## Summary

The video provides five actionable steps to perform immediately after uploading a YouTube video to boost its performance. It emphasizes the importance of post-upload engagement, timing of shares, comment management, community tab usage, and analytics review.

### Key Points

- **Post-Upload Actions Matter** [00:02] — Money and growth on YouTube come from actions taken after uploading, not just the upload itself.
- **First Signal: Clicks and Watch Time** [00:28] — YouTube tests videos with a small audience first; initial reactions determine whether the video gets pushed.
- **Small Creator Challenge** [00:53] — Small creators lack an audience to instantly click, so the algorithm can't test the video effectively.
- **Hack: Use Second Account** [01:05] — Use a second account or a friend's account to watch and comment on your video immediately after upload to give the algorithm a first push.
- **Avoid Spam Detection** [01:18] — Repeatedly playing from the same device/IP or spamming comments will be ignored by YouTube's spam detection.
- **Personal Experience** [01:44] — The creator used his brother's account to watch and comment on his early videos, which he claims contributed to millions of views.
- **Mistake: Immediate Sharing** [01:57] — Sharing the video link immediately on WhatsApp and other platforms can harm performance because early viewers may not watch fully, reducing watch time and average view duration.
- **Solution: Delay Sharing** [02:40] — Give the algorithm 30 minutes to 1 hour to test the video with unknown viewers before sharing externally.
- **Comments as Engagement Signal** [03:19] — Comments signal discussion, and YouTube pushes videos with more engagement. Replying to comments increases engagement.
- **Turn Replies into Discussions** [04:15] — Instead of direct answers, ask follow-up questions to create mini-discussions and increase comment count.
- **Pin Your Own Comment** [04:41] — Pin a comment asking a question to encourage viewers to reply, boosting engagement.
- **Use Community Tab** [05:10] — Post an engaging community post after upload to send a second notification to subscribers and boost the video.
- **Repost Evergreen Videos** [05:38] — Share old evergreen videos in the community tab with a new caption to give them a boost.
- **Check Analytics** [06:40] — Review average view duration (AVD), click-through rate (CTR), and audience retention graph to understand performance and plan next videos.
- **Uploading is Only 50%** [07:48] — Uploading is half the work; post-upload steps are equally important for growth.

### Conclusion

The video emphasizes that YouTube success requires deliberate post-upload actions: giving the algorithm a head start, delaying external shares, fostering comments, using the community tab, and analyzing metrics. These steps can significantly improve a video's performance and channel growth.

, edit them, create thumbnails, set titles, do everything, but when you don't get views, you feel like the YouTube algorithm is your enemy. Now listen carefully. Money and growth on YouTube will come only when you pay attention to the
steps after uploading instead of just uploading the video and leaving it. And in this video I am going to show you those five things. Five things you should do immediately after uploading a YouTube video so the algorithm can push your video. You
get views, comments and you get clear direction for the next video. not a theory. These are the same hacks that big creators use silently. If you have patience and want to
grow your channel, then do n't skip this video. Well, the first signal on YouTube is clicks and watch time. Once your video goes live, YouTube shows it to a small number of people, and the reactions of those first 510 people decide whether the
video will go up or down. The problem is that small creators do n't have a large enough audience to instantly click on videos. Those who get YouTube notifications. This means that the algorithm is unable to test your video
and you feel that the video has failed. So a small hack is to create your own second account or use the account of a family friend. As soon as you upload the video, immediately click on the video from that account. Watch the video and leave a nice comment. This in a way
gives the first push to the algorithm. Engagement on a signal video has started. But remember one thing in this, YouTube 's spam deduction is very strong. If you play your video repeatedly from the same device and the same IP address, or
spam your own comments, or keep posting comments, YouTube will not count them. Meaning the view count will not increase. So the point is clear. If you want to give your video a healthy start, take help from friends or family. I also did this thing
in the beginning. Saw my own video from my brother's account and also commented on it and today that video has millions and millions of views. And by the way, today I have millions of brothers. So just leave a comment below that will make me happy because
you are also my brother. The comment can be anything and I will definitely reply to it which will make you happy. Now listen here is a mistake that every small YouTuber makes. You upload the video and the same second you take the link and post it on WhatsApp groups, ina stories and
everywhere. You think the views will come. But in reality you are harming yourself. Why? Because YouTube's algorithm first he shows the video to a few random people. If they clicked, the algorithm would
push. If they ignore it, the algorithm will say this is [ __ ]. Now imagine that you immediately shared your video with everyone in the WhatsApp group. 2030 people came from there, clicked the video, watched it for a while and left. This means that both watch time and
average rotation will go down. What will be the result? The video will stop right there. The solution is quite simple. After uploading the video, give the algorithm at least 30 minutes to 1 hour to do its work. First, YouTube itself
performs with unknown people. Only after that you share it and send it to your WhatsApp audience or video and that too, not, how it should be sent, the next video will definitely come on that. Apart from this, it is
very important to tell one thing here that sharing is not bad but sharing at the wrong time and with wrong people is more bad. So if you share with a little delay, pick up both the signals. Organic clicks and the extra push you get from your audience.
So don't share it immediately. do it. Let the algorithm do its work. Then go and blow your own trumpet. And for now, I'll give you a dangling job. Below is the subscribe button in red color. Go and blow your trumpet on him and he will change his colour.
Subscribe if you want more videos like this in the future. Now one more thing that people ignore. Comments: Do you think what someone will write on my video? What is the need? But listen, for YouTube, comments are a signal that there's
discussion going on within the video, and YouTube sends more traffic to where there's discussion. Imagine if there are two or three comments below a video and Uber has comes and watches that video, what will he think? Maybe the video is not good. The
video is of no use. I see the second one and it will just scroll away. But if there are 50-100 comments below and the YouTuber has replied to each one, then it seems that both the video and the YouTuber are alive and this will give more push to your video.
At least reply to every new comment in the beginning. It even turn a reply into a mini discussion. Like if someone asks, brother, which app do you use for editing ? So instead of replying directly, you can say this. I used to do it on Capcut but now I have
ever tried premium pro brother? Now that person will reply again and make a comment. By doing two comments, three comments, four comments, the engagement will increase. Your comments will also increase. And another bonus trick, add a pind comment of your own in the video.
Like I have asked a question in the comment below that how many videos have you uploaded on YouTube till date. Go check it and reply to it. The body is below in the comments. So this is how it happens. People will write their answers. You will reply and the algorithm will say wow! There is a
further. Comments are increasing, engagement is increasing. Push. Now there is one important thing that 90% of the users ignore. Check out the Community Tab The You can give your video an extra push without sharing it externally. But the
situation with small creators is that they do n't even think that this feature can actually work algorithm is doing a little testing. After that you can post an engaging post in the Community tab. As new video has been uploaded. Today I am telling you that hack
which will bring instant views to every YouTuber. I told this according to my own understanding. Your existing subscribers will just get another notification. This sending two notifications to your own audience for one video.
can also upload old videos instead of new videos. Your old videos can also be added to the community tab. For example, if there is an evergreen video which is still relevant today, you can post it by giving it a new caption. The algorithm will boost it again so it will
move higher and then it will reach more people. Just remember not to make community posts a boring place. Don't add boring links. There should be some context, some curiosity and for this video I can ask a question
that do you share your video with people after uploading it? If yes, then Explained in the new video. Watch this video. Something like this I can put in the computer tab for this video. This is how your subscribers will engage. You will
also comment and the views on the video will also increase. But I don't just want views. Subscribers are also important because only 4% of the people subscribe to my channel after watching my videos and the remaining 96% watch the videos and leave. So do
watch the videos and leave. So do n't be in that 96% and join our 4% club by subscribing to the channel. Let's assume the video has been uploaded. Some views also came. Comments are also coming. Now what? Now the real work begins, checking analytics.
If you're not looking at your analytics, you can get lost at any time because YouTube Analytics is a Google Map of your YouTube growth. So first of all you have to see the average view duration i.e. how long people are watching your video. AVD is
called Average View Duration. If AVD is low then the video is boring. YouTube wo make the video interesting. Second thing CTR click through rate. This is the thumbnail plus title test. If the CTR is low and the average duration is high, then the problem is
in the thumbnail or title. Not in the video. Third thing audience retention graph. This tells you half the people leave the video in the first minute, then the video has a weak start which you will have to you know at what point people are leaving the video. The biggest mistake
people make is that they become happy or sad just by looking at the views. But views are just a number and analytics is the solution. If you understand where people are clicking, skipping, liking and commenting the most, you can plan your next
video 10 times better. Now you have a clear path. You uploaded the video. Got an early boost which you gave yourself. For the work. I increased engagement in comments by replying and doing all this and now
with analytics I can plan my next video even better. Now it is clear to you that uploading videos is only 50% of the work. The remaining 50% of the work is done in the steps after uploading the video and that is what takes you forward on YouTube.
But if you want to jump ahead of 99% of YouTube channels instead of taking it step by step, How to Get Viral on YouTube. In this video, I told what is there in more than 1000 viral YouTube videos after analyzing them?
