## Summary

The video presents a practical guide to starting a one-person AI-powered business using Claude, emphasizing the importance of leveraging existing knowledge rather than chasing novel ideas. The creator demonstrates how to build AI agents that automate core business functions like product research, customer conversion, and retention, and provides a 30-day roadmap for execution.

### Key Points

- **AI's Impact on Jobs** [00:01] — AI is affecting not just low-level jobs but also roles in sales, marketing, finance, and design. This creates fear but also an opportunity to use AI to build your own business.
- **Using Claude to Run a Business** [00:13] — The creator uses Claude to run his company in Texas with over 40 employees, allowing him to work out and spend time with family. He will show how to start a one-person AI business from scratch with no money.
- **Two Kinds of People in the AI Era** [00:54] — There are two types of people: those who continue doing work AI can do and get squeezed out, and those who learn to point AI at problems, using it like a GPS to navigate business challenges.
- **AI as Leverage** [01:33] — People with no team, funding, or background are crossing six figures and becoming millionaires by using AI as leverage before others catch on. The big picture focus that used to cost serious money is now just a $20 monthly subscription.
- **Common Mistake: Building Unneeded Apps** [02:14] — Many people spend weeks building apps that solve problems nobody has. Instead, the creator recommends taking what you already know and plugging Claude into it, which is the biggest takeaway of the video.
- **The Key: Use What You Know** [03:18] — The best way to use Claude is with something you already know. If you come into something brand new, you can't tell when AI is wrong because you don't know what good looks like. Using your expertise allows you to teach AI your process and automate it.
- **Starting from Scratch: Drop Shipping** [03:59] — If starting from scratch, the creator would use drop shipping, plugging in everything he knows, every strategy, and every mistake he's seen, to build a fully automated system around it. Drop shipping forces you to learn marketing, sales, fulfillment, email flow, store design, and branding.
- **The Three Problems of Any Business** [05:08] — Every business has three problems: finding the customer, converting them, and keeping them. Building an AI system means creating a Claude workflow around each of these problems. For drop shipping, finding means product research, converting means ads and landing pages, and keeping means email flows and post-purchase experience.
- **What is an AI Agent?** [06:14] — An AI agent is a system you build once that works while you sleep. It runs through steps, makes decisions, and reports back to you without you being in the room. It's different from using AI like a search engine.
- **Setup Time and Front-Loading** [06:40] — Building an agent takes about 4 hours of setup, where you walk Claude through your process like training a new hire. Front-loading these hours is worth it because the agent then works autonomously.
- **Product Research Agent Example** [07:06] — The creator's product research agent monitors trends, sourcing, and competitor ads constantly. It sends a full report with 3-5 winning products, sourcing info, and marketing angles. The creator just greenlights what he likes while sleeping.
- **Live Demo of Supreme Ecom Agent** [08:40] — The creator shows his real agent for Supreme Ecom, which runs on a Mac mini that is always on. He emphasizes that you don't need a Mac; any computer that stays on and connected works.
- **Time to Build and Time Saved** [09:34] — The agent took about 8-10 hours to build and 4-6 hours to revise. Last week, it saved him 18 hours of time. He plans to build more agents for other parts of the business.
- **Chief of Staff Agent Overview** [10:53] — The creator shows his Chief of Staff agent, which includes scheduled tasks like morning brief, end-of-day brief, weekly recap, fire watch, Sunday review log, meeting pre-brief, post-meeting summary, Discord reply listener, and brief watchdog.
- **Scheduled Tasks and Dashboard** [12:24] — The morning brief comes at 7:30 AM, end-of-day at 5:30 PM, weekly recap on Sundays at 6 PM, and fire watch daily from 6 AM to 11 PM. All information is pushed to a CEO dashboard updated every 5 minutes.
- **Main Hub for Information** [13:07] — The creator uses a chat interface as his main hub to constantly feed the agent information about his business and fix mistakes. It has access to his roster, employee responsibilities, and tracks his AC hours to guide delegation.
- **Connections and Integrations** [14:41] — The agent is connected to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, monday.com, Zoho CRM, Zoom, analytics, and Chrome. It pulls information from all these places to create a comprehensive CEO dashboard.
- **CEO Dashboard Details** [15:21] — The dashboard shows revenue, surplus, cash on hand, Q2 objectives, OKRs, departmental ROIs, and partner status. The creator can open it at any moment to know exactly where the business stands.
- **How the Agent Operates** [16:45] — The agent operates through Discord, where the creator communicates with staff. Scheduled tasks bring information to Discord, and the creator can reply to delegate tasks, send emails, or set CRM tasks.
- **Execution is Key** [18:42] — The difference between those who watch videos and do nothing and those who change their lives is execution. The creator provides a 30-day roadmap to help viewers execute.
- **30-Day Roadmap: Days 1-7** [18:57] — Days 1-7: Pick a skill or industry you know, or choose drop shipping. Set up your Claude account and make the decision to start. Don't overthink it.
- **30-Day Roadmap: Days 7-14** [19:25] — Days 7-14: Build your first agent. Spend 4 hours walking Claude through your process, front-loading the work so the system does the work later.
- **30-Day Roadmap: Days 14-21** [19:39] — Days 14-21: Go live. Launch your first products, ads, and get first data. Don't aim for perfection; learn and let Claude learn by making revisions throughout the week.
- **30-Day Roadmap: Days 20-30** [20:06] — Days 20-30: Optimize. Look at what's working and what isn't, cut what isn't working, and double down on what is. By day 30, you should have real numbers and a real system.
- **Potential Results** [20:18] — With consistency, some people see $25,000 months. This is not a guarantee, but the creator has seen it happen repeatedly.
- **Call to Action: Challenge** [20:47] — The creator promotes a free challenge with real cash prizes (up to $100,000) for beginners, using AI to learn drop shipping. The only investment is a $1/month for 3 months for a tool. The link is in the description.

### Conclusion

The video provides a clear, actionable framework for building a one-person AI business using Claude, emphasizing the importance of leveraging existing knowledge and automating core business processes. The 30-day roadmap offers a structured path from idea to execution, with the potential for significant financial returns.

jobs, and it's not just the lower-level stuff like cashiers or receptionists anymore. I'm talking sales, marketing, finance, design, literally any role that you can think of. And for most people, that's terrifying. But here's the flip
side. If AI can do all of that, you can use it to build your own business and >> [music] >> Right now, I use Claude to run my entire Texas, where we have over 40 employees, multiple departments, and it's what
whenever I want, to get my workouts in, and actually be present with my family in this video, I'm going to show you exactly how I started one-person AI business from scratch today. And I mean from scratch, like no money, no
like where a lot of you are sitting at right now. But this video is what here's what's really happening right now, and I want you to fully understand this because most people are looking at it completely wrong. You see, AI isn't
reshuffling who has power in the economy. Meaning there are two kinds of person is the person who can keep doing the work AI already does. So the research, the writing, the content, the number crunching, and slowly gets
squeezed out. The second is the person who figured out how to point AI at all about it like a GPS. I mean, you literally just type in where you want to go, the GPS figures out every turn, every route, every obstacle to get you
there. Where you're not calculating anything, you're just driving. That's You set the destination, like here's the product, here's the customer, here's figures out the rest. The research, the writing, the content, the strategy,
where you're not doing any of that manually. You're just making the calls. right now in a way that it has never worked before. And I'm not just saying real time. People with no team, no funding, no background are crossing six
>> becoming millionaires. Not because they're smarter than everyone else, not figured out how to use this thing as leverage before everyone else caught on. you focus on the big picture, I mean, that used to cost serious money. And now
it's just a $20 monthly subscription. And look, I'm actually going to show in this video. Like I'm going to show you everything I have set up. Like my real agent, the one I use for Supreme Ecom, pulled up live. So, keep watching
for that. But first, here's what most people are still messing up before they even get started. They second most people hear building AI business, you want to know what they do? They go down a huge rabbit hole. Spend 3 weeks on
building some app that they think is going to be the next big thing. And look, I get it, okay? Claude is doing all this crazy stuff. You're vibe coding, you're building these tools, and it feels like you're being productive.
real. But here's the hard truth. The majority of these apps solve a problem that nobody actually has. And now you've got this thing that looks cool, maybe even works, and zero people are using it. So, I'm not doing that. I'm not
here. Trying to come up with some revolutionary idea that changes the world. At least not yet. What I am going to do is something way simpler, and honestly, way smarter. I'm going to take what I already know, plug Claude into
honestly, that's actually the biggest thing that I want you to take away from this entire video. Is that the best way to use Claude is with something you the key. I mean, just think about it. If you come into something completely brand
through Claude at the same time, you can't even tell when it's wrong. Because you don't know what good looks like. You don't know what bad looks like. So, spits out and run with it. And what you're going to get is slop, every
that you've already done a thousand times, I mean, something that you know know what doesn't, and you know every mistake before it happens. That's when teach it. Walk it through your exact process. And once it knows what you
know, you can then fully automate it. Where you're not having AI teach you, biggest difference, and that's where so many people get it twisted. So for me, if I was starting from scratch tomorrow, like no brand, no students, nothing, I
everything I have now, which is drop shipping. But this time around, I would where I would plug in everything that I know, everything that I teach my students, every strategy that works, every mistake that I've seen people
system around all of that, fully automated, fully dialed in. So for trying to figure out what to sell, what niche to get in, what product or service start with drop shipping. You don't want to be sitting there for weeks trying to
idea or the perfect niche or just going back and forth asking Claude what process alone will kill your momentum before you even start. So I say this every single time and I mean it every single time. Drop shipping is the
entrepreneur because it forces you to learn everything. Marketing, sales, fulfillment, email flow, store design, branding. You are going through the gone through it, I mean like really gone through it, you might have already found
long term just from being in the game. So all right, at this point, we've got the business idea and we know what we're selling. But what does an AI powered business actually look like in practice? What does automating this thing even
into it because I've been saying automate your business with Claude this whole time and that probably still sounds a little bit vague. So let me Here's how I think about building an AI powered system around anything. Every
does not matter what you're selling. There's always the problem of finding the customer, and the problem [music] of keeping the customer. Find, convert, when you're building an AI system is you're just taking each one of those
problems and you're building a Claude workflow around it. So let's use drop which is what we're working with here. Well, those three problems look like this. Finding means product research. Like what are you actually selling? Why
it? Converting means your ads, your just trying to get someone to stop scrolling and actually pull out their flows, your post-purchase experience, [music] turning a one-time buyer into
buys more. Now, the way that you actually build this, the thing that actually makes it run on its own, is what is called an AI agent. And this is other AI tool out there. You see, a Claude agent isn't something that you
need something. It's a system that you build once that actually works while actions, it's running through steps, it's making decisions, and it's reporting back to you without you being in the room or without you having to
what makes it so much different from just using AI like a search engine. Now, guys as I always am, okay? Building one of these agents right, it does take some up-front work. I mean, we're talking probably like 4 hours of setup, maybe
go. You're essentially sitting down with Claude and you're walking it through step of the process. I mean, every variable it needs to understand, where the same way that you would train a new hire. But, here's why front-loading
those hours is so worth it. For Job Search B specifically, here's exactly my entire product research [music] process, how I evaluate a product, what something worth testing versus what's a waste of my money, how I source through
different suppliers like Team Drop, check my margins, and figure out exactly getting the product for, how I read what competitors are already running on traction before I ever spend a single dollar. After giving it all that
have it monitor all of that constantly. Not just when I remember to check, I without me saying a word, it's going to send me a full [music] report letting me information. So, it'd be giving me something like three to five winning
products that are trending right now with sourcing information, competitor ad marketing angles written for each one of them. While I'd like wake up, I'd open would read it, and then I would just green light what I like, and I would
that happened when you were sleeping, [music] and you didn't have to give it already did all the work up front by providing it the information that you already know. That's what I mean by find, convert, and keep. You'll have all
you're at the gym, while you're with family, on vacation, doing whatever you throughout those times the agents are working, and you're just making the AI-powered business looks like. Now, [music] I'm not going to build all of
that on camera right now, because that is a whole video by itself, honestly. give you the big picture, so you understand what you're actually building you can plug this into any business, any
is the same. But look, [music] if you do want to see me actually do this live, I mean like a full build, start to finish, on camera, I'm up for it, okay? Just drop run the challenge in the comment section right now, and maybe I'll go
never know. I actually might just have that video up sooner than you think. But a fully built out agent actually looks like. So, let me go ahead and pull up Supreme Ecom here in Dallas for my 40-plus [music] employees. So, real
the reason for that is I keep everything way, it's not dependent on me having my laptop open. It's just always on, always hours a day. Now, real quick, I don't want you to think that you need a Mac
really don't. Whatever computer or laptop that you're using is fine. The on and connected, because what makes this whole thing work is that it's you're sleeping, and while you're living your life. That's the whole point. So,
office. I uh I just got into the office. I'm exactly what I've been able to set up, what's currently working, and how I've been able to build this agent to be the one person man that I really need to
way. Now, what's crazy is that this is only one of the agents that I've been like a lot, but this actually only took me about 8 to 10 hours to be able to build up. I just fueled it with as much information, I connected it to all my
platforms that I'm using, and it was able to pull up all this information, whatever things that it was off with. So, this only took me literally like 10 another agent for other parts of the business, and I'm going to continue to
Why would I sit here and do all this effort myself when I have all these opportunities to let this do all the hard work for me. So, if you think that this was complex, I'm telling you guys it wasn't. I just sat down for about 3
thing fully built out. It actually did not take that long. I know it seems complex, but this probably took me about 10 hours to set up, you know, week one, and then week two I spent around like 4 to 6 hours, you know, revising it and
making sure that it was giving the right type of information. So, totally I would say maybe, you know, 10 hours for set up and about 5 hours for revisions. That's doing the task for me of saying how much time did it save me, and last week I was
able to save 18 hours. 18 hours of my time just by having this thing work for can only imagine when it comes to the other agents I'm going to build, how a week-to-week basis. All right, so as you guys can see I'm now here at my
you a full breakdown of everything that I have currently going on. So, inside different projects. I have Supreme Ecom, Chief of Staff, and the Affiliate agents that I currently have running, but the main one that I've been building
inside of this Chief of Staff you're going to notice a bunch of different notice is there's a bunch of scheduled tasks [music] that are running throughout multiple parts of the day. I have my morning brief, I have my
end-of-day brief, I have my weekly recap, I have a fire watch that's constantly scanning my emails and my Discord every day to just let me know if anything major's currently happening. I have my Sunday review log, which kind of
activity has been within [music] the last week and giving it a rating of what and what needs to happen in this upcoming week [music] for the agent to continue to get smarter. And it's kind of like on a rating scale. I have my
meeting pre-brief, and this is basically put in place so that anytime I'm about to walk [music] into a meeting, it sends me a pre-brief to make sure I know and any questions I need to be asking. Then right after those meetings, I have
this post summary where it gives me a full recap of everything as well as what needs to be delegated, what I need to be able to, you know, assign to myself, and staff. I have my Discord reply listener, which I'll break down here in a little
bit of what that does. And then I have my brief watchdog, [music] and the watchdog basically just ensures that anytime it's about to send me a brief everything that's happening across all these scheduled tasks, so it's not
information. And as you see, every single one of these are already built brief, I get this every single day at 7:30. The end of day brief, I get this every day at 5:30. Weekly recap is every Sunday at 6:00 p.m. The fire watch,
there's any fires, is every day between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. And all this information is also getting pushed into a dashboard, giving me a high-level CEO dashboard that's being updated every single day every 5 minutes. So, I always
me go and show you a little bit more breakdown of how this thing works. So, chat that I use, where I'm just constantly talking to it and making it smarter, giving it the information that it needs about my business, about what
having, really kind of what I was telling you guys. This is my main hub, where I'm just constantly giving it as much information as possible and just fixing any mistakes that it has. So, if I need something, this is kind of that
main hub that I'm going to. If a scheduled task messes up, let's say like here to the chief of staff main ground and I'm like, "Yo, the morning brief you know, update the schedule task [music] so that this doesn't happen
it has like so much information that I roster, every single person who's on our is, what their day-to-day responsibilities are, so it knows every
have this section right here that says AC hours tracked, and it's seen in real time what am I spending my time in, what am I not supposed to be spending my time week. So, at the end of every week it can say, "Hey, you shouldn't have been
>> Instead, you should have delegated that." And it's just really guiding me. is supposed [music] to be doing is making my life easier, ensuring I know business, and that I can have more freedom to do what I need to do on a
micromanage every little thing. Now, there's a bunch of stuff in here. Like, I've been able to give to it. This is what I'm really highlighting when I say information, right? show you guys here in a little bit of what it looks like
and how it runs on a day-to-day basis, but that's a quick overview of how it of the most important things is that it's giving me a high-level overview of the business and where we're at on a CEO level, right? So, with all the
has, and I'll show you guys, you know, real quick what connections that it has, which you can see it's connected to like my Gmail, my Google Calendar, my Google Drive, monday.com, which is what we use for project [music] management, Zoho
CRM, which is our main CRM for our business, Zoom, our analytics of our and Chrome. So, this is kind of like where all the connectors are coming from. So, it's pulling information from all of these places all day long. And
what it's able to do is create me a comprehensive [music] high-level CEO minutes, so I always know the position of the business. And this is a little single morning, this is always being updated, right? You can see last time it
And what it's giving me is a high-level overview of the revenue we're at, the surplus, the cash on hand, where we're at with our Q2 objectives. It's even and maybe where different areas of the business might be lacking and where
it talks to me about our [music] major, you know, OKRs. If you guys don't know for objective key results, basically the main goals of our business for the month. It's breaking all of it down inside of this dashboard to show me as,
you know, the main focus in our company where we're currently at with our goals. department. So, you're seeing like I have a macro company level over our major, you know, goals and I have the department side of it with sales and
marketing and operations and consulting. Then I have the departmental ROIs. So, what departments are making the most money and which ones are not. Then it letting me know exactly where we're at with each one of our partners and so on
high-level overview literally. To be honest with you guys, all I do is just open up this dashboard at any moment and I know exactly where the business stands controller, without ever having to ask for the data analyst where we're at or
myself. Like at any moment, I know exactly where the business stands. All things that I've been able to build, but now let me go and show you how it works. that I build, right? I have the chief of staff that's operating the morning
recap. He's doing a fire watch looking through everything, my email, my Discord, you know, my CRM making sure nothing is currently happening that all the scheduled tasks. Now, let me show you how it operates. So, my whole
This is where I communicate with my staff [music] and this is where I instead of me always having to talk with Claude, I wanted to make my life a the place where [music] I'm communicating the most. So, what I've
take these scheduled tasks and I've been able to integrate them in Discord where it's bringing me all the information in there. And whenever I reply in Discord, whatever I need it to be able to do. So, here's a quick overview. Now, this is
that FireWatch/like daily pulse, where it's just basically happening. Here you can see on Friday, it was like, "Yo, you have these open working with. You need to make sure you get back to them. Nothing new on your
your attention. Here's a couple passive things that you need to just be aware of about it." So, and here's a quick little overview of anything that's currently wrong, which has happened in the last 2 weeks, it will send me an immediate
message being like, "Urgent, you know, this did not fire. We need to get this thing working." Or, "Hey, urgent, maybe our revenue in one department is low. We to other people in your team." So, this is kind of what it looks like. And it'll
need me to message this person?" Or, "Do you need me to email this person?" Or, command or task inside of the CRM to make sure that this gets done." So, whenever I'm replying to it on Discord, which you can see I've been able to do
forward with everything that I need to do. So, it will set the task right away. email somebody. Like, I can just reply on here and it will do all the work for me. So, that's a little bit of a overview, small overview, of how I've
been able to get this thing structured in a way where I can operate this at any point, anywhere in the world. I have my phone connected to this Mac mini. So, literally send me a Discord message and I know exactly where the business
I know exactly where the business [music] stands at all moments. who watch videos like this and do nothing from the people who watch videos like this and change your life forever. And that's just simply execution.
is I want to give you the exact 30-day roadmap so this does not happen and you can execute from this point forward. Starting with day one through day seven. clear. If you've got a skill, an industry, something that you already
you figure out how to build Claude around it. And if you don't, that's that new skill is. I already gave you one earlier, which is drop shipping. make the decision, and then you get your Claude account set up. Don't overthink
day 7 through 14, this is where you build. This is your 4 hours where you're possible like I talked about earlier. So, sit down with Claude, walk it and start building your first agent. So, if you're drop shipping, this is when
system that we talked about, where you front-load that work now so the system does the work later. Day 14 through 21, this is where you go live. Whatever you products, first ads, first data coming in. So, here you're not trying to be
perfect, you're just trying to learn and continue to let Claude learn by just making throughout the week because that's going to happen. So, after revisions, from there just let the system work and pay attention to what
it's telling you. Now, days 20 through 30, this is where you optimize. You look build, and you just cut what isn't working, and you double down on what is. Where by day 30, you should have real numbers, a real system, and a real
answer on where this is going. 30 days, 1 month, that's genuinely all it takes having something real in front of you. And if you're consistent past that first $25,000 months. That's not a guarantee, but I've seen it happen over and over
you do right now. So, that leaves us to this question right now. Are you to put in the work and put yourself in a better position to have this type of give you that peace that you deserve. And look, if you watched this whole
need to get your feet wet before you start building agents or running your own operation, I've got exactly where you should go next. So, we actually have we're giving out real cash, and it's built specifically for beginners, and I
mean complete beginners. It's AI-powered, it's structured, and it step by step. And you remember earlier when I said drop shipping forces you to learn everything that you ever need as an entrepreneur? Yes, a $100,000 cash
exactly that, but it's accelerated with AI doing the heavy lifting alongside you. And here's the crazy part, okay? It's that it's 100% free to join. I'm course [music] or get you to drop thousands of dollars up front. The only
which is literally a dollar for a month for your first 3 months. [music] That's it. That's your only investment to get the chance of winning up to $100,000. competing and winning these challenges, you're literally getting paid to learn
the upcoming challenges that are coming are going to be around $30,000 payouts cannot think of a better way to start than that, where you're learning, you're for it at the same time. So, if you're not quite ready to build everything on
your own yet, then go there first. Get your reps in and get paid while you do it. The link is in the description, sign up for 100% free, and I hope to see you this one, and make sure to comment down below if you want to see me build one of
these live. I'll see you in the next one. This is AC with Supreme Ecom, and one. This is AC with Supreme Ecom, and I'm out.
