YouTube aren't even running their own stores anymore. But, this is mine. Last 30 days, I'll give you a quick refresh here, so you know that's legit. And over the next 30 minutes, I'm going to walk you through the entire AI drop shipping
process from zero. So, that includes the product, the store, the AI automations, the AI influencers, the ads, literally every single step. And by the end of today's video, your store will be built, branded, and ready to go. Now, real
quick, if you're new, drop shipping just means we're selling a product online and typically shipping that overseas from China. So, you don't need any inventory and you don't need thousands of dollars in cash flow immediately up front.
business model in a nutshell. What's changed though is AI can now do all of what I'm going to prove to you in today's video. Now, before we build out
the store, we first need a product to sell. And one of my mentors once taught sell. And one of my mentors once taught me, you can't polish a turd. AKA, you can have the best website and branding in the world, but if nobody actually
wants what you're selling, then you're not going to get any sales. So, I'm going to walk you through my five-step checklist to validate any product for yourself. So, check number one is to check in the right places. So, you all
know, oh, go to TikTok, look at what products are selling here. But, to make your life easier, I want you to come straight to the TikTok Shop tab. Now, every product here is already a validated winner. You can literally see
how many units have been sold. 800K, 150K, 300K. And again, these are units sold, not even total revenue. So, the data is right in front of your face, but
you need to figure out, okay, of all of these products here, what is the best one that I can actually get some profits with for myself? And instead of scrolling through TikTok manually like a like a barbarian. There are some spy
tools out there that use AI to automatically sort the top products for us. Where every product here, again, we can see how many units have been sold, how much revenue has been generated. The hard work is already done for us. So,
check number two then is to only sell products that have a very clear end outcome. So, when I look at this product, it just looks like a pair of men's shorts or boxers. Not really that clear. Next product. This is from
something I would try to compete against. From there, there is a magnesium supplement. If you're selling a consumable from China, you don't So, you just want to look for a product that is safe to sell and that is very
obvious what it does right when you first glance at it. Okay, I think we have one product right here. So, this is a men's hair growth serum. Essentially, you put this on your receding hairline. It helps baby hairs come up. You don't
got to go to Turkey. Don't need to go get a hair transplant. It's convenient, affordable, and it's a newer product to a problem people have always had, which is balding. And the perk of finding products already crushing on Tik Tok
Shop is check number three, they're already validated for you. So, last seven days here, this product is cleared over 100k. Last 30 days, the product is pushing a million dollars. But then, we can even look at the top videos from the
past seven and 30 days. And this product should still be Yeah, it's getting millions of views, which is crazy. And these videos are already proven. So, we messaging, how they're speaking to the customer, the pain points. And a little
foreshadowing here, we can even download these videos and repurpose them for our initial testing campaign. So, check number four then is to validate we can actually source this product from China. You know, it's one thing to find a cool
product, but how do we know we can actually sell this? So, I would recommend you first save an image of the product and then head on over to AliExpress and we can upload the picture that we just saved. And one disclaimer,
we will not be using AliExpress to fulfill orders. I just like to at least search it ahead of time to validate the product exist out there. And don't stress the competitor's name like Bodywise here. I'll show you how to get
a non-branded version of the product. So, in just a moment, we are going to build our Shopify store. Three AI prompts is all it'll take to actually brand it out. I'll have the editor flash a little foreshadow of what we're going
to build, but the final check before we proceed forward to the store is just making sure the product you're selling isn't violating any copyright, patents, trademarks, IP, etc. So, with all of that there, we can proceed forward and
let the magic begin. Now, if you don't already have a store yet, recommend my free AI store builder. You just click build my free store, enter your contact info, there's a few prompts, and it'll give you a custom Shopify store on the
same exact theme I'm using. But, the perks is it comes with your essential pages like your track order page, contact us page. It has your policies already there, so your legal policies, terms of service. And it even partners
you with the supplier where we can just add that product onto our shop and start to brand it out. So, with your store officially live, we can then import that product from AliExpress onto our shop. So, return back to any of these listings
here. So, all you need to do is copy the AliExpress link. And on your store, open up the AutoDS app. And once this loads, you can come to the plus here, add product, single product. You drop in that AliExpress link, click publish to
store. So, now just give this 10 to 30 seconds and the product will officially be on our shop and we you brand it out. So, the product's officially added, and if we click the sell item ID, it'll pull open the product page, but this looks
like a a hot steaming pile of garbage. And this is really where AI drop shipping comes into play, because in the past, you would have to do all the copywriting, manually do your graphic design, the photos, the branding. You
scratch. It was a big pain in the ass, but now we just have some AI prompts. Beep beep boop. Rest takes care of itself. So, from there, we are going to copy prompt number one, and we're going to paste this directly into Claude. And
this prompt will prepare all of the text, the fonts, and the colors for our that, I'm going to upload a picture of my product and say the hair growth serum. And we can run this with Claude. And it's worth noting all of the prompts
and automations you see me use today, from the AI store builder to Auto DS to the prompts I'm plugging in right now, these can all be found in the description and the pinned comment down below. So, follow along with what you're
learning. Take action, and that's going to be the best way that you can actually move forward and start to hit some results. And just like that, prompt number one is completed. So, in the past, we used to copy each section one
store, but that is where prompt number two comes in. So, we're going to copy that, paste it directly into Claude, and we can just submit this. So again, both those prompts are attached down below. So, while Claude is preparing the code
for our store to copy all of that text over in one click, I'm conveniently going to run my product image generator in the background. So, this is my hair growth serum. So, this gives us the exact color scheme we need for our
store, but then it's also going to start generating all of our product photos in the background. So, while we are loading for these images to generate, I'm going to head back to Claude, and this full code should be done here. Okay, Claude
has completed the task. So, we just want to copy all of this text at once here, and don't worry about the code. I don't know what the code means either, but I can show you how to get this on our website. So, come to online store, come
to our theme, click these dots, click edit code. And once this loads, come to templates here, and we want to click this little new file icon, and call this product.yourname, so product. We'll call it hair serum,
and it must end in .json, .json. From here, delete all of the text that's there by default, paste in the new text, and just click save, and it should save without any issues. Now, return to the products tab on your store, click your
product you imported, and very important, you need to come to theme template that you just created, and we can save. out the description, and then go download the new photos that we just got
from our image generator. So, these should be done in just a moment. Okay, so all of our photos are just about generated here, so we can save these. remove the existing photos that were already there, and then we're just going
to take our new photos that AI generated. Easy. For the variants, then we only need the one piece. I will set up bundles, but we're going to do that via an app. So, one of these through AutoDS was $1.12, but then there's also
$6.99 shipping there, so it'll hit the USA in 10-11 days. So, just $8 to fulfill one order is not much money. So, one of these is $8, and for the price, we'll sell this for $29.95. We'll have it be 40% off, that should be
fine, and then I'll show you how to set up bundles, where we're going to charge them shipping on one, and only give them free shipping if they buy two or more. So, heading to online store, we're going to edit the theme, and this is where the
home page, we're going to delete everything here, and just add a featured collection. And now, here's our product, so we can click into here, and reminder, all of the text is already pasted onto our store where we just need to tweak
the colors ever so slightly, add some images, and the rest will will take care of itself. And reminder, we have the exact colors we need from AI. So, I'm going to go update the colors on my store. From there, I'm going to upload
the fonts on my store. From there, we're going to do some small tweaks like to >> [music] >> add some photos to the description a >> add some photos to the description a bit. And just like that, like
the whole theme itself is pretty much customized. It wasn't too much work. Okay, so this is it for the store. It took us maybe 20-30 minutes in total to go through the AI store builder, import the product, fully customize it
to this point right here. And it's important you check from the mobile view since most customers will be coming from their phone. They're on TikTok. But, this is the same quality stores I'm launching with, the same type of stores
my students are are running. And if a section's ever invisible from you, you may just need to refresh it real quick. Now, we could do some more small tweaks like add some more social proof images here like actual photos for the reviews.
We could add a little icons above this. But, for a store that we put very minimal effort into, like this is unbelievable. And I've also went ahead So, I'm charging shipping if they buy one, but if they buy two, they get free
shipping, save 10, and if they buy three, they get free shipping and save 20% off. So, super small incentive, but would highly recommend you implement that. So, realistically, your store isn't as important as you may think
>> [music] >> And when you're looking at members in the eCom Mafia community, you know, the one smashing a thousand dollars in a single day, you know, more 1K days back to back, it's not that these people have
a better store than you. More often than not, they've been in the game longer, so they've had more failures, but also they apply to work one-on-one, and they maybe have some better systems that you don't have access to. So, if you would like to

pinned comment and description down below. So, at this point, you have the product, you have the store, the final piece to your puzzle is cracking paid ads. Now, I'm going to show you two different methods to find winning ad
creatives, but before that, I first need to walk you through the winning ad criteria. [music] So, every winning ad I've ever had follows the same five principles every single [music] time. So, first 2 seconds is the hook of our
ad, it's what reels them in, and we want to introduce the viewer to a problem. From there, we want to introduce our product as the solution to whatever problem we just created. After that, we'll hit the benefits of our product,
we'll sprinkle in some social proof, other people using it, give them some pressure, limited units left in stock, and then at the very end, we're going to and then at the very end, we're going to do a CTA, a call to action, that reminds
can go purchase the product. And thankfully, AI can create AI influencers for our ads, but I'm going to be honest, if you are a beginner and you're figuring out product research, copywriting, branding, you're figuring
out how to run ads in the first place, you should start with method two for ad creatives, because method one, custom ads, is difficult. You need to script the ad out, you then need to create the AI influencers, and then you need to go
figure out how the F to use CapCut, so you can actually make a high-converting ad. And with all of the other skills you got going on, that may just not make the most logistical sense given me be your time available and just how you need to
execute. So, method number two is to just search your product up over on TikTok and to repurpose the non-branded videos for our ads. So, you can look at how many likes these posts have, and you can also look at when the the videos
were last posted here. So, I recommend you look for newer videos, ideally past 7 to 30 days, and the more likes / views something has, typically uh the more proven that video is. And you can download any TikTok by just copying the
link, going over to any TikTok video downloader, and just pasting the link directly in there. Now, this is a bit of a gray area, so my main rule of thumb is number one, don't infringe on any brands' copyright, IP, trademarks. And
profitable, you can always go back and get custom ads after the fact. But imagine you spent hours trying to make custom ads and they got zero sales. At least you can test with non-branded videos and then invest that time once
you have some sort of validation. And for this ad strategy to work, you will need three videos in total. So, go get any three videos that meet the criteria like you just learned and then proceed forward. So, now to launch our ads,
and we're going to create a new campaign. And you want to make sure you run your ads for sales to your website. And we're going to call this the hair growth test. [music] And with TikTok ads, the absolute minimum budget I would
do per day is $50. So, [music] get 50 bucks, continue. And it's important that you always run your ads for purchases. Some people accidentally run their ads they get confused why they have no sales. And as a general best practice, I
would always schedule your ads to go live for midnight of the following day. That way they have a full 24 hours. And for this last step, you want to choose manual ads there, and this is where we can upload our three videos into TikTok
[music] directly. So, now that we have all three of our videos uploaded, we can get this campaign published and scheduled to go live. So, here is our campaign. Reminder, we have a $50 budget. And then inside of here, we have
our three ads that we just uploaded. And these should begin spending at midnight tomorrow. Now, here's what you guys need to understand. Not every product you launch is going to be profitable. And for all the wins, even my students, it
takes us around four to eight products, around 30 to 90 days, just to get to the point where we have something profitable that we can start to scale up. And watching YouTube videos, it's exciting. It gets your foot in the door. So,
understand drop shipping works. You wouldn't say the gym is a scam if you didn't get a six-pack after 30 days. So, if you're looking to build a successful e-commerce business, this is something you need to commit to for the long haul.
