[01:56] whenever you create a Google Form, first of all, you should have a Google account, that is, you should have an email ID, and by default, your Google Form account or its
[02:08] website gets automatically signed in through the email ID, that is, your account will be created automatically, So here you can see that I searched by typing Google Form, its website has opened here and it has also been logged in with my mail ID.

[04:50] put a question mark at the end.  Here also you will have to keep the short answer as it is. Ok?  After that friends, click on the plus button here again.  And here you can give the option what is your qualification.  Right?  This is how we will
[05:05] write.  And we will put a question mark here. Instead of short answers, you can give it multiple choose or check box or dropdown option.  So you can give multiple choose options. Like in Option First, you can enter Option First here.  Ok
[05:17] ?  So in this we're going to put like 10th okay ?  In this way, then click on Add Other. Ok?  As soon as you click on Add Another, another option will be added.  Ok?  On the add option. Ok?  So here we can enter 12th. Then you can click on the add option.  And

[06:18] click on 35 and add other option, then other option will also be added here.  Anyone can other option will also be added here.  Anyone can Ok?  Make sure to require them
