## Summary

This video reveals the secrets behind a viral AI-generated Instagram account with over 1.3 million followers. The creator tests whether they can replicate the same success from scratch, showing the exact tools, workflow, and monetization strategies used. The key is creating high-quality educational content that doesn't feel like AI slop, and the entire process takes less than 10 minutes per video.

### Key Points

- **The Viral AI Account** [00:00] — An Instagram account with over 1.3 million followers and thousands of dollars in monthly revenue is entirely AI-generated, with no real camera, person, or location.
- **The Content Matrix** [01:10] — The content matrix categorizes AI content by quality (low/high) and purpose (educational/entertaining). The sweet spot is high-quality educational content, which gets views and is monetizable.
- **Essential Tools** [02:04] — The essential tools are GPT-Image 2 for image generation, Seedance 2.5 for video generation, and a video editor like Adobe Premiere. Higgsfield is used as the platform for image and video generation.
- **Stealing the Formula** [02:42] — Instead of copying content, steal the formula. Use Claude to analyze viral videos and generate new concepts based on their framework, ensuring originality while leveraging proven structures.
- **The Workflow** [03:27] — Generate 4K vertical images with GPT-Image 2, then animate them with Seedance 2.5, adding prompts to ensure natural moments and avoid characters looking at the camera. The entire process takes less than 10 minutes.
- **Editing for Impact** [08:41] — Edit the clips with a video editor, cut dead space, and sync the beat drops of trending audio with the video timing to make it more watchable and encourage saves, shares, and likes.

## Transcript

It took three months for this girl to get over 750,000 followers on Instagram. Now, she's at over 1.3 million, she's monetized, and she's making thousands of dollars a month. But there's one thing you should know about her.
None of her videos are real. No camera, no person, no location. Just 399 posts of pure AI pulling millions of views. But what does that mean for you? It means, with the right formula, anyone can do this too.
So today, I decided to test whether or not I could create the same type of content from scratch. I'll show you how she does it, the tools she's using, and how she's monetizing it all so you can do the same.
But before we get into the workflow, we need to understand what makes these videos go so viral. So landing on her page, the first thing that I noticed is that none of her content feels like AI flop. Most AI content accounts are not able to monetize because they do not do what she's doing.
Her content is getting millions of views and super positive comments and feedback. The reason for this is simple. To understand, we need to look at this matrix I created. On the top, we have low-quality AI content and high-quality AI content.
And on the sides, we have educational content and entertaining content. So this lower left-hand corner is low-quality and entertaining AI content. If you make that kind of AI content, you're going to get no views, and more importantly, you're not going to make any money.
But if we move over to the right, that's high quality entertaining content. You're going to get a lot of views, but you're still going to make no money. Then in the upper left hand corner, we have educational, low quality AI content.
Here, you're not going to get many views, but you still might make some money. But the place where you want to be and where this content falls into is high quality educational AI content. Here, you get millions of views, you don't piss off your audience, and you can make money from it.
So whenever you're creating any type of AI content or content in general, this is the chart you need to refer to. So if I have any chance at creating this level of content today, we're going to need a crazy plan. And that takes us to step one, the tools we need to make this.
This part's easy. We're going to need an image generator, a video generator, and a video editor to put it all together. The image generator we're going to use is GPT-Image 2. And lucky for me, for the video generator, CDANCE 2.5 just came out and it is the craziest thing I've ever seen.
I'm going to be using both of those through Higgsfield, so I'm just going to go ahead and create an account. And then for the video editor, we're going to be using JobySneer. And most creators don't tell you about this. They try to keep it behind a paywall but I not one of the gatekeepers so please hit that like button below Step 2 Coming up with a good idea This is the place that I see 99 of people fail and it usually the reason that your content doesn go viral
If you want to get views and actually make money from it, then you need a good idea, and the best way to find a good idea is to go and steal one. And in the words of the famous Picasso, good artists copy, but great artists steal. You don't want to actually copy someone's content,
you want to steal the formula. So I sat down and researched hundreds of viral AI videos, and these were the best ones I came up with. I'm basically stealing the framework from these videos, but I'm not copying them word for word or scene by scene. Then I'm going to bring them over to
Claude and explain what's happening in the video. Then I'm going to give Claude this comp, which basically trains it to become a cinematic genius. And boom, just like that, Claude cooks up hundreds of viral video concepts for us to use. So to show you the full workflow that she uses, I'm going to
showing two types of reels. All the steps are basically the same for other types of reels, so you can just use this workflow over and over. To make something like this, we're going to head over to Higgs field, we're going to click on image, and then GP2 image 2. You can also use another
image model like nano banana pro, but I figured I'd test out GP2 here because I always use nano banana. So in the prompt box, you're going to enter this prompt, and I've pasted this in the description below so you can just copy it. You want to make sure that your image resolution is
is set to 4K, as high as possible. Then we need to set the aspect ratio to vertical because this is an Instagram reel, we don't want it horizontal. And finally, I'm gonna be generating four images at once because we want as many results as possible
to get the best image we can find. And by the way guys, in case you're concerned about credits, I'm gonna be tracking the amount of credits that we spend on this so you know how much it costs. Here we just hit generate and here we go, these are the results.
We're gonna basically repeat this process for a few different themes, But then step two is turning our images into an actual video. So to do this, we're going to head to video and we're going to click on Seed Dance 2.5, which is a brand new model and it is crazy.
In fact, a lot of the B-roll that you're watching of me in this video was also made with Seed Dance 2.5 and it is so realistic, I can barely tell the difference. Here, we're basically going to click on add references and then we're going to click on image generation and select the images that we want to run in the video.
Then we're going to paste in this prompt and I'm going to add two lines at the end where I basically say that moments are natural and in the middle of the video the camera should zoom in about 10 to 20 percent. I'm also going to tell it some things to avoid. The characters should never look at the camera and if you don't say this,
they might end up looking at the camera and ruining the whole image and then you end up wasting credits So I trying to save you guys some credits here And again make sure that your model is set to CDANCE 2 For the duration you can go as high as 30 seconds but I going to put it at about 15 seconds We going to set the vertical aspect ratio again the resolution to 1080p
the bitrate to high, and then we're going to click generate. And while this is generating, I just want to say that I've tested a lot of the other Gen AI video tools out there, and not all of them let you use 1080p on CDN 2.5. So this is a huge draw and why we're doing it on
And again guys, the reason that we're going through all these steps is that we want this to appear as realistic as possible so that it's not deemed AI slop. As soon as viewers realize that it's AI slop, they don't care.
And so that's why we're going through all these steps and making sure that this looks as good and creative as possible. And let's just quickly watch what it came up with, but I promise there's more steps later in the video so we're not done yet.
Okay, that was very good for her first result, but I promise we're going to make that better later in this video. But for now, I'm going to go ahead and generate our second clip. Basically, the process is the same. This reel that we're replicating got almost 20 million views and over 100,000 likes.
And the concept is basically her emptying a perfume bottle, but I don't want to copy her exactly. So we're going to basically steal the framework. And instead of a perfume bottle, she's going to be pouring a soda bottle on top of the TSA girl's head, like the example.
So for our prompt, we're going to use Claude. We're basically going to explain what the video idea is and then ask it to give us an image prompt and a video prompt. Then again, we're going to head over to image inside Higgs field. We're going to select GPT image 2.
We're going to paste our prompt in here and then we're going to select the quality as high as possible. The resolution should be 4K always. And then make sure that image aspect ratio is again vertical and the batch size should be 4. And boom.
Again, all these images look perfect. So we can head over to the video module generation. So again, we're going to click on add references, then we're going to click on image generation, and we're going to select the image that we want to actually turn into a video.
So I'm going to choose this one. Just a quick side note, this is not technical. I know it might seem a little technical while you're watching me do it, but I promise it is literally this easy. So for the video, we're going to select Seed Dance 2.5 again.
Make sure you're using Seed Dance 2.5 because for this video specifically, I want it to be longer than 15 seconds. seconds and Tube Dance 2.5 is the only one that lets you do that in 1080p for longer than 15 seconds. So for my duration I'm going to select about 20 seconds, make sure that the vertical
aspect ratio is set and then I just going to go ahead and click generate And let check out what the results are That not going past this point Drop it in the bin What Are you serious I paid for this and I not going to waste it
I mean, that is just insane that we built that in less than 10 minutes. Even for me, if I saw this on social media, I wouldn't immediately be able to tell that this is AI. Obviously, there's a couple little tells and we could probably prompt those out if we really wanted to,
but the fact that we made this in less than 10 minutes and it is this hyper-realistic is crazy and a little bit scary if you think about it. And I'm actually going to be uploading this onto Instagram and tracking the results, so if you want to see what happens, make sure you're subscribed,
because I'm going to be sharing it in a future video. We are not done yet, because if you actually want to get 1 million views like this example video did, then you're going to need to use every trick in your bag to make that happen. And one of those tricks that I use to make my content perform better
is video editing. Now again, I promise this step is very easy. All you need to do is choose a video editor. For me, I'm going to be using Adobe Premiere, but you can use any video editor. It's very simple to do this. We're just going to be dragging over our clips. We're going to cut out
any random dead space that we don't want in it, and then you want to use background music that makes the video more watchable. And what do I mean when I say more watchable? Well, we want to hook people's attention, and then we want them to save, share, and like. Those are the main triggers that
going to make our content get pushed on to more and more people and go super viral. And one of the easiest ways to do that in the spirit of feeling like an artist is to go back to the original clip and look at the audio that she used in that. A little trick that I use is that you can
actually download this audio and apply it to your reel and make sure that the beat drops, wherever the music changes, is synced with the timing of your video. So that's what I'm going to be doing here and I'm just going to make sure that it's as punchy as possible. And now we are
pretty much done so let's re-watch it with the editing in place. That's not going past this point. Drop it in the bin. What? Are you serious? I paid for this and I'm not going to waste it. okay i'm impressed with that i want to go post this on instagram right now because that's going
to get millions of views this is the kind of content that anyone can get views in you don't have to show your face. All you have to do is follow that workflow that I just shared step by step. I can't wait to see what you guys pick up. And with that, I will see you on the other side.
