## Summary

The video discusses the character Seer in Apex Legends, who has received significant buffs in season 29 split 2, making him extremely powerful. The creator explains each buff, how to exploit them, and provides a guide on how to play Seer aggressively to dominate ranked matches.

### Key Points

- **Seer's Buffs Overview** [00:17] — Seer received multiple buffs that individually seem minor but combined make him overpowered, including reduced tactical activation, increased stun, and faster heartbeat sensor.
- **Tactical Activation Speed** [01:22] — The tactical ability now activates faster, making it almost impossible to avoid, and the stun duration has been increased, punishing movement legends.
- **Heartbeat Sensor Buffs** [03:08] — The heartbeat sensor activates faster and has a shorter interval, allowing players to spam it for constant information, effectively doubling scan frequency.
- **Ultimate Buffs** [04:55] — The ultimate now highlights enemies for 2 seconds on throw and reveals footsteps of invisible enemies, making it easier to track opponents.
- **Passive Ability Details** [05:08] — Seer's passive allows him to see enemy counts and detect enemies through walls, providing constant intel and countering third parties and rats.
- **Tactical Ability Details** [06:27] — The tactical reveals health bars, highlights enemies with a diamond, and silences them, preventing ability use for 1-2 seconds.
- **Speed Boost on Scan** [07:21] — Scanning an enemy grants a speed boost, which can be combined with slides, bunny hops, super glides, and wall jumps for extreme mobility.
- **Ultimate Mechanics** [09:23] — The ultimate provides increased jump height, double jump, and reveals footsteps, but crouching can counter the footstep reveal.
- **Seer's Role** [10:18] — Seer is a movement, scan, and assault legend, making him versatile and powerful in aggressive playstyles.
- **Perk Selection** [12:35] — Recommended perks: Home Base for faster ultimate recharge and Power Booster for reduced tactical cooldown, enabling frequent scans.
- **Power Booster Exploit** [14:13] — With Power Booster and Home Base, Seer can get a scan every 3 seconds, allowing up to 7-8 scans in 30 seconds, overwhelming enemies.
- **Uncounterable Playstyle** [16:40] — Seer's combination of stuns, silences, speed boosts, and constant scans makes him nearly impossible to counter in fights.
- **How to Play Seer** [16:54] — Seer should be played aggressively, in the front or middle of fights, constantly throwing scans to gather info and enable pushes.
- **Movement Requirement** [18:29] — Players should be comfortable with movement mechanics to fully utilize Seer's speed boost; otherwise, other legends may be better.
- **Best Aggressive Legend** [19:35] — Seer is the best legend for aggressive play because he gets rewarded with more info, movement, and stuns for every knock.

### Conclusion

Seer is currently the most overpowered legend in Apex Legends, and playing him aggressively with the right perks can lead to easy wins in ranked. The creator emphasizes that Seer's kit is uncounterable and encourages players to adopt an aggressive playstyle to maximize his potential.

that if you are not playing him, you are guaranteed to lose every single fight. guaranteed to lose every single fight. Check out this clip.
Broke. Last one's broke. Last one's broke. had like five scans right there, bro. Now, as you can tell, Seir in season 29
split 2 after this brand new patch is next level busted. Even more busted than my shoulder physique. And the reason why is because he has been given so many buffs that at face value don't really seem to be that crazy. But when you
actually implement them into a gunfight, it is just next level. So, today we're going to be diving into his new buffs, how you should be playing him, how it that you need to know about him. And spoiler, there is something in here so
insanely broken that I swear to God if EA doesn't fix this, I might actually uninstall Apex because it is so easy to exploit. But before we hop into today's lets YouTube know you want to keep
seeing content like this in the future. So, first things first, Seir got a ton of new updates that is just making him insanely insanely broken. Let's just start off with the recent buffs that he got. So, right off the rip, Sierra got a
reduced tactical activation and reduced tactical activation. Basically, what this means is when you throw out or when you hit tactical, it takes a lot less time to pull your hands out so that you can throw the actual tactical, which is
what scans people. The second thing that they changed was the activation part on actually let go of your tactical and it sends out the scan. Basically, what they've done is they've made it a lot faster to use his tact to the point
of it. I'm going to show you a quick tactical, I'm in the straight middle of my tack. So, if I go I'm going to attack and I try to strafe out of the side, you can see I can't strafe out. The tack is
huge in general and it launches so fast that there's just no time to get out. more time. I'm going to go scan. I'm going to try and slide out. And I can't even slide out because it just releases so fast. So, right off the rip, it is
almost a guaranteed hit. If you see someone and you hit tack on them, other thing that they added to his tactical is increased tactical stun. tactical, it would stun you a little bit. Now, what I've been told from my
think I've been hit a single time by sear attack so far. I don't think I've in this new rank split, but when you get hit by it, it feels like you're walking they increased the stun from what they're saying is because they want it
to be a lot more punishing as a movement legend to go against. So if you see a them, that axle stunned. They can't move. Like they are literally getting stopped in their tracks, even on an axle pad. If you see an Octane flying through
Boom. He's dropping straight out of the sky. If you see a Pathfinder moving around, you go boom, you're stunned. He is dropping out of the sky. It is that broken. Now, those are the only buffs that they put on the tactical. On the
sensor. There it is. His heartbeat well. Increase activation on the heartbeat. This one is so broken and you heartbeat. This one is so broken and you can exploit this so so much. It is
activation on the heartbeat. When you start aiming down sight, how long does it take for the heartbeat to actually start popping up? And because they reduced how long it takes, it gets really broken. I'll tell you
second here once we go through the rest of the passive. Decreased interval time on heartbeat when you hold down the heartbeat sensor. This is how long it takes for the next heartbeat to pop up. Then they also have decrease activation
when unadsing. This means that you can unads a lot sooner, a lot faster. And that might not seem like that's really a buff, but when you pair that with the first buff, increase activation on heartbeat and faster unadsing, you can
heartbeat and faster unadsing, you can end up doing this. hold aim down sight, one Mississippi, 2 Mississippi, 3 Mississippi 4, Mississippi 5, it's about every second. If you spam it and you get the timing
right, you can get anywhere from like one and a half to two scans inside of that 1 second interval. So, you can get double been doing when I run around, you might see me if you if you've been watching
I'll literally just be doing this. I'm just constantly unading over and over and over again, and it gives you constant perfect information. Granted, not the easiest thing to see because you you uncclick so fast, but when you do
someone right there. Boom. Right, you're going. No one, no one, no one, no one. Oh, right there. Boom. So broken. Now, that was his passive. His ultimate also got two new buffs. Two seconds of scan that highlight all enemies who are
currently in the ultimate when you first throw your alt. And then anyone who's will see their footsteps if they are invisible. Now, that's all of the stuff that they just added. But keep in mind, this all pairs on top of everything that
he already had. So, let's talk about everything that he had and then let's go into how you're actually supposed to place here. How you're going to place here. So, Sears passive ability. You can see how many enemies are around you with
the heartbeat sensor. You can see right here, I'm picking up 1 2 3 4. And then over here now, I'm actually starting to pick up this third person right over this like circular range on your screen. Second thing is you can see enemies
before they say you. So, if I'm way over here and I use my tactical and let's There's a huge wall right here. Nobody knows that I'm over here and I'm using my passive and I can see that there's people here. So, I already understand
looking out for long before they even know I'm in the area. Second thing, you is a wall. I can see them through the wall. Right. Passive is super broken. third parties because as you're taking a fight, right, as you're taking a fight
over here. We have to wrap this up or we have to leave. super super broken. And on top of that, you can also use this to counter rats. So, a lot of the time as little spam effect. As I'm running around, I'm scanning in a slide. I'm
rat up here. I instantly know. And then we can either go kill him, we can scan him, or we can we can basically just do whatever you want to do, right? It's up to you. Now, for his tactical, this is a pretty big one. Scans enemies and
reveals their health bar. Every time you scan an enemy, it pops up their health bar. doesn't do it on the dummies, but it basically will pop up their health see how much health they have, shield, flesh, so on so forth. It also
highlights them with a diamond around their chest. They lasted only for a little bit cuz it's a dummy, but on an actual person, that diamond lasts for a can track them through walls, you can push, you see their health, so you know
health they have, you know how you can kind of play in that fight. Whenever you abilities. And a silence basically just means that they can't use their think it's like 1 to 2 seconds. But this is really broken because if you're one
you get behind cover, you try to hit your face, but you get silenced. Now you're stuck. You can't leave. And because [music] they have health on you, where you are. They're full sending you at maximum speed, which speaking of
somebody, you get a speed boost. This is insanely other movement mechanics. Let's just start off with just a normal slide, right? This is me sliding at my enemy. Pretty basic, not too fancy. This is me
sliding at my enemy. Way faster. And because you're faster, you go a lot you can slide here. So, this is a regular slide from the sand here into about these boxes. Now, this is a slide
10 meters on your slide. And if you use a bunny hop, bunny hops carry all your momentum. You can carry all of that extra speed like an Octane in stim bunny hopping in front of you. That's basically what this
front of you. That's basically what this is. Insanely broken. Now, as much as you can use that speed boost with your slides,
you can also use it with other stuff like mantle boosts or super glides. So, like mantle boosts or super glides. So, if I hit a super glide out of that, right, let's see if I can do it like this. I'm going to try and superglide
this. I'm going to try and superglide way over here. that same super glide but without the scan now. All right. So now go from
scan now. All right. So now go from right here. super glides. Maybe you just use wall jumps instead. Let's hit a wall jump with this. So I'm going to scan wall jump.
Like dude, you just you you can just move so much. It is insane. Now, let's ultimate also does a lot as well. Whenever you throw the ultimate for two the dummies in the range, but for 2 seconds, it will highlight with a
diamond anyone that is inside of the ultimate. After that 2 seconds, all it's footsteps. Again, the dummies, for whatever reason, don't actually count as step the footsteps the way that it would show on like a regular person, but it
walking around. Now, you can counter this by crouching. If you crouch and you they fixed it, um it won't show footsteps, but still, you can see the ultimate, let's get my alt back. You also get increased jump height. So, when
I jump, I jump a little bit higher. And on top of that, you can see I also have higher, you slide jump further. And because you float, you go a little bit get a double jump. Every time you hit the ground, it's like a sparrow reset.
You can double jump. And if you're on mouse and keyboard, you can tap strafe out of the double jump as well. So when you take a look at all of these what Seir boils down into. Seir is a movement legend because he gets speed
because he gets a double jump. Movement legend cuz he gets higher jumps. He's a jumps. That's pretty freaking overpowered. Top of that, Seir is just a general scan legend. He can scan beacons. That's pretty awesome. He can
scan for info. He has constant info on where everyone is with heartbeats. He can get health information on you. Super insane. He's also an assault legend. He go anywhere. He can silence you. You can't use any abilities. You're kind of
this point. Now, because Sier turned into a movement legend and plays best in an ultraaggressive way, you're going to need to hit a lot of buttons. Really simply changing your button layout to either ninja or evolve. But that really
a couple of your buttons around. My favorite alternative, however, is swapping to a pro controller. And a new controller that I just recently discovered during Prime Day event is this brand new Fly Digi Vader 5S
the coolest controllers that I have ever put my hands on. Let me walk you through controller has. It has two paddles on the back. Now, this isn't too crazy. have more paddles, but the way that you would bind this is this is going to be
your crouch, and this is going to be your jump. Then on the top here, you have two extra bumpers. So this would be your swap weapon, and this would be your reload. Then what really makes this controller super dope is they have these
two extra side buttons right here. So instead of going ultimate, you could go rings here aren't just for show. This is probably one of the coolest features that I've ever seen in a controller. By twisting these rings, you can actually
stick is. So I'm going to change these here. So, this stick is the absolute the stiffest that it goes. And because it's a twist, you can get super precise with how stiff or how light you want it to be. On the bottom as well, you also
with the controller with a headphone jack, you can mute your mic. And right here is a profile button, so you can set up different profiles. This controller regularly is like $80, but for Prime Day, it's going to be listed at $47.99.
link to the description down below. This is an affiliate link. I did figure out want, it'll be right there for you. All that sounds crazy. It gets even more you're going to have your level two perks. Lasting beats and home base.
Lasting beats shows enemies um after they leave the ultimate. This isn't really that good in my opinion. People are typically not going to be leaving your ultimate because check this out. The ultimate
is massive. So, even if you're right here, look at how long it's going to really long time. if you can place your alt really well. So, and this is how you Typically, you're going to take fights um in buildings or around buildings.
this building here. If you throw your ultimate, this team is not going to go, the alt." Right? They're going to be in the building playing different windows look at how long it's going to take me. Yeah, get out of the alt. Hey, we got to
get out of the ultimate. Hey, get out of the alt. Dude, that took so much time. leave, you're getting pushed. And because you're on footsteps, you're on scan, it can see exactly what you're doing. It's very, very broken. For your
to get home base. Home base hack recharges much faster in alt. Now, check power booster amp cuz that will reduce my tactical. I throw my alt down. I throw out a scan. I get a scan back in 5 seconds.
5 seconds. Get a knock. New scan. All right. Scan coming up. Here it is. New scan.
New scan coming up. New scan. I think that's four scans. So, you can get about five scans in 30 seconds. That's a lot of information. A Now, if you pair that with a power booster, which this is the only amp that
you should be playing on Seir, power booster amp. Now, you have a scan every 3 seconds. Scan comes back, you pop that. Do some Scan comes back, you pop that. Do some damage. New scan comes back, pop that.
damage. New scan comes back, pop that. New scan comes back, pop that. New scan comes back, pop that. Now you go from getting five scans in 30 seconds for your ultimate to about seven or eight scans throughout the 30 seconds in
your ultimate. Now, this gets even more powerful because on your second upgrade, either get energizing focus, which gives you 25 HP or 25 shield, only shields whenever you get a scan on somebody. Or you can get split focus, one extra
tactical. So, how long does it take to throw a tactical? One Mississippi 2 about a second and a half, which means your 3second cool down now becomes a we're going to do is we're going to get all of our stuff back here. We're going
get home base. I have power booster. All right, I'm going to wait and get my tactical back. Let's count how many scans that we can get in 30 seconds. All this down. One
2 3
scanning nonstop on Seir. Now, because Power Booster gives you a tactical every things get really crazy. Keep in mind, Seir stuns you. You can't move. Seir
abilities. You can't counter with abilities. Seir gets a speed boost on scans. He is a movement legend pushing into you while face [ __ ] you in the ass. What this ends up being is Sierra throws his ultimate. He sees where you
are. He scans you. He pushes up because you can't leave. He gets a knock. He scans the next person. He backs off with speed boost. He has a scan. He pushes back up. He gets a knock. He gets a scan back because of the knock. He has a new
scan. Pushes back up with a speed boost. Gets a knock. Throws a scan. Backs off. He has another scan. Throws it. Pushes up with speed boost. Gets a knock. Gets the scan back. And because he can move and shoot and scan, he has all this
information and he can he can escape and he can Dude, he is uncounterable. He is broken. So, how should you be playing Seir? This is really the main question. Seir? This is really the main question. Seir is a rag/flex legend. You should
shouldn't be playing Seir all the way in the back as an anchor. You should be playing Seir in the middle and on the front end of your fights. And the again, the reason why is because as a player, your main goal should be how can I deal
more damage as a player? How can I set my team up for more pushes? And some of is giving your team the chance to do something. So if I scan, my team can push off of that scan info and they can see who they should be fighting. I, as a
player, when I scan, I can swing up really hard and get tons of damage and I can push back off of that. So I can just set myself up for different plays. If you're playing really far back, you can still scan, but it takes you too long to
get back into that fight. I mean, it can take you long. It's it really doesn't very flexible with how you can play. The way that you should be playing Seir is you should not be holding off on your scans. You get them so much, especially
if it's the mid to end game and you have split focus as well, you should be constantly throwing scans. If someone's playing this backside, you throw a scan. he's not peeking, you can focus on fighting his teammates. And if he is
broken and he doesn't want to fight, you can stun the person and get a free fight because this guy is stuck healing. You want to be throwing your scans to make disengaging, you're getting these really wide angles. And now that you're really
you can get tons of damage. If you need to back off, you take a step back, you reset really quickly, right? You get your scan, and now you're pushing up with all of your movement speed boost. Another thing too is people
who are playing Seir, you shouldn't be a basic [ __ ] legend. Like you shouldn't typically be someone who is ultraaggressive and you should also be somebody who is typically good with movement. Because if you are someone
who's good with movement and you're not taking advantage of the insane speed boost that you can get off of him, you are missing out on so much potential with this legend. You might as well stay on someone like Lifeline or Newcastle or
someone who has free movement instead of someone who has like a lot of work for basically the way that you should be playing is very forward, very aggressive. You should be trying to push a lot. You shouldn't be afraid to make
always make moves moving back. You should also be willing to play very wide a lot of the time. Get these nice side angles knowing that when you get good damage in, you're going to be able to push really
hard. And especially because you should be can push and the more knocks that you can get, the more scans you're going to get. And the more scans you get, the harder that you can fight. So Seir is
probably the best legend at playing aggressive because he gets ultra rewarded for it. A lot of legends will get benefits for it. Like if you play Pathfinder, you get 25 50 HP back for every knock, right? Cuz he's a skirmish
you're playing power booster, you get your tactical back. But on Seir, he gets more info. He gets more movement. He gets more stuns. He gets more silences. Seir has just so much built into his tactical that by playing him
ultraaggressive, you get to abuse him so so much more. To sum it all up, Seir, insanely broken, the best legend at being ultraaggressive, you should not be legend. Or if you are a slow passive legend, he actually might be one of the
how to become a more aggressive, confident type of player. I hope today's much of a ramble. Today's video helped you at all learn how to play a little bit better on Seir. Leave a like, subscribe to the channel.
