## Summary

This video is a comprehensive guide for small creators on how to secure brand deals, covering everything from attracting brands to pricing and avoiding scams. The creator shares personal experience and specific strategies, emphasizing that engagement and niche matter more than follower count. It also highlights several brands that are open to working with creators who have as few as 1,000 followers.

### Key Points

- **Brands Value Connection Over Follower Count** [01:25] — Brands often prefer small creators because they have a stronger connection with their viewers, and even 10 people can be enough to convert. Having 300-500 views is enough to attract brand interest.
- **Attract Brands with Helpful Content** [02:45] — Create helpful, how-to content that provides value to your audience. Niches like AI, tech, finance, and fashion attract more brands.
- **Make Your Contact Info Accessible** [03:36] — Add your email to the 'customized' section on YouTube, not the 'about' section, to avoid spam and ensure only brands can see it. On other platforms, add it to your bio.
- **Realistic Pricing Based on Engagement** [04:47] — Charge based on engagement, not follower count. For 1,000 views per video, charge $300-$500. For 5,000 views, charge around $700. Consider your audience's location and channel performance.
- **Avoid Scams with Safety Measures** [06:31] — Use a separate email for brand partnerships, avoid clicking suspicious links, be wary of .zip and .exe files, and verify the sender's email domain. Use Windows Sandbox to open links safely.
- **Be Selective with Brand Deals** [09:52] — Reject deals that don't align with your niche or values. The creator rejects proxy and cryptocurrency deals to maintain trust with their audience.
- **Brands to Work With Right Now** [10:59] — Xfield has a creator program, Temu offers a partnership for creators with 1,000+ followers, and Hostinger, GoDaddy, and Eleven Labs have affiliate programs.

## Transcript

over $4,000 working with brands and I've made over $350 from YouTube ad revenue. as [music] a creator, earning money online is not really about how much you how much you make from the ad program, but rather how many brands you can work
these brand deals. Now, in this video, I'm going to be giving you everything brands as a small creator, especially if you have up to 1,000 followers on maybe social media. You want to watch this video till the end because I'll be
showing you how to get brand deals, how to charge brands, how to avoid being scammed by brands because you'll be opening suspicious links, and I'm going people don't think a scammer don't take advantage of your eagerness to work with
brands to scam you. I'll also be showing you some brands that are currently like you that have you know, small creators like you so that you can start today. So, you want to watch this video till the end because I have a lot of
information to share. These information are very much, you know, out of personal with brands even from when I had like less than 1,000 subscribers on YouTube as I started getting my first brand deals. So, this information will be very
real topic now, so why do you think brands work with creators? Now, many people think that brands like prefer to work with big creators with 100,000 followers, 1 million followers, but this is not really true. Most times, brands
look for these small creators that have more connection with their viewers. So, connection to these people and even if you can get them just maybe 10 people to are very okay with that. So, you are very much, you know, perfect fit for
many brands. So, it's not all all about, you know, amount of followers or amount of engagement you get on your post. So, if you get up to 500 views, 300, 400 views, then brands are already interested in you. And again, some
niches like if you're in any niche that has something to do with AI, tech, finance, you know, these are fashion. These are niche that brands always want to say if you're going to start creating content and you really want to work with
passion, you just want something that will pay you big money from working with brands, then I would even advise you to do, you know, AI review tools like review AI tools and review just talk about them. Now, the next thing I want
yourself to get brand deals? Remember, I'm going to give you some brands that But, the best way to actually get brand deals are the brands that come to your DM, invite you. These ones that reach out to you via mail and contact you and
partner with us." Those are the kind of brand deals that you should want to look for so you don't have to be the one reaching out to brands. Now, how do you get to that position where brands, you know, sought after you?
The first thing you want to do is to create helpful content, how-to content like guide people, content that are not, you know, um trying to build your audience, content that are not all about how you are to enrich yourself, content
helpful to the people that view you. Now, brands will always appreciate those creators that create helpful how-to content rather than content that the
out from their audience. So, also some particular niche like I mentioned, tech, particular niche like I mentioned, tech, finance, fashion, AI, and tool review, these niche generally attracts more brands. So, if you're in these niches,
the next thing you want to do if all these are checked or if you, you know, some of them are checked, then you want to make sure you add your contacts me mail where brands can reach out to you. For YouTube, what you want to do is you
want to go to your YouTube and go to customized um customized [music] where you will be going to see your email. Now, this is better when you add your email in this particular box rather than when you add it in your about
section, it's going to be open to everybody and they can, you know, email you. You're going to get a lot of spam emails, a lot of emails, and you're when you add it into the exactly designated box for email, only brands
that have access to, you know, the ability to view this email are going to reach out to you. So, this is how I get contacted by brands simply by adding it to this section of my YouTube, you know, customized page. Now, if you're a
creator in any other platform like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, make sure you add your, you know, contact me email on your description or your bio. Make reach out to you when they're interested to work with you. Now, don't forget
about these creators that tell you like, "I made $10,000 from one brand deals. I made $5,000, $2,000 from one brand deals." Always be realistic. What I like current performance. So, if I'm averaging around 1,000 views per video,
then I want to charge around, you know, $300 to $500 in your range. So, I'm going to know that realistically, no brand will want to pay me more than $500 since I am not getting enough engagement for my posts. But, when you're getting
10,000 subscribers and you're getting up to 5,000 per each of the videos you make, then you can start charging brands around $700 because it's all about engagement even before the amount of followers or subscribers you have. So,
will dictate how much you'll charge the brands. Now, one good thing is that many brands already have payment structures for you and you don't really have to, brands will ask you how much you want to
be paid. Don't sell yourself short. This is one advice I will always give you. supposed to be around $300, it's just best to say $400 and worth noting that there will be desperate times where you need money and
not really bad if a brand offers you $100 and you feel like this is something that you can do, you can do this video, going to also get brands that will pay you $1,000. So, don't feel discouraged.
Not all brands will be the best and not all brands will be very terrible. So, channel's performance, look at your current engagement, and see if this is something you should accept or it's worth accepting. Also, it's worth noting
like the US, you're going to be paid more for brand deals. And if you're in countries, third world countries, you are going to be paid less. So, always put this into consideration. Your audience, your channel's performance,
followers, put all these in consideration when charging brands for happens while you're working with brands is to get, you know, fake emails, scam
designated email. Now, one of the first steps I always advise creators to do is make sure you're not using your exact email for your YouTube channel or your and you're using that same email for brand. Make sure you're not doing that
mistake. Make sure you're using a designated email for partnership. So that if something happens, it will most likely remain in just that brand email. next thing you want to make sure you're doing, you're not just rushing to click
any link you see. Also, be very careful when you see file extensions that require you to get a zip file like, you know, zip files, um EX extension, EX EX extensions, you know, some of these other extensions. Be very
careful. If you're If you feel very skeptical and your your intuition tells you not to open it, then forget about it because it's better to get like to miss a brand miss out on a brand deal and rather get scammed. You get what I mean.
So, you should open just, you know, PDFs and um dot doc. The document files, not talking about links, I'm talking about files. Those are the safe ones you The next thing you want to do to make sure you don't get scammed is to look at
the email that is contacting you. Is it an email that has the extension of um Yahoo or Gmail? It has um you know, so so brand so brand uh marketing at um gmail.com or Yahoo?
of their website. So, you're going to see something like xfield.com. Something marketing at xfield.com. You're going to see at temu.com. So, look out for first of all. Look at the email that is contacting you. Is it a
Gmail? Is it a Yahoo mail? Then, most likely this is a scam brand. Now, the next thing you want to do is to look at the link that you're given. When you're sign up for the affiliate program or the partnership, you want to hover on the
link. Don't click it. This is just something you should do. Hover on the link and see the domain. Is it a trustworthy domain? Then, you can go ahead and now search for that partnership on Google. I'm not saying
click on the link yet. So, you're going to search for that exact partnership. So, if Temu is making a partnership, if xfield is making a partnership, if Hostinger is making a partnership, then definitely you're going to first get,
the internet. So, you can just search for the partnership and see what it's all about and make sure it is something that is, you know, worth you checking that is, you know, worth you checking out. Now, if you are not also sure, and
this is something that you should do for every link. I have a sandbox. Now, a sandbox is a kind of safe space where you can open any link and everything it. It's more like if you've used these RDPs, it's where you open links and
you're very safe. It's like an RDP, a remote desktop program. So, it doesn't your computer. Now, if you're using a Windows 10 or Windows 11, there's already sandbox pre-installed in your Windows. All you need to do is to click
on the Windows key, then you search for sandbox. If it's not already activated on your Windows, you're going to see an option that says turn
sandbox. You're just going to click on it, then click on okay. It's going to tell you to restart your computer. Yes, go ahead and restart your computer. And start you're going to see sandbox and you can use it to open every link
safely. Now, the next thing I really want to advise you guys for is this. niche. Don't accept every brand deals. Now, over the one year of actively working on this channel, I have rejected like countless deals already. Now, I
reject generally I will I will reject deals that goes against what my channel is about. I try to share, you know, helpful opportunities where people can proxies. So, when I get brand deals from proxy websites, it's completely against
what I'm into. So, I don't really look about I like look at how much I'm going to be paid. I generally reject any proxy offer. I also reject any brand deal that has to do with cryptocurrency, um trading, I reject them. This is too
sensitive to handle. [music] I don't advise any small creator to double into those kind of niches. So, these are deals I would generally reject. So, you want to be very conscious. And again, if the brand deal is too far from your
niche, you can also reject them. Okay, I did promise you guys that if you watch brands that you can work with immediately. Now, the first brand I will and I'm going to drop all the links in this video. Now, this video is not
promoted and I don't get anything from you signing up for Xfield. But, Xfield has a creator program where you can go ahead and click on it. Then, you are going to be able to connect your social media to Xfield. And whenever there are
any new campaigns up for grabs, you all can just, you know, opt into them, video, and you will be paid by Xfield. It's as easy as this. Now, the next guys to work with if you're a small creator and you have up to 1,000
followers on maybe Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, then it's going to be Temu. I I even if I would have qualified like since last year to work with Temu and
it's so it's so far been one of the best brands I've worked with because it's quite seamless. You You can sign up for Temu today. I'm going to drop a link to that and if you have up to 1,000 followers, you can go ahead and sign up
for Temu and immediately you can order for things up to 19,000 which my orders are coming and they are they are coming very soon and I'm going to show you the things I got from Temu. You are going to be paid when you get people to sign up
for Temu also. You're going to be paid when you review these videos like you products on your YouTube, TikTok or And you're going to be getting more more opportunities to get free stuff from
ahead and sign up for Temu partnership program immediately. It's one brand advise a lot of you to join because it's so easy, welcoming. It's low pressure. You can get these things without even doing any like serious commitments and
you can you get like money benefits, you get products, you get, you know, share these affiliate links, you can get up to 30% of affiliate commissions from these products. So I think Temu is just one crazy brand that if you have up to
1,000, you know, followers on any platform, please sign up for Temu. I'm saying please because I'm really loving working with Temu so far. Now many like hosting website like Hostinger and you know, GoDaddy, they
creators. You can still go ahead and search for those ones. like, you know, AI tools like Eleven Labs also offer, you know, partnership programs where if people join with your referral link, you're going to be paid
commission for each of those people that use these different tools. So there are a lot of programs and I've just listed five in this video. You can also go on Google and you know, search for, you know, affiliate or you know, creator
based programs where you can sign up as a small creator and start earning from going to close with telling you the facts. Working with brands is one of the ways that small creators can earn money online. And the good thing is that you
followers, 100,000, or even 10,000 followers to start working with brands. creating conscious content, helpful content, guiding content, and don't copy
work with the original source of information rather than copycats because YouTube. They just keep modeling their channel after other creators, copying videos, copying ideas. Just try to be, you know, original. And
brands will find you, you know, brand worthy to work with. So, thanks, guys, for watching and see you in another video.
