[00:42] answer of most of you will be zero.  The reason is you guys are stuck in a loop of trying to perfect things.  What is your actual work there?  You are not uploading videos but just gathering ideas about what would be the best way to upload
[00:54] or make videos.  And believe me, this is not just your problem.  Every creator you see on YouTube today has gone through this stage.  I realized in 2020 that I want to become a YouTuber. But I didn't upload my first video until 2021
[01:06] because I was stuck in this stage.  But when I started Tube Sensor channel I did not make this mistake.  As a result I am a guys must be thinking what to upload, where to upload it asetra asetra.  So let
[01:19] me help you.  As a beginner, if I had zero skills and knowledge, the first thing I would do would be to start a dummy channel. Where I do make oneself better.  You don't have to have any hope from this channel.

[09:22] If you create a number one content , even if you have hidden a treasure inside it on YouTube.  If no one will ever know what you created?  What treasure was hidden?
[09:36] All your hard work will be of no use just because no one clicked on your video.  So the question here is how to get clicks as a beginner?  The answer is very simple.  Work on packaging the video.  That is, title and thumbnail.
[09:48] 80% of the credit for any of your videos going viral goes to your packaging and the role of content is only 20%.  So according to the copy paste framework, first of all you have to create content on that topic which has already gone viral.  For
[10:00] example, if I am in an AI initiative where after doing market research I see that and not just on one creator's channel but on multiple creators' channels, then I will make a video on this topic.  Because if this topic has worked for other creators then it will
[10:13] You have to do the same thing with end thumbnails. But you can bring variation in thumbnail. Instead of Ditto, you copy someone's thumbnail. You can select a thumbnail that is already viral on another topic and adapt it to your topic.

[11:59] too regularly.  Every month four videos are uploaded on my channel.  Even when things are going bad, videos.  Do you think there have been no problems in my personal life in these two years n't I have had a mental breakdown?   Wo

[12:25] Is I Love What I Do.  I enjoy sharing knowledge, I enjoy sharing experiences.  I enjoy teaching people.  That's why my consistency has never broken.  As a result I am You can never win YouTube by running it like a sprint. This is a marathon
[12:39] where stamina will win. I also made this mistake when I was running the automation channel in 2021-22.  I wanted quick success and I got it too but I could I did not think like a creator but like a hustler who just wanted a side income.
