[00:01] I learned to value every event, starting with the act of being able to [Applause] [00:23] crying ever since Amanda contacted me. How many times did I imagine this moment, and every time I got emotional. She entered [00:37] my life in a way that happened during a very difficult time I was going through, and it was very funny. You guys mentioned the mini-course, and I remembered the calling, and the [00:49] universe said, "She won't let this pass." The day I saw the ad, I went to the park. It's one of the things I love to brings me balance, brings me peace, and I needed it at that moment. I went to the [01:05] park with my friends and my sister, and two friends, at different times, being a psychologist?" [ Laughter] When I got home, I looked at [01:20] Instagram, and I saw Instagram, and I saw you there, the calling. "Have you ever thought about being a psychologist?" And I and two others said, "Wait a minute," I went back, and said, "Let me see what [01:32] back, and said, "Let me see what this lady wants to say." I watched your " Your Calling, The Letter," and watched it until the end, and I felt in my heart, and I said, "Wow, this is it, I need this, I need this," and I signed up for it. I took a [01:49] mini-course, and as soon as it ended, I and as soon as it ended, I enrolled in PR that I was doing the right thing. I do n't know where that certainty [02:12] came from this morning in the video. I said that we were [02:31] story now, after reprocessing it, it's something that has always been natural to me— empathy, listening to empathy, listening to people—and I hadn't found myself in life [02:46] people—and I hadn't found myself in life yet. I always worked very, very hard, yet. I always worked very, very hard, but with anguish in my heart, not knowing what my purpose was, what [03:00] I was doing here. And once again, that's what I found for myself: a purpose for myself: a purpose to be able to help people. And the most interesting thing is that before all this, I was able to heal myself from so many traumas, so much [03:17] pain that was inside me. I see you doing Mateus's reprocessing, and I identify so much with Mateus, so much. And [03:29] what did I have to heal from? Let's see, I'm the mother's daughter, the third of four children, and in a totally [03:42] unstructured environment, where we... from a young age... I learned to be a mother to my brother, who is one year younger than year younger than me. My sister, who is one year younger than me, plays that role. We [03:55] me. My sister, who is one year younger than me, plays that role. We learned to be responsible and take care of ourselves and our parents. care of ourselves and our parents. I went to live with my father when I was 6 years old [04:10] I went to live with my father when I was 6 years old and started doing housework, taking care of my mother and my brother. Sorry, adult life. I studied and had responsibilities. At 7 years old, I had household responsibilities. [04:25] My father was extremely violent, and I went through reprocessing. And then I remembered that I had suffered several abuses, both physical and sexual. [04:37] My first abuse was at 4 years old, which I thought had happened later, at 7. When I did reprocessing, I remembered it was at 4 years old, so [04:49] I needed to heal from all that pain. I usually say that my pain. I usually say that my life has three turning points. life has three turning points. [05:05] and in the letter I identify my son's pain today, letter I identify my son's pain today, and I talk to him, you know, I ask... To [05:17] him, I understand what's happening to him now, but I apologize for taking on the responsibility of becoming a mother at 17. I appreciated the gift of having a child, but I lived with [05:34] the weight of responsibility and had to fend for myself. From 16 to 27, I was in an abusive relationship with my son's father. At 27, my brother was [05:47] murdered—this younger brother I raised, who was like a son to me. That was my first turning point. [06:00] I thought, "My God, what am I doing with my life?" So I doing with my life?" So I separated from him and moved to Brasília. I'm originally from Brasília, but I lived in Goiás. I moved [06:14] to Brasília with my son and worked in retail to provide him with the minimum dignity he needs—a home, a place where he does n't lack food. The second turning point was recently at 35, when I [06:30] was diagnosed with cancer, with cancer, and that's how TRG (transplantation therapy) also entered and that's how TRG (transplantation therapy) also entered my life. It was during [06:43] chemotherapy. I was going through chemotherapy, I finished chemotherapy actually, and I was going to have surgery when I started the course. I was a few days post-surgery. I had the surgery in October [06:59] days post-surgery. I had the surgery in October November. It took me a few months to finish the course because [07:11] finish the course because my head was very messed up with medication, then there was the surgery and I was still going to have radiotherapy, right? It's an oncological treatment process, it's a very painful and aggressive process, [07:27] exactly. And in the middle of all that, I received His Calling and I said there's no right time, I do n't need to have everything perfect in life, it's now. That makes sense to me, I love that phrase, that makes sense to me [07:43] that phrase, that makes sense to me [Applause]. [Applause]. the day she called me, I fell in love with Amanda, what an [07:58] incredible human being! Amanda is captivating! Paula, take care, Paula! When she contacted me, she asked me how the [08:12] TRG had already helped me in this process, and I started reading... I write, right? process, and I started reading... I write, right? I write a lot of things, and I went to read what I had written and... Something that comes up repeatedly in my writing [08:27] comes up repeatedly in my writing is me embracing myself with respect and love. Because until then, I had put on armor to be strong, to be able to armor to be strong, to be able to handle everything, and I couldn't. I [08:40] demanded a lot from myself, and I still do, but now with a lot of respect and a lot of love. And Teré has already made this transformation in in me, of looking at myself and embracing myself, [08:53] validating my qualities, understanding my effects, and saying that I need to my effects, and saying that I need to work on changing. But having that, you work on changing. But having that, you brought lightness to a very difficult moment [09:06] brought lightness to a very difficult moment in my life. You brought lightness to in my life. You brought lightness to me. I remembered during my reprocessing that I always wrote, and [09:21] I wrote those messages, like a child writing motivational messages. child writing motivational messages. Because I got a diary, I think I was 10 or 11 years old, I got a diary and I started writing, you know? I [09:36] dreamed about my mother and wrote, and then I had a crush, you know, at church who played the saxophone. I love the sound of the saxophone, and my father took my diary and read it, and not satisfied [09:49] took my diary and read it, and not satisfied just with reading my diary, he started to say, "Oh, go to church on Sunday, go see it destroyed me. I wanted the ground to open up and I wanted to disappear, so I [10:06] stopped writing. A man never leaves fifth grade, right? Never leaves fifth grade. Professor, I wanted to read something I did. I even recorded a video on my Instagram and it worked. And then I came back, I came back to [10:22] writing. I couldn't write, I would write but I would crumple it up or tear it up, I couldn't. And I wanted to share what I [10:36] to me, and I managed to be here in front of you talking because I had some traumatic episodes. I wanted the ground to open up but I couldn't, okay? And talk like I'm doing here to 350 people, to 350 people. [10:54] So let's go, what did you do? Ah, ah, repr, I sued, professor. It's my angel, she went crazy with me. I did the whole protocol in 19 sessions, did the whole protocol in 19 sessions, seriously, yes, 19 sessions. I managed to do [11:08] the whole protocol. Schizoid has these things, right, girl? What percentage of things, right, girl? What percentage of schizoid? I think I have 1% used now, you [Laughs] [11:21] noticed. I always thought I was more rigid than schizoid. Professor 50 30 20 50 rigid than schizoid. Professor 50 30 20 50 20 50 schizoid. Wow, I [11:34] 20 50 schizoid. Wow, I loved it. 30 oral, I wouldn't say a little, I'll redo it. 40 schizoid 30, you have rigidity but so much, you have a more pronounced orality. Okay, so [11:50] we have 70. You also have a very pronounced psychopathy, 70. You also have a very pronounced psychopathy, very pronounced, this undeniable very pronounced, this undeniable 15 and another 15 rigidity, oh hum no. V. It's [12:05] paid, right folks? Well, uh, in the search for knowledge I discovered my talent, it was in that difficult moment that I learned to walk. [12:17] In the end, it's up to me, not the other, to realize my dream. Today I look at life, I'm healing the wounds without stopping walking. After all, what is the top worth if I ca [12:32] n't appreciate the path to follow? I spent a good part of my life follow? I spent a good part of my life surviving and in a short period of time I learned to value each [12:45] event, starting with the act of being able to breathe. This sums up this whole process, this moment that I am experiencing am experiencing [Applause], [13:01] starting with... The act of being able to breathe this morning, I woke up very, very early. [13:14] why, professor? Because in my first session, when I needed to use the safety mechanism, I wasn't satisfied with my performance. I said I need to improve this, so I started doing guided meditation so that when I [13:30] needed to use the safety mechanism, I could do it in a more correct way, do it right, do it correctly, do it with the timing, do the commands. And that's how the practice of meditation entered my life. I do it every [13:45] morning now, and it has been very, very good for me, you know? It connects me, it balances me. In short, we really need this this balance. Claudia, [13:59] who are you today? I am a girl, a today? I am a girl, a woman, and ready, ready, [14:15] sent, two moments of it two moments of it moved me when I watched it today. Henrique said something about your video, and I was thinking, I made the [14:29] video, and I was thinking, I made the video and sent it, and I didn't watch it. And at the end of the video, there's a phrase where I say, I think it had been a when I made the video and sent it, and I say... that at that moment [14:46] I felt like a butterfly, having finished the metamorphosis process, with strong wings to fly. Today, professor, I started to [15:00] fly. [Applause]
