[00:01] aim to make your day trading life easier in a completely straightforward way. And today I'm going to give you something very special, a free color analysis that I developed myself so that you can identify trends and [00:14] lateral movements in an extremely simple way. This way, you'll always know whether or not it's a good time to buy, sell, or stay out of the market. You'll never have to guess which way the price is going again. And [00:30] besides, dude, I'm going to show you exactly what I used to create this color. All the indicators and all the logic behind them. Everything is completely free. Come with me, man. Fundamentals of coloring. Dude, [00:44] you who follow the channel already know that when it comes to identifying trends and sideways movements, I like to use moving averages cubed, right? We have several videos here on the channel where I talk [00:57] about this. Specifically, there's this video that's appearing on video that's appearing on more detail about moving averages and the cube wire. But continuing, my friend, to [01:09] build today's coloring, we're going to use the use the 17-period, 72-period, 305-period, and 610-period moving averages and final cube, all exponential and with a shift of one. And in addition to [01:23] moving averages, we're also going to use the CCI Histogram indicator with 610 periods and the slow stochastic indicator, also with 610 periods. Now, why all these tools, Pi? Dude, moving averages [01:38] and cube wire filter out the trend. The interpretation I learned from the master B. Williams, who is the creator of the Phi cube, is as follows. When the 17- period moving average is above the 72-period average, the 72- period average is above the 305, and the 305 is above the [01:53] 610, I can believe in a pure upward trend. The price is more likely to continue breaking through highs than to start breaking through lows. Now, when the averages are all crossed downwards, that is, 17 periods below [02:07] downwards, that is, 17 periods below 72, 72 below 305, 305 below 610, well, we have here, look, a pure downtrend, okay? And any other scenario that isn't one of those two I just showed [02:20] you, we have sideways movement, like for example here, look, we have sideways movement, OK? So, if the averages are neither crossed upwards nor crossed downwards, then we have sideways movement . So, man, the [02:32] moving averages will filter, they'll identify the trends for us. And that's where the CCI comes into play . The idea I had for the CCI here is this, man. The CCI will help us identify the direction of market forces. So, if the averages [02:46] are showing an upward trend and the CCI is above here, look, the green horizontal line, which is here, look, at the 100 level, it means that we have upward force. We can continue to believe in the [03:00] upward trend as long as the CCI is above 100. From the moment the averages are crossed upwards, as is the case here, look, the averages are crossed upwards, but the CCI is below the 100 level, as it is [03:14] man, we no longer believe so much in the strength of the trend. It's more likely that the case here; look, it entered a sideways trend and then reversed to a downtrend. And of course, man, if the averages are crossing [03:29] look, all the averages crossing downwards, CCI below here, look, the -1 level, then we're going to believe in the strength of the downward direction, in the strength of the downtrend. From the moment the CCI stops showing strength [03:44] here, look, stops staying below the -1 level, it's more likely that this will happen. Look, it's moving sideways, the trend is weak, look, it won't go far, you understand? That's what the CCI is for in this context. And the slow stochastic oscillator [03:56] in that 610- period configuration, man, it's more like a period configuration, man, it's more like a confirmation. It helps the CCI signal become even stronger. So they basically have the same function. So look [04:08] , if all the moving averages are crossing upwards, as is the case here, if the CCI is above 100 and the stochastic oscillator is above 70, then I know I have a good chance of having a strong upward trend, [04:22] you understand? It's more likely that the price will continue breaking through highs than it will start breaking through lows, you understand? And of course, man, when the averages are crossing downwards, all crossing downwards, CCI below -1, slow stochastic [04:38] below 30. Man, I know I'm going to have a great chance of having a strong downtrend. It's more likely that the price will be here, breaking through the price will be here, breaking through lows, rather than breaking through highs, [04:51] you understand? And you can see this working, man, on various longer timeframes, like for example, the 5-minute timeframe. So, look here at all the averages crossed upwards. From this point on, the CCI [05:05] also went above 100. The slow scastic was already above 70. And both the cubed wire averages and the indicators at the bottom showed an upward trend up to this point. Look, so during [05:19] this entire 5-minute period, you knew you were in a strong upward trend, and within your strategy, you could be looking for buying opportunities, understand? And you'll find several good examples of this [05:32] here on the mini-index chart in the 5- minute timeframe, and if you want, you can also go to the 10-minute timeframe. Look here at 10 minutes, man. Previously, the averages were all crossed downwards, starting from this point. CCI below 100, [05:46] slow stochastic also below its red line, in this case below 30. And this whole trend, man, has lasted until now. Look, so throughout this whole period, you knew that you had a strong downward trend and that your [06:00] strategy should focus solely on selling. And then you ignore all the buying signals that your strategy would give you during that entire period. Look, you would only sell because you would be going with the downtrend, understand? [06:12] But, man, I know that analyzing all the moving averages, and also the CCI, and the stochastic oscillator, all at the same time can be tiring, it clutters the chart, it's annoying to do that. That's why I created the [06:27] Pio Trend coloring tool to simplify all of this in a flash, by applying the coloring to the Profit Chart. Okay, buddy, now that you've learned all the logic behind this coloring, let's insert it into Profit Chat. First, [06:42] go to the link in this video's description to download this hair color for free. Enter your email here to receive this coloring guide. Once you receive the email, click the link and you will download the [06:56] coloring page here on Google Drive. You save the coloring in a folder on your computer. Now, within Profit Chart, you click on import bar export. Click on this small folder. Go to the folder where you saved the [07:09] Pio trend coloring. Select the file, click on the arrow to the side, and then click on import. You will see successfully imported strategies . Okay, man. After you do that, simply [07:23] right-click on the chart, select "Insert Color Rule," and look for " Pio Trend." Look, trendy coloring is pi. You insert it into the chart, click OK, and you're done. Look how much simpler and cleaner everything became compared to [07:36] using all those indicators to identify the trend. I've already put everything here for you, look, within the coloring section. And for you to understand how to use this color, how to read this color, it's very simple. When [07:49] the candles are green, you will believe in a pure upward trend. The market will be more favorable for you to buy within your arrive at the market and notice that the 10- minute timeframe, for example, has [08:04] green candles, you'll only be looking for items to buy, understand? It will ignore all signs of a sell signal. When you arrive at the market and the candles are pink, as is the case here, look, all these candles here are pink, then you will only look for [08:17] sales. It's more beneficial for your team to operate short than to look for buy opportunities, understand? And the candles that are colorless, like here for example , look, those are the candles where the trend is not confirmed, right? [08:30] Look, you're either in a sideways market or the CCI indicator isn't showing strength, understand? Or the stochastic oscillator is not showing a trend. In other words, when the candles have no color, it's because this setup here, [08:43] demonstrate a trend. With this color scheme in hand, you can test it on various timeframes, even on the Ren chart, like here, for example, on the 10R chart. So, if you're a guy who likes to [08:56] trade on Reno, you can come here to Reno, observe the color of the boxes here, and you'll see if you 're in a pure downtrend or , look, you're in a pure downtrend. So you could [09:10] just search for sales, OK? In this other case, you notice that the stocks are all green, so you could search only for buys within your strategy. And of course, you don't need to limit yourself to the mini- [09:24] this is the mini-dollar chart. So you notice some windows of opportunity here, look, where you had a pure upward trend, right? This is the 4R chart for the mini-dollar. And you can also, of course, take advantage of [09:37] some windows of opportunity when the trend is purely downward. Look, the pink candles. So you need to find the chart or timeline that best suits your needs, understand? Sometimes, for [09:49] example, if you're not a big fan of Renco, you can simply use it for 5 minute mini-dollar timeframe, so you can see that it works very well. You can identify good trends, both here, look, from below, [10:02] and also upward trends. How to use it in practice? Look, I showed some isolated examples in the chart, right, to show you the various possibilities of timeframes with this coloring, but the way I [10:15] believe is most intelligent to use it is as follows. Let's say your strategy is to use moving average crossovers. So you buy when the averages cross upwards and you sell when the averages cross [10:28] downwards. Let's say that's your strategy, right? So, if you look at the chart and see that, for example, in the 5-minute timeframe all the candles are pink, that means the trend is purely downward. Look, when [10:42] the averages cross upwards, like they did here, you're not going to buy, because you know you have little chance of making a profit here, since the averages crossed upwards within a pure downtrend. Now, [10:55] from the moment the averages cross downwards, that's when you can believe in the selling side, because you will be in favor of the pure downward trend of the 5-minute timeframe. Similarly, if you look at the [11:09] trend is upward on the 5-minute timeframe, right? Look at that, pure high, green candles. If your indicator gives you a sell signal, for example, if the moving averages crossed downwards, and your strategy, your setup, gives a sell signal, then [11:23] You won't go short because you'll be going against the pure 5-minute uptrend. Now, when the averages cross upwards, as was the case here, well, you might believe that's a buy signal, because [11:38] the trend here on the 5-minute chart is an upward trend, and you'll avoid upward trend, and you'll avoid trading when the candles have no color. are colorless, you're going to believe it's a sideways movement. It's the kind of [11:50] movement that's not worth participating in. You wait for the candles to turn green or pink before you execute your strategy, understand? So, the smart way I believe to use this color is to filter the [12:03] strategy. And you don't need to do this for just 5 minutes. You can use a longer timeframe if you feel more comfortable, such as 10 green, you should only look for buy opportunities in your strategy. If he [12:17] 's only showing pink candles here on the 10-minute chart, well, you'll only be strategy. You're not going to look for buying signals, understand? And dude, there are several good strategies you can use along with this coloring. Since what [12:33] I enjoy most is developing strategies, I can think of several different setups that could be great to use in conjunction with this color scheme. But, man, I understand that not everyone has good [12:47] strategies to use with this coloring, nor the time available to create strategies from scratch. There's also no time to develop robots, much less to monitor the monthly results of the strategies to know [13:01] monthly results of the strategies to know whether updates need to be made or not. And everything's alright, man. Most people's lives are very busy. And can make your life easier. I invite you to participate in the Pilsar [13:15] 3.0 method.
