## Transcript

today should be easier than ever before . We have artificial intelligence that can create stores in minutes, automate everything, and do all the hard work. And by the way, I'll
demonstrate this to you today. But why do most people still use Tinder to make a stable income from their stores ? After all, everyone has access to the same tools, yes, the same platforms. And here is a paradox.
Most people are overwhelmed by all the options available now and end up lost in approaches and strategies, stuck in an endless search for that one service, that one product. And in the end, they just waste time and
miss the point. And I am telling you this not from some theory, but from real cases of people, there, my colleagues or those who turn to me to create a turn to me to create a strategy. People like to complicate things. They
think that some creative, pretentious, unusual approach to trading is exactly what works and what they need. And when they hear how it works in reality, they wonder why they ever made everything so
complicated before? And today I want to give you a working approach. It will include the use of neural networks and new technologies, but we won't complicate things or go into the weeds, which, believe me,
you don't need at this stage. And it doesn’t matter whether you’ve tried dropshipping before or you’re a complete newbie. It doesn’t even matter what country you live in or what your budget is . What's really important here is to know where to look and what to look for,
so as not to scatter your attention, but to focus on working and target actions. So watch this video to the end, because here you will find a step-by-step launch algorithm. And we begin. And the concept of
dropshipping itself is quite simple. You create an online store and add products you want to sell. And when someone makes a purchase, your supplier delivers the product directly to the customer. So, essentially, you
are the bridge between the buyer and the supplier and keep the difference between the purchase price and the selling price. And the basic concept hasn't changed much over the years. But what has changed is how much easier it has become technically to
do all of this thanks to artificial intelligence. And soon we'll you how easy and fast it is to create an online store on Shopify in just a couple of minutes. Here's a spoiler: even if
you have the best tools. This does not automatically mean better results. That's why a well-thought-out strategy combined with modern technologies is so important here - this is what produces results, at least for me
and many others with whom I work. And I personally develop individual strategies based on your experience, budget, and country of residence. I also provide prompts during startup and disassemble the store. Therefore,
you can contact me personally for a strategy. As for the technical part, we will deal with that now. And let me show you how you can create an online store on Shopify. To do this, go to Shopify, open the
go to Shopify, open the app store, and search for the Atlas AI app. Let's start the installation process. We select everything we need here, and then the system will offer to add a link to the product. I have already prepared an example for you. This is the kind of
automatic hand dispenser that you can now see in competitors' advertisements. It is taken by both children and adults. And using this product as an example, the application will create a store for us. Just paste the link here.
your own images. And I would recommend not using standard photographs from suppliers' websites, but using services to generate unique images. This is just an example of a service where you upload an image of a
product, and artificial intelligence creates content as if it were shot by bloggers. When people's faces are seen close-up , they can sometimes look unnatural. But when filming from the first person, the result is very
good. Yes, even with faces, such images often look better than regular photos from Chinese websites. Accordingly, you can use videos to describe a product on a website, or simply
take screenshots from them, turning these videos into photos. And such photos will convert much better than photos from suppliers' websites. Click continue. And here's a full product page, created using
artificial intelligence. And everything is filled in here: the name, description of the product, here: the name, description of the product, all the necessary pages, tabs. There is a blog with reviews here, but you will have to add them yourself. The
main advantages, warranty information, and questions and answers specifically for your product are also listed, yes, take a look. And the bottom menu tabs are still there, as are the completed legal
pages. And here, look, you can change the colors. Just choose the ones you like best and look at different options. The colors here are chosen so that they go well together. don't gouge out your eyes. In
general, the site is already done, but it will still need to be edited, you will need to add your own images, correct the texts. All this is done directly in the application. And what used to take days, or weeks for some, is now done in
literally a couple of minutes. All texts can also be further refined using CHGPT, for example. Services like these are n't free, of course, but even just familiarizing yourself with them will help you understand how store creation works and the
principles by which a page is built. And using this template as an example, you can create your own stores much faster and more efficiently. Now let's talk briefly about maximizing the value of each customer. Look, it
value of each customer. Look, it not familiar with your site buys from you for the first time . This requires a certain amount of labor investment. However, getting your customer, who has already decided to make their
first purchase in the store, to buy several more items is much easier than with the first purchase. So instead of thinking about how I can get more customers, start thinking about how I can get more value from each
individual customer I already have . And when we add a bundle system, badges like these, people see for themselves more than just one option to buy or not to buy. They see several options with different
levels of value. That is, the brain switches to whether I want this at all, whether I need it, which option would be better for me, to buy one product or two at once for me and my husband? Or should I buy only this product there or another
I buy only this product there or another one in addition to the main one? Like this. So let's not neglect the bundle system. And now we move on to searching for profitable products. And believe it or not, this is where most people are
already wrong. They are trying to reinvent the wheel when there is an easier and more proven way. And the tried and true approach is this: we'll immediately look for those products that are already bringing in money for other sellers. Because if someone
spends $1,000 on advertising a product, they make money. All this is a fact. Companies don't just burn money for fun. But first, let's talk about what you need to pay attention to when searching for a product. Before we dive into the
method itself, you first need to know what exactly we'll be looking for. And here's what I'll tell you after testing probably hundreds of products. There are really only hundreds of products. There are really only two things that matter. Can
you make money on this product and will people actually buy it? Everything else is just details. So let's simplify this process. And I will say this, when I analyze products, I always ask myself these four quick
questions. First question. Can I get a three-fold increase? If I buy a product for $10, I need to sell it for at least $30, because once you take away the advertising and the commissions and everything else, you realize
that it's a necessary markup. Next question. Is it difficult to Next question. Is it difficult to deliver? If it's heavy, fragile, or huge, it eats into your profits. So I prefer to stick to
things that are easy to pack and don't cost a fortune to ship. Third question. Do people really need this? And I'm not talking about desire, I'm talking about need. Products that work solve real problems that
people face every day. The fourth question. Are people already passionate about this niche? Passionate people spend money, they research products, they join communities. There is a video where I discuss
this point in more detail. Look later. And that's all for now, for now . These four questions. requirements, then we proceed to validation. The main thing is, don't overcomplicate things here. We are not looking for some perfect product. We are looking for a product
that already works. And in order for us to move towards such specific products, we can apply the algorithm training method . That is, we train the social media algorithm to show us exactly what is working right now and selling right
now. You can do this on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. The strategy will be exactly the same on all platforms. Basically, what you need to do here is go to your social media feed and look for sponsored posts and videos that
are going viral. For example, the famous #г TikTok made me by, yes, you can start with that. And when you see such a sponsored post, yes, an advertisement, start interacting with it by liking it, saving it,
maybe even clicking the buy now button. By doing so, you are telling the algorithm: "I am the type of person who buys goods online." And what will happen over the next 20 minutes is that the platform will start showing you
more and more ads, it looks like ads from the ones you've already interacted with. Keep in mind, these aren't just random products, these are products that companies are actively spending advertising dollars on. Right now, we're
basically getting a free selection of what our competitors are selling. And then we do a little analysis of the comments. And what you want to see there are people tagging their friends, having real
conversations in the comments, discussions, or sharing their own experiences. And as soon as I find a suitable video, I first scan it for those four questions that we discussed earlier, check the comments, and
then I move on. And the first thing I do here is I check the meta ad library to see if companies are actively advertising. If they run the same ads for weeks on end, then it's a green light because companies do
n't just waste money on ads that don't work. Yes, this has been said many times already. And secondly, I can also use Service Similar Web to check their site traffic. What I mainly want to see here is how many
people actually visit the Competitors store each month. If they have consistently growing traffic, that tells me that their product is working and people are interested enough to click through to the site with their ad to potentially
purchase their product. That is, the social media algorithm practically does market research for us, but not quite. He shows us products that have already been proven to work. However, the analysis still remains our responsibility, of course. And
once a potentially suitable product has been found, it's time to find a supplier and check both delivery speed and price. Remember, it is important for us to increase the traffic threefold. And what is the situation with suppliers now? Here it is worth combining
several resources at once, since most often one will not be enough. There are platforms that are suitable for dropshipping and those that are not. Some suitable ones to consider are those platforms that integrate
automation with your Shopify store, so you don't have to process all your orders manually, but can do so quickly and easily. Another option is CERS, the official Shopify app for working with AliExpress. It is possible to process orders in bulk
. Auto DS, order automation, product search, price tracking, warehouse synchronization. Senrop is an American service that offers fast delivery to the USA and Europe. They work with branded packaging. And I'll say right away that
the platforms that are not suitable are Alibaba. Alibaba mainly works on adaptive purchasing. Minimum orders are often from 100 units, from 10 units. And dropshipping is almost not supported. And overall, I haven't had a very good experience working with
does not initially work on the dropshipping model. And such an important point when choosing a supplier is the geography of the warehouse. If the supplier ships from China, delivery may take a long time. It is better to immediately look for warehouses in the USA and Europe.
Now that you've selected a product, a supplier, and created a store, it's time to move on to advertising and creating promotional videos. And instead of trying to come up with the perfect creative, let your competitors do all the
expensive testing for you. In the Meta ad library, I search for ads that have been running for weeks with the same video text. For example, we may see the same text used in a bunch of advertising videos. And
that usually means that that ad copy is performing really well for that particular competitor, and so they keep using it across different ads. And I also look at what videos they use most often. And then it is
important to analyze these videos. And what attributes are usually present in working creatives? Let's take MFrol as an example. And the first thing is the visual hook. The video begins with a shot that immediately grabs
attention. In our case, this is, for example, a person who writhes in pain in the back or neck, or who cannot sit straight at the laptop. Next comes the audio hook, laptop. Next comes the audio hook, such as voiceover. Do you know that 80% of people
suffer from back pain, and most of them treat it incorrectly. The third attribute is a list of unsuccessful decisions. For example, massage is expensive, you need to go regularly. The pills only relieve the symptoms, but do not solve the cause.
The gym takes a lot of time. And the fourth attribute is the positioning of our product. For example, this is not just another massager, but a targeted effect that relieves spasms and initiates the
body’s natural recovery. And this same structure works for almost any product. The details may change, but the essence remains the same. These are the four attributes. Now that you've grasped the general concept of what an advertising video should be, and found
examples of competitor videos and products that are played more often than others, you need to create an advertising video. Here are some working options for creating promotional videos. Option one is to create your own new content.
So you can record your own version using the same formula, the same hook style, the same structure, problem solving just with your own footage. But to do this you need to order the product for yourself. The second option is
to use existing content. That is, use existing content , existing product videos, supplier materials, and recreate these montages. But remember that this second option is only for initial
testing of concepts. Once you're making steady sales, you'll definitely want to switch to your own original content to avoid any potential copyright issues. There is also a
third option - UGC-style video using artificial intelligence. The point here is that in just a few minutes we can get a video real buyer or blogger. And
social media because they inspire trust and don't look like glossy ads, and they grab attention better. And it works like this. You upload product data, this could be a link to your store or just a photo of the product. And
then you choose an actor or voice actor and a script. And in a couple of minutes you'll have a finished UGC video in your hands. For example, you could make several videos like this using artificial intelligence, and then edit them into one
using the principles of working creatives, with all those hooks, visual audio, and so on. The main advantage of this method is that it is fast. If in a normal situation you would have to search for bloggers, negotiate, and spend a lot of
money, then here everything can be done in a couple of minutes. Besides, it is, of course, much cheaper. There is also the opportunity to test different scenarios, avatars, intonations, and languages. But for now these services are limited in terms of scenarios,
although I think that this is, of course, all temporary. It's perfect for testing hypotheses , and once stable sales emerge, it's best to start filming your own content or working with real bloggers
to build trust in the brand. And in the future, when you want to work with real bloggers, look at those who are already creating content in your niche and know their audience and understand their pain points. Don't just send them the product and
verbatim." Instead, show them the control video you found and ask them to recreate that same structure, but do it their own way. However, remember that if you are just launching a store and there are no sales yet, then the
first three methods will help you. Don't complicate things with influencers and so on. Make several commercials, at least three, to test them and determine the one that works best for you. And then it will be time to
move on to advertising. And the advertising strategy itself will largely depend on your experience and budget. And then it’s decided which platform, what settings, which geo to target, how many ad groups to create, and so
on. Therefore, it is better not to consider a universal solution here, otherwise it is a direct way to waste the budget. Plus, everything changes quite dynamically here, so I provide the advertising settings themselves as part of individual work. So, in
this video, I tried not to overwhelm you with a ton of unnecessary information, but to give you a step-by-step algorithm that works. If you are a beginner, then I hope you have gained a better understanding of where to start and what to do . If you've already had
stable income, then I hope you were able to see where exactly you were wasting time and money. Remember, yes, there is no need to complicate things, you need to do what brings results. Share your case studies and tell us why you're
