The GlotBot hype is actually real and not for the reasons you think. It's actually because of how absolutely ridiculously easy it is. If you take a person that doesn't really use AI and wants to get started into AI and start using AI agents to do the actual work, GlotBot is the best solution for them.
This is by far one of the easiest AI tools I've ever encountered for the use of creating AI agents, making connections, and more importantly, starting tasks to let your AI basically do them for you. And today what we're going to do is we're going to install it,
I'm going to show you how to create your first agent, I'm also going to show you how to create your team of agents. And then more importantly, I'm going to show you how to connect different apps and create a hierarchy that's going to make the best sense for you to run your entire AI team that you're going to be able to create no matter your skill level.
So stay tuned and go belong with us. This is by far one of the easiest tools I think for absolute beginners. Now, is it the same kind of powerhouse as Hermes or Cloud Code or Codex? Possibly not because of the amount of workload that those things can handle.

Now for anybody that's really starting out this really is a good tool for you because it is incredibly simple and the way they made it set up they actually made the screens even less complicated. There's only a few screens you can go to there's only a little bit of configuration you can do and the rest
honestly is not that hard to configure so we're gonna go ahead and we're gonna jump right in. So the first thing you want to do is we're gonna open up a browser and we're gonna download Glockbot. Alright so I'm just gonna go to Google right here and I'm gonna type in Glockbot and just for anybody to know
that you know SpaceX Elon Musk company does own GrokBot and we're going to be using the Grok AI in order to actually run this particular bot. I'm going to go right to GrokBot. First one you see in there click on it and when you click on it you have already a download for Windows. When you download for Windows
you're going to hit download button whether your Mac or Linux computers they all work you're just going to hit the download button specifically for your software. Once you download it you're going to come directly in here and you're going to have a downloads area right here and in your downloads area
is just installing. You're going to have this screen come up. You're going to hit next. Once you hit next, you're going to go ahead and install. Now, the way it works is you're going to understand that you're going to be able to get this software and it costs anywhere from like $30
a month and more depending on your usage. When you're first starting out and you're trying to get this thing installed and you're playing around, honestly, you can just start with the model because you want to get to the beginning parts of this, having agents created and doing things for
you. I'm going to go ahead and hit finish. Now, when you finish, it's going to take you through login screen or a purchase screen to sign in. Now I've already had a cursor and I also had a Glock account so I choose my Glock account. The reason why you want to
go with Glock is because you also get access to SuperGlock. Now this particular instance is going to cost you about $30 a month and honestly if you're just starting out it is well worth the money. And here are some limitations that I just want to make sure you understand. When you get this you're only going to be
able to use the model of Glock. Meaning that's the AI you're going to be able to use. You won't be able to use quad code and you won't be able to use codecs or chat QPT because again this is made specifically for Grok. Now that being
said for anybody that just starting out Grok is a pretty effective model. It is not the best in my opinion but it definitely can do a lot of things especially for the person that's starting out. Now when you come in here as you can see this is a pretty fairly easy screen. It's not that really hard to
navigate but we are going to go over some settings just so you fully understand how this thing works and I'll break things down as we kind of move belong. First and foremost, I always, whenever I get into any kind of software, I always go to where my name is because that's going to be where the majority of the options are going to be. First and
foremost, there's going to be a weekly limit and a weekly usage. Now, the weekly usage is how much usage you're allowed per week for your individual bot. Now, the thing that I will tell you is, is that there's a weekly usage message right here and it'll tell you how much you have left for the
week and when it resets. Now, for whatever reason, if you really start getting good at this and these AI agents start doing really well, you can always change the limit right here by going to a higher plan and just selecting it. Now, the craziest thing about this particular AI and this particular harness, which is Glock
Bot, is the fact that it's always on. Now, the reason this is so cool is because a lot of other software, Codex and Cloud, have a cloud part, but it's really kind of difficult and it doesn't work as well as you think it will.
Now, what's great about this is, is the second you put it on your phone, since it's on the cloud, the Glock cloud, right? SpaceX's cloud. You're always going to have whatever's on your phone or your PC exactly match. And if you put this anywhere else inside of any other like laptop
or other PC, it will all share the same cloud. Now, the great part about that is, is that at any point in time where you go, you're able to access the same information and have the bots always live and working. That is a very big upgrade from a lot of other AIs because a lot of other AIs
can do it, but it becomes a little bit more complex. Again, for the beginner level, this thing is pretty darn amazing. Now, that is by far one of the best benefits of Grok so far that I've written this. So, whatever you do, immediately get the phone app because then you're going to be able
to experience both Grok on your PC and on the actual phone, and it's just going to make it a much better experience for you. Now, I'm going to go back over here to the name, and then you can get support here by sitting at Help Center, and they have a Send Feedback, and as always, we're
going to go directly into Settings. Now, I'm logged in to a specific, this is my test account, I have my other Agraka account in another place, but this is going to be really good for you guys to start out. First of all, you can select your theme of dark and light.
You can select your language, select your microphone because you can dictate because there's a little tiny dictate button right over here, and you can also talk to it on your phone. Believe it or not, there are tools out there that will actually let this thing call your phone.
That's how insanely cool this thing is. Now, you can use hardware acceleration, and all that means is depending on the computer you have, if you have a very powerful computer, if you turn this on, it will make the AI work faster.
The second thing is if you are having trouble with your network, meaning you can't get online or whatever else, they also have a network debugger. And there's other things like time zones. Now, the time zone is actually really important to make sure it's accurate, especially
when you're traveling, because when you create tasks for your AI to do, if the time zone is off, you're going to have things going off at different times, because again, it should be detected of wherever you are and then auto review rules this is where you're going to set
the rules for your AI now we're not going to start off with any rules we're actually going to establish the rules with the individual bots but I just want to make sure you understand that if you wanted to make a general rule for your entire bot army that you're going to create you can automatically have it in
here like for instance don't ever reply for me ever and if you do this in here like when Glock wants to reply to emails okay I'm going to say ask first and I'm going to add that rule and see and the rule automatically gets added. I feel that
Grok's telling me to know me, I don't want that anymore, I can actually hit delete. So this is the kind of rules that you want to set up based on your personal preference. Computer, this is the name of your computer and again execution on this computer. I always allow because what this will allow Grokbot to do is
take over my computer and actually do things. And last but not least is again here you have your weekly usage and if you want to create like a monthly limit for yourself so you don't go overboard when it comes to spending in AI, you can go ahead and
set that here where it's unlimited or fixed. And then your current plan, I'm on pro, you can always upgrade in any point in time. And if you need to change the billing, you're going to go ahead and manage billing here. Now, when it comes to update, you can always download the most stable model,
automatic updates for me, and then you can check the version. All right, so I'm going to let that go. And the first thing that we're also going to do is go to the marketplace. Because again, This is one of the greatest advantages I've ever seen an AI do right off the gate.
Now, most plugins, it's not that they're hard to connect. It's sometimes people get a little confused because, honestly, it's sometimes a little hard to connect one software to another. Well, guess what? The Rock made it incredibly easy. These are literally one-click installs.
There is one caveat. Because it's brand new, it's still building in the amount of software it can connect. Now, I can tell you that there is some great benefits to the ones that already have Connect. and I'm going to show you the first one that I really, really, really love.
So if I go into my Gmail and I come in here, you notice that I not have one, but I have two. So for a person like me that runs multiple companies, I have emails, I think about five different emails that I constantly leverage. What you can do here that you can't do in most other AI software like Codex
is that you can add multiple email addresses. Watch how fast this thing is. I literally want to add another email address, so I'm going to hit Add Account. I'm gonna come in here and I'll just put one email address.
I put in one email address, I hit authorize, the screen will pop up and when it pops up, all I have to do is accept it select all hit continue The second I close that screen it automatically connected Email is by far one of the easiest one but let select another one I have a ClickUp account and I want to install my ClickUp because that what
we do all our project management. All I have to do is come over here type in ClickUp, see if it's available, I have it added but again here's where the great thing is. I already have an account with this email address. If I wanted to add
another account, add another account, I come in here, I put in my email address, I I hit authorize, a screen will pop up to literally log me in. All I have to do is select, click all the checkboxes, hit okay, and now it has access to it.
And again, team, this is what I'm talking about, about the ease of use. You connect your Google Calendar, your Google Drive, anything that you feel is going to be beneficial for you. Now, there's also one other crazy feature that I really, really like about Grok that, again, makes the ease of use super simple.
Now, if I come in here and I want to install a bot, I have to either create my own bot. or I can go to where it says bots up here in the marketplace, hit bots, and look at this. There are people that have already created bots that I can literally download and use.
And if you really look through it, they're all categorized, and I believe that this will grow exponentially because there was only a few a couple days ago, and now there are quite a bit in here.
Everything from home robots that can control your actual lighting and everything else inside your house, your thermostat, Flora, the plant care log if you're a big plant person. Anything that overheard, which I thought this was pretty cool,
watches Reddit, Hacker News, and news sites, and X to find anything that you want about research or news, which I think is pretty cool. And look at this, TradBot, watches your personal email calendar for school schedules and everything else.
And what's great is that some of these are actually created by influencers and people that are out there doing these kind of lifestyle things or something else. The other great part about this, and we're going to see it later, is if I create a bot or one of my friends creates a bot and I want to use it inside of here,
I can actually share my bot template and give it to other people. And guess what I'm going to do for you guys today? I'm going to share my bot templates with you so you guys can go ahead and use these for yourself when you build them and you can see how easy it is.
But today's more of an intro course. I'm going to have a workshop for like three hours where we're going to basically build an entire AI team. So make sure to check out the link below because that is definitely coming. But more importantly, you're going to be able to download the ones we created today.
So we have our plugins, we connected our inboxes, we connected our Google Calendar, we connected the Drive, we can connect whatever you want. If there was a particular team in here that you wanted or a particular bot, as you say, that you wanted to connect, this is how easy it is to go in here.
Let's try to go in and actually create a bot because that's what it's all about. You'll automatically come in here and you'll see the new bot. We're going to go ahead and hit the plus sign. We're going to create a new bot and it'll come up with a little design.
You can select the images, you can do all kinds of things. All right. So if I click on this new bot, immediately I'm having a conversation. Now, the cool part, and again, the ease of this, is the way they designed this, they designed it in a way where a lot of this is going to be based on conversations.
So the conversation breakdown will be on the left-hand side, and each bot will have a specific set of tasks that it can do. Now, I'm going to give you some advice, and I hope you can take it, is that the way Glockbot is designed, at least in my idea of how it's supposed to work,
is you don't want to create thousands of bots. You want to create a bot that is going to be solely responsible for a few things depending on the size of the task at hand. So, for instance, if I have five email inboxes and I wanted to manage it all,
I want to make sure I give it only the tasks and skills it needs to do that because I believe that's a big enough task that one individual bot can do. Now, if you're managing an inbox and you want this thing to manage your calendar,
I probably take up both tasks and I make that your like daily manager, your daily brief spot that kind of helps you organize your day. And you can add things like your drive and a couple of other things to make that thought a little wholesome. Now, again, in my situation with
five inboxes, I kind of believe that the inbox manager needs to be its own animal because I want to make sure it's focusing on that one task and it's doing that task exactly well. Now, because I've already added my email and my inboxes, it's already down there and it's
going to be able to see all my inboxes. So the way I'm going to do it is I'm going to go ahead and create this bot and call it the inbox manager. Now, here's the other important thing. You know, one thing that I believe that bot can do a little bit better is that when you come in and you build
a bot, the bot doesn't know anything about you. And what I don't like that it doesn't do is it doesn't ask any questions to really understand what you want to do or who you are, what your writing style is and what your brand. But fear not, because if you're just starting out, my
recommendation before you build any other bots is to get the bots to know you. Now, with that also being said, you need to understand the way the memory works inside of GrokBot. Each individual bot will have its own memory about its skills and what it does. Then there's also something called
a shared memory that it shares with all the bots inside of your actual GrokBot account. Then there's also something called session memory where it will recall what was done on the last session and so forth. And you got to kind of understand all three. So for instance, if I want the bot to understand
everything about me, I will one, tell it to put it in its shared memory. If I only want the bot to remember things we did in the inbox and the inbox triage and how to basically work inside my inbox, I want it to only know those skills and I don't really need to share it across the way with
everybody else. I don't want to create a memory blot that's going to burn through a ton of credits. And the other thing that I want to make sure I understand is that when I'm building the shared memory, when I'm building this individual bot memory, I want to make sure that I have it completely isolated and improving it every single time.
If I find something that the bot did do or didn't do, I want to make sure I tell it, please commit this to memory so then you remember everything about me. So the number one tip that I will tell you right now is, one, go to other AI that you've been using this whole entire time.
And if you're a complete new beginner, I have another strategy for you. But if you're a person that's been using Cloud, ChatGPT, any other tool out there that's AI, I will go to those tools and I will literally say, for instance, I will come in here.
I will go create a new chat inside of my Cloud or my ChatGPT. And I will say, I'm using GraphBot. I want you to create a file or several files that literally have everything about my brand, the way I write, my voice,
everything you know about all my businesses, one that you know about my personal life. I need you to basically give me everything that the bot would need to ensure that it knows me and knows me specifically. Please take your time.
Make sure you get everything that you need that is required, any improvements that you've done and so forth, and ensure that it's ready for this. Put all this in my downloads folder so I can easily download some files and give it to Glock.
Now, I am going to go ahead and do that. If you don't have any of this and this is your first interaction with any kind of AI, then I have something even better for you. And I'll leave this up so you can take a little screenshot. I'll also try to include it in the little guide below.
But this is what you want to do. You're going to come over here and you're going to basically say, hey, I'm brand new, but I want you to ask me a bunch of questions about me, about the way I write, the way I sound, my brand, my voice, the businesses that I run or business, the work that I do.
and more importantly, my personality, my personal life, things I'm focused on, my goals. Basically, I want you to ask an array of questions that you believe you need to give to your shared memory
so all the bots that we're going to create together are going to basically be in here and are able to do everything that we need them to do, but with my voice, the way I like to work, and more importantly, understanding who I am and my business.
So whether you have AI, you're going to create the file system that I told you before. if you're brand new, never had any kind of AI experience, you're going to use a prompt like this. Again, make sure to include it or better yet, I'll copy it here and I'm going to go ahead
and put it in my little tools for you guys that you're able to do it inside of there. What I'm going to do is because I have all my files, all right, I'm going to delete all this because we already have interactions with AI and it already kind of feels like it knows me and it knows
everything about it, I'm going to say, hey, before we get started in creating our army of bots, I want to make sure you know everything about me, my businesses, and everything else. I'm going to share a bunch of files with you. I want to make sure you commit this to your shared
memory so whenever we build bots all the bots that we build will have access to the shared memory and it will know everything about me Here is the files that I want you to look at Now as I mentioned I have it in here
I have all the entire profile of who I am. This is literally my voice, how I work about me, my voice in band, verified facts about who I am. And I'm going to copy this, and I'm going to copy how's it pass.
And notice I'm not really creating a very specified agent right now, because what I want to do is establish other bots and have this one bot kind of help me create other bots. And we're just going to do this with the first one. Kind of follow along, just go along with my method
because I think this works out pretty well, right? So I'm going to go ahead and let this thing kind of cook and do a share of memory. Then we're going to go into customizing this just a little bit in order for you to see how you kind of customize some of these bots.
And see, and just like that, because I fed it really good information, it came in here and it asked me, okay, what would you like to build first? Ops and Automation Bot, Full Army, Mapless, and something else, Marketing Content.
And again, this is advice. Now, I believe this is the best setup that you can do in order not to go through a bunch of credits and so forth and so on. But we're going to leave this open right here. And before we move forward, I want to show you something.
If you go over to the left-hand side and you right-click over here, you're going to notice that you have pin, move to a new section, mark as read, rename, bot, edit, duplicate, copy conversation ID, and delete. Now, what I'm going to do is I want to personalize this one bot
because this is going to be kind of like my chief of staff. So I'm going to edit the profile, and I'm going to call it chief of staff. And I'm going to put it as the basic label.
I'm going to put it as admin. You can also do executive. I'm going to do executive team. Now, the descriptions will change over time, and I actually recommend that you upgrade whenever you can, because when you upgrade them, it's automatically going to kind of just have a better interaction with your bot.
The other thing is you can have AI help you write a better description as it's learning. Now, again, I want to be very clear. Your bots are going to be learning, meaning that they're not going to be great right off the bat. Because this is a self-learning AI, it's going to have to take some time to understand how you work, about your business, what you like, what you don't like.
So you are going to have to spend some time interacting with it and training it. In my other set, this thing is actually rocking out pretty good, and my day-to-day tasks and abilities does incredibly well. So congratulations, though.
You did create your first bot. You labeled it, and you have it here. Now here's the other cool part that I'll show you now. If I go over to the left-hand side and I right-click on it, I can actually pin it so it becomes the center of attention here.
I can unpin it. I can come also over here and I can create a section and I can label it executive team. So you see how it's got this part highlighted? I can come over here and I can put exec team.
And there you go. I've kind of created it. Now, I'm going to kind of break it down the way I want to build our team. I'm going to have my chief of staff, which is going to be the bot that I interact with the most. I'm probably going to have a marketing manager, an ops manager, and probably some other ones that we're going to create like a sales manager.
And each one of those is going to have other agents that are going to work underneath. Now, again, the goal is to kind of combine some of the skill sets to have your AIs working. So what we're going to do is we're going to first create our ops and automation spots,
because I feel like those are the easiest ones. And what we want to build first, we're going to do our ops and automation bots. And you see that the chief of staff is working, and I like the little icon, and that's moving. And it's going to create this.
Ops first, building a small squad with job titles, not nicknames. Let's see what it comes up with first and see what kind of bots it builds. And then what we'll do is we're going to organize it separately or rearrange them, change them, do whatever we want.
But either or, we are going to create these and we are going to manage them. We're going to let this thing cook for just a little bit, and then we're going to come back. So now it's okay. GHL Ops, Inbox, Inbox Triage, Calendar Ops, System and QA.
And I'm going to come over here and look. It created them all on this side. Now, again, this is where I think I went a little overboard and it created a little bit too much. And I'm going to come over here and I'm literally going to say this. So I think you went a little overboard with your automations in the GHL Ops.
What I want to do right now is I want to get my calendar and my inbox under control. So instead of calling it Inbox Triage and Calendar Ops, I want to do a Calendar Manager and I want to do an Inbox Manager.
And I want that reporting to the Ops Manager. So please delete the Automations Builder and the GHL Ops. That's going to come a little bit later. I want to make sure that this is fully geared in and ready, and then we're going to go in and do more.
My idea would be that we are going to do our Ops Manager, the Inbox and the Calendar Manager that we mentioned. Then we're also going to create our Marketing Manager, our Research Manager, and we're going to do our Sales Manager.
And those are going to be the executive team. That's going to work under there. So the reason we're going to do this first is because then I'm going to show you how I organized on the left-hand side. And notice what it did already. It kind of put all these different bots together in a complete conversation,
which is a good thing and also can be a bad thing because here's something you need to understand. There is the option of creating a team here, which it kind of did on its own. I kind of don't like that it did that. But if I create a team and I let that team loose and I start communicating with the team,
the team will start communicating with each other. So now it's giving me a choice of after you delete the three that we were talking about and create the other ones, what do you want to do? And I'm going to say A because I want to create the Gmail and the calendar. All right, so we're going to give it a few seconds because it is recreating the bots.
And I know it shows like some of the old bots in here, but that's something else. What's wild about it is too is because I already have Dropbox connected on my phone, it actually has the bots working directly on my phone. So we're going to let this thing go. Look at all the ones it created.
It created my ops manager, my research manager, my marketing manager, my sales manager. It made an executive team group chat, which has all my executive team here. And what it also did is it has an ops channel that has the inbox and the calendar information here.
But we're going to do it a little bit differently. So one, if you come into the ops manager, I can come in here, and on the right-hand side, I can click on the edit. And notice it has a writing here. Here's the ops manager. and what I'm going to do is I'm just going to put Ops on here as a label.
And what I can also do is I can come in here and anything that's in Ops, like my inbox and my calendar, I can come in here, create a folder, name it a new section, and we are going to call it Ops.
I'm going to hit Enter. And then what I can do is I can also put my inbox, and I can move it to the Ops team and have it there. Now, you can also rearrange these and put them in the order that you want because I want my executive team first.
and in here once it has a label I can come in here to any of these bots hit exit come over here put in the ops table again and now look it just has a completely organized in here now the bots want to connect the service we're
going to go ahead always allow and now it's able to go into the calendars and do whatever I need to do same thing over here and it says ops manager asked for calendar check and that cannot be connected okay so I'm gonna go ahead and click on that and see what's going on it looks like needs to authenticate no
problem so I'm going to do that now. There you go and now my calendar is connected. So we have our ops team ready and everything else. Now here's the only caveat that will tell you that I want to make sure you're really careful with. So
I'm going to come over here into my ops team and I'll show you how to create this because I want you to show you how we can create the team. What I want to do is at any point in time if I want to create a team that is basically going to be running my entire ops, what I can do is I can come over here to the plus sign
click on new chat and I can create a group chat. In the group chat I can add my inbox manager, my ops manager, and I can also add my calendar manager and if
I add that to a group you're going to notice that the group gets created all right and I can say can you do me a favor can you check my calendar and also emails is there anything coming up on Monday that I need to prepare for and
now what this team will do is they'll start talking to each other in where they'll identify if there's anything on my calendar or most importantly there's anything in my inbox that is something I need to prepare for and have ready for
Monday and there you go team I have now my inbox telling me what I have to prep for what's going on my calendar manager talking to each other I have a team in here that's my ops team that's looking in here I can right click this I can
rename the chat to what you saw before and I can call it ops channel you know where the entire team and I can put up teams channel just so you guys can get it all right and then from here you can also have it where it says you know you right
and you can assign it into the ops area so I can move this into ops and now I have my executive team I have my ops team and then I can go back and kind of build this out now here's a couple of other caveats as we kind of go through I
can have my click up manage through here I can do it to my phone I can have research where it actually does out of research things for me, which we'll build out next. The goal of what I was trying to tell you is that notice that I have a little bit of organization
and I still want to basically eventually only use my executive team here. And all I did was pin it here again, just watch me again. I have my chief of staff, I'm going to pin it. And then my ops manager that's running my ops and my executive team will be directly in here. And then I'm going
to probably create a research team and a couple of other agents. Now, again, be very mindful that this will learn over time and it's going to take some time for you to do that. So you can do a lot of things here, but now let me just show you how you can get into specific chats. You can go into
any of these and you can activate one chat, do whatever you want with it. But the goal is stop being smart in the way you're using your bots, not to overwhelm the bots, right? Normally I can go to my executive team and have it go through the channels, but sometimes I just want to work with
the individual bots because it's pretty simple as a task or it's just very about email or it's very about calendar or it's going to be about click up or it's going to be about high level or it's going to be about research. So sometimes I'll just like to stay into one box. So make believe I just wanted to start a conversation
with my inbox manager and I want to start a new chat. I hit the plus sign, I go to my inbox manager and it pulls up a new conversation. And what's really cool about this here is if I start working with my inbox manager and I realize I need my calendar manager,
I just come on here. You could just create another group chat and then bring the calendar manager on in here. Or if you're doing research on something that you got in your email and you're looking for a response, bring in the research manager and start the conversation that way.
But for instance, now what I want to do is look in my inbox manager because what I want to do is on my personal email, I've never organized it to the level that I want. I want you to color coordinate some things. I want you to put things in categories.
There's also been a mass email that I got from a particular email address. I'll list it here for you. And what I want you to do is delete all those emails. I really don't need them right now. But more importantly, I want you to organize. I want you to color coordinate.
I want you to kind of build it first. Now, I don't want you to basically do anything out of my inbox. I want you to identify how you're going to organize it unless you and I talk about it so you and I agree of the way we want it. Now, again, because I don't want to blindly just give it something.
So what I'm going to do is I'm going to come over here and I'm going to grab all this and just make sure it understands what I want it to do. And honestly, I'm going to give it the power to organize everything in here. And look, just like lo and behold, you have it in here and it works out pretty good.
And look at that. It went and labeled some things already in here. It got things already labeled and it got them organized. And it also helped me clean the trash out of my inbox. And again, I'm just going to do one more because what we're going to do now is we're going to go to the research manager.
Or better yet, I'm going to go to the marketplace. I did see one that we said bots. And if I come over here, I believe it was the one that's in the other here called overheard.
And I'm going to click on overheard and I'm going to import this bot. Watch this Reddit hack and use X and third party mentions of your name, brand, and URL. so I'm going to import this spot. The overheard is going to be assigned and I'm
going to create a new section which is going to be the research section. Research team or just research. I'm going to enter research manager. He's going to have it in here. Look this is all verified facts. It's already all in here. Remember all these are already starting to be creating. Now it's just going to take some time for you
to go back in here and manage through this. And then the research agent I think I've already added. Now I have a research team and you can expand and you know make these all in and out as we kind of go through and again it already made
some of the ones that we have like system Q&A I'll probably put that under ops so I'll move that over to ops the executive team will move over to executive team inbox managers already in there I don't know why that's weird but
we'll move that over to ops and we'll move this one over to ops too because these are all the different conversations and there you go and now I have everything kind of organized the way I wanted to and it goes through and and you can keep optimizing and doing the things that you want.
Now, the only thing I will leave you is that sometimes you're going to come into a situation where you don't have access to a tool, and what I will tell you is that there is a tool out there that if you go into the marketplace and you can't find the tool that you want,
if you look at a particular tool called Composio, you can add Composio, and what Composio does is it basically has access to other tools. You can get started for free, and when you get started, look at all the different apps you can connect to.
There's over a thousand of apps in here. So whatever you couldn't connect to that particular one in there, like your GitHub account, your Google Sheets, your Outlook, Google Drive, and a couple of other things, you connect it in here once.
Come in here, follow the instructions of adding this in here. And when you add it, it will automatically connect it. Look, it automatically connected it. It knew that I was already there. And now anytime I can connect the tool in there, what I will do is I will come back into my GrotBot.
and I was saying I want you to do this thing like make believe I'm doing marketing manager and I want to connect to my go high level account or I wanted to connect to my github account or I wanted to connect to another CRM if it's
in compasio I can make that connection and now I can have my AI basically talk to it right in here what I want to do is I want to come over here and now I want to get into creating scheduled tasks that's the next big thing that you want
to do how it's going to organize my email and that's going to color coordinate and everything else. I'll just say over here, I want you to go and create a task that for my inbox manager that will basically go in and check my inbox every day, give me a brief
rundown of all the emails that I have to answer, anything that's critical. And this is for the one that is my personal email address, the one where we've already identified the labels and the files. What I want to do is I want you to label them. I want you to use bullet points. I want you to come
back to me with all the things that I need to respond to. It will now go ahead and create a routine task. And I missed the thing. I say, I want this done at Monday through Friday at 6 a.m. every morning. Before I even get in for the day, this bot will automatically create a scheduled
task. So routines are reoccurring tasks that the bot runs on a schedule. And that's what I want to try to establish. Locked in schedule. It says Sunday through Friday, skip Saturday, and then saving on personal inbox, need responsive, and ops inbox lane Sunday through Friday,
calendar manager look it's got it now they're all kind of communicating with each other and they're going to be building the basically whatever the routine needs to live in it's going to automatically create the routine in here i have a routine schedule task and i'm going to show you where
that routine leaves right in here there was a message from my inbox and it says from opt-in save reply save and i'm going to say yeah go ahead and save the routine and see and there you go my inbox manager created my first routine now if i want to modify change or do anything with the routine add
rules do whatever it needs to do I can come in here and it has all of this if at any point in time I want to see all the history that it ran and did I can come in here and do that if I want to run a test run you can also do a test run you can also delete you can also put it as active and inactive and so forth
so there's a lot of different things you can do directly inside of here the other one thing that I want to show you guys is if you come in here and you hit open you're going to notice that each bot has its own computer with a terminal it's going to have its own computer with the file manager and it's going to have its
terminal that I can search and do everything else in there. The other thing that this thing can do is, believe it or not, if you have a particular task that you want to record, it can actually record what your interaction is. Like if you have a certain way of doing research or whatever it is that you're doing,
you can come in here and do it automatically. There you go, team. This is kind of, you've built a task, you've built your agents, you saw the hierarchy of creating executive teams along with your chief of staff,
your operation managers, and kind of bots in between. you can build a bot, create rules, and how you interact. Remember that this thing has got to learn. And you saw us also come in here and grab a bot that somebody created,
like Overheard, that lives under research. And that could also be a task where people come in here and you can go to Slack, you can go to X or whatever else, and you can pull whatever it is that you want from when it comes to research and work with a research bot in order to do so.
