[00:32] has shifted to a neutral position on the Clarity Act, as what they describe "continued discussions in recent days regarding parts of Section 604, aka the Blockchain Regulatory Certainty Act." That's two major law enforcement
[00:48] organiza- law enforcement organizations signaling like this bill, which helps congresspeople give reason to pass this bill. We have until midterms. This is big update today.
