If you can track real-time data, so you can see exactly what is selling right now, if it's rapidly going up, if the trend has already passed, and now you have access to content and competitors. So, let me show you how to [02:54] Reels research in just 5 minutes. The first thing you want to do is you want to create a burner account. This will be an Instagram account that you don't use. you do want to follow me, my main account is ecomhacks right here. You [03:06] want to be using a burner account that's only made for product research. So, make head over to search. We're going to search winning products. You could also doesn't matter. And what's going to happen now is Instagram's going to hand [03:18] products. You're just going to engage with the post anyways. You're going to click like on maybe five, six, seven different posts. What we're going to do next, once we have liked some random videos and told Instagram that we are, [03:30] in buying drop shipping product, is we're going to head over to Reels. refresh. And once you refresh your Instagram, it's going to give you products like this. A makeup cleaner, while it is kind of saturated, you have [03:42] you find on Instagram are going to be old, but every once in a while you're be able to make you money. Don't like anything that doesn't actually solve a problem. Now, this one could actually work. It's a brush that also sprays your [03:54] hair. I can see why girls would be interested in that. This massager could maybe work as well. Maybe looks a little bit ugly. But, this one right here 100% lower back pain would use all of the time. It also has high perceived value. [04:08] I don't know the exact cost of it. But, heading over to AliExpress, I can see that we can find this exact type of product for just $10. The product fits the criteria. We can buy for 10, easily sell for 49 because the pain is so [04:20] can actually help them would be willing to buy it. But, we're going to scroll go over some products to avoid. Cheap gimmicky stuff, I already said it. help anyone. The next thing you want to avoid is dog products, baby products, [04:34] camera, projectors, and a lot of like makeup products and skin care. The reason is it's saturated. Now, let me tell you the products that really work. specific category. If someone asked me, "Henrik, how can I go from zero to 10k [04:47] profit a month as fast as physically possible?" It would be to not sell in isn't too saturated, like for example a tool for your car or something. Random curtain right here, is going to be the fastest way to make money with drop [05:01] something you're going to encounter too many places. These type of products, if you're looking to make fast money, will be your best option. Here is another sell it for 80, maybe buy for 30. You could also search up supplements that [05:14] boost your joint. Stack it with vitamins as well for another $29. You could put a cream on it that you use two times a day. I could see people spending $140 on this website with all of the upsells combined. But, now let's move on to the [05:26] paid method. After that, I will show you how to validate a product to see if too saturated, if it's even worth running, and also how you can use red blue ocean marketing. Now, the software I use is Winning Hunter. I will link it [05:39] that's relevant will always be linked in the description. And it has two main the best one. But, we're first going to go over the most basic method for the homepage, click dropship ads, and what the software does is it finds all [05:53] the products that are doing good right now on Facebook, and it hands them to that much effort. You simply just scroll through Winning Hunter and try to find a they import a lot of different stuff. So, not everything you see is going to [06:06] sell, but you will sometimes encounter things like this, which is quite unique, a fan for campers. It could actually be genius to sell in the summer. So, but I would say it's a bit more of an old method. So, we're going to go to [06:19] TikTok shop, which works perfectly with the blue ocean marketing strategy I'm you want to avoid first of all are the biggest revenue, right? These are already taken. I've sold pretty much every product on this page. So, what you [06:31] you want to go with lower filters. So, we can put $10,000 to let's say $500,000, so that it's not too saturated. We can then go ahead and apply the filter. And now, there's still a few criteria, okay? Not all the [06:46] to be selling cuz it needs to fit your criteria from the intro. Because if you want to have the highest chance of success, you want it to look a little bit like this. If you look at the graph here, you can see that it's stable, but [06:59] it's going up right now. So, it's clear that these four products in a row here is actually trending upwards now. The product is taking off if you look at the criteria, so we need to look at it and say, "Does this really have a margin?" [07:13] Maybe not. So much content, so much social proof. The product is [08:07] overall going upwards slightly. It seems to have curve, a good trend. So, using products, and you will also be able to tell what is actually trending now. And then we have all this content that we can use for a website. So, you found the [08:21] the product is actually saturated. The first thing you can do if you're inside Magic AI. You could search up, for example, hairbrush. Now, with this up a lot, but your goal when you scroll here is that you only find like three to [08:35] So, here you can see the names of all the stores. The goal is that you only find three to five people that's selling it. If you find more, it's usually a bit sell this product here, an ab trainer. You would search up ab trainer, and this [08:49] whether or not it's saturated. And we can see that we might be a little bit late to the trend. So many different people are selling this product, but the outside the box. Do I see any 50-year-olds selling it? Do I see anyone [09:03] Or do I just see the same type of people? spotting an opportunity in the market. But, overall, it looks like it's a bit saturated. Ideally, you want to find only five big videos. So, a big video would be this with 30K likes, this [09:16] with 20K likes, 30K likes. You want to find only three to five big videos. And winning products, eventually the criterias will line up, and you will find something amazing that you can sell. But, now moving on to a concept [09:29] blue ocean business concept. Blue ocean research is not about finding winning products, it's about finding winning audiences for it. See, pretty much anything you find out there, even a hairbrush, could sell. And if we look at [09:42] selling, even if it's actually there's someone who can buy to us and see me fishermen, and you see that this water has a lot of fish. So, you must think it's much more profitable to fish there if there's a million fish compared to [09:56] Now, if you look at the fish as a customer, and the customer spends $100 on your website, 10,000 * 100 is still a million dollars with zero competition. While they might be out here looking for a market of the size of a million, but [10:10] competing with everyone, getting crushed by the competition. So, let me break exact product. Well, it would be just this, bunch of normal-looking young home. Are you able to spot a pattern? [10:24] age, they are the same demographic. We also see another competitor which is lot of guys here using this exact product, so clearly that one is also taken. And after scrolling for a while, I do not see any overweight people who [10:39] this product. So, how about you take the blue ocean concept, and you sell this product towards maybe moms in their 40s, 50s, who don't have time to work out, who are also kind of overweight or approaching it, and you give them this [10:54] 15- or 10-minute home workout to do every other day for 30 days, you pretty much guarantee seeing results. Because this isn't too advanced of science. If you do sit-ups every day, you will get results. So, what you can do next is [11:07] 40-year-old body transformation. You could try to find people that would look you could fill testimonials all over your site. And while the product might actually be declining or somewhat dead or super saturated, you have now [11:20] that's how you make money. So, let's make an example of this product. Let's selling it for $90 just for the example's sake. That is a $45 margin on [11:32] each product. You're also going to have to spend money on ads. So, what else can straps like this for another $9 that you could also search for weight loss supplement and put it in our store and [11:45] say 30% faster progress. Buy it for nine, sell it for 20. That's another $10. We just added $16 worth of margin in two products. So, our original $45 margin from that product has now turned into $61. And I guess you could also add [12:01] another product here, a knee massager. It's really nothing too special. It's What the product does is help remove knee pain. But, how about you sell this to someone in their 70s that has arthritis? Their body isn't working the [12:16] way it should anymore. How about you sell it to football players or people that are into sports who get knee injuries and you help them prevent it? who's just come out of surgery or is waiting for surgery, who is in a lot of [12:30] pain and trying to get better. See, this whole video probably got you thinking products. And yeah, you'll find some winning products with these platforms. But, the reason you're not making money is because you're not finding a winning [12:42] audience. You don't have an audience avatar in your mind. So, this is almost all the best products in the world, but if you just download the videos, you don't change anything, you just copy your competitors and try to run it, you [12:55] will never make sales with drop shipping. But, if you think outside the it. So, I just screenshotted a picture of this and sent ChatGPT a prompt that you can read here, just asking for who to sell it to. His first one was busy [13:08] mom, 35 to 55. That's probably the best untapped audience. Menopausal women. Someone who lose their period, I think. You could do it for women preparing for a vacation and people who just want a micro habits to do every single day. When I was younger, I did push-ups for 5 So, that would be the same type of audience. So, that's my method to find [13:36] not really so much about finding the winner, it's about thinking outside the box, adopting the money mindset of spotting opportunity.
