[0:00] here's how many posts the most [0:01] successful creators and personal brands [0:04] have on their social media channels this [0:06] proves that social media Success is Not [0:09] really about looks or creativity it's [0:11] about input and consistency but being [0:14] consistent on social media is extremely [0:16] hard especially when you have a [0:18] full-time job or a busy schedule [0:20] therefore in this video I'm going to [0:22] share the six-step system that I'm using [0:24] to plan schedule create and automate my [0:27] posts to stay consistent for over 2 [0:30] years now and grow my Instagram to over [0:32] 4 million followers while I was working [0:34] my 9-to-5 job step one goal setting stop [0:38] setting unrealistic goals or expecting [0:40] too much of yourself I've made this [0:42] mistake so many times before you know [0:44] that feeling of being super motivated [0:46] over promising that you're going to wake [0:48] up at 6:00 a.m. eat healthy go to the [0:51] gym post a real every day read 10 pages [0:54] of a book only to fall short after 3 [0:56] days and go back to your old habits the [0:58] same applies to social media don't [1:01] overpromise set small realistic goals [1:03] that you know you can commit to like [1:05] posting three Re a week once that [1:08] becomes a part of your routine then you [1:10] can step it up consistency is key to [1:12] Instagram success so it's better to post [1:15] three reels a week for one year then to [1:17] post seven a week for two weeks and then [1:20] nothing again because you burn out so be [1:22] realistic with your goals and choose a [1:24] weekly number of posts that you know you [1:26] can commit to longterm step two create [1:29] some some kind of content calendar [1:31] whatever software or tool is best for [1:33] you is totally fine but you need to plan [1:35] ahead of time and schedule your content [1:37] early this is the only way that you can [1:40] save yourself from getting stressed out [1:42] by your posting deadlines now you don't [1:44] have to plan months ahead even one or [1:46] two weeks of buffer can totally do the [1:48] trick and here's exactly how I do it my [1:51] goal is to post three reels a week [1:54] Tuesday Thursday and Sunday you can use [1:56] notion or a physical calendar or [1:59] whatever you like I like to keep it all [2:01] in one place so I use my Google Calendar [2:03] for everything I schedule what exact re [2:06] I want to post the upcoming week Tuesday [2:09] Thursday and Sunday now Sunday is also [2:12] my Creation Day so having the next [2:14] week's re set up I know exactly which [2:16] three reels I need to create this Sunday [2:19] again I book a slot in my Google [2:21] Calendar and go all in on creation that [2:24] day now as you can see I only plan one [2:27] week ahead cuz it's enough time for me [2:29] and it keeps my closer to the trends but [2:31] you can of course plan further ahead to [2:33] give yourself even more buffer time and [2:35] peace of mind give it a few tries to [2:37] find out what time frames work best for [2:39] you step three preparation and [2:42] preparation is key I used to just set a [2:45] creation day but when that day came I'd [2:47] be all over the place figuring out the [2:49] location the lighting what to say and [2:52] what to shoot it took way longer than [2:54] expected and the content never really [2:56] turned out as good as I had hoped now I [2:59] set aside time just for Preparation I [3:01] create a detailed shot list write down [3:04] exactly what scenes I want to film where [3:06] I want to film them and what I need to [3:08] say basically I draw a box for every [3:11] scene and write out what's going to [3:13] happen in each taking that extra time of [3:15] preparation makes your Creation Day so [3:17] much smoother and efficient that you [3:19] actually end up saving time in your week [3:21] plus the quality of your content [3:23] massively improves because your reals [3:25] actually turn out like you've planned [3:27] them step four is batch creating which [3:29] is a real Lifesaver and here's how it [3:31] works remember how I have Sunday as my [3:34] creation day now instead of creating [3:36] only one piece of content when shooting [3:38] anyways I batch three pieces of content [3:41] that day I already have my camera out [3:43] I'm ready to go the energy is there so [3:46] why not make the most of it and create [3:48] as many of my planned reels as I can [3:50] having content ready ahead of time will [3:52] give you a huge sense of relief and take [3:54] away the pressure of running out of time [3:56] when you create Under Pressure you might [3:58] end up with content you're not really [4:00] happy with or you know could have been [4:02] better if you just had more time to [4:04] re-shoot or re-edit it so if you're [4:06] already out there creating content make [4:08] the most of your time and batch create [4:11] step five is content recycling now let's [4:14] say you had an absolute hell of a busy [4:16] week you felt sick or you just couldn't [4:19] finish the Reel you needed to post [4:21] that's when it's okay to cheat a little [4:22] bit what you want to do is just take one [4:25] of your high performing reels change the [4:27] intro or the text a little bit and give [4:29] it get another shot especially when [4:31] you've already posted lots of content [4:33] not everyone has seen or can remember [4:35] the older posts anymore this way you're [4:37] still delivering value because it's a [4:39] good re and you finish your week strong [4:41] without breaking the promise you made to [4:43] yourself about consistently posting [4:45] however of course this should really [4:47] stay the exception step six is [4:49] automating and I'm sorry but this one is [4:51] ironic do not automate your posts I know [4:54] there's a lot of software out there that [4:56] you can just schedule your posts with [4:58] and it will automatically post for you [5:00] when the time comes however especially [5:02] Instagram is very allergic to anything [5:04] that feels automated or gives them the [5:06] impression of you not being a real [5:08] person they want to keep the platform [5:10] generic and their users human so please [5:13] don't let anyone tell you to automate [5:15] and use chat Bots for DM and software [5:18] for posting what you can do however is [5:20] to line up your reels in the draft [5:22] section of Instagram so that when the [5:24] posting date comes all you have to do is [5:26] hit publish and that is it so here's the [5:29] recap [5:30] set realistic goals that you can commit [5:32] to and be consistent with longterm [5:34] create a Content calendar like my Google [5:36] Calendar to plan your content ahead of [5:39] time and know when to create what make [5:41] sure to prepare your Creation Day for [5:43] maximum efficiency on Creation Day you [5:46] want to batch create as many content [5:48] pieces as you can since the camera is [5:50] already out and the energy is Flowing if [5:52] ever you do not make it in time it is [5:54] okay to cheat and recycle your top [5:56] performing content every once in a while [5:58] and finally always post manually to make [6:01] sure Instagram knows you're human now if [6:04] you want me to be your personal [6:05] accountability partner to never miss out [6:07] on your posting schedule anymore let me [6:09] know in the comments or join my social [6:11] media course below hope that was helpful [6:14]
