And in today's video, I'm going to be breaking down the exact strategy you need to be able to build a Tik Tok affiliate army on Tik Tok shop without having to worry about running paid ads. [00:29] using nothing but other creators to make content for you without you having to do any of the filming. So that way you can sit back and let them generate sales for sure that you've gotten your Tik Tok shop approved. It's only available in [00:45] certain countries right now. Tik Tok shop is rolling this out worldwide and few of you. Now, if you have gotten your Tik Tok shop approved, the first thing you want to make sure that you have done is optimize your product listings. That [01:00] means connecting your product, adding in at least five to seven images, a video, a description, and getting your listing from fair to good on Tik Tok shop. Assuming that you've gotten that part done, the next step to be able to [01:12] leverage an affiliate army is going to be by going into your seller center. And $361,000 in gross merchant value, GMV, in the last 28 days on Tik Tok shop with [01:27] over 10,000 customers and 230,000 website visitors, which is pretty insane to think about. And he's able to leverage all of this content now and put it into Tik Tok ads and even launch it onto meta ads as well. In [01:41] fact, I actually have a Tik Tok ad credit here for you for $1,000 if you want to run Tik Tok ads. Now, what the main focus of this video is is the affiliate side. So, what we're going to do is we're going to go to affiliates [01:53] you can understand the steps behind this because Tik Tok shop is relatively new to get affiliates. People have dabbled in it, but they really don't know the [02:07] open collaboration. Open collaboration is where you change your setting to open it up and allow collaborators, which is affiliates, to be able to tag your product and promote it for you. Once you turn on open collaboration, anybody [02:22] off of the commission criteria that you set. Target collaboration is where you send out invites soliciting creators to promote your product for you. So, you're [02:34] doing direct outreach. you're inviting them to promote your product and say either you'll give them a free sample, you'll give them a special offer, or percentage of commission for you to be able to promote our product." And once [02:49] you go to open collaboration, you're going to set a very generous commission product. If you've never gotten sales on Tik Tok shop, then you want to make sure your commission is high enough to incentivize people to promote it. So [03:04] that means setting a commission of anywhere between 20 to 30%. And as you can see here, we have a standard 25% a 20% in this range and even as high as 35% on shop ads. Standard is essentially whenever they make a post and let's say [03:17] they get 100 orders, whatever that total revenue is generated, they're getting 25% of that as a commission because they made the video and pushed your product in a Tik Tok shop ad. This is the commission they're receiving because of [03:31] commission rate. Once you've done that and you've added your products that you're going to promote, I recommend promoting your top three best sellers. You're then going to go to target collaboration. And this is where you're [03:45] going to send out invites every single day. And I'm talking about sending out 50 invites or more every single day manually to begin with. This is where you initially are doing it yourself. And you'll end up inviting collaborators. [03:58] input your info here. And then you're going to write an invitation to invite the creators and you're going to ask for shoppable videos. You'll choose the products. And then under samples, you're going to offer free samples, but you're [04:13] going to manually review request. And from here, what you're going to do is send this out to 50 creators in batches every single day. And the goal is you're going to do this with volume. And then as creators accept it, you're going to [04:27] see under sample request of all the people who are interested in getting the and then they make a post for you with the actual product. And what we're [04:39] they're going to make a post. This person says 97% estimated post rate. They have over 10,000 followers, which is great. They've generated 5,000 in sales before for other brands, which is good. So, we know they have a high [04:55] lot of followers. And third, we know that they're good at getting people to is lots of creators don't always have lots of GMV. But you want to find [05:09] creators that have at least a,000, 2,000, 5,000 or more in sales behind product. You don't want to send samples out to anybody and everybody. That is [05:21] is why we're manually approving these samples. Not anyone and everyone we're free product at the end of the day. But what we want is to make sure that they [05:35] post and generate sales in order to receive that product. So, we're going to and then we're going to send out that sample request. Once you've gotten a few creators and they've started posting videos, you're going to then begin to [05:51] automate this process. Now, what I'm first going to show you is after those creators have made the post, you can go to creator under analytics and you can start to see some of this data. So, as you can see here, we have one creator [06:04] who generated $12,000 using this strategy for one of our clients brands. 102,000 in sales from one video they were able to generate for this client. That's pretty insane to think about. So, what you end [06:17] up finding is about the top 10 to 20 of the creators are going to account for roughly 90% of your sales. You might have a thousand creators, but really there's only going to be a handful of high producers for your brand. This is [06:31] does really well, we're going to double down by then taking this video and having other creators model it to see if they can do just as better. And a lot of [06:43] going to want to hop on the train as well by opting into your affiliate thus leading to even more affiliates generating sales for your brand. So, [06:58] give out daily reminders. We're going to tell these people that here's how much as low as a,000 in sales until you start to get some of these bigger creators who followers, but generated 100,000 and got about 34,000 in commissions and [07:17] literally sold 2,790 products from that one video. The next person did $55,000 in sales. Next one, 19,000, 18,000, and so forth. Imagine having creators literally generate upwards of six figures from a single video. And [07:33] then you can literally leverage that video in meta ads, Tik Tok ads, and amplify that to generate 200, 300, 400, even $500,000 in sales in a single month on top of what you're doing with affiliates, which is why I'm offering [07:47] ads. So, now that you see what creators are capable of and how many affiliates we actually have, well, to be able to get 13,000 affiliates, that is a lot of [07:59] invites to go out and you're not going to have a very high acceptance rate. So, you want to be able to automate this with AI. So, one of the ways that we do that is by offering a tool like Yuka, which I've linked below this video to go [08:12] ahead and follow along so you can set this up. Once you've logged into Yuka out invites, you're going to go into Yuka and this is where we're going to automate your invite process to be able to send out thousands of invites every [08:26] single week for your brand. So that way you can then start to manually approve all of the creators that meet the criteria who has the most sales, who has the posts go up. So that way we're not wasting our product samples when we're [08:41] sending them out because we're not looking to lose cash. We're looking to straightforward. You're going to create a new bot. You're going to go to target bot name and you're going to add your product. And this is going to be your [08:58] You're going to input the invitation name. And then you're going to make sure email, and this is the same way as doing it manually, except the bot is going to [09:11] to fill in this message criteria, and then you're going to go to target creators. And then it's going to generate a list of creators that you can [09:23] go ahead and target. And in this list of creators, we have about 100,000. We're You're going to choose that category. last month GMV. We're going to make sure [09:35] that they have generated at least, you know, roughly a thousand. And then we're going to make sure that their follower count is, you know, above a few thousand in followers. And then creator data, we want to make sure that they have a good [09:47] doesn't benefit anyone. And then for gender, we're just going to select all. leave alone. Video performance, we're going to leave alone. And we're going to [10:01] apply filters. So this gets us down to about 841. That might be too tight of a parameter. So we might even expand our categories or we might even adjust our fil filters to be a little less. So 2400 and then we could even go down to about [10:18] 800 here if we need to and then hit apply. So that got us to about a,000 creators on this list. So then what we'll do is we'll hit save. And now what we can do is start sending out this invite. So, we literally just hit start [10:32] and the bot will automatically invite these thousand creators for us. We'll then be able to go back into here and manage our creators and even see who has accepted our invites under target collaboration. All these invites will go [10:47] out in batches and we'll be able to see who accepts our invitation. And once we have a few people who have, we'll go to sample requests and we'll ship out our product to them. we'll then be able to see the videos that they're posting and [11:00] absolutely crushes it. And you want to go heavy on volume to be able to generate some of these results. Now, once you've done that and you're sending going to want to then leverage those pieces of content in both your organic [11:18] on your Tik Tok ads and on your meta ads as well to be able to scale further.
