## Transcript

If you are still typing out your AI prompts, then you're living in 2025. Because what all the pros are doing these days is that instead of typing, they are speaking out the prompts whenever they're trying to talk to AI. Generally, when you type, you're pretty slow at typing, and so your prompts are not very detailed. But if you speak it out, then you can speak a lot faster than you can type. So, you can give the AI way more context, which means it can do a better job for you. And this is using an app called WhisperFlow, which is amazing. It lets you basically dictate stuff. It works in literally any app. So, for example, instead of typing, I could literally just dictate the prompt as follows. Uh can you make me a meal plan? I'm aiming for 2,200 calories. Actually, you know what? 2,300 calories uh per day, and I want to do at least 180 g of protein. Uh and I want to keep my fat macros at around like 65 g, and the rest can be carbs. Uh and I want variety of meal choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And oh, actually, I do date night on a Sunday, so I want you to make sure I get my protein in on, you know, breakfast and lunch on a Sunday. Boom. Easy enough. Within like 10 seconds, we've created a much more detailed prompt than would have taken me ages to type out. If you'd like to check it out, there is a link in the video description.
