# ChatGPT vs DeepSeek vs Claude Make Subway Surfers

> Source: [ChatGPT vs DeepSeek vs Claude Make Subway Surfers](https://youtube.com/watch?v=eO6MHHjrZ30)

## Summary

The video compares three AI models—ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and Claude—by having each create a Subway Surfers clone from scratch. The host tests each game, provides feedback, and iterates on improvements to determine which AI produces the best result.

### Key Points

- **AI Showdown Introduction** [0:00] — The host pits ChatGPT, DeepSeek, and Claude against each other to create a Subway Surfers clone from scratch.
- **ChatGPT's First Version** [0:08] — ChatGPT produces a neon-themed game in about 4 minutes. Controls are reversed, and the environment is cluttered.
- **ChatGPT's Second Version** [1:10] — After feedback, ChatGPT fixes the controls and improves lighting but adds little new content.
- **ChatGPT's Third Version** [1:53] — The host requests more changes, but a curved world shader breaks the game. Reverting causes loss of progress.
- **ChatGPT Final Verdict** [3:25] — ChatGPT is fast but rushes, leading to inconsistent quality. The host shows a progression of versions.
- **DeepSeek's First Version** [3:36] — DeepSeek takes longer and produces a game where the environment doesn't move, and the jetpack sends the player off-screen.
- **DeepSeek's Improved Version** [4:46] — After feedback, DeepSeek delivers a much better version with hoverboards and smoother gameplay, though the floor moves opposite.
- **DeepSeek's Regression** [5:55] — A subsequent update breaks the game, so the host settles on the previous version as final.
- **Claude's First Version** [6:08] — Claude produces a polished game with a clean menu, smooth animations, and the ability to jump on trains.
- **Claude's Final Version** [7:40] — After feedback, Claude adds character shop, hoverboards, moving trains, and fixes animations. The game feels complete and snappy.
- **Winner Announced** [9:40] — Claude is declared the winner for its superior visuals, gameplay, and responsiveness.

### Conclusion

Claude Opus 4.7 produces the most polished and playable Subway Surfers clone, outperforming ChatGPT and DeepSeek in both visuals and gameplay.

ChachiBBT, DeepSk, and Claude. Today,
we're going to see which AI can make the
best Subway Servers clone from scratch.
We're going to be starting off with the
new Chacht 5.5. And I had Claude create
a prompt for the game. So, I'll paste
that into the Chacht. I have no idea how
long this is going to take. Somehow, it
finishes in like 4 minutes. I was not
expecting that at all. Let me download
this. Let's see what we got here. Neon.
Why? Why neon, bro? Oh, hold up. Hold
up. This menu actually looks kind of
tough. So, we can select we select our
characters. Oh my god, dude. Why is it
just neon everywhere? Neon sprinter.
Neon board. Uh, what's tripping me up is
that the controls are are reversed. This
is why I have to press I have to press
right to go left and left to go right,
which is not ideal for a game like this.
This is kind of hard, though. Like, a
lot of these things are so cluttered and
Oh my god. I just I can't even play this
game. All right. What What are these
floating things right here? That's
That's got to go. It sure is nice
driving my 2020 Chevy Silverado.
>> Hi, Subway.
>> All right, I have a bunch of stuff I
want to ask it to add, though. Why did
you make it neon theme? Just make it
look like regular subway surfers. The
controls are reversed right now. Please
swap the left and right movement, bro. I
was not expecting Ch to be this fast.
Oh, wait. I still see my best score in
this one. Dang. Okay. And there's daily
challenges, bro. All right, let's hop in
it. Oh, wow. Holy crap, bro. The the
lighting looks so much better. Um, but
besides that, it really didn't add
anything. Like, it didn't really add
anything at all. It just it just changed
the colors. Well, I guess the movement
is fixed. I'll give it that. But oh my
god, this is by far my highest score.
We're at 8,000 right now. How am I not
dead?
All right. I'm going to I'm going to I'm
going to give it a screenshot of like of
this. All right. There we go. This is
what the game looks like right now.
There's no environment or buildings on
the side, so we're just floating in the
sky right now. And there's this curved
floating gray thing that is completely
out of place. All right, this is the
finished prompt right here. Yeah,
basically just I'm basically I basically
just asked it for like a bunch of little
things. Dude, I am so blown away how
fast it's updating this game. It is so
quick. Here's all the changes it made
allegedly. I don't feel like reading
that. So, let's just play the game and
see. Okay. Okay. Nah, bro. Are we
serious?
Dude, I literally told it to fix that
where there's three trains that spawn in
a row and that's the first thing I run
into in this version. Bro, that is
crazy. Oh my god, I got the coin magnet
right now. We're just sucking up all
these coins. Holy crap. Oh god. Now the
cops are on me. All right, so I just
sent it this prompt and this time I have
it on heavy thinking cuz I feel like on
uh extended thinking it's kind of it's
kind of rushing like you know. Bro, this
is a joke. That took 2 minutes and 30
seconds. Huh. Well, this is this is kind
of strange. Maybe uh maybe the curved
world shader was a bad idea. Um that
kind of messed everything up here. All
right. Well, I'm going to ask it to
revert the changes for the um for the
bend in the world. That clearly did not
work as intended.
No, we cannot be serious. I think it
reverted a little too far back, bro.
Holy crap, dude. This is the first
version it gave us. I just ask it to
remove one thing. All right. Well,
that's going to wrap it up for JBT. It's
clearly a very, very good model. Very
fast. Um, I just think it rushes kind
of, you know. I'm sure if it actually
took its time, it would make something
insane. Yeah. Here's a progression of
what the games looked like. So, we had
this version, then we had this one, then
we had this one, then we had this one,
and then we had this one. Nice. All
right. Now, it's time for Deep Seek.
Now, they did just release V4, which is
supposedly really good. Yeah. Yeah,
let's get started. Let's send that.
>> Okay. Okay.
>> Deepseek is finished here. And it
definitely took longer than Chach did.
Holy crap, that's a lot of code. Yeah,
let's download this game and let's see
what we got here. Wa. Okay, let's press
play.
Oh my. Am I about to fly off the screen,
dude? What is that?
Oh my god. So, I think the obvious issue
is that the environment isn't moving. I
think it's fine that the player isn't
moving. Like, the stuff is coming out of
the player, but you know, the tracks in
the background need to be moving with
it. So, it actually looks like we're
moving through space. And yeah, bro, I
don't know what is up with this jetpack.
>> The environment and the tracks do not
move, but it's weird because the objects
that the player can interact with do
move. Graphics are trash. Using the
jetpack literally takes me off screen.
>> All right, here we go. I'm going to just
send it this prompt again. And yeah, I
basically just list out a bunch of like
small problems, but this game has
nothing on chatbt right now. All right,
tap number two for Deep Seek. Let's see
what this new version offers.
>> Chevy Silverado.
>> Okay, hold up. Now we're kind of talking
like we're almost talking. I do have to
admit this version is a lot
a lot better. A lot better. I mean, look
at look at the difference here. Holy
crap. It's just it's just it's just it's
crazy how different of a style this is
compared to CHBT. Wow. We are really
picking up his speed here. Holy smokes.
Holy freaking crap.
I think we have hoverboards now. I asked
it to add hoverboards cuz there weren't
any in the other version. I don't know
how to even activate it.
Oh, there we go. I guess that works.
Well, let's test it. Let's hit this
train. Boom.
Wow. Works like a charm. Oh my god.
Oh my god. I just realized that the um
that the the floor is moving the
opposite way. I got to say something
kind of looked off. I mean, it it like
it almost looks right. Like I literally
didn't notice that until now. And this
animation that DeepS made for this is
something else. All right. I got a lot
to ask for here.
Oh god. All right. Well, looks like Deep
Sea completely messed up the game.
It kind of just pulled a chatbt. I'm
going to count this one as the final
game for Deep Seek. GG's only. All
right, now it's time for the final AI.
Claude Opus 4.7. See, I gave the same
prompt as the other games. Bro, what did
Claude just make? Let's give this a
play. Bro, this looks so insane. So,
wait, hold on. If we press this button,
it says,
>> "The crew is preparing more runners for
now. Jake is leaving the run. Each
character will have a unique board and
outfit."
>> Okay. Okay. So, that means like the only
character right now is Jake. The shop is
opening soon. All right. So, a lot of
unfinished features in the menu. Oh my
god, I just died. Wait, I'm trying to
look at the directions. Hold on.
>> Switch lanes, jump, roll, shift twice
for hoverboard.
>> All right, bet.
>> Hold up. Before I show the game play, I
need you to hit that subscribe button
right this second because I'm trying to
pass Claude in subscribers and we are so
very close.
>> Yo, this is smooth, bro. Oh my god.
And we can we can jump on the trains. I
think in ChatterBT's version, we
couldn't jump on the trains. I think we
would die when we land on them. Bro,
this is insane, dog. Oh my god, we can
slide under that, too. The hoverboard is
a little bit too far below the player,
but we No, that's that that should be an
easy fix. The only thing is I'm not
seeing any trains that are actually
moving. Like all these trains are pretty
static, and this purple train has like
some messed up geometry, but all like
very minor stuff. Like, oh my god, how
did I die there? All right, 2,000
distance, 290 coins. Sick. And bro, this
menu is so clean, bro. This menu is so
clean. None of the other games did this,
but this is actually like accurate to
Subway Serpenters where you you like
start off in the game already. So sick.
All right, let me uh let me give us some
screenshots here. Let me give it a
screenshot of this train. This is what
the game looks like right now. The only
issue is that this purple train has
messed up Yandre. Jake is kind of facing
the wrong way when he runs. There are no
occasional moving trains. I didn't see
too much variety in the power-ups. All
right, here's the final prompt I made
with all the changes that I want. So,
yeah, let's send that. But, bro, I
couldn't be like I literally couldn't be
more happy with how this turned out. And
this is completely from scratch. Like,
there are no actual 3D models or
textures being used here. Everything is
generated in the code. All right, so
Claude is ready with a new version here.
I just had to buy some more credits
because it wasn't able to finish the
last thing I gave it. Yeah, let's see
here. So, if we go to the characters.
All right, so now we can actually buy
new characters when we have enough
money. Tricky, Fresh, Spike, Utani, and
Frank. And we got some hoverboards as
well. There we go. There we go. Okay, so
Jake is now facing forward. Oh, there's
a moving train. Okay, nice. Hey. Okay,
these are the these are the boots. Got
the magnet. Oh, and it is getting it's
getting like way faster already. Let's
see if the hoverboard is uh fixed. Okay,
the hoverboard is still like a bit below
the player's feet, but whatever.
Whatever. Oh my god, we got the jetpack,
too. Bro, we're going so fast.
Oh, I still feel like there's not enough
obstacles, though. And there's
definitely like not enough moving trains
as well. Yeah, the game is definitely
just like a bit too easy. Oh, okay. We
died there. Spoke too soon. But I want
to try some new characters. So, let's
try let's try Spike. Let's try Spike. I
think he's missing his mohawk here. I
don't think he's supposed to have a hat,
but okay. I'll get a new hoverboard as
well.
Oh, that was fair. Okay, that's pretty
cool. He definitely looks like very
different from Jake. Oh my god, I didn't
even notice that the um the slide
animation to to go under the obstacles
is so much better now, bro. That's so
smooth. Right now, there is too much
open space. When I jetpack, there are no
coins in the air. There's not enough
moving trains right now. All right, I
think Claude fixed all those bugs now.
So, this is the final version of the
game. Claude Claude is almost certainly
the winner here, bro. I mean, compare
that to Deep Seek.
Oh man, ChachuT. I mean, ChachiT's isn't
terrible, but yeah, it's pretty obvious
that Deepseek is just way ahead in terms
of just in terms of visuals really and
even gameplay. Like, this game feels so
much snappier. So, yeah, claw on top.
