[00:02] Fernando Nogueira. Welcome to this very special video because for the first time I'm going to open the inaugural lesson of my 100% free mentorship program here on YouTube so you can understand my process for creating great PLLs. I'm [00:19] going to show you step-by-step how to create your first PLL to earn create your first PLL to earn 50,000 reais. If you doubt that, don't worry, I'll show you the results in a little while. I'm going to open my [00:31] account here and pull reports from a series of products. We'll have a lot of fun and we 'll learn a lot too. If you're on YouTube, please don't forget to do the following: give it a thumbs up, subscribe to the channel, and also activate [00:46] notifications. Because here on the channel there's a lot of 100% free content that you won't even find in those training courses that cost over R$2,000 or R$3,000. So get ready, grab a pen and paper, and understand a lot of cool stuff. Pay attention, it [01:07] Fernando. What's the objective of this video? Today I want to share with you my process for creating digital info-products. For those who don't know, PLL is a common term. We use the term "digital product owner" to designate products where we [01:21] buy the rights to the original product. There are some websites in the United States and even here in Brazil that offer digital products, which you can change the name of, change the cover, put your name as the author, add [01:36] content, etc. It's a very simple way to own a digital product. And what's the advantage of owning a product as an affiliate? My commission is fifty to forty percent, the producer gets 100%. That's why [01:50] this is my favorite method. I earn money as an affiliate myself, and the money from the producer comes along with various things, but my passion is in creating products. I think it's really cool to create offers, make videos, gather information, [02:05] do the whole structure. It's like a game for me, and I've been doing this for over 12 months, 7 years. I started in 2015, and since then I've won a series of special awards, including one of the [02:22] few people in Brazil to a plaque that guarantees I've earned 15 million reais just on Monetizze. I have a 1 million plaque on Hotmart, a plaque of... 1 million on the ticket, five million on the [02:37] imagine, I've already sold a lot and my products are very successful. But how can I explain it? I wanted to show you some results from some of the products is my account, for example, if you click here on filters, put here [02:54] only completed and authorized sales and show here the last 12 months, apply filters. This is one of my accounts on the platform, okay? I have more than accounts on the platform, okay? I have more than one here, I have 4, R$4,000 this [03:08] year alone. Great, I just arrived at Tic and this value must be x 2 because I have a partner, so here we already have more than 800 thousand reais, almost 900 thousand reais, plus [03:20] 100 thousand reais that I have in another account here on the platform, and all this with products that I create without showing my face, without needing to have authority, just directly. I want to show you how I did this. Obviously, there isn't [03:35] just one product here, I have products in diverse niches. Obviously, I don't disclose which products are easy for you to replicate, so here I discover ideas and create really interesting products, okay? [03:51] But this is only on Tito, don't forget my accounts on Monetizze. Now I have an account on Docs that I 'll show you too, it's a platform I just joined. I already have 15,000 reais here [04:07] already have 15,000 reais here results are fantastic and I've been doing very well in this market. I want to share with you today my creation process. To [04:21] create a digital product, you need to have a niche. So, you need to have a specific product that will answer a market question, that will help people solve a problem. But I see many people wasting a [04:35] lot of time choosing a niche. I tell you not to worry in advance, it's not about searching for the perfect niche. Even because when we talk about skincare, we're thinking about the concept of a [04:51] product factory, we create two, three, four, five products at the same time in a very relaxed way, and among those five products, one stands out. There are many others that are more reasonable products to succeed, sitting down to make 40,000. But the results are always [05:08] very interesting. So, let's break away from this moment of choosing a niche and tell you not to suffer now because there are tools that give you signals of products that can sell very well. And for that, I really like [05:22] Clique Bento, which is an American digital product platform, and Hotmart, the most famous platform here in Brazil. It's great that you enter these platforms and look for the best- [05:37] selling products at the moment so you can have a website and create your own version, a similar product. So, quickly, if you enter a platform like [05:50] you'll click here on the side on " create marketplace," you'll click on "browse works," that is, show all the offers, and it will put a ranking here. There's [06:02] gravity, gravity, for those who don't know, is like Clickbank; it shows the hottest offers like Clickbank; it shows the hottest offers here on Monetizze, Hotmart, and those that use gravity. And here you'll see which are the [06:16] best-selling products in the United States. If you don't understand English, you can translate them using pros and cons. And here you see that these are products related to diet, that is, the texts facilitate products related to diet. Fernando [06:29] should diet, be careful because diets aren't very sensitive, and you can It's quite a blockage. So everything here is generally about diet, but there are, for example, products talking about how to have better teeth, so is this [06:44] one rubbish? Well, go ahead and note how to make money online, another one talking about how to find your soulmate, others about diet, diet really dominates here, those things about the law of attraction. So you'll get [07:00] the idea, like I'm trying to get away a little from diet products, get away a little from diet products, relationship products, products that when you're thinking about it, maybe you skip to page two and try to find some [07:16] slightly different offers. Look here, how to use text messaging to bring a loved one to you, look how cool, here's Colt for back pain, which is the product about back pain. I'm not going to go into detail here so we do [07:31] not going to go into detail here so we do n't burn through niches, but do a search for the best-selling products, get to page three, page four and start to get some ideas. So suppose I liked the Back Pain thing, so [07:46] quickly choose a niche, back pain, because I want to have my first skin, there you go, I don't want to waste 3 months behind rubbish, no, I want to advance, I want to learn how to do cop, I want to learn. Making videos is all very [07:58] quick, so choose a trashy one to see if this product is selling well. You can do this by analyzing the signals. For this, there's a tool called Amber Suggest. Hello Kitty, it shows the number of people [08:15] searching for a specific keyword in the market. I can also use YouTube and see about back pain. Okay, so I close this and put "back pain" into [08:28] so I close this and put "back pain" into YouTube and also search for " back pain," and I see 110,000 people per month search for back pain, 18,000 for left-sided back pain, and [08:45] hot topic that we already see has a lot of searches in Portuguese. Look at this YouTube video about where back pain comes from: 1.3 million views, 122,000 views, 3 million views from the United Nations, 400,000 views. So, to [09:00] me, it's clear that there's a demand for it. People are watching the video pain, they want to cure it. There's a chance we can sell a product for that. You can also take a look at Hotmart to see if there are [09:17] competing products that are selling very well, but these are the signals that... I like to keep in mind when I'm going to choose a product. It's okay, and inside the pingback it won't be from the outside, always searching on Uber, it's dirty and brings [09:30] Google results, and also if there are flies on YouTube. Okay, once I've flies on YouTube. Okay, once I've chosen a niche, the product has only three basic pillars of creation where you'll spend [09:45] fifteen percent of your time here, five percent of your time here, and eighty percent of your time here. A very common mistake people make is thinking, "I need to [09:59] create the perfect product, and I'm going to spend six months creating a product, I'm going to a really good product," when that's not how it works. Why? Because [10:11] when we're putting a digital product on the market, we have time to refine it, so our main objective is to test the market before spending time on the product. So why is the product so [10:26] important? Because if I chose a bad product, I'll go to Google now and search for the I'll go to Google now and search for the following: "Deck Pen PLR McQueen following: "Deck Pen PLR McQueen back pain PLR course on," [10:39] back pain PLR course on," and here's a site like that, and I find ready-made products about back pain, and then I... I buy one of these products, get a quick translation, [10:52] add a cover, and register it on Wi-Fi, Monetizze, or any platform, and the product is ready. I don't want to waste too much time here because if the product isn't successful, I haven't spent much time and money on it. But if the product is a [11:07] physiotherapist to record classes for me, I can hire a professional, I can do whatever I want. Great! So, in this first phase, creating a quick product, buying a ready-made product, translating it quickly, and putting it up for [11:23] sale—which is what I call bureaucracy—is a process we'll go through, registering on the platform, doing email marketing, and so on. But a large part of our effort will be dedicated to the sales material because what sells [11:36] a digital product isn't the product itself, but your sales video, your sales letter, if you can create a unique proposition for that product. And that's what I really like to teach: how to create a [11:52] hypnotic sales letter that makes anyone open their wallet and buy open their wallet and buy anything you have to sell. These are the pillars for you to create your PL, okay? Quick product, bureaucracy. " [12:06] Quickly, they'll work hard on the material part. They put the sky in order, the bank, and that's what makes us earn a lot of money. Once our skin is ready, we'll work hard on traffic, and [12:19] since we sell our products, generally through Facebook ads, we attract people's attention, making them land on the page, watch our video, and buy our product. It works [12:34] video, and buy our product. It works very well, fast and direct, as these are pages without much appeal, where the video has some promises but the page doesn't have much. Today we can run this more easily. The accounts last [12:48] longer, we can sell a lot, and with direct traffic without needing to appear, without needing to call people to WhatsApp, nothing like that. The business is very summarized: when sales start to increase, we do optimization. This [13:03] company. We're selling some products abroad, and we noticed that the product was doing well, it was reaching an average of 1000 and 1500 reais per day, but it could sell more. So we analyzed [13:17] all the numbers and discovered that people were leaving the video before the end." What we did was recreate the video, and that increased video retention by eight percent. This almost doubles our Boyfriend rate. Can you believe that eight [13:31] percent more retention can mean fifty percent more mean fifty percent more sales? So, this is the process: create, send to Pedro, optimize, and then replicate and replicate again. Because, I don't know if [13:46] you know, I've already created over 100 digital products using this same digital products using this same formula, and it works very well. And one thing I always tell you, if you're starting out in this market and [14:00] want to create your first product, a tip is that you can affiliate yourself with a product in that niche. To learn a few things, if you join today and you have this idea, "I'm going to create a product for back pain," [14:15] you go to Ultimate Drive, which is any platform, and affiliate yourself with one of those products. Okay, okay, and we're going to do it. You'll get closer to the manager, you'll have access to that person's drive with creative [14:29] segmentation, you'll talk to other affiliates to find out what's working, you 'll be able to put up a test campaign to see if there are blocks, if there are n't, you'll be able to talk. On WhatsApp, I talk to some clients to understand their [14:42] pain points. So, something you can do before creating your product is to spend a week immersing yourself in the market, becoming an affiliate, and learning a little more. Okay, now let's show you my mind map for [14:56] let's show you my mind map for creating all my info-products. Okay, because what I'm going to show you here is something internal to me, and that's what I follow to create a good product. Remember I told you it was based on three [15:10] pillars? So, basically, in the numbered pillar, I'll define the concept, the niche, buy an e-book, translate it—okay, who will do this for me? It's actually a journalist who does this for me for a very low price, and I wanted some [15:24] layouts, a logo, a box, and images to monetize this. It's quick, okay? After that, I do the part of creating the sales material where I create a sales video, a letter of sale, and some pages: the sales page, the [15:40] thank you page, maybe a landing page, which hasn't given me much work, mainly in terms of finding a unique value proposition, creating an eye-catching network—a mechanism that we'll see a little more about. Moving [15:54] forward, eighty percent of my time goes on this: after registering a domain, listing a product on the platform, setting up the Analytics Pixel, customizing, checking, creating adverbs, recovering sales, making a [16:09] welcome sequence—I cleaned up very simple things to do—and then comes the traffic. That's all you need to have on hand to create a product worth 50,000 reais. It's much [16:22] easier than you can imagine. Okay, after that, I also really like after that, I also really like to spy on products from Brazil or the United States. And how do we do this spying? Yes, there's a [16:37] spy tool called Adverde that shows you ads from all over the world. So I can search here for "backpack," which is back pain in English, and I'll see who's [16:49] advertising it, what kind of creative it is, who my competitors are, what pages these people are using. And look, here's an interesting little video talking about the spine. I see which [17:06] images are most interesting, which ones I can even separate by videos. So I select the ad type here, media-type, put "I want [17:18] media-type, put "I want videos," and then it starts showing some videos that are interesting, trying to find... What really catches my attention is this: Look, I see, and what I think you don't see are impactful examples of [17:30] creative ads. I don't have to do everything myself, but I can open the page to see the landing page, to see what it's about. If you want, they advertise directly to the sales page, or if they're advertising a page [17:44] to reassure you, I can see a lot of information. Look at this cool ad! It gives you a series of examples. Look at this lady on top of some exercise equipment talking about [17:59] back pain. Very interesting, right? And it's the same thing. I can look for same thing. I can look for examples of back pain because, as I told you, our money will come from well-made sales material and [18:12] very interesting traffic. I want to show you how to find good examples, both abroad and in Brazil, so that we we can create our ads in a [18:25] more practical way, following good market practices and good examples. So here's the key to a large part of my results: using tools that give me market intelligence. Okay, so [18:40] always spying on producers in Brazil and the United States. And now I want to show you my final tip, the cake of this lesson, which is... This [18:52] website is simply called an offerwall, a collection of product ideas. So if you search here, you'll find, for example, three interesting products on this topic that we can use to look [19:08] at examples of sales videos, copy examples, and creative examples— lots of interesting things, right? Look, it shows the name of a product. What is the network you can use? You can click to play this [19:23] video and watch it, and that way you'll understand much better about the market. Once you have a niche idea, put it here on the offerwall, and you'll receive a multitude of suggestions of websites for you to follow [19:37] and create your own product. And once again, if you want to start thinking about creating your product, I almost said, put "PEC niche" in Google, [19:49] said, put "PEC niche" in Google, buying ready-made products. You can also search [20:02] here: " Back Pain + ebook" Back Pain + ebook" and click on the image, and you'll find a series of ebooks that you can use [20:17] as a reference for a a journalist to summarize and create their own version of this product. And always remember, you can also go to Amazon [20:30] Kindle ebooks, search for them here, and you'll find a ton of products. [20:43] You can sort by the highest-rated products. Hey, so you buy this book here, it's a product that already gives an interesting idea. Dad, if I make a product about back pain for [20:55] product about back pain for people over 60, look, it has 74 reviews here, you'll have many ideas for niches and content for your ebook. Okay, this is exactly the step-by-step process, which is [21:11] obvious. In a 22-minute video, I won't be able to show you absolutely everything, but if you want to understand my entire step-by-step process, like a very beginner, from choosing the niche to using it after I put a product on [21:26] sale, but without blah blah blah, if you want to watch all this in real time, I have an invitation for you to sign up for a new mentoring group called PLR without a doubt. This time, it's a group mentoring program where, in just four [21:41] sessions over 8 hours, I'll show you exactly everything I do to create products. At least 50,000 reais... let me tell you a little more about what awaits you inside, but the promise is that you'll copy and paste the step-by-step process I [21:58] follow to create a bunch of products like this. There will be four live meetings—not [22:31] just live meetings where you talk and I listen and answer, nothing like that. Where I'm going to show you how to create a product from scratch. So we start by choosing a niche, and from there I'll show you where to buy the product, how to translate it, who can [22:47] of everyone who does this work for me, from my editor, the person who does the layout, the person who makes my selection, believe me, my video—I'm going to give you all of this in four meetings, okay? Week by week we'll advance. [23:03] In one, we choose a niche, in four we'll simply be optimizing this product quickly. You'll get it up and running, you 'll see the campaigns [23:16] all set up, okay? We're going to create this product. Then there's a closed support group for 60 days, or during those 30 days we'll be working, and those 30 days we'll be working, and during those 30 days I'll support you.
