then professional affiliates hire these spaces in collaboration with these profiles, at least five, six, even 10 at a time, which generates a lot of posts because it will [12:45] generate several clicks on the link, especially the link in the bio, which is the one profile, because it will generate clicks on your profile. However, this is a strategy that can only be implemented if your profile is already well-structured and [12:58] professional. If you send traffic, whether it's paid traffic from Instagram itself or from collaborations, to profiles that aren't ready to receive that traffic, it won't yield results; you 'll just be wasting money. So these [13:11] are nine ways to promote your affiliate link on Instagram. If you enjoyed this video, please give it a like and subscribe to the channel. I'll see you next time.
