# Lock In Monday | Brutal Truths Creators Need to Hear

## Summary

This stream focuses on motivating content creators to start their week with intention, discipline, and a focus on one key area of improvement. The host shares 'brutal truths' about the creator journey, emphasizing that success comes from consistent action, not motivation or excuses.

### Key Points

- **Monday Motivation and Locking In** [00:01] — The host introduces 'Lock In Monday' as a weekly series to motivate creators to take Mondays seriously and set the tone for the week.
- **Removing Self-Promotion from Discord** [04:29] — The host explains why he removed the self-promotion section from his Discord: it attracted people who only posted links without engaging, and he replaced it with a 'social growth' section for constructive feedback.
- **Brutal Truth: You Want the Idea, Not the Work** [10:25] — Many creators like the idea of being a creator but dislike the work: flops, studying analytics, rewriting hooks, and posting consistently.
- **Consuming More Than Producing** [20:43] — A major problem is consuming more content than creating. The host challenges viewers to check their screen time and compare output vs. consumption.
- **Discipline Over Motivation** [35:16] — Motivation fades quickly; discipline carries you through. Building habits and showing up even when it's not fun is key to long-term success.
- **Weekly Reset: One Main Focus** [45:45] — For the week, pick one main focus (e.g., improving hooks, retention, or product). Set a minimum standard (action goal) not a results goal.
- **Set Minimum Standards, Not Goals** [47:23] — Instead of aiming for a certain number of views or followers, set a non-negotiable action: e.g., post 3 pieces of content, send 5 cold DMs to brands.
- **Brand Value Beyond Views** [01:46:33] — You don't need huge numbers for brand deals. The host's first brand deal was $20k with 200 views per video because the brand valued his content quality and storytelling.

### Conclusion

The key takeaway is to stop making excuses, focus on one thing this week, and build discipline rather than relying on motivation. Consistency and intentional action will compound into success.

morning everybody. Just heads up for uh YouTube long form. I'm testing out a anamorphic lens today. I just wanted to get a little creative. So quality is should be fine. So if you want to put this up as uh like a little little
podcast action today. That's actually what I want to do today. Today is episode I guess one. So it's lockin live, but it's lockin Monday. And what I want to start doing is every Monday I want to I want to get a little gritty. I
want to take a step back away from like the review side of things. Uh, and I want to stick with um pushing pushing some of you guys to get started on the week. Mondays throughout the years, Mondays have
full-time job, I [ __ ] hated Mondays. Obviously, I think I think we can all Obviously, I think I think we can all relate with that. Over time, relate with that. Over time, Mondays ended up becoming the the best.
Mondays, Sundays and Mondays are my favorite day of the week now because as a creator running my own business, you start to realize that like these are the days where everybody lays off the gas. And so if you lock it in on Sundays and
Mondays, you can set the tone for the entire week. Yeah. I I I argue it's the most important day of the week. I argue it's the most important day of the week. [ __ ] will like Well, first off, don't even get me started on the people
something." And then they waste their Sundays watching like football football and sports and [ __ ] I Dude, I don't get that [ __ ] I mean, I get like liking like you got you got [ __ ] you want to accomplish and then you're you're taking
your Saturdays and Sundays off for college football and NFL. Yeah, we ain't the same, dude. And then and then like then Monday comes and then they like they're dragging their [ __ ] foot and [ __ ] because it's Monday. I Dude, yeah,
these are the best days of the week. So, yeah. So, welcome to uh episode one of yeah. So, welcome to uh episode one of uh of uh LOCKIN MONDAY. LET'S GO, PIG. advice and gave AI my script for a video. Said it was [ __ ] and spit back a
different script. Used it. Best video by far. Nice. Hell yeah, brother. Loki with the 20 bits. Appreciate you guys. Appreciate you guys. Guys, do you do you feel question across the board? Do you guys feel like it'd be cool if we had um
if we had a totality like like membership subscription goal for the day? Like everything across the board. Everything. The only thing is I'd have to physically keep up with it. You know what I mean? Yeah, guy. Tik Tok. It's
doesn't exist. I'm actually streaming outside of uh of a shack out in [ __ ] outside of uh of a shack out in [ __ ] New Hampshire.
were on Ark last night around 8:00 p.m.? No, that would have been two nights ago. I was on there cuz that's around the time Burnt Peanut plays. Okay, guys. We got to stop with this. We got to We got to stop this, guys. We got to stop this.
[ __ ] with you. The green screen was too good. All right, so yeah, that's a little bit of what we're doing today. It's lockin Monday, episode one. Um, I playlist. Ah, we'll just let it be part of lockin live. I wish you guys could
see the [ __ ] quality at which I see right now in terms of if if you guys are screenshot. I'm going to show you guys the screenshot of what my of what my uh
guys are going to be like, "What the fuck?" I'm pushing I'm putting this in Discord general right now. If you guys aren't in slacking. We I've been building a Discord together of not uh not not uh
actually, I guess technically speaking, yeah, we kind of keep each other accountable, but not like a a support for support. So, we in my Discord, I I I It's not that high quality. It's cinematic. It's not supposed to be
seeing the pores. Wesley, suck my dick. Um but yeah, in my Discord, we got a there. Uh, and uh, we kind of keep each other accountable, check in. We've been trying to move my Discord in a direction to where if I'm not around, people don't
feel like they can get value out of it. You know what I mean? So, yeah, we've been doing that. Uh, dude, we actually I I just had a person not too long ago, which I guess is great for today's episode. Oh my god, this is
get completely bent out of shape because they came to my Discord and they're like, "Where's your where's your self-promotion section?" And I'm like, "I I don't have one." Now, if you guys don't know anything about Discord, it's
traditional that when people make a Discord, they have a self-promoting Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Type one in the chat if you know been in a Discord or you have this in your Discord, type one. Type one in the
yourself or anything. I'm not calling you guys out or anything. It's Everybody has one. I removed mine. I got rid of it. You know why? Because in any part of, I'd go to the self-promotion section and it's always like [ __ ]
there's there's so many people in there. So many people in there. Never chatting in any of the other stuff. Never in the live streams. And it's not even about even supporting you, so why are you allowing them the place to support?
[ __ ] paying attention to, dog. Why platform if they're not even supporting your platform? That's stupid. First off, healthy. I think it just creates this habit where people generalize this idea
that that's all Discord's for. And that's what they do. Every day, these that they join. They'll go to the self-promotion sections and they post their [ __ ] and nobody [ __ ] watches it. That's not an organic way to
actually grow you. You and it's stupid, too. You're you're I mean in theory it platforms that literally have algorithms. You can [ __ ] people can find Why do you why are you taking time to go out of your way to try to promote the
[ __ ] But anyways, I removed mine. I got rid of it. Instead, in mine, I have social growth creative work sections. So, the creative work is for like actual photography, videography, stuff like
photography, videography, stuff like that. Um some animation work, you know. social growth section in the creative corner of Discord. And what this is is like, you know, somebody comes in and is
like, "Okay, why why is this?" Which to be honest, our general chat's just been turning into this itself. But it's like, instead of you just coming in and promoting your your [ __ ] why don't you bring why don't you show your retention
graph and be like, "Can somebody help me with this?" And and since pivoting this, it's been so much more helpful. like people meeting each other, people helping each other. And then of course, yeah, so just recently I had this
[ __ ] come in was like, "Where's your self-promotion section?" I was like, "We there's no value at it." And he wrote wrote this long I know some people like some of my OGs in here or active members of the community, you guys probably know
that the Xbox guy or whatever, dude. He he gave this whole rant of like we should be able to do this, we should be able to do that. Anyways, he even would go into the social growth area and he would ask for advice and people would
give him constructive advice. I actually have the band, dude. Yeah, cool. Shadowban is a real Okay. Okay. WHEN IT DOES HIT YOU, I AIN'T here crying over you. Like, this guy would would not take criticism from everybody. Like, he would
bunch of creators would be like, "Well, actually, you're not. I looked at your channel. You're doing this. You're doing this. Your thumbnails are bad. Like uh I bet if you change this he'd be like no it's the [ __ ] platform. Yeah that
that uh I I don't know if it's No, not uh it was like I I literally see the guy right [ __ ] HERE. I'M SICK AND TIRED OF PEOPLE NOT UNDERSTANDING my issue and just looking past what I said. Just say [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] [ __ ] blah blah blah.
guy having a [ __ ] crash out in my goddamn Discord because he can't take constructive criticism for people. This is my guy having a cra The guy is having a crash out of my Discord because I wouldn't allow a self-promotion thing,
but instead I create an actual [ __ ] area where he can get real input from content creators in my Discord that are generating like six figures a [ __ ] month. AND THIS [ __ ] WANTS TO TELL EVERYBODY that they don't know what
anyways, I'm going to have a [ __ ] crash out even talking about the guy. You guys been banned. It is what it is. But that's the point. That's the point. into. So, if you're not in Discord, you're slightly handicapped. Just
saying. Just saying. I'm trying, guys. I'm trying with the Discord. So, yeah. I just thought that story was uh representative of today today's uh episode because today we're going to be talking about brutal creator truths.
Brutal. That's my bad. It wasn't you. Shut up. Or wait. Oh, wait. No, you were the one giving him advice, weren't you, Cody? Ah, wait. I thought you were being a smartass for a second. Were you the one giving him an advice
input? [laughter] Oh, so well, I thought I actually seen somebody's name was in here. Anyways, anyways, guys, hello. Good morning, everybody. Good morning. Good morning. Put put up your ID next
month. Yeah. How many of you guys are not going to be doing that? I'm not the Bert Peanut. Shook my dick. [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. I'm not burnt [ __ ] you. [ __ ] you. I'm not burnt peanut.
morning. Are you not doing it? Okay. Well, then there's no point of you going to do it. I don't give a [ __ ] Like, dude, it's a double-edged sword. Of course, I don't like where the person that's got the ID is is is from and the
I guess the reasonings, too. But I I just I don't guys, here's the reality. I don't see a future where social media apps and and platforms don't have an ID verification cuz it's just getting it's just getting like especially with AI
especially with AI, man. It's just getting worse and worse and worse. Like the the the reason why uh botting farms are so [ __ ] advanced and so crazy and control so much. It It's because of this. like this. This is
why the reason why [ __ ] weirdos online take advantage of people is because there's no there's no [ __ ] structure. There's no separation. So, it's like a double-edged sword. You want this to just be a free world where
everybody can come and go as as you please. But also too, when you do that, like people bad people do bad [ __ ] So, it's just like it's crazy. It's crazy. Just get a job, a career that will help your community.
Huh? What? would switching to an animated character mascot on cam work? No. Listen, guys.
Let me let me Great. Great. Brutal truths for creators. Guys, if you have a shitty personality as your physical flesh avatar, you will have a shitty personality as a [ __ ] character. Just saying. Just saying. Just saying.
out? Says you 45 years old versus me once merch sold and cartoons yet you wanted Oh, this is a bot.
Is this a bot? Is this a bot or is this actually like a person having a crash It's on kick, guys. I don't know if it surprises you. You're a loser versus other hardworking Americans. Oh, so you're [ __ ] Gotcha.
Gotcha. H [snorts] enjoy, brother. I think it's a real person. I thought it was a bot at first. They were uh I mean, if you seen a chat,
They were uh I mean, if you seen a chat, Walgreens and Walmart, then podcast. Walgreens and Walmart, then podcast. [laughter] to you by [ __ ] mental illness. All right, here we go. Not a job, a hobby.
Doesn't do [ __ ] for the community. Honestly, wait, what does it, bro? Just there and playing games and editing videos. I don't play games. I do do [ __ ] for my community. What's your What What do you What do you
want about you mad because people get Wait, is that what it is? God, it's it's all platforms, Tik Tok and kick coming in.
look like I'm playing a game on stream? What's your objective? So, like what's your what's your conversation? Just making an observation. Well, you're because you have no idea what you're talking about. I'm not playing video
about this? Is this the first time in the stream? stream? It's clearly got to be because you're just like lumping me under a
total of creators. Stop talking for a second read. I'm literally reading your dog [ __ ] chats. Okay, so there there you go. You You can't I Guys, I'm more than open to have a general conversation if you can
actually be constructive about it. But if you have no idea what the content is even about. If you have no idea what the content is even about in the first place and then you're just throwing me under a category
cuz I cuz the thing is I agree with the individual. A lot of content creators, play video games and they think that they're owed attention. He's actually constructive criticism there, but you can't have a [ __ ] actual conversation
because you have no [ __ ] IQ. So you So, so why you bring up a great everybody's reading your [ __ ] and you're like, "Holy [ __ ] man. This guy's [ __ ] ill. This guy's ill." But it's actually It brings up a great point.
He's got a valid point. This is what a lot of creators do, dude. This is what a lot of creators do. Mhm.
no. Oh my gosh. Uh I got the glorious the Oh my gosh. Uh I got the glorious the glorious one. work here. I just work here. Uh Joe, thanks for the subscription. Are we on
thanks for the subscription. Are we on the kick homepage or something? Will Isn't that Is that the Is that the Casey Neistat guy? Apollo, is that Casey
Neistat's uh friend? What a Monday. I told you. I told you it was going to be a little a little brutal today. Go. So, and we haven't even gotten into the segments yet. Oh my god.
We haven't even gotten into the segments yet. So, here we go, guys. So, here we go, guys. Typical brutal truth. Brutal truths. Typ guys Guys, I'm not [ __ ] Peanut. Shut up. Typical brutal truths.
Okay, ready for this? A lot of people like the idea of being a creator. what they don't like My video flopped yesterday. I was, Dude, I was actually [ __ ] pumped about it.
feeling. I put a lot of work into yesterday's video and I I did test something different. I did a twominute long form video. And [clears throat] so idea of like, [ __ ] dude, you get in, you get out, you learn five important
things. I thought it'd be super helpful. I did. And that [ __ ] flopped. Guess what I'm going to do? On to the next. On to the next. A lot of creators like the idea of of [ __ ] until it's like posting when [ __ ] flops. A lot of lot of
creators like the idea about [ __ ] until you have to study your analytics. Dude, there don't even read analytics because they're they're actually fearful of what the analytics are going to tell them. That's insane. That's crazy.
Guys, you can't [ __ ] mask. You can't live in [ __ ] make pre pretend world and say, "Well, I'm a content creator. I want to do well. I want to grow. What's the platform doing for me?" Oh, the platform says, "Here's the analytics to
Oh, I don't want to watch it because I'm fearful that I might see that actually people don't want to watch this." Yeah, it's self-sabotage. It's a great point. It is. Uh, thanks for the solid content, B.
month ago. Thanks for the inspiration. Managed to kick partner with the Appreciate you, my guy. Appreciate you. I can't speak uh for the front page started stream, my guy. My guy. Lurking
over there. I see you in the back over there. Hold on, guys. Let's uh let's get through this real quick. Another one. Rewriting hooks. Dude, some people you like being a creator until you have to come up with ideas to actually put
together some [ __ ] Rewriting hooks. Fixing thumbnails. Dude, yesterday after my [ __ ] video pop uh went off and I was like, "Oh [ __ ] clickthrough rate's So, look look how bad the clickthrough rate is. So, I got to change the
thumbnail. Got to put in more work even though the video is [ __ ] up. Uh and then and then another another thing, posting again tomorrow. Posting again tomorrow. Everybody likes the idea of being a creator. So, you put out a
video, all your emotions react around that. And then then the idea of posting just wait again. I'll just I'll just wait another couple days. Yeah. YEAH. I DON'T KNOW WHY it's interesting that
this is uh it's take it's interesting that this is looking bad on YouTube. Take advice from think you should. I mean I think relatively speaking you should. The fact
that I've managed to take 60 viewers and turn it into a six-figure business I think is pretty crazy. I I don't think the viewership in itself really matters too much. I mean, I guess in a sense if you're chasing the
you just want more viewers cuz you automatically think that more viewers equals more result for for being there. Um, which in a lot of cases it does, but like I guess if you see no value from having 60 viewers and turning them into
content creators grow, then yeah, there's just no point of you taking advice from me. So there's no reason to [ __ ] about it. Yeah. [ __ ] about it. Yeah. Mhm.
minute? Well, that's kind of the point we're talking about Everybody's so reactionary. These [ __ ] platforms have riddled brains to do to do so. You want immediate. You want it [ __ ] now. You want it right
And then you get mad. It's easier to point fingers at the platform. It's easier to [ __ ] point fingers at me. Yeah. and vibe. I'll take that. Over a thousand fake ones. Yeah, I I'm cool
millions, but it's they're they're my [ __ ] people. They're my [ __ ] people. So, you I mean, you get what you want, man. You get what you want. the grat. Appreciate you. Cheers. Cheers.
and still getting hate is crazy. Well, again, it's it's not they're not at themselves. I know it sounds like some corny ass [ __ ] but it's true. you're not going Listen, I'm going to make something abundantly clear. You're
you're doing good [ __ ] in life to hate on others. And nobody is fooled by it. Not a single [ __ ] person. Anybody in here that's typing up the next mega [ __ ] I'll get him. I'll take a stab at him. Not a sing nobody in here
believes that you are coming from any place of authority or doing good in your life. You think I got even at my level and I'm not even the [ __ ] biggest. and I'm not even the [ __ ] biggest. You think I got time to go and [ __ ]
hate on other [ __ ] doing some [ __ ] Now if you interact with my [ __ ] sure. That's a little that's a little little poke in the bear. That's fine. Like what what are we doing, man? Nobody is fooled by this anymore. Nobody is
fooled by this. It's insane. It's insane. So here's another problem. A lot of content creators do this and makes it tough. Guys, I'm not peanuts.
makes it tough. Guys, I'm not peanuts. Shut your [ __ ] mouth. Uh, consuming Shut your [ __ ] mouth. Uh, consuming more than you're producing.
you're starting a business or whatever, whatever you find the value in these things. You're a creative, you're trying to become A PHOTOGRAPHER, VIDEOGRAPHER. WHAT UP, DG? WE GOT THE [ __ ] man. He He knows. We all we always say I ain't
[ __ ] him. Uh but the more hate we have, the more views. Yeah, exactly, brother. every event that we went to, we [ __ ] miss each other. That [ __ ] [ __ ] sucks. That [ __ ] sucks. But honestly, guys, if you're creative, if what
whether it's the tech [ __ ] whatever whatever it's like a little motivation, whether it's the creative products, the blueprints, the LUTs, let me ask you an honest question. If if you said to me, "Oh, no, it's the
platform. It's this. It's that. I ain't got time to post content." Honestly, call yourself out on this a little bit. If I told you to show me your phone to see how many hours you scrolled on social media this week, would you would
you be kind of would you neglect the idea of it? ain't got time. You don't understand, dude. Give me your [ __ ] phone, [ __ ] Let me see how long YOU TOOK." THAT [ __ ] [ __ ] DIDN'T NEED TO
TAKE A HALF an hour. That [ __ ] didn't need to take a half hour. Some like we all fall into this by the way. We all fall into this. So don't [ __ ] subdict personally. I've been working all weekend and editing. Good
for you. But the point being is the average person is not like Melo. You're already like started looking at your [ __ ] You're clearly in a direction. trying to push at something. You're you're in the chase right now. But the
average creator that blames platforms, blames other people, doesn't want to look inward. How many hours did you scroll this weekend? How many pieces of content did you post versus how many pieces of content did you consume?
that you need to give yourself, dude. Holy [ __ ] dude. I get caught in Dude, it's not your fault. These platforms are so [ __ ] good at it. The second you get on Tik Tok, the dude I bro, I'll get on Tik Tok to post my Tik Tok and and
then some these days these they just Instagram same thing. They know what to [ __ ] put right on that front [ __ ] page, [ __ ] dude. And then I'll and I'll just give me one more swipe.
[clears throat] Give me one more swipe. Oh, just Okay, just one more. Just one more. Okay, this is the last one. These platforms are so [ __ ] good at it, man. NFG. The thing is though, yeah, it sucks you in.
if the ratio is backwards, your your You're going to be supporting other people more than you get support It's just like that's what's going to [ __ ] happen.
That's what's going to happen. The thing about this is though the sec like we acknowledge how good it is. But for some reason when it comes to us posting the very content ourselves to utilize the platforms we cut that out. Why is that?
you guys acknowledge that these platforms are good at pushing the right [ __ ] to you to get you hooked to get you the dopamine, right? You guys acknowledge this. So then how comes when it comes down to you creating something,
you reading your analytics, you wanting to put something out there to see what what you can build your community to get right the right people in with you. How platform is so stupid that it can't push
your [ __ ] to other people? Why? Why is that? I I just genuinely believe it's yourself because of the first things that I said. You want to be a creator. A to [ __ ] do this like opposite thing where it looks like all [ __ ] gloriful
alternative, you know, working the jobs that we don't like or whatever, but like don't do anything that takes to do it. You just want to [ __ ] show up. the platform's good enough to do it because it feeds you the [ __ ] but then
that's where you cut off. You're like, "No, this is not a good tool. What are we doing, guys? The [ __ ] are we doing?" I know it sounds [ __ ] cringe as [ __ ] but like there are people in here that are like just here to meme or
just here because they they're do like guys there there are [ __ ] middle-aged wives that live on a farm that are generating millions of views a day right now because they're just sharing their life. Why can you not [ __ ] do [ __ ]
Why? Why? something in your life that you're into that you're passionate about. Yeah, it's
[ __ ] it's it is hard to call laziness because it is intimidating. There's all these platforms. It's all these places. But platforms. It's all these places. But yeah, but it's like lazy and the the bad
thing is when you use the word lazy, people automatically go to work output. So they'll be like, I edit my videos. I post all the time. Okay, so you're not checking your analytics. you're lazy and finding the ways to [ __ ] connect with
your community. You know what I mean? Can I get advice? I work full-time. I stream three to four times a week. Uh if I can and post videos on on every social media platform. I I don't think you need any advice. I think you need to keep
doing that constantly. Kind of go back to the point that we're just talking about. Make sure you're not taking all your downtime just consuming other people's content. And find a balance. Keep that [ __ ] going.
better routine than [ __ ] streaming every day for countless hours. You're I think you're already ahead of [ __ ] 90 fucking% of the people, dude. [ __ ] 90 fucking% of the people, dude. Yeah, I really do.
What do What's What do you mean with better routine? word. [ __ ] [ __ ] no.
like of age. If first off, if you're like under 18, you're not supposed to be listening to the [ __ ] word. You shouldn't be watching this stream anyways. Just saying. Your mom and dad should do a better job at
protecting your devices. If you are an adult and you're telling me not to say [ __ ] I'm 23. Okay, let me just tell you something, brother. Me saying [ __ ] Me
saying [ __ ] is the least of your concerns at 23. The fact that you're even stressing about it is is goofy. Okay, brother. It's goofy. It's very Okay, brother. It's goofy. It's very very goofy. Let's let's let's
get over that. Let's get over that, please. And thank you. Okay. I will continue to say the words that I want to say. You're fine. You're fine. All right. Anyways, so where we were at? Sorry, I was on the
list. That threw me off. That threw me off. Let's see.
Avoid the the things that could actually be moving you guys forward. The the the real needle movers for right now. Some of you guys, all it literally is the only thing holding you back from making good pushes, better
hooks, like literally some of you guys' story, some creator storytelling is so [ __ ] good. Their hooks are bad. It could just be a [ __ ] hook. That's it.
That's it. More volume. You might make good videos and you like you might just be naturally good at this [ __ ] You're not posting enough.
word that I'm going to say. I think Chad is just suggesting that maybe this isn't that word. I think that's what I think that's what they're just suggesting. It could be the better storytelling. Maybe your hooks are good. Maybe you're
posting a lot. Maybe you just slacking a little bit on the storytelling. Maybe it's more clarity in positioning. For me, that 100%. For me, 100%.
That was my That's been my biggest flaw for a while. It It's the clarity. It's the attention and the direction and clarity. That's 100% my been my problem. That's completely open up. That's where I'll get I I'll say I was going like I
mean historically, if you even look gaming video, I can put together a gaming video that can get a million views. One of my best performing videos of all time. got like [ __ ] tens of millions of views across all platforms.
It was a gaming video. Multiple gaming videos get millions of views. Skits get millions of views. Tech stuff get millions of views. So, it's not that I don't understand hooks. It's not that I don't understand storytelling. It's not
something into a piece of content. Where was my flaw? Constantly all over the random, posting random [ __ ] to put together the video and not focus on the the important thing for me, the community. Like that's just my for me,
my direction, the clarity that I want to go, the future that I want to leave. telling you guys to go after this. I'm just bringing you guys in in my thought process where I'm at my career, the the the portfolio that I have, the
connections that I've made. Um I'm at the point where there's I don't I'm at the point where there's I don't need to be anything big. I just don't there's no [ __ ] point for me. I'm I I I I'm just not about it. I don't
I'm I I I I'm just not about it. I don't care. I don't care. I take I get pride. care. I don't care. I take I get pride. I feel reward when I help somebody else else figure their [ __ ] and they grow from it and they leverage it. That's
that. I'm addicted to other people doing well on behalf of sharing some information or [ __ ] Yeah. I don't know. Just creating some [ __ ] to push somebody to do [ __ ] If that means doing it smaller and being more intentional,
that's me. Clarity on positioning. That's how that relates for me. What you guys can see it on TikTok. Uh, it's the um, which one is it? It's a keyron something. B1 Max. Does that sound right? Any of the tech nerds in here?
Yeah, it's just the best feeling for me. It is, man. It is. after a couple videos or streams. I mean, you don't want that. Holy [ __ ] mean, you don't want that. Holy [ __ ] dude. Hell no. Hell no. I mean, you
guys, I'm barely like I don't get the craziest views. And you already seen to deal with that on a scale of [ __ ] times 10,000? [ __ ] no, brother. [ __ ] no.
times 10,000? [ __ ] no, brother. [ __ ] no. Hell no. I'm good, dude. I'm good. Hey, you look No, I think it's the V1 Max. Max. V1. V1 Max. Yeah, V1 Max. D4. I got a I
I got a new one coming from them. So, we'll we'll uh see how that goes. But when all your viewer are new, it's hard to know what type of hooks work.
No, it's No, it's not. Your viewers being new have nothing to do with hooks. being new have nothing to do with hooks. Hooks are just generalized storytelling.
have nothing to do with the fact of putting together a good hook. That is just storytelling 101. Does that make sense?
content to uh for a drop shipping business? [ __ ] dude. I think for drop experience in that to say that this will work. But what I will say is I think
everybody that had that sells a physical product in the space should go look at people like Meta PC and see what they're doing because the fact that that guy is blowing the [ __ ] up right now and selling gaming PCs is [ __ ] insane. I
think he's just doing such a good job. I I really think he is. Now, he goes like essentially does is he turns every vertical into like a conversation piece about the very products that he does every single [ __ ] video.
your drop shipping. I don't know if you're like the like are you the product or are you a business that uses drop shipping? aspects of things because I'm going to be getting into merch and stuff over the
next next year. Dang, I'm watching in two places right now. What's up, baby? What camera are you using? Uh, one's Tik Tok. Uh, A75. on my website. Hey, buddy. Trying uh was trying to buy
your LUTs, but do you send to address or through email delivery? The it it's an brother. Yeah, everything is installation. Everything. My v my best videos don't have hooks. The ones that perform best are the ones where I
deliver value in the first few seconds. That's your hook. That literally, guys, that's the point. That's literally your hook. That's your hook. See? You see these things regardless of here's here's the reality. That's just your hook. You
have a perceived idea of what typical hooks are. No, that's your hook. Every story comes down to this hook, story, resolution for being there. A hook isn't always a title. A hook isn't always a controversy.
Some people just dive into the meat and bones. That's your [ __ ] hook. bones. That's your [ __ ] hook. That That is literally your hook.
I have not eaten breakfast yet. I'm still fasting. Still fasting. I don't know how to promote merch the right way. Yeah, that's I'm I'm slowing that [music] uh myself. So, yeah, guys, better hooks, more volume, better
positioning. These are all things that if you would where you're slacking, you would be able to actually move the needle. [music] those are the real core things that you could BE DOING. WHAT'S UP, PAT? This
song's kind of stupid. Um, guys, here's where a lot of creators go wrong. Lot a lot of people go wrong. Okay,
weight loss, myself included. Weight loss, business, content creation. We got creators, like creatives in here, photographers, videographers. So many of photographers, videographers. So many of you guys want motion, not discipline.
discipline, guys. Motivation dies by [ __ ] day three, day four, day [ __ ] 17. It is that that is why if you anybody created a streamer and a creator blueprint to help build foundations. And
the whole thing is about discipline. That's literally any anybody that has it know you guys can attest. It's all about discipline. Period. If you say you're going to do something, you [ __ ] do it. You [ __ ] do it. Discipline
carries through the rest of the week. It's intentional. It creates the ability to not even just build in what like you're using discipline to post every day. You you don't realize that the habit of you doing something
and then just continuing to do it even when it sucks, even when it's not glor glorified, even when you have your down days, you it spills over into everything built the way the blueprints are not built for you to get a fluffy feeling
and be like, "Oh, my video is going to do well." Now, it's built so that way you are so intentional uh of every task that you do that it's all these little side quests. It's not the did this video perform well. It's did you do your post?
Did you reach out to the brands at this time? Did you assess your analytics? Did monetization set for the month, your [ __ ] merch? Whatever it is, it's intentional activity. Uh, dude, there's it's so crazy actually right now a lot
that I keep seeing is like this idea of like people explaining that anxiety is because you don't you're not doing other things. that [ __ ] hits. It's so true, dude. Of like the most anxious times in my I
have I've had in my life, I wasn't doing other things. I was just set to one set Not taking care of my health. I'm not [ __ ] taking time for me. I'm not [ __ ] trying to build anything off of this. I don't have side quests.
it's building a foundation. Cuz then what you realize like after a period of you're like, "Okay, I'm showing up. I said I'd do this thing. I'm going to do this." And then next thing you know, like the content's done. Okay, you got
start working with brands. You want to start getting brand deals. You want to start monetizing your [ __ ] you want to build your your platform up more. That discipline will carry over into the to the other aspects. It doesn't just
randomly [ __ ] happen. Like any any creator that's done [ __ ] obnoxiously well at monetizing their brand, working with brands, they're intentional on the [ __ ] The the structure and discipline that they
built in creating the very content bleeds over into the [ __ ] It it like it bleeds into the reaching out to the brands. It bleeds into the responding. brands. It bleeds into the responding. It bleeds into every aspect.
of your labor. Oh my god. Bars. Bars. Discipline is better than motivation. It It just [ __ ] is. Like, holy [ __ ] Yeah, of course, you and work out every goddamn day and I want to eat shitty [ __ ] food,
especially after years of being overweight and [ __ ] but like I can't not do something if I want to, you know what I mean? Like, I'm going to lose the I don't want I I want to do those things, but got to [ __ ] stick to it.
Got to do the shit." And then as I've been more disciplined with my content, intentional with the business side of things with me. Wow. What do you What do you know? When I want to take the day off of [ __ ] working out, I'm like,
"Bro, I'm not a [ __ ] in these areas. Why am I Why am I being a [ __ ] on here, Dave? Shut the [ __ ] up." Uh, why? There's no It's stupid. You start to push that weight, the structure, the discipline that you you put into the
other aspects. Yeah. So, guys, let's go into segment two. Let's go into segment two. I'm reading all the chats. 500 hours away from monetization. your blueprint dialed [ __ ] in for me. 10 bucks was too cheap, brother. So, Ron,
it's actually first off, Ron, did you get the updates? I I launched a whole new version. So, make sure you check your email. You get the updates. The your email. You get the updates. The prices have changed in in
um what's the word I'm looking for? Balance of the the new updates. I appreciate you, man. I'm glad it's doing well. 500 hours isn't a lot, brother. You're getting close. Dude, god, man. I miss those days. The
first time you get monetized on a [ __ ] platform for your effort and still remember to this day the first dollar I made on YouTube. For me, it was it was completely different. You actually had to get signed by agencies
first to get monetized. It was the only way. It was the only way. But dude, oh dude. Yeah, it's it's insanely rewarding. Well, that's like a lot of first dollar you make in anything is crazy. A lot of people they [ __ ] on
YouTube for the like to get into the partner program. I would argue out of cuz Tik Tok's isn't Tik Tok a little muddy. Any any anybody like really know Tik Tok? I I've just had my Tik Tok for so long. I was kind of like [ __ ] just
happened here. So I I don't know the like the you got to get into this to to Tik Tok, my account was already big enough to where I just got the [ __ ] Is there a set path on TikTok? Does anybody know?
Discipline, dedication, determination. Dude, I wish we had [ __ ] [ __ ] like that when I was in school. We just had the basics.
million. It took me years to make to have a six-figure year. But also granted comfortable cuz I lived in Ohio. My rate of living was so [ __ ] small. So small
that I was like 75 80k a year. I was content. I was happy with it. Honestly wasn't that bad in Ohio. When you're when all your bills are like [ __ ] when all your bills are like [ __ ] dude holy [ __ ] $1,300 $1,500 a month.
Mortgage was like $385 a month. Anybody in here lucky enough to still have an old mortgage from like 15 years ago? Jesus Christ. My [ __ ] our car $800. Crazy. Crazy. But yeah, you're Yeah.
Yeah. I'm very disciplined, but the restrictions uh are killing it for me. No explanations for them. What do you mean?
Shout out, man. We got lucky with the pandemic home. brand new built. So, the value skyrocketed and we got a 3 point uh 3.25%. I don't ever want to get rid of this house, but also too, I hate where we live. Anyways, let's go into
segment two, guys. Let's go into the separate segment. So, lock in Monday. I'm getting restricted even in clean streams. Oh, you're talking about streaming. Yeah. Here's the thing that
I've learned with TikTok. Everything that I said today, if I was streaming games to where the the interaction and watch time and retention was down, I here's a lesson that you're going to learn on these platforms. Platforms play
favoritism. They do. It's the reason why you get banned for saying the word [ __ ] in your stream or streaming a video game. But, there's content creators out there that literally create gun content and say whatever the [ __ ] they want.
because at a certain threshold, if you if you get viewers, the platform's going to keep pushing the people to you. They just are. So, it's it's kind of a double-edged sword. It it it I mean, I can't blame Tik Tok. So, like what I'm
playing Arc Raiders and I was saying the exact words that I'm saying today, my stream would have been shut off already. It would have been shut off already. So, it's like we and we can say that Tik Tok's kind of a [ __ ] platform. Why do
they do that? I agree 100%. But on the flip side too, when you understand when you understand that the reason they're doing that is because your content to them isn't even valuable enough in the retention. That's why they
shut you down. [sighs] It's it kind of sucks, but it also like
anything that I talked about today? Okay. So, if if censorship is out of control in this app, how are we still live? It's an honest question. It's it really is an honest question. How are we still
live right now? Do you get what I'm trying to point out? I've literally said all the things that would get you banned.
literally said all the things that would get me banned on a gaming live stream. get me banned on a gaming live stream. with low retention. So if if it is, how Tok? Watch somebody mass report me and
[ __ ] get kicked off. [laughter] But I mean, seriously, it's been two weeks now. Knock on wood, no ban, saying the exact [ __ ] I would say in a gaming stream. The gaming stream would get banned in 10 [ __ ] minutes. What's the
What is the only difference between the streams? What's the It sounds like favoritism. What's the only difference? My watch time and retention on this is completely different. Speak about politics against the liberal
politics. Obviously, I'm not a lip [ __ ] though. I can completely say these things. These are 100% within my control. Starting a new routine helped uh be more productive. I think waking up, starting
to edit, and putting your stream is the move. Oh my god. I'm a part of your routine. Oh my god. All right. Well, [ __ ] yeah. Then let's let's move into what I was just about to say. Owning the week. Here we go, guys. Here we go.
Lock in Monday. It's a week. Touch grass. I will here in a little bit. Your grass. I will here in a little bit. Your dad's meeting me out back. Uh, weekly reset formula, guys. All right. This week, one main focus.
Not seven. One main focus. slow down a little bit One main focus. slow down a little bit this week. Dead ass. This what I'm gonna one because people aren't gonna actually be like aligned with this. For the
here, for the creators that are actually serious, this is where it's this this conversation is going to get really healthy. It's Monday, start of the week. One main focus this week, guys. One, what do you and and make it intentional.
Improve your retention. Ship the ship the product. Post your Ship the ship the product. Post your shorts. Fix fix your value. Put together working with brands, but I don't understand the media kit. Okay. Your
goal this week is get together a a media kit. What are your values on all your platforms? Get this many viewer. Go through collect the data. Go use AI. For
me, it's merch. There you go. You you got to put you've been meaning to get 50 viewers. Be intentional. Okay, your goal this week is that lock in on something. Lock the [ __ ] in on one thing. Set a minimum standard. Not a
goal. Not especially not a unrealistic goal. I'm going to get so many views this week. I'm going to earn so many followers this week. A non-negotiable. Non-negotiable. Just you could you could just get the streamer and creator
blueprints. But example, day this week. Non-negotiable. Stick with it. Three pieces minimum. Five cold DMs to [ __ ] advertisers to sponsorships. Five brands you [ __ ] with.
you're going to try to test different thumbnails. You're going to do some A thumbnails. You're going to do some A and B thumbnail test.
you. Looking good. Looking young. Looking handsome. re8 to play RE9. Okay. Well, be intentional with this. Don't make it
do as a result with that? Okay. So, if you if you're going to do RE9 or Wait, gaming and you're just making a joke or you talking about as a content creator?
Logitech to sponsor my stream, even if it's for free. Get somebody else. Move There's other people in the tech space. Move on. Get somebody else. You're not tying your [ __ ] brand identity to to a company that doesn't believe in you.
Get somebody else. Move on. Or if you just you're like, "Okay, well, I only Logitech." Okay, well, take the thing. Then you clearly have Logitech items, right? You probably have Logitech stuff. Get intentional with that. Let them know
you [ __ ] exist this week, dog. [ __ ] the 108K followers. Show with your actions. Let them know you exist this week. I'll tell you what, if I wanted to let ASUS know that I exist this week or Logitech, do I have Logitech [ __ ] If I
I do. Isn't that what this is? Yeah, I Some of you guys recommended me to check this out on TikTok after I did the IM. Look, Biggie, you want some good just not as good as IM. It was nice to have some [ __ ] But I'm telling you
respond to my my [ __ ] but I'm like, I really like Logitech. I'll tell you make sure Logitech gets my attention, I'll put together a video to make sure I'll put together a video to make sure Logitech gets my attention.
social on social. What made you change your question. I actually talked about that in my building and public series. So, if you since you missed that, you could go watch that by the way. It's I
do it much more in depth. Towards mid last year, wasn't happy with what I was doing. I was completely relying on streaming again. Didn't like it. Was making good money. I just didn't like it. I didn't feel in control. So
like I asked myself, okay, what happened? What happened tomorrow if like I pissed somebody off on like in theory to what people say, let's just entertain that. I asked myself, okay, if tomorrow like I pissed off kick,
could they could they just shut me down? Could they control my [ __ ] And I was answer. Now, it's not saying that they actually would do that, but that was my answer. That that was the answer. Just period, point blank.
So that was like mid last year. I was just way too leaning on it. I was leaning way too much on that being most of my stuff. I wasn't getting my creative itch out of anything. I love creating. I I just do. Like there's
nothing It has nothing to do with content creation. Like tomorrow if I found the right company and just create content for them. If it was just the right job and right gig, I could do do that and I'd be fulfilled. I
I love videography. I like building stories with even other people. I've even been hired over the last few years. Took special product uh projects like the Power GPU documentary that I did. I didn't need to take that, but it was
I'm going to do that. So, I did it right. So, last towards midl last year, even though on paper everything's good, I'm doing well, I just wasn't fulfilled.
It just is what it is. I wasn't happy. I wanted to control everything more. I wanted my website to be back up and running. I wanted my socials across the board to be up and running. And I wanted to be more me. So, what I did is towards
to give one more game one more chance, and it's going to be a win-win. I seen Battlefield was coming. A lot of people don't know. I actually started a not only in gaming and streaming it in the early years, but also too, those
were some of my first customers, Battlefield streamers and and creators. when I was a graphic designer. So, I I like had tied roots to the Battlefield community. Battlefield's even interacted with me before. So, I was like, "Okay,
the game changer. Maybe this is just going to be a good good game. I'm going to take the last quarter of the year and I'm going to be intentional in the go hard in it. I'm going to stream it. I'm going to test it. I'm going to see
I'm going to test it. I'm going to see one more kind of time if if this is my game breakthrough." And it worked. It did well on all the socials. Uh I think did well on all the socials. Uh I think the first month we had 10 or 15 million
views across everything. Started a new Facebook. Had views doing well there. Had views doing well on Instagram. Now the only goal or the objective was with this was one if the game starts doing [ __ ] where it dictates my emotions
because that's the problem that I had in the past with Apex Legends. As those gaming channel and started creating Apex Legends content to move away from Twitch. And what I hated was Apex would come out with bad updates and it would
Battlefield starts to do that." Which they obviously did, no shock. I was like, "Okay, well, that will be red flag number one." Red flag number two is if it just if if me showing up and doing it
What's Alex? If me Yeah. No, Apex is still relevant. Nobody said it's not relevant. Don't get offended about it. I don't like the updates that they make that affect the game. It doesn't work for me.
Just me as a creator. So, I navigated. Same thing with Battlefield. you can take ownership in your own thing. So, and you and you can enjoy it. Doesn't have to be the formula for everybody. So, I became intentional in
the last quarter. I said, "We're gonna give it one last chance with the gaming idea. Maybe it just works. You just never know." Like everything that entire different if the YouTube stream started getting pushed into algorithms where
you're creating monetization and it's just fun and the game overall has a long you had a lot of people to play. It's always a potential. Guess what? It didn't work that way. So, the goal was
that last quarter, I was like, "Yep, this isn't working out. I see my red flags." Who asked this question, by the way. Uh, make sure I'm staying focused, way. Uh, make sure I'm staying focused, Jack. So, Jack, around December time or
whatnot, I was like, "Okay, coming into the new year, I know where we're going." Period. End of I always put this type of [ __ ] on on the back burner for some "Well, I could always go down this route. I could always help creators. So
I could always help brands. I could always utilize doing that and build my brand at the same time, like just make that the content itself. And for some reason, I just kind of like laid off of it for a long time. I was doing it
before the kick blow up. I was on track to have my first crazy year. I was already managing a couple YouTube channels, um, fairly big creators. Uh, I was already working with a couple brands and and pushing in a direction. Uh, and
I was doing a good job with my content to make a connection with that. And then the kickset just happened. So towards the end of the year, I was like, "All right, intentional. In 2026, I'm not a gaming streamer anymore. I'm not relying
gaming streamer anymore. I'm not relying on games. Period. End of. That's it." So on games. Period. End of. That's it." So now I will I will say, Jack, I wasn't I was not expecting to be where we are by February. I've been very intentional.
I'm I'm doing the 90-day blueprint myself because that's what I did with Battlefield. What type of camera are you using? Uh A75. Everything that you guys need to know on my website, brother with the super chat. My god. Appreciate you.
Keep bringing in that content cuz I know you like my money. You dirty boy. You filthy quack sucker. Uh enough those mofos that are too sensitive to your cousins. Love you big dog. Have a great Hey, I appreciate you. I appreciate you,
Hey, I appreciate you. I appreciate you, Shadow. So, so over the last quarter, I Shadow. So, so over the last quarter, I took the things what I figured out in 2026 that still matters cuz I did all those things when Battlefield came out.
I became intentional. I was like, "Okay, I'm going to pull every day regardless. these objectives." And we did it. We focus on it. So then coming into the new well, it's time time to switch. We're focusing on creative products." I didn't
expect the blueprints to come out till mid Q1. I kind of just sent those. I don't know why. I I just Yeah, I don't know. I full sent them. And um yeah, I
opening moment to some of you guys, even though we got some people in here that are trolls and and they probably don't like me being vulnerable. I'm I'm super appreciative of like, dude, I was not expecting this by February. I I was not
expecting this by February. I I was not I cut a lot of revenue. I cut a lot of I cut a lot of revenue. I cut a lot of revenue out to move in this direction and I was like what I and I have a runway.
runway. I got my my [ __ ] I was like underelling myself in my head. You know what I mean? Does that make sense? Which I guess we all do that as people. Yeah. So that's why that's
production, how many days worth of content have you already created and are you covered uh for this week ready to go live? Oh, like Oh, well, I don't batch. I don't batch shoot. So, like I don't just record all my videos on Sunday, but
I a lot of my shit's already planned for this week cuz I I do have a content planner that I put together. And I don't know if I don't know if I might just get I got a couple people that tell me that I should monetize it, but I think I
might seriously give it away for free on my site. I feel like there should be a to where like you just come there and it's for free. One, it will help with it's for free. One, it will help with traffic and data, which would be huge.
people that are like, "No, you got to monetize that." So, I'm trying to figure either way, you know, it's a good question because yeah, I became intentional in two different areas in the last six months, but the system in
itself was the same. That's why I was able to create the streamer and and then time. It's the same structure. It all comes down to the out for for showing comes down to the out for for showing up. It really does.
just don't want to turn everything that I do into monetization. That's why I mean, have you guys told me to [ __ ] go to Have you guys told me
one time in this [ __ ] stream, go to this platform, give me subs, give me like I don't This is kind of the intentional idea. the discipline idea that we're talking about. coming into this year with the
direction I was going to go. I had to make sure that I am not relying on streams because that was what created the the the recipe for anxiety before. I that I had to go. I'm not telling you guys to do this even though more people
people being nice to me to give me money. That's I I don't know. That's just a [ __ ] sounds like a surefire way to recipe for disaster personally. Um, so I want I wanted to have more control.
I So that's why I've kind of like taken things off and I'm I'm just trying to be more I guess performative like be more [ __ ] just I don't know just [ __ ] gets monetized and people give [ __ ] like it's [ __ ] awesome. It's great. It's
Started following you uh with your content when you were working with Jo. Insane vibes never and never not working. I appreciate you, man. Yeah. you just mentioned that when I was working with Joe and that's so that was
along that I was doing that was one of my first uh customers where I was like everything that you see now I was doing it years ago kick happened it just blew up there was a lot of [ __ ] money and I just I put all my focus in that
you fool me twice shame on me I take making a lot of money on Twitch streaming so all I did was just stream I much as possible I did the same [ __ ] Okay. But the second time that's on me.
First time got a little fooled. Second time that's on me. So I was working with Joe Ro. Joe Wo. You know what I noticed out of this? So Joe Wo now works with a guy named Sooner. Sooner was somebody that was a viewer of mine years ago.
Well, he still is here and there, but he was a mod uh for me years ago. And I took everything that I did, packaged it up,
literally doing those things for for other brands. Now, now Sooner is making a killing in this industry. Killing in this industry, managing multiple creators, now manages social content for a tattoo shop, and now is a talent agent
on top of everything. Is working with creators to bring brand deals. There's there's a clear uh um system that works and everything
that we did with the blueprints, it came down to that's the [ __ ] that I taught sooner. This is the [ __ ] that I adhered by. Yeah. So, I don't know. Um so, second. One [music] main focus, set minimum standards. Track it. Track it.
Uh well, I was going to say maybe track it publicly. I don't know, man. I kind of 50/50 on this. I do track things publicly saying like in Discord I say
like, "Hey, you're going to do these things." Um, but tracking well in the blueprint you actually get a file to where you download it, put it on your phone with sheets and you can track the [ __ ] I
think that part of your intention as a creator is super important, man. Notes, apps, whiteboards in your like checklist. this this [ __ ] right here, this [ __ ] uh booklet [ __ ] I think people that are just like,
this week." And they just leave it in their head. If you don't put that [ __ ] down and don't hold yourself accountable and some kind of like whether you're double-edged sword cuz I don't I don't want to encourage the idea of like you
making a video saying, "I'm going to do these things cuz I just I don't dude, can't that's that's a motivational push. you're you're relying on the dopamine response of other people. It's very good that you start building this structure
and and and your [ __ ] on the idea of like you're doing it for you. That's why only was talk I only told like two people the clear direction that I was wanting to go. And then same thing started the new
year. I told you guys I my first stream of the year. I did an IRL stream like this cuz it was the new year. I prepared myself over uh over Christmas and New Year's and okay, we had the new plans. Here's the video for the year. Here's
rhythm that I have that I'm working on the back end. My personal upload goals, things I want to accomplish. Um and all I said coming in the new year is I've got my goals, guys. And I know those goals and they're realistic goals.
this many subscribers. I want to get this many followers. I have goals on how this many followers. I have goals on how many uploads I want this year. And uh going pretty crazy, dude. last 30 days I seen on Instagram that I posted I did
145 pieces of content. We are locked the [ __ ] in. We are locked in. Question for you. I have sports content creator. What could I do? What could I do? Help me out more. Well, I mean that's really general general,
mean that's really general general, [music] man. It's pretty broad. Pretty broad. You use views to put your content together. Like what do you The these are things that, by the way, you could just be doing AI with.
Appreciate you, TLO. What's up, Timothy? Do you think it's better to do one platform first, like Twitch? No, no, no. I think I think multi streaming is just streaming, but I feel like I get more followers on kick than Twitch. Well,
only multi streaming to kick and Twitch, you're doing it bad. Those are both platforms with no discovery. Yeah, concurrent viewers. It's so hard. Followers don't mean [ __ ] brother. Followers don't mean [ __ ] your
congruent viewership, your your actual interaction is is the more important thing. And you're only multi streaming to two platforms that don't have presenting people to you. So, you're still stuck in this even between
got to go create content, funnel people over. You you should be 100% adding TikTok and YouTube to that. YouTube for sure in my opinion.
stream. As long as your dick is not in your hands, I think it's completely valid. I think it's completely valid. Um, so yeah, guys, track it, man. Track focus on one thing this week. It's Monday. Focus on the one thing that you
got to [ __ ] [ __ ] fix this week. Your hooks wrong, your retention, you're putting together a product. One thing. Set a minimum standard. Not a goal of like getting results for something. Like a standard of what you're going to do.
action goal, not a [ __ ] response goal. I want to get this many followers. I want to have a video blow up. What? One video a day, three pieces minimum. five brands this week. Even if they don't [ __ ] respond, you're going to
reach out. You're going to offer offer some ideas. Um, like honestly guys, if there's one thing where you guys know you're slacking, what's what chat, like what what's one of your guys' focuses this week? better
hooks, putting together story ideas, putting together a system to [ __ ] putting together a system to [ __ ] keep ideas. Okay, editing. There you go. want to What do you want to do with editing? I suck at editing videos. Okay,
at editing videos. It's Monday. What do you think is going to do better for you you think is going to do better for you by Sunday? If you're I if How are you you think sitting back being like, I suck at editing and stressing about it
you think maybe editing a video every single day is going to get you there? I What do you think would help with the schedule? You think writing things down,
h like creating some kind of day-to-day routine and get a note, go to the store, your calendars app on your phone and say, "Okay, you know what? I'm going to be intentional this week." Do you think that would help better with scheduling
hooks, thumbnails, and editing? Well, that's a lot. That's a lot. What's the one thing that you feel like you're really slacking on? I think I need uh calendar alerts. Yeah, there you go. Some people do the digital
stuff, some people do physical. My wife is a big physical. She's got a physical calendar. She, Dude, she tracks that [ __ ] to a tea. To a tea.
YouTube as tests. So, I went private with them. Afterwards, I deleted them. Does that affect my algorithm? No. No, does not. Does not. Now, I will say, just a heads up, if you do stream on YouTube and then you delete the VODs
afterwards, you don't keep them public, you lose out on all that delicious extra watch time you get towards monetization. Just heads up.
content out first. Dude, there are creators that kill it. Just doing everything on a phone. I hate to self-plug, but I just put out a new video on how to use your EDC journal daily for planning just in case you need
daily for planning just in case you need it. There you go. X is all about EDC. Yep. Yep. Yep. and he's a BDC. He's a big dick creator.
product idea, I actually need to check your [ __ ] out. Dude, X I check Dude, I These tactical pens. Oh, you can't see it. [ __ ] I forgot I don't have it. [ __ ] I forgot I don't have autofocus on today. These tactical pens.
autofocus on today. These tactical pens. This what I keep for my EDC uh notebook now. Little guy. Look at that. Look at that. Just little guy. It's a little tactical thing,
little switch. It's sick. It's sick. What company? know the answers to? Go [ __ ] yourself, buddy. Huh? I don't know. [ __ ] man. I
up. Yeah, bold action. That's what it That's what That's what it's called. It's a bolt action uh pen. It's a bolt action tact. I'll [ __ ] tell you. I'll tell you, you little [ __ ]
Does that sound right? Wait, is that is that just the phrase? Is that the brand or is that the phrase? Right in the rain.
That's the brain. Yeah, there you go. R I T E. You ever heard of them? X. I T E. You ever heard of them? X. [cough]
going to be hard to do, brother. That's going to be hard to do anytime. Like, here's the thing. I It's It's always so hard to to answer this for people, dude.
You But you got to look at the audience, man. you instead of asking is there a way to blend the two, be honest with yourself. If somebody was coming to watch you cut hair and learn from that, do you think they would also want to
watch you game? Now, we can live in fluffy land and be like, "Yeah, that I mean that there's definitely ways to tie the two, but like your average viewer, do you think they're going to want to?" It it's it's it's such a subjective
question cuz like it's like saying like uh obviously people that like watching getting haircuts or or getting haircuts there's statistically of course some of them are gamers or vice versa but like I
think creators try too hard to say okay I'm into two different things how do I how do I like play games while I cut hair to bring in both audience. I think the key point is you should you should share the passion that you're into and
you should let like people know that you're a gamer in your [ __ ] like while being a barber. I mean it's right now I'm not playing the game while I'm live. You see my gaming setup here. I have gaming tech the conversations but I
don't actually put out the gaming [ __ ] anymore. So, it's always a way to where you could [ __ ] utilize the bar being a barber, [ __ ] gaming as a nice little streaming thing to where you just hang
out and talk to the [ __ ] But also two, what you'll learn, rez, too. What you'll learn is, say, let's say you you you tried that. Let's say you're doing the Barber content. You're growing in it. It's doing well, and
introduce the gaming side to shit." And then you start gaming on stream, and that's like your way to show that you're a gamer. And then next thing you know, your chat is so interactive and conversing to you about the barber [ __ ]
about the barberh shop stuff, you being a barber, that it's pulling away from your gaming stuff. And what what you'll learn in those moments is like you don't content, brother. Not guys, not everything that you're into has to be
the content. Like you can just have that for yourself. And gaming, I think, is the most overused one example in that. Like so many people just correlate the idea of like content creator gamer because of
streaming and everything, but like you you could just be a really good barber creator that like people know you're into gaming through conversations. Like There's [ __ ] idea to make the connection. But like you don't actually
connection. But like you don't actually have to turn gaming in you don't have to turn the gaming into content. You could just also let that be you time. You let of turning everything that your every
hobby of yours into trying to throw it into your brand is just it's tough. into your brand is just it's tough. It's tough, man. going live, I immediately go to gaming content. Yeah. I mean, it's natural.
content. Yeah. I mean, it's natural. It's It's definitely a thing for sure. question. Are there [ __ ] Okay, here. Let me ask you a question, Rez.
I have two two routes. I have contracts ready for you. I have contracts ready for you. Contract A, dude. Success like you couldn't imagine. Viewership, brand deals, you create
Viewership, brand deals, you create products in the barbershop space. Success like you couldn't imagine. Multiple six figures a year. Boom. It's yours. Not only just from you doing the the cutting like you get a lucrative uh
clientele, you're hustling in the cutting itself, but your brand's doing so good. Crazy lifechanging future changing money. You you build a real brand, real brand. Come up with your own products,
everything. Sky's the [ __ ] limit. Or option B, you can do well, but you're splitting your time, your energy, your resource, and your brand into gaming and barbershop. But you you do okay. Like
you find a way to do okay. If I had these on a plate for you right now, what these on a plate for you right now, what would you take take if the contracts were there? Here's the contract. For next amount of years,
thousands of dollars. You're going to scale. You're going to grow. You're barbers use. Cuz like there's nothing really stopping you from doing that if I get caught up in like barber [ __ ] videos. Who's the popular guy that's
[ __ ] giving haircuts away on the street for free? He's probably into gaming, but do you guys watch him [ __ ] game? Vic. Vic. There you go. Yeah, Vic. You all limit. There's nothing stopping you from growing something huge like that, Res.
There's nothing nothing making those connections. And what's cool is like full turnaround, he's probably super connected to some gamers and [ __ ] So, while he loves the gaming side and maybe that's not a large part of his success,
industry. Case in point, I grew up wanting to play uh I grew up playing guitar. Grew up playing guitar. Yeah, yeah, he's probably into gaming. Absolutely. I grew But does his content lean into gaming?
No. It's it it is clearly like you see the clear direction that he goes and it, right? May maybe he does like turn down sometimes and just hangs out with the the chat for sure. But like case in
point, I grew up playing guitar. Like my first life goal was I was going to be a musician. I was going to [ __ ] be in bands and travel and like that. Like you couldn't tell me otherwise, dog. You couldn't tell me otherwise.
design route because I would design all my [ __ ] for like all our all of our bands, all of our TE's and [ __ ] Yeah, De's in here. He knows the exact route When I was in high school, I was like, "Dude, I'm going to travel the world.
[ __ ] y'all. I'm I'm going to be a musician for sure. For sure." And what's crazy is the area that we come from, we had friends that got signed. So, we if you guys are into metal music, we come from the area where Miss Mayi, Hawthorne
Heights, Devil Wars, Prada, um, uh, dude, Dee, oh my god, I just seen that they're back on Crimson Armada. Couple other bands. Dee Dee actually, uh, Captain S in chat actually still plays. Me and him grew up playing guitar
together. We were in bands together. He still plays and he subs out the plot. And you, he he subs out, uh, for, you still do this, right? He goes on tour for bands that like need a guitarist. every now and then. So like that was my
first dream and see like in the early years seeing these people make it. I felt like I was doing everything wrong cuz I wasn't making it in that like that is a clear part of my life. You following me Rez? Right. Building up
this. I'll get to the point. Clear part of my life. Fast forward. Fast forward anymore. I'm still obviously into the the culture and the music and the culture and the music and everything. Bro, I got [ __ ]
like even these last couple months, these last six months, wages war members following me, volumes members following me. The Miss May guys always like Levi suggestions in this? I love your [ __ ] Jared just reached out the other day.
Uh, [ __ ] all that remains. Phil [ __ ] follows me on on [ __ ] It's weird how I grew up and I'm like, I want to be connected to this industry. so [ __ ] hardcore. And at first I was like, "Okay, I didn't make it cuz
obviously I'm not playing guitar in it and shit." And then ne and then full and shit." And then ne and then full [ __ ] circle I I still somehow align in a path where I get to [ __ ] with these [ __ ]
Isn't that crazy? Isn't that crazy? So Rez, when I ask you this [ __ ] and and it's clearly evident that you're into the [ __ ] Yeah. Attack attack, too. It's clearly evident that you're into the [ __ ] as well. Like look, look at a fast
out, if you could be successful in what you do and harness the relationships and into, would it still be worth it for you? Would it still be would it would you be unhappy if like instead of you being
able to be a big gaming creator, you were able to [ __ ] cut one of your famous fa favorite gaming creators hair on stream. Would you be happy with that? That was a piece of content for you? You know what I mean? I feel like you would,
especially if you're actually into it. I feel like you would. don't I don't think I don't think you stress about putting gaming into your
vision on your craft. I don't think your craft is gaming. I think gaming is your release. I think it's a connection. It's a pillar to who you are as a person. I'm not I'm not a gun content creator. I'm not a [ __ ] cigar connoisseur.
I love talking content. But if you don't think that I I go out and shoot some guns and smoke a [ __ ] stogy, you're you're sadly mistaken. So does that mean at some point in time that I Okay, does that mean at some point I can't tie that
content in that, but what why can't I come out with a a [ __ ] gun holster drop? drop? Why can't I come out with a
Why can't I come out with a cigar drop? Is this AI? Yes, it is. Aren't you talking profits over having fun streaming now? Shouldn't streamers stream for fun? What if that is fun for him? What if him streaming cutting hair
him? What if him streaming cutting hair is actually fun? real? 99% of people don't get into streaming for fun. They say it, but
there's always an end objective. I I I'm sorry. I hate I hate the copout from people are going to disagree and you're going to [ __ ] this is the out of out of pocket clip [ __ ] Most people lie to themselves. You say
you're doing it for fun, but there's an endgame. There's an end game. There's always an endgame cuz at the end of the day, whether you want to [ __ ] say it conversation as a human being, most
human beings are selfish. They want the best for them. jobs and they just stream on the side for fun? Yeah. Those people typically They're not worried about You're not watching a how to grow as a content

If you just stream on the side and have fun, you like your job, you like your you. I I say the story all the time. People can vouch in here. I say the story all the time. I think you're in the best situation. The best situation.
You live in a day and age where you can actually have a good paying job, stream monetize off of it. That's a [ __ ] win-win. If you truly only want to do it for fun, truly only want to do it for fun.
You just do what you love on the side. You just multiream. hang out. But let's be real, the average person actually wants a result. The average scale. They want to learn how to monetize. They want to get bigger. And
they want to leave their job. It's very rare, and Jack can contest to this. It's very rare you see [ __ ] come in here and say, "I love my job, and I just feel it's always, I hate my job. I want to do the other thing." Then we have to
to do the other thing." Then we have to go back to the resort of What the [ __ ] me. I forgot we had recycling out front. Jesus Christ. But what if you're
terrible at streaming though? Then you're bad at streaming. That's might not might not be your thing. Advice for guy making art drawing for years. Want to do it more? ADHD kicks in and I can't do it. You can't draw or you can't do it
on stream. Yeah, it's trash day. Sorry. scared the [ __ ] out of me. I completely scared the [ __ ] out of me. I completely forgot. Holy [ __ ] sell my recliner today in my job and use content creation as a

I'm really proud of that. By the way, I could have halfassed that and sold like sold it for just hella cheap. Just dumped it. And I was like, I'm I want dumped it. And I was like, I'm I want this to be helpful cuz like one problem
original LUTs, is like some people didn't understand how to incorporate a L into [ __ ] And so what I did was I I tried to be So there's a there's a readme page and then there's an installation page which I custom

what you get. Somebody said on my comments, they said, "Damn, your pale ass just got tanner overnight or something like you [ __ ] [ __ ] you. I'm not that pale. I'm not that pale."
I'm not that pale. I'm not that pale." It's called the one. good one, brother. Have a good one. For anyone wanting to know, Adam Vertical use for OBS for multi streaming. For
Adam Stream suite for OBS, I do not recommend Adam Stream suite. Do not do the stream suite. Just only do the plugins. Only do the plugins. The stream suite sucks, dude. The stream suite sucks. Okay, so before we kind of free
flow, let's stay on uh uh on um you know, generalizing the tap topic. Get get started in the week, guys. At the end of the day, here's here's the lot of creators. You don't need a new camera to be a better creator. I don't
know how many [ __ ] videos I I I got to make on this. I I don't know how many. You You don't need another course on what video you should make. You don't need the algorithm to bless
you. You're just playing a lottery ticket and just hope that something pops off tomorrow with no [ __ ] thought process into it and then it just changes your life. It doesn't work like that. What you need is standards.
You need to you need to be intentional on the week. It's Monday. You got seven [ __ ] days to lock in the [ __ ] brother. You got seven days. You know where you're slacking on something. You're the scroll, doom scrolling, the
you suck at editing, but you're not editing more videos. All we all know where we're slacking. My fat ass has got to stay locked in to the uh to the eating healthy this week and working out cuz I got goals this
year on that [ __ ] I got goals. Own your [ __ ] Monday. you're back into the week. Look at it as a start to take a whole [ __ ] week to
a start to take a whole [ __ ] week to do something for you. can kind of free flow. So, the legacy creator pack is all my
old LUTs bundled into one that I've used all over the years prior, like years ago. The new one is the signature pack. That's where the one is. Lost 33 pounds in three months on the carnivore diet. Here's to weight loss. My guy, man. Good
could get some followers? Just join and want to start streaming on TikTok. Don't worry about followers. Followers don't really mean dog [ __ ] brother. Followers will come and go. They're they're kind of dead matric metrics anyways. Yeah.
When you go live, when you go live, think on the idea that somebody is going to be coming along and scrolling past. How do you make the time that they give you enjoyable? Are you going to get trolls, too? Going to have

Tok stream looks good, which I guess granted right now, actually, in my looks like [ __ ] because it's being downscaled to 720, but it's still it's downscaled to 720, but it's still it's crazy the difference. It's [ __ ] crazy
to have some fun today. That's another reason why I'm going down the path that earlier that asked earlier about the isn't some of this supposed to be fun. extent. For sure. Absolutely. Absolutely. This is my fun teching
checking out tech, checking out [ __ ] cameras and gear and [ __ ] Like that's the fun portion that I get to have. [clears throat] I I enjoy this process. I enjoy being able to pop in a new lens and [ __ ] around with it. I love that
[ __ ] Hold on, [snorts] dude. We came ac We We interacted with a [ __ ] realer the other day and she has been non-stop. Is this a movie? But isn't this crazy? I love this lens so much. I wish I could
find out way more ways to use them. It's just it's a creative lens. You know what I mean? Do you need a Tik Tok stream code for ADOM? Uh so I don't stream through ADOM uh from or to Tik Tok through Adom. I do a
virtual camera out to Tik Tok studio and that's how I stream to Tik Tok. Wesla. And you guys, people are confused about this. You have the new ones. If
they were at $10, it doesn't matter. The new ones are in your email. The new ones are in your email. I do have a candle are in your email. I do have a candle burning.

getting like a look that you want to go get." Like, okay, what you see on TikTok right now, is this a $3,000 camera? Sure. Isn't it an expensive lens lens? Sure. Isn't it an expensive lens lens? Sure. Guys, I have it in USBC mode. So,
for those that don't understand what that means, this is a dalled down that means, this is a dalled down version. This is as basic as a mode as you can get on this camera. it. You are not getting the full sensor readout.
potential quality out of this. It's confined. What you see on TikTok, you can get the same look with a $300 lens and a $500 camera. You don't need a $4,000 setup. You don't. You can get the look with
that. So, the problem in this space, in the world where like people are like want to know, is is people want to [ __ ] people want to be respected so more problems. If you guys go look at some of my videos on where I talk about
like a camera or lighting, you'll see exactly what I mean. It's these [ __ ] creator snobs, these like photographers and videographers that they they want to try to over complicate things. YOU'RE
spe spe spe spe spe spe spe spe spe spe spe spe spe spe spe spe specific Io, uh uh native ISO on this camera, full frame, fullframe readout, crop sensor. Bro, dog, these are social media apps. These are social media apps. You don't
need half that [ __ ] Another boring stream about nothing and another crybaby [ __ ] coming to [ __ ] So interesting. Weird how that works. Weird how that And he and he said again, which means he's been in here before, which means
the just still comes and consumes it anyways. I mean, brother, what a what a consuming something you don't enjoy time and time again. That's [ __ ] weird. Oh, that's weird [ __ ] man. That's weird energy. How was TK? It was
good people. Bad timing. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. Yep. That's first one. ZV line. It's a point and shoot camera. Yeah, I've heard good things about that. How much is that camera?
like I I even asked you. You said, "I just investment in my opinion." What? I don't know what you're talking about. I don't I don't know what you're talking about.
about. [snorts] content talk, man. So, you can give just general advice that makes it easier for everybody. Of course, brother got to do what uh what a brother's got to do, make
a living. But I don't believe in a 25. Okay, let's actually talk about that. No disrespect to you, Biggie. Of course, brothers got to do what brothers got to do to make a living. But I don't believe in a $25 price tag or let alone any
price tag for YouTube growth guide. So, it's okay. So, I just Let's back it up a bit. It's not a YouTube growth guide. Uh, anybody that's got the blueprint in here can contest. Okay, that's that's number one. It's not a YouTube growth
guide. It actually even says in there a a basic there's a list in the description on who it's for and not for. So, the reason why for you it's not worth it for you is you you said no disrespect to me. So, I
I'll I'll throw it back to you. Yeah, I'm I'm great. Uh, I'll throw it back to why you don't find value in that is because the things that are actual valuable in that blueprint, you're not willing to do those things.
It's no, you're f you're fine. You currently right now have not done those things. You don't see the value in it. And that's fine. You're And this is why I say don't buy that. If you're at this point in your journey, don't buy it. I
tell people all the time, if you are in a place to not buy the [ __ ] don't buy buy it. It's not for you right now because you don't get like the bigger picture. Does that make sense? Don't buy it. It's not worth it for you.
Don't buy it. It's not worth it for you. If $25 is too much for building a system and understanding your [ __ ] it's not worth it for you. It is too much for you right now. You You need to get to that gap. You need to get to that point to
sense? If you aren't willing to invest $25 to improve your workflow as a right? And there's nothing wrong with that.
a dream since I was 9 years old and I'm 27. Wait, what content was around when you were 9 years old?
9 years old. What? Where you were dreaming? Was it YouTube? Well, yeah. I guess YouTube has been around for what? 20 Oh, [ __ ] YouTube has been around for 21 years now, isn't it? Legally old enough to drink. Legally old enough to
drink. 25 is nothing. I have thousands of dollars in subscriptions per year. I mean, it it it is kind of in that. Uh, so the re comment. So, the the biggest thing that most people find the value it's it's the system that is being put
in place. It's the accountability system. But this is why I tell people accountable anyways without the blueprint. Where where the the real value it is in it is like me actually creating the the template to be able to
hold yourself accountable. So like buying it, downloading it, and having the app on your actual phone to be able to hold yourself accountable. That's the real value. The original was like $10 and it was just more informative. And
then what I did is I restructured it to be more educational across the board. And it's a a checklist. Yeah, it's a it's everything. It's a blueprint book. It's a readme. It's a in the read me, it is explaining the
nuances with different things, clipping systems, how like OBS and [ __ ] like that. And you get a Google Sheets download of actually being able not it download of actually being able not it doesn't come with an app itself. It's a
Google Sheets download. So, you download the file, you make sure you have Google Sheets installed on your phone, which is what I use to organize everything. So, like my weight loss planner is in here, my weekly planner is in here, my weekly
and monthly. So, like that's my day today. And then the you get on there. Okay. Did you do your daily this? Did you do your daily that?
Okay. Now, you focus on the weekly. Did you do your weekly this? Did you do your you do your weekly this? Did you do your weekly that? Still going around into my 40s. [ __ ] it. Yeah, dude. Oh my god, man. The average
Yeah, dude. Oh my god, man. The average like, dude, like, dude, as I'm rounding up into my 40s, dude, social media is like such a It's such a [ __ ] Oh, dude. It's such a funny
world. Like, we like discriminate age, dude. Isn't it crazy? Isn't it crazy how we do that? Bro says he don't sound like Peanut. Bro, I don't sound anything like Peanut. If you just listen to his stream, go listen to a video of him
while I'm talking. I'm 52, been full-time for almost 6 years. Hell yeah. Look at Title Grand. Yeah, age doesn't matter. Age only matters to people that are insecure. Like dude, like the amount of the amount
of tech products that somebody young consumes and social media, the these are all built by people in their 30s and 40s. The things that everybody finds fun career out of or I'm going to do this. Like, dog, everything that you do is
built by people that are in their 30s and 40s, man. mine is on my website. It's on my website, biggie.co.
this in a recent video and in a recent vertical. I I think inherently the the big problem is some of you guys really overcomplicate the idea of what what it means to be a content creator. You try to replicate the feeling that you you
gave you a feeling and there's something about that to where it was an escape for you. that person provided content whether it was like your vloggers, your your streamers, your Tim the Tapmans, your [ __ ] uh on every your Ice
Poseidons like your Aiden Rosses even like it it doesn't matter something about those people showing up and doing something on camera took time out of shitty day and and maybe they made it feel better or maybe you seen some rage
bait [ __ ] you know, barina, another example. There's something about them just showing what they're doing that it it like it makes you feel good about your day. And a lot of people will look at that and be like, I want to do this
for other people. And so they over complicate what that means. And this is where like the most common thing streaming. The most common thing is streaming. Most common connection. I know some of you guys can relate in
here. You discovered streaming because you watched a gaming streamer. On average, that's pretty pretty likely, right? So, in your world, you're like, I streamer, I got to be a gaming streamer. And what I always find interesting about
is a tool just to connect with people. The whole point of content creation is into, you're putting it together in a format to share it to the world. That's that's all it actually is. You're taking an interest and hobby and you're putting
it out there. That's really what it is. That's really what you're doing. throughout the years how many people would be like, "Okay, I have to be a g a Call of Duty gaming content creator." But then they don't even really [ __ ]
think that's what they have to do. And then I asked them, "Well, what do you do Call of Duty?" And they're like, "Actually, I really love this. Whenever I'm stressed about stream or or clocked
out of work on Saturdays, I'll actually play this." I'm like, "Okay, well that's communicating with a potential audience of what you're actually into. You're doing something because you think it's the recipe you have to follow. Case in
point, case in point of this is guys like I am Rob or King Wolves. Like we started. We watched content creators that played Call of Duty. We tried to
replicate those systems. We made Call of Duty content and it wasn't just as fulfilling. And that's because guys like I am Rob on his downtime from playing Call of Duty, he would actually play story mode games. What did I Rob do? He
started doing content around story mode games because his real passion was in there. And now he's bigger than he ever was. Dude is killing it. Killing it.
[snorts] to help others with theirs. I think $25 you, man. >> [clears throat] things hard. Yeah, it does. [music] It does because then you you're you're
really uh you really take criticism and in an online world, you can't figure out the difference between constructive criticism, people just being [ __ ] a goat? I don't know, man. I don't know what you do.
the biggest streamer in the world would be a guy V tubing as a peanut, pubing as a peanut. You'd say, "Yeah, you're smoking rocks."
everything hard. You're just a human being, man. Don't stress it. Stop being, man. Don't stress it. Stop beating yourself up. Uh, as a small ass COD creator, there's never been a worse time to make COD
content. Trust me. Yeah. And I mean, it's kind of double-edged sword. Some of y'all [ __ ] just love Call of Duty. you're just back to square [music] one. WHOA.
brother. How would I know when it's a good time to reach out to brands? I feel like I'm not big enough, but I don't know what big enough would be for some brands. Brands will invest in people where there's value to be found.
story a 100,000 [ __ ] times. I'm going to have to tell it all the time. It's a very inspirational story. My first brand deal, I was getting 200 views of YouTube [ __ ] This is why. Come on now, guys. Let's cook for a quick second.
that comment and are like, "Only this many viewers? You shouldn't be giving advice." My first brand deal was 20 [ __ ] grand when I was averaging 200 views a video on YouTube before [ __ ] Tik Tok blow up before
[ __ ] all that [ __ ] And I and I pretty upfront and I as I well I discredited myself. I said, "You guys know I don't get that many views, to provide the value for you in terms of views. This is the big life lesson here.
They're like, "We're not buying your your audience in this. We're buying your content. We're buying the value that you provide in your content." Their words, not mine. They said, "You do a great job." When somebody
when somebody is interested in something and you use a a real product for your workflow, you are very passionate on how you tell it. And I am. I think it's so [ __ ] crazy that we live in a day and age where you can buy buy products
podcast. You can be your own [ __ ] videographer, photographer. We are in complete control now. There's no pigeon holding. There's no [ __ ] gatekeeping anymore. It's It's all on us. It's all on us. And I I just think there's
something so [ __ ] cool about that. I always said I I always said I didn't know what it was, but there was something about picking up a camera all the [ __ ] time and learning how to create with it.
Ohio to [ __ ] nobody. Nobody watched the videos and [ __ ] You know what happened? I got good at telling stories and I got good with the camera. The value they were buying was not in the idea where you guys just immediately
we want to buy your audience. Sometimes brands buy your message. my page. They were buying it for putting it on their page, guys.
They wanted to upload the content that I made to their socials and their channel channels. There's multiple ways, multiple ways that you can provide value to a brand. Sure, you can have a following. Yeah, they buy the
personality and the skill. Sure, you can have a following and they're buying your views and there's like a trust thing for sure. But brands will do more than that. Can you provide value to them in other ways? Can you utilize their service,
their product in a way to where it's it's a incorporated into how you help other people. If you guys don't think that brands are aren't going to take advantage of the new direction I'm going, you're so so
going to see, whoa, he's resonating with content creators more. This is the direction he's going. May not be huge, but what's the big thing that I'm leaning on right now? Trust. Trust
you. you trust me now that I'm like this is a really good keyboard because I made a video on it without a brand deal cuz I'm like for creators this is a crazy different devices you get the [ __ ] switches I'm just like this is a cool
[ __ ] piece of product that I use as a content creator that's trust and know doing this [ __ ] other brands are going to see some of these videos brands are light and they're going to be like hey we have a huge opportunity here we're an
affordable light company instead of like we're not paying for his audience what we can do is we can be the middleman of a market that's not really middleman of a market that's not really being tapped in.
manipulated you into No, I'm just kidding. But you get the the point being is like when you ask like how how do you how can you tell you're if you're big enough, it doesn't necessarily come down to size. What value can you provide to a
to size. What value can you provide to a brand? Can you provide value? value, I think you're you're ready to reach out to anybody you want. Also, too, like, okay, you reach out to some [ __ ] and they say no. It's like
the person earlier that said, I have 100,000 followers and Logitech won't 100,000 followers and Logitech won't [ __ ] with me. Okay, dude. What are you video together to get their attention? Not through your followers, through your
work, through your actions. What are you what are you going to get Logitech, which you shouldn't do. You shouldn't just tie yourself to a brand that immediately. But some people do, man. Some people do. Look at Jay-Hawk,
products, whether you like it or not. And he believes in the company. He believes in the product and like he makes it a lot of his identity. So, he did years of creating Apple product [ __ ] because he's passionate about Apple
products. And year after year, Apple didn't [ __ ] reach out to him. Apple even came to Chicago at one point. Didn't even hit him up. And he was he hit him up. Guess what happened last year? Finally. Guess what happened?
Apple reached out to him. Finally got to do an activation with Apple. They flew him out to California. He was part of this big group and he He was part of this big group and he connected a different dot in that too.
I want uh I only want early review copies of my games. I don't even want copies of my games. I don't even want money at this point until I make more salary money is not an issue. Give me early review copies of games. Oh, I see
you you don't even care about the brand deals. You just want like you want the creator connection. Yeah. Not [ __ ] Peanut guys. [snorts] Do you think a visually appealing
backdrop is needed? I mean, that's super debatable, right? I do it because it's part of like my character. Like it's it's I I like the creative. Like I don't put this together on the idea like dead ass. I the first Tik Tok stream that I
did and even this like what I got going on on uh kick Twitch and YouTube today. I didn't put it together today on the idea that it's going to generate a thous tens to thousands of views today. It's not like a hook to like oh well me
creating this backdrop is going to make the video do well. I did it for my nerdiness [ __ ] Like I love the creator aspect. I I think it's cool that I got these these products where I can make it look like a [ __ ] movie type [ __ ] You
mean it's going to I mean it might elicit a good response like a oh wow this looks really good. This looks really good. Cool. But like how guys, how many times today have you guys seen people on these chats whether you're
says, "OH, THIS LOOKS SICK." And then they just move on. And then they just move on. Larry, it's doing 720p today because I have a anamorphic lens. So, this is a uh like a cinematography lens, if you would. This
is like what they use in movies like John Wick and whatnot. It's it's what creates uh the uh So, it does does this. I'll show you this. This is how you I'll show you this. This is how you create these.
because they don't see this, but you guys are going to love this. Ah, you guys are going to love this. So, this is how in movies they get this look. it right now because of the You guys see the lens flare like flaring across the
screen. If I didn't have my um my whatch on uh my uh promist on it, you'd see it'd be like much more intense. You see that that flare coming across? You ever
flares? It's it's it's because the image is being warped.
some reason it this is this where I'm going to lose people because they don't love this [ __ ] So for some reason So the technical aspect ratio of this is 256, not 19 or uh 19 by6.
as aspect ratio or 169. Sorry, brain fart there. So, or 169. Sorry, brain fart there. So, it's 256. So, it's a 1920 width by a 750 height. And I think what's happening is on YouTube because it's a 750 height.
It's automatically reading it as a 720p out. So, it's automatically downscaling it to 720p. It sucks, man. You guys are missing I I posted a screenshot on my Discord. the the [ __ ] you guys don't even see anywhere remotely close to the
quality that it could be. Kind of sucks. I just F I JUST WANTED TO HAVE SOME fun today, man. I don't care if it helps the [ __ ] views or not. Yeah, it's it's [ __ ] views or not. Yeah, it's it's all it's all at 7 uh 740p 720p. It's
It's all locked in there. But that's why I think some people are saying that it does on YouTube, which is crazy. But well, I mean, makes sense. YouTube's automatically shrinking the resolution down. It's not reading it as a 1920.
down. It's not reading it as a 1920. [snorts] No, I got I got two cameras set up right now. Two cameras set up.
guys. I even sure it'll get people asking more in chat, which will help with chat engagement, but people aren't going to just stick to the question of does the backdrop help. Do you think like imagine the ignorance of just
thinking that your the viewer is so stupid that they're like a [ __ ] fly to a light I'm just gonna sit here don't even care about the like people will make a comment they'll say what is this and they'll move on and it's that's fine
interaction we like that ZV2 ZV2 wait did they come out with Wait
I thought isn't the ZV1 the A7S3 sensor in the compact body.
Did they come out with a ZV2? I just spit everywhere.
Sorry. Yeah. Okay, that makes sense. That makes sense. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. There's no There's no Mark I. Gotcha. Gotcha. Gotcha. That makes more sense. Uh, which one is the ZV? Is that the crop sensor with the
interchangeable lens? Yeah, that's a as Yeah, that's a good camera, man. That's a good camera. That's a good camera. See, what I'm saying is you could take that camera that's a thou $1,000 it
looks like it's going for. You could get a Sigma lens for a few hundred and you a Sigma lens for a few hundred and you could get the look that I got with that. You could you could get the look that I got just
from that. Yeah. Yeah. No matter. I think it'd be great, man. I think it'd be great, [screaming] my guy. You know how you always talk about your ride or die crew? I think I
can consider myself uh among the 1% since I'm always watching fully your streams and vids. I appreciate that, man. Thank you, dude. Thank you. Thank you, dude. Make that means a lot. Yeah. I mean, at the end of the day,
guys, you can make videos that get traffic. Some videos can blow up. Some conversation because of uh this reaction, that reaction.
I'm not [laughter] I don't It sounds like a sales pitch, but it's just I'm just telling you the honesty. I don't care about how like I'm not trying to get thousands of of people. I'm just
I just don't care. I'm not trying to get thousands of live viewers and million views every single video. I'm not chasing that. not chasing a [ __ ] Casey Neistat run or a Roman Atwood run or [ __ ] Tim the Tapman [ __ ] I'm just
I'm just not I'm taking the years of experience that I had. experience that I had. Uh I'm trying to I'm trying to do I'm seeking my own fulfillment on the idea of giving back to other people both in
free and creating products to obviously monetize myself as a [ __ ] creator. And the end game is to build something way bigger than me at this point. That's the whole end result. Like obviously I got some goals and stuff I don't really
care to share with you guys. But for me, my endgame is okay, whatever. We have brand Big E that you guys see who I am. That's just been my nickname for years. So I'm sharing the [ __ ] that I love. End result, you will see me over the next
year or two build something bigger than me. And it will be a step in the direction to move away to where I I I don't put myself on camera. And hopefully those things become successful enough to where it creates the future of
whatever I want to do. Does that make sense? I I I'm just I've done I' I've had my time, man. I monetized off of like the entertainment aspect of it. I've had the years of like the good [ __ ] I'm I am
now in my let's build something bigger than me. Like at this point, it's irrelevant. Irrelevant, man. Illrele relevant.
happen yesterday, man. I thought yesterday's video was going to cook, going to cook. I'm like, this is interesting. I'm trying something new, seconds. I don't know if you guys watched yesterday's video on YouTube. It
is 2 minutes and 22 seconds of just pure from start to finish. Five [ __ ] things that drastically have helped me as a creator. Focusing on those five things. Five five creative workflow hacks in two minutes and 23 seconds. I
was like, "Dude, this is punchy. It's quick. It's easy. Easy to digest." I was like, "I bet it does well." Flapped, man. Flapped. Guess what? On to the [ __ ] next, dude. On to the next one. And what's ironic about I just talked
about this in Discord. See, these are the things that we talk about. I just some of the things that you put more attention into, they'll do the worst. And then some of those things you just [ __ ] wing, they'll do better. Case in
point, in this last week of uploads, I put out So I So I I've I vlog A WEEKLY SERIES. WHAT UP, LINK? WHAT'S UP, POPPY? I miss you. So I I vlog a weekly series of going down the journey that I'M DOING. I'M NOT BURNT PEANUT. I VLOG A
WEEKLY series of what I'm like this direction I'm going. It's not for verality. It's not for big people to like or whatever. It's for me and my community. It's it's just a let me bring you into a week of of this
this process. These videos don't typically do the best because it's typically do the best because it's changing a clear path and direction and just like bringing you guys behind the scenes.
Dana. It's bringing you guys behind the scenes, right? It's it's a little something for me and a little something for you. This last week, I had two videos that I put out right within a week time frame.
Video number one, I'm like, this is going to do horrible. Retention's going care. It's not going to do it's not going to be video performant. It's just going to be me sitting down raw update for the week. Here's what I learned
That's the video I posted every day for 50 days. Here's what I learned, guys. zooms, there's no pans, there's no edits, there's no overlays, there's no production value to it whatsoever. It's just me. Sit down. That [ __ ] video is
[clears throat] of the recent videos on the channel. 75% of people have stayed within the first 30 seconds. It's got an average view time of 50 55% staying in why I talk about where people don't pay attention to analytics. Those are good
analytics. Good analytics to have. If you can make a video eight minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes in frame and you could keep people like 68% or more in the first 30 seconds, you have a good hook. Your video has started
well, that's good indicator. Okay, whatever you did there, good. Very good. whatever you did there, good. Very good. Good job. If you can keep 40% retention, people staying at least 40% or more of the dariation of the video, also good
video. Your storytelling was good. You got people to stay through the hook and of the video. Now, as a video gets pushed, that goes down a little bit. are analytics that you track to say, did
out last week that I was like, this is just not going to do well. Performing videos. I was like, this is not going to do well. The video I put out yesterday, I was like, oh, this this man, this is very well put together. You you guys
will see I I put a video a vertical out version out as well, but like if you go watch that video, you'll see what I mean. It is straight in captions, transitions, overlays, text, boom, boom, boom. And this is what I was talking
about at the start of the year in a couple videos where I like the thing is the culture is shifting. People do like raw. They like relatable. In this age where everything is AI, there's just so much quote unquote saturation out there.
much quote unquote saturation out there. People are are tired of the hey [ __ ] viewer, let me dopamine rush you. And pe like I I know some of you guys are resonating with this as viewers. I guarantee over the last year
where it's slowed down. You're getting out of the Mr. Beastification [ __ ] where just taking advantage of your dopamine go. And you're starting to resonate more with creators that are just doing cuts or just raw [ __ ] raw sitdowns. This
is why you guys like Sam Solic have blown up. Dude, Sam Solic was a prime example. This guy went all in the era where everything was overedited, punchy. This dude blew up just [ __ ] recording daily vlogs of him [ __ ] lifting
daily vlogs of him [ __ ] lifting weights. Blew up. Just raw personality, just being himself. No overediting, just bringing you into his life. There's a reason for it, man. Viewers are tired of it. Creators are tired of it.
know you guys hear that all the [ __ ] time from like the the guru side of things. Authenticity. Be more authentic this year. Like nobody knows what that you start resonating with a small group of people and then that group can get
bigger in different areas. I I just think with what we do, we're capped. You when I did tutorials on graphic design and I I documented like being a graphic videographer tried to do like the videos being helpful. what happens if you get
ideas, how to get out of creator uh creator blocks, um how to build a hand cam for your [ __ ] stream, [ __ ] like that. What I learned over the years is with what I do, a lot of people, they come to find the thing that they need
and they get out. And that's fine. I can't expect somebody that wants to learn better lighting to also want to learn how to sell products or or [ __ ] like that. I can't expect it to always funnel over. You just can't. It is what
it is. People forget they can edit the video after the upload. If there's a part of the video that kills retention. Yeah. J. So my number one video on my Yeah. J. So my number one video on my channel. So at one point, let me explain
lot of [ __ ] sleep on this on YouTube studio. If you go to my YouTube channel and you look up most popular video, uh, it just hit 800,000 views. video, uh, it just hit 800,000 views. That video was already doing well.
So it's best desk for gaming setups. And I made it in 2023. Yeah, 2023. So, best for gaming setups. And it's just this whole video of how And it's just this whole video of how like best ways from budgeting all the
way to high-end how you can build a good desk for your gaming setups. Now, at the time, my older video, how to get an insane desk setup from uh for under $100 insane desk setup from uh for under $100 at IKEA, that was doing better than the
the other one. 2024 hit and I and I looked back at that video as it was doing well and the opening hook was today. I'm going to opening hook was today. I'm going to show you the best desk setups for 2023
and I was like, "Oh, the 40 the the video now that it's in the new year is kind of like flatlining. It's not doing the best anymore. It's just it kind of it it got a few hundred thousand views and it just kind of stopped.
I change I I went in I cut the intro. So it no longer was 2023 oriented. It was it no longer was 2023 oriented. It was just I can't remember the actual Here I >> So if you're new here over the years
I've tried a variety of different desk setups from your cheap affordable >> that's that's what it is now. 800 view 800,000 views now. that video popped off like it gave it like you can even see in the retent the graph it it like hit a
new life crazy hit a new life so yeah [ __ ] know that yeah you can edit this is what I do on the uh my YouTube streams so like I have my intro and everything and then I I set a a highlight mark the
stream will be done at the end and then I will clip I will start the stream what we're talking about today. So that way the stream will live in like a a way the stream will live in like a a more of a VOD sense.
that's stuck getting hit with promotional prompts? I get engagement, Wait, what do you mean? Oh, wait. Are you talking about those are you talking about those things where it's like uh ah what the [ __ ] Uh like uh like followbot
things. Is that what you're talking about? My desk is small and I'm tall so it sucks. Yeah, I just made a desk setup video talking about that. like what my preferences that I've learned in desk over the years and depth is a huge
thing. Say non-compromise. Dude, I got to take a piss. Do we shut what what to take a piss. Do we shut what what time? What time we got here? Do I go? the bathroom real quick. Let me go to the bathroom. Be right back.
the bathroom. Be right back. One second, Ally. One second, guys.
All right. What What are five tips you give to a new streamer? Um >> Oh, [ __ ] man. You really put me on the spot. Uh, five tips I'd give to a new
spot. Uh, five tips I'd give to a new streamer. Uh, tip number one, god damn it, dude. [ __ ] hate these. I'm bad at these. Uh, tip number one, don't don't creator and streamer. I think that's one thing that we do wrong in this industry,
in this world. You're a content creator. Live streaming is just a form of the end of the day. This is this is my job. This is what I do. I create content. You're you're just taking in a live a live uh yeah it's a tool. You're
taking in the live format of my content. This is just the live discussion. You know, case in point in this is like we over stress the the separation between over stress the the separation between the two. Like so what would you call Joe
Rogan, right? What everybody like seriously I'm asking a question. What seriously I'm asking a question. What would you consider Joe Rogan to be? podcaster, content creator, celebrity. These like [ __ ] titles, a podcaster,
content creator, an entertainer, right? These are just titles that we're making. Has anybody thought of how crazy it is that one pivotable part to his entire career was he was a live streamer? Have you guys ever thought about that?
Have you guys ever thought about that, guys? He live streamed. Yes.
because every one of his episodes through the like the growth years, obviously he had good conversation and stuff and he was just a different direction that we were used to. He every one of his live streams or every one of
his podcasts was live streamed. you you watch them live. as a content creator, as an entrepreneur, he utilized live streams.
And and to say that they weren't a pivotable part to his [ __ ] career would be ignorant. It'd be discrediting the the tool of live streaming. It It just would be. He was still live
doing those streams. People found value in that. They knew they could go to his they're like, "Fuck, he's doing this now. He's doing it live." That's why Jamie is so [ __ ] good. You know, he specifically hired Jamie because Jaime
won some kind of like search result contest. He was so fat like some Google like how fast he could search things up and get to like an actual answer. Apparently, that's a real thing. That's why he hired Jamie. So that way in the
could switch the scenes and they could find information like that. I think we So tip number one is I think we over complicate in streaming the creator. And I think it's un it's good to understand that because when you
start creating the differences, you're like, I'm only good at streaming. I'm think you devalue that you're just a content creator in general. You know what I mean? Um so that's tip number one. You're a content creator.
Stop over complicating the titles. You are creative. You're you're a creator. Number two, um trying to think of like the level of importance. Uh stream what you would play on a Saturday by yourself
play on a Saturday by yourself like with no end result. Again, kind of what we talked about earlier. This is where people go wrong. They think streamer Call of Duty that's what they make the connection. they got to stream
Call of Duty. But like for some people, I I'd say, okay, if you had your you time in the morning where like, man, if you had a buddy where you could just thing, this hobby of yours, like what would you do on a Saturday when you're
off work when you're not worried about social media growth, what would you do for you? And they're like, I'd go work on my car. I'd go play guitar. Oh, I [ __ ] Arc Raiders, so that's where I really have fun. Okay. So, why are you
in something that you don't genuinely [ __ ] like? What are you What are you doing, man? What What are you doing? Some of you guys are not going to be gaming streamers. Some of you guys are
going to Guys, am I a gaming streamer right now? But I'm streaming. Can you hope so. I would take a call on a Saturday morning and help somebody else with their content. I do it all the time. I get in calls every [ __ ] week
with content creators and and brand like managers of brands, CEO of couple companies where we'll just talk shop, dude. I love this [ __ ] Oh, you see so and so is doing this. You see this? See this is happening here.
Good. Give me your number. Get the [ __ ] out of here. Not in a million years. But you you get what I'm saying? So So step tip number two would be, you know, do something you would do without viewers cuz then you're not so [ __ ] relying
on trying to get the viewers. Uh, [sighs and gasps] number three, audiences, not just a [ __ ] metric to to give you something for showing up.
number three. It's not owed to you. That's tip number three. It's not owed to you. Like, guys, let's be real. Sure, the doing [snorts and laughter] it's always a debate because you're you
get to the what's harder 9 to5 or streaming [ __ ] debates. I can tell you right now physically demanding my previous job was way worse than what I'm doing right now. I'm not doing anything too crazy.
Not doing anything too crazy. None of this is owed to me. None of this is owed I went live on Twitch. Why does it do anything? It's not owed to you. Got to look You got to look in inward a little bit. That's why it is important that you
follow the the first two, you know, because you're going to be Yeah. Every job has its ups and downs. Exactly. Bingo. So, once you understand that it's not owed to you, then number four would be you should you
then number four would be you should you you should focus on your audience. And once you understand that the platforms, Tik Tok, YouTube are built, the algorithms are not just these random generators to give you love. What
now? What are those things? I'm getting diamonds on Tik Tok. Those better be Trying hard peril. Thank you. Uh, god damn it. Where was where was I at on that?
these platforms with algorithms are built around this idea that you're saying, "Hey, I'd like to talk to people about this because I'm into this thing because I'm into this thing." And it's your job to title and do the the
advertising correctly to try to bring people in with that. Um, then when being an idea of like, "Oh, I got a viewer. How do I harness this?" It's You've built this connection of you're doing this thing. You're streaming this
So resonate with them, man. Talk to them about this [ __ ] It's clearly obvious about this [ __ ] It's clearly obvious that I am into this [ __ ] I'm talking to you guys about this [ __ ] Good [ __ ] Editing prior year videos is something
I've never thought of. We usually have TO REMAKE THEM. WAIT, MATT. IS that Matt? Matt, I got I I uh I got your email response.
could talk. Uh, I'll be I'll be getting hold of you after after stream. Sorry, Side Quest there. Side Quest, I remembered the name. Look forward to talking to you. I looked at a couple things. Yeah, definitely. I think you
man. I got you. I got you. But, uh, okay. So, that was tip number four, okay. So, that was tip number four, right? Tip number five,
uh, systems. Yeah, systems, systems, your routines. Um, it shouldn't be random. Tip number five for a new streamer, it shouldn't be random. Like, do do things with intent. Do things with intent. Like, have a
schedule, create balance, create a rhythm in your [ __ ] This is why the blueprints, the streamer and creator blueprint is built on this whole entire foundation.
dart board and just hoping something sticks, you're you're never intentional about something. It's just it is [clears throat] just so hard to wing it, burnout. It's the fastest way to overstress about something. Set your
day, this day, this day. Be intentional. Even if you're starting off, who gives a [ __ ] Somebody makes fun of this idea that you're like you're trying to be be. [ __ ] them, man. That's how you get successful at anything. at anything. You
live this day, this day, this day. That's the time that I give my community for this. The other time's got to be me creating content for this. The other time's got to be making sure like here's the slept on thing about foundations. I
the blueprints. I might actually update this. I I think I think it's actually crucial that everybody should be doing something weekly for them. You should, bro. This idea that you can't have the time to take care of yourself, bro. It's
biggest lie that people give. So then that way you never feel like you can do that way you never feel like you can do it. It turns out you actually can start your videos, and hey, you want to lose weight, you can also start implementing
that. I'd argue that the some of the most successful people that I've met in this industry, the times where they really [ __ ] start to to grow is when they [ __ ] start focusing on themselves. Bro, it's I I I don't know how to
explain it. It's so addicting, man. looking slim though. Hey, you notice, man? I'm I'm I'm on it, man. I'm on it right now. And like it feels so good stream's going to do today. I can't control how the videos I'm going to post
today do. I can't control a lot of things. You know what I can control? I can control like going out and being a little active. And it it's [ __ ] good. I can control my sleep. And it's [ __ ] good. Makes me feel good. Those are
small wins. Small wins. The best streamers did it their way. They did. Look at like you look at even Tim the Tatman. Well, everybody hits a grind journey for sure, but like look at Tim the Tapman. All this crazy growth,
blew up. Remember, he gained all that weight. I feel like he [ __ ] transcended when he lost all that weight and he he built a routine. You can tell he got Look at like Ninja's comeback over the last couple years. Just so
over the last couple years. Just so [ __ ] good. big and being successful that they don't even know who they are and what they like. They focus on what other people want from them, right? Also, that's
super subjective, bro. I know creators that like they're not the biggest and they're not the most successful and they kill it, dude. They [ __ ] kill it. They monetize well. They got great connections. Their communities are, bro,
I know [ __ ] dude, some streamers I know have communities of 100 to 200 [ __ ] people, which is it does seem like a lot, but they got [ __ ] more subs and more community support than [ __ ] people with thousands. Now,
[ __ ] people with thousands. Now, that's rare, right? That's rare. What growth? I have no experience in that. None. None. Obviously, if you're a product or service, boosting post might help, but I
have none of that. If you wear a mask, you'll forget to take it off. Damn. Holy you'll forget to take it off. Damn. Holy [ __ ] dude. That's kind of bars. That's kind of bars. We have our moments, but incentivizing on here uh is
my struggle right now. Wait, what do you mean? Um, the awkwardness go away? Talking to a camera. Oh, it never goes away. I wish I
better at just doing it. Like I just don't care. Like I told like I like I've things that I look at. I know this is where it always turns dark, but like number one, I'm going to get old. I'm going to die. Like it's just that's
literally guaranteed. Me and you got that in common. There's a lot of things thing that we got in common is we got lucky enough to have an opportunity to we're even luckier than a lot of other people. If we grew up in an area, a part
opportunities, we're even luckier than lucky, right? So, we got that in common. going to die someday regardless, dude. Like, you're going to die. The people people that [ __ ] hate on you are going to die. Everybody's going to die.
Like, it that is actually reality. It really [ __ ] is. It's just hard to [ __ ] really really care and not like uh not talk to y'all like, you know what happen. So, I might as well just do it while I'm here. And also too, I I I had
a kid as well. I don't care as much anymore if I embarrass myself in front of somebody cuz my kid likes me no matter what, baby. Y'all can say whatever you want. You guys, some of you all [ __ ] weird [ __ ] on the
my kid. Now, I'll just ban you in chat. And guess what? At the end of the day, my kids are going to come home happy as [ __ ] to see me. Doesn't matter what you myself, said the wrong thing on stream or [ __ ] had a bad video flop. that
what. There's kind of a power in that. You might not have that, but uh that's Um yeah, I don't know. The awkwardness never goes away. It's still always like every to this day I'm like, "Okay, you
know, here we go. Going to do got to do the thing." But it just become like the more reps you get in the more natural you get. You know what I mean? Thank you, hellbag. Right back at you. Men die, cattle die. You yourself will
also die. One thing now uh that never dies is the the fame of dead man's deeds. Oh my god. Bars. You want all followers or followers you would hang out with in person? That that right there. That's what I always say. Right
there. That's what I always say. Right on, brother. Right on. what I'd say, brother. If I can't, Dude, if I can't talk to you like you're
you're a homie. If I can't talk to you like you're a homie, I don't think you're gonna like being a viewer.
a Discord link. I have regular six viewers. Should I be making one already? if you're going to give your ID to the Discord update. I mean, I got a Discord. Yeah, I got a Discord. So, I think Discords I
I think you can easily grow a following without having a Discord. That might be a hot take. Might be a hot take, but I I think you can. I don't think Discord's that crucial. I use it to just try to be
closer. I like when I'm building, but I don't think it's that important. So, if you're stressed about it, wouldn't stress too much about it. It opens up another can of worms, too. Vicki just got the Sigma 16 1.4 and it's
gorgeous, dude. Isn't it sick? Isn't it sick? If you had a Discord for a long time, you shouldn't have a uh to load your ID. Yeah, I don't know much about it. I'm going to just end up doing it anyways. But
definitely other ways to build a community 100%. Discord as. I I I cleared out like a couple thousand people or something at
one point and it's just my place where I like I treat it like a [ __ ] Here's what I always say. Somebody will be like, "Hey Biggie, can I DM you?" And I like, "Hey Biggie, can I DM you?" And I I'll be like, "No, you can't." Like if
you can't talk to me in Discord with other people, what me what you think I personal and we don't have that kind of connection. Does that make sense? connection. Does that make sense? Discord is my DM.
boundaries for sure. I had a Discord. Oh, I already read that. What's your intake on the Sure SM7B? It's a good microphone. I with what with
my setup, this was just better for me. I have the Sure SM7B still somewhere. If [ __ ] If the thing wasn't so dirty, I'd just feel bad. Like the [ __ ] thing's got all the [ __ ] nasty [ __ ] Can you
wash those? There's There's a lot of products that I still got to [ __ ] uh inventory. It's actually on my list uh to put another thing up for sale this week to get rid of and uh got to work on
taxes, too. I'm not looking forward to that. It's uh when I get off here today that I got noted down for the day. I'm work on some taxes, get the vertical out of the way, and start uh start planning the rest of
the week out. Intention, guys. Intention. Yep. You can ch Wait, really? Uh Melo, I I don't know if you got Amazon Associates set up. If you don't mind, link your
link in Discord. Go grab that for me cuz it sounds like you know where it is. Go it sounds like you know where it is. Go grab that for me and I'll use your link. I'll use your link, brother. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, get rid of this because we'll be doing that here in a second.
already given them enough info and won't need to show IDs. Wait, really? Also, the verification stuff is access to not suitable for work content and Discord suitable for work content and Discord channels. Wait, what?
we don't all have to all have to put in our ID. It's only for people that specifically use certain channels for that.
Air compression is not a bad idea. I mean, the thing is just so nasty to me.
So, some of us might not even have to put in our ID. Oh. well, I mean, then a lot of us don't have to worry. Well, I don't have a not suitable for work section in my in my Discord. I get enough [ __ ] dickpicks
from you guys anyway, so I don't need a section where I invite that. So, [laughter] anyone mark the server as adult? Verify is marked as an adult? Here, let me I'm gonna do that. Yeah, you guys want to
get that [ __ ] you just go to my Only Fans. Let me uh let me actually text my boy Deadly. He's He's the one that actually put uh See, this is what I'm talking about. Um man, some of you guys are sleeping on Dude, you know how many
of you guys know how to optimize OBS or set up a Discord server? You guys could be selling those services. I paid somebody to set up my my Discord. Paid somebody to set up my entire Discord. Yeah. One second. Hey, is my server
marked as adult? Chat is telling me I don't have to do the ID stuff. It isn't
It isn't like this guy knows Discord in and out. Should I be outsourcing my go XLR? I've been doing this for 11 years and I've never once had a Go XLR. So,
feel like the Go XLR is that [ __ ] important to what you do that you have important to what you do that you have to stick with a product that's dead?
It's being hate baited a lot on us anything anymore. good, sir. So, I might not have to worry about it then, huh?
Moving from vertical only live to dual vertical horizontal. Any tips? Yeah, throw your throw your [ __ ] throw the number demands from your short form streams out the window. The power of streaming horizontal to
YouTube is the watch time retention is going to be so much better. You might going to be so much better. You might get a 100 viewers on your um 100 viewers get a 100 viewers on your um 100 viewers on your short form streams, but of those
people, your average watch time is super low. You might get 10 people on your a real audience. Would you rather have 10 people that would actually stay and watch and engage and build a community and and invest
into you, or would you rather have just more views? It's a bare skull. Oh [ __ ] man. Are we on the kick home page?
people coming from? What is this? What is this? internet? What's up, Poppy? Where do these people just randomly come from?
Do you deal with these bot copy pasters that come in stream and put wam in a few emotes and they themselves are live? Yes, I do every day. It's
You are still there. What the hell? It didn't just show me there now. Are you talking about like am I on the front page? So when I say front page, god damn page? So when I say front page, god damn it. When I say front page, what I mean?
God damn it, dude. [ __ ] kicks you. What I mean is the top carousel. That's where like the degenerate people come in. about we're in the just chatting section,
aren't you? Yeah. No, the recommended is the top carousel. Well, I guess is that a recommended, too? I don't know. I don't know. Anyways, I lit I specifically told him uh
yeah, but down the down the line, not in that top bar, right? Uh an area, right? that top bar, right? Uh an area, right? Not in the top bar. The carousel.
me. I I literally I specifically told Kick not to put me on there. Literally specifically told him. So, I'm going to send him respect the wide stop. Yeah, I WANTED TO HAVE some fun today, BROTHER. I JUST WANTED TO HAVE A little fun
today. I wanted to have a little fun. It's crazy. It looks better on kick and right now cuz YouTube's downscaling it. So, anyways. Yeah. Uh yeah, I don't I don't like being put on there. It's just it like so
being put on there. It's just it like so stupid. so this [ __ ] Wait, really? I didn't know that. For hell yeah, brother. That
shit's dope. I was just telling Chad earlier like I I would go I would for sure for sure work in an industry like that behind the scenes, man. I love creating, dude.
streaming. Have you considered making your own site? Like a streaming website? Hell [ __ ] no, brother. I'd work I'd work uh in the industry though.
There was a time where I was like, why I I seriously considered the idea of like instead of like, why don't you just hire me? But I'm like, eh, like if YouTube offered me a job tomorrow, I'd probably [ __ ] take it.
I I I love the industry. I think there's just I mean we haven't even begun to see the the the doom scrolling [ __ ] where it's like full full fear like it's like end of times like uh oh god you guys are sc dude I don't think you guys realize
we're not even tapped into like the potential of this industry potential of this industry not even tapped into it.
Shut up Johnny and we can watch just you and only you there. Yeah, you're talking having it on my site and just streaming there. Um there was actually a point where uh after like uh the Twitch years early on where I was trying to build
that, but I'm I'm not streaming is just a tool. It's just it really is just a tool. Uh but but I have been growing my uh email list on my website to like actually own my following.
I've definitely been doing that for sure. For sure. That's super valuable. segueed into movies, and now I stream full-time. Been following for a minute, man. Love the I mean, I see you interact, dude. Also, uh, used to do
interact, dude. Also, uh, used to do marketing for the Steelers. [ __ ] I I think it's crazy how like so many of our connections are [ __ ] tied into different areas and [ __ ] I just think it's crazy, dude. It's
crazy. I love the [ __ ] dude. I think that's what I like about about this that's what I like about about this world, dude. There we go. Sorry. Sorry. I really feel like content creation is
of thousands of dollars in capital can make decent money with their own hours can turn like they don't even have to be a content creator first. They could be a product brand first and then utilize content creation to even grow that. I
think that's like I'm I'm answering an literally somebody essentially along the lines that essentially along the lines that somebody does
backgrounds and professions in the space. I'd imagine it's a good book to have at reference. Mozy talks well he's a great example of this like he he himself is implementing live streaming as well.
My guy I honestly think you should create an agency. Not a [ __ ] chance. agency like helping tie creators to designers and videographers and editors. That's that's but not not
in terms of creators to brands. Not in terms of creators to brands. You to be I'm going to try to say this as nice as possible. As much as I I love like the side of things and the talking about the things, you have to understand
a lot of creators are lazy and a lot of creators are self-centered.
ones that you guys look up to. I was just having a conversation uh about this. So, somebody that I helped turn them into managing creators over the years. They just talked about a big gaming creator that they worked with and
with this person?" And I actually expected them to say, "Oh, really good." Because this person, their brand appears to be very well. They appear to be very to be very well. They appear to be very nice and uh and organized and on time.
And then he told he's like, "Oh, it was a disaster working with them. Everything that you see on screen is not like how he's like behind the screen. He is last minute on stuff. He's indecisive." And like that's just that is the
reality. That is the reality. On paper, it sounds nice this idea like, oh, let's just like work with a whole bunch of creators to help them build XYZ. Like, there's so many just
annoying. I I I would much rather just make a personal connection with somebody and tie them instead of publicly advertise it to where anybody can get involved. So, like that's what I was doing to an
extent before. Not even to an extent, it's exactly what I was doing. A creator "I don't feel like I don't feel like we're creating the content we should. well, you have a problem. You're paying like [ __ ] 20 people to do 20
different things. You should be budgeting one area where somebody else takes care of all that for you. That's that's what you should be doing." So, that's what we did with them. And like, so basically, it's just they're the
content creator. They have a large enough monthly budget consolidated in one area. My job at that point is I talk to the editors. I talk to the the the the uh thumbnail designers. I organize the content. Hey, so and so, we need to
think about doing this? Anything that you want to try? Hey, I want to try to do this. Okay, well, let's do that in a way that makes sense with your brand. way that makes sense with your brand. That that works. But because I can say,
okay, I built a personal relationship with you. I I know that you'll actually the right things and the and I know the things that you won't do. When you generalize it and you allow people to like come in and use a service like
that, you bring all their nasty habits in with it. And the bad thing is some successful with hundreds of thousands of followers um uh leaning a little heavily on the winging it side. And when they're winging it and they're they they create
extra anxiety in their head, they start they start developing habits where it does that with the workflow of others. Hey, I need to get this brand deal done this week. Okay, let me reach out to you. Let's get it finished. Day one, not
hours. Okay, I'll reach out to you tomorrow. Okay, yeah, tomorrow I got time. Day two comes out. Oh, hey, so and so wanted me to get on early. I had to now you just wasted two [ __ ] days out of the week. You need to get this brand
two [ __ ] days. Well, they're the creator. They have to be live. That's the justification. I had to be live. Stream is doing really well today. I just had to be live. Okay. Well, I'm not working with you. That's That's a
working with you. That's That's a problem. I'm good. That's I'm good. You don't [ __ ] show up, shut down, and organize your [ __ ] How do you expect me to do everything for you? Can't do that. Can't [ __ ] do it.
Wish I could get brand deals. Uh, way too small. Work on it, man. too small. Work on it, man. Roadcaster Duo is good.
hard. No, but it's like in the world of streaming specifically, people justify because they make revenue while they're live. The the
it just, you know, how fast it will turn into, hey, we got to get something done by Wednesday. I'm gonna go live Monday and Tuesday at 5:00 pm and I'm only gonna stream a few hours and then so like the rest of the day we'll
communicate. We'll work on stuff. Streamers justify this all the time like Instead of going live at 5, like we said, I went live at 3 cuz they got more longer that day. That's completely fine.
for a wrench. You just lost like if we could have gotten [ __ ] done from 1 to 4, you just took time away from that. Now we can't do that. So now you're putting us behind schedule. Streaming is like one of the most justified ways of So I
I I could start something where we work with some like a handful, but it can't be open invite. It' have to be like let me like what what do you do? What do we So it's like I couldn't I could never just do a public thing.
collaboration feeder on uh feature on YouTube videos. I haven't really messed personally messed with it. I think when it comes to streaming, it's going to be it comes to streaming, it's going to be kind of crazy.
much money it is. I'm not doing anything until I can give it the attention that it needs. I'm sticking with my routines and and staying with things for now. it's very easy during these times to get overly hungry and then you get focused
thing starts to slack. I'm not doing that. I learned my lessons before. Learned my lessons before. I'm staying the course right now. Stay in the course. Stay in the rhythm. And then if it gets to that point, sure. But then
I'm just at the stage now where I don't feel bad. You know, if if I don't do a and I have to put it off to the end of the week, it doesn't make me feel as threshold, you put I I'm just putting unwed pressure on my back. What the [ __ ]
was that? Basy. Wait, why? Wait, where did it just trigger that? Where did it just trigger that? Busy with the five.
You don't have to be doing that. Stop doing that. you've get that 162 subs on this channel. I appreciate it. Thank you. Thank you. Welcome. Welcome people over on the kick side. Why didn't it Why Why didn't it actually do the animation?
Yep. Big dick Beasy over here. Bey, hope the fam's doing good. Hope the fam's doing good. I used the XLR to bring the stream PC and audio and levels between the game, Discord, voice systems, things like that. Yeah, you're
talking about things that I don't [ __ ] out out my window, brother. Out my window. I'm very I'm very What what is the phrase, guys? Is it analog? I like direct connect. I don't like all the
[ __ ] software and the things and and whatnot. Dude, little man's good. Oh my god. Oh, you're Oh, okay. If you're not talking Okay. Yeah. No. Continue to your chat. Continue your chat. You're good. You're

PUNK. AH, DUDE. It's [ __ ] insane. It's so addicting. Nothing makes you realizing how fast time goes. [ __ ] dude. [ __ ] sucks. Roadcaster Duo is a great uh is the goat now. Roadcaster Duo is good. Um, [ __ ]
dude. I'm gonna be selling mine. I'm going to be selling mine if any of you guys are serious. If any of you guys want to buy one, [ __ ] sell it to you in Discord. What do they go for? What would I sell it for?
I got a Roadcaster Duo and a Roadcaster streamer X. I'll be selling both of streamer X. I'll be selling both of those. What are they brand new? Wait, what are they? Did they go up in price? There's no way.
price? There's no way. $450 [ __ ] dollars now. $450 [ __ ] dollars now. Are you kidding me? I did not pay that much for that. Road streamer X is $230.
Does it actually have RAM? Well, [ __ ] I'll sell it to one of you Well, [ __ ] I'll sell it to one of you guys for like just a few hundred. Let me know if anybody wants to save uh $150. $300 you pay for shipping, it's
yours. It's yours.
interview soon. Elgato's killing it, man. Elgato is killing it. Oh, they they did go I was going to say I did not pay no go I was going to say I did not pay no $450 for that Roadcaster Duo.
So, they sent me the original Roadcaster and then I bought I I I sold that to a buddy for like stupid cheap. Then I bought the Roadcaster Duo when I started my podcast. Failed [clears throat] that. Failed that. You know what sucks is that
podcast actually did really [ __ ] well, too. Should have just stuck with it, dude. Should have just stuck with it. I panicked. We we we the the first episode that I did on a podcast, I had Ben Jammons on,
uh Ben Jams was literally sitting in my house uh when Megan came home and told me she was pregnant. So I was like, "Uh, okay. Well, I can't turn the loft into a podcast setup because we got to do the kid." Bro, it's crazy how much you over
be a parent and like none of that [ __ ] ends up happening. Dog, that [laughter] Two, it's two years later. His bed's still in our [ __ ] room. Our our [ __ ] room is huge. We still haven't converted the [ __ ] [laughter]
Yeah. Camera and and light is uh both both on my website. Both on the website. Actually still using the road pod mic I won from your giveaway almost two to three YEARS AGO. PAT, LET'S GO. LET'S GO. OH, that's [ __ ] great.
LET'S GO. OH, that's [ __ ] great. That's great. Oh, [ __ ] man. [laughter] That's an insane super chat. [ __ ] busy with the subs and then you come on guys. You ain't got to be doing that.
Jesus [ __ ] Christ. $20 super chat. You're the reason I I moved solely from Tik Tok to YouTube. Not good. Good move. One of the one of your shorts got me off my ass to make the move. Good, man. Good. You having fun? You having fun?
only thing I didn't like about the road pod mics is they got that mesh on the top and like over time that starts to wear as like it gets dirty and you clean it the mesh starts to wear so there's no resell in the in the road pod mics I
can't I can't sell them so now I have two road pod mics sitting around you know what I really should do what I really should do [ __ ] it what I really really should do is I should move out to Texas okay I should take the roadcaster
duo okay I should take both those road mics, put a cover on them, and I should actually [ __ ] launch a successful goddamn podcast and actually stick with that's what I [ __ ] should do. That's what I [ __ ] should do. I should stop
being [ __ ] lazy and I should do that. It's just so stupid. Why am I not doing It's just so stupid. Why am I not doing it? All part of the process, guys. come later. It's not an adapter. It's just the Wave XLR. Yeah. When I feel
like Elgato is going to come out with a new mic soon, too. Well, no. That's why I stopped doing it. I I stopped drinking, brother. Can't call them a beer or three with Big E if I'm not drinking. You know what I mean?
You like that sauce? Yeah. I was like, DUDE, I'MMA BRING I'MMA BUST OUT A I'MMA bust out a little uh a little lens of mine today just for fun, man. Just for fun. Nothing crazy. I don't think this is going to stay. Um, especially cuz I
I'd have to dial dial in some different [ __ ] settings, but I was like, you know what? Four today. Four today. Yeah, I'm using OBS.
Yeah, a coffee or three with Big E. Okay. Okay. Damn, that actually might not be bad. [ __ ] sick. Move out to Texas.
Never mind. I can't tell you who's think they've actually publicly announced it yet. Never mind. Never mind. Anyways, go move out to Texas where a homiey's going to be moving.
where a homiey's going to be moving. Start a podcast with them. I've been I've been leaning into the idea of one episode a week uh just a stream like this where I bring somebody in. Wait, are you really
where you uh text me where you're moving to? I don't mean that. We're taking a road trip out to Texas this summer to look at some areas. Nothing's official yet. I don't want to
make this like an official thing, but Megan's I'm like, guys, dude. Oh my but Megan's I'm like, guys, dude. Oh my god.
you guys this. This is [ __ ] insane. This is insane. This is insane. People, some of you guys are about to [ __ ] Some of you adults in here enjoy the heat. [ __ ] Give me the heat. If it
means this, are you ready for this? Listen to this. Four bedroomedroom, two bath, 2600 square f foot,
$500,000 four bed, three bath, 2.7 acre lot four bed, three bath, 2.7 acre lot that's already fenced in
with a guest house and a like backyard oasis Uh, looking around Austin, Austin, Waco area.
I've couple places. San Antonio, too. Now, I get it, guys. Some people are these areas, you got to understand you're in the middle of nowhere." Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So, like my goal, guys, if we were
to move to Texas, north of Austin, that's that's it. That's literally the point. So, if we move to Texas, it is a Megan's not working and we're gonna get chickens,
maybe a cow or something and like my family is going to like live on the land
[ __ ] Like, yeah. Do you guys realize how expensive what I just mentioned would be in like even Ohio? Even Ohio, it's absurdly. I can't I couldn't believe when I seen the
prices in Texas. It was insane. It was insane. It's crazy, isn't it? Is here in Charlotte. Oh my god. Oh my god. a four
bed, three bath with like a [ __ ] less than a quarter acre lot, dude. Yeah, you're paying five 600,000 just for that. You guys also have to understand like for everybody that's like you'd be the
furthest drive away from this guys, I grew up in the Midwest, grew up in the Midwest, 30 years of my life, the like where I'm from, you didn't have you don't have coffee shops in your town.
that I grew up in. If you want to get fast food, you got to drive 20 to 30 fast food, you got to drive 20 to 30 minutes away to get fast food. It's not the cheapest though because farmland, Midwest is not the cheapest.
That's the thing that screws you in Midwest. Like where I'm from, it's like Midwest. Like where I'm from, it's like Farmville, bro. Like 20 $30,000 an acre. It's insane. Even down here in in in North and South Carolina, you can get
like 10 $15,000 an acre. And out in Texas, apparently it's a completely different [ __ ] world. It's because the land's not as valuable. But yeah, of living is hella cheap, but land is just so expensive.
So expensive. Big Macon, you know? I fake it. I [ __ ] hate you guys. Yeah. 20, 30 minutes drive from the nearest thing. Yeah. Yeah. Yep. It will always be
around. It is. It is. Yeah. You're paying for the land. The housing is home there is actually pretty cheap, man. West Michigan. Oh, dude. That place man. West Michigan. Oh, dude. That place is [ __ ] beautiful. Holy [ __ ] Pat. Oh
my god. So funny. Like growing up in Ohio, everybody shits on Michigan as like being the disgusting state. Like an ugly state. Majority of Ohio is actually ugly. When you go north northeast, Ohio is pretty nice. In southern Ohio's nice.
Michigan and the rolling hills and [ __ ] down there. Bro, Michigan is a beautiful down there. Bro, Michigan is a beautiful beautiful. Ohio. You get some good land there. One, you're holding your value on land
forever. Like, that will go up. Um, my grandpa was a farmer. He had over 100 acres there. Uh, so yeah, dude, farmland is is insane there. Um, but your your every where you're talking cheap is like your day your day-to-day [ __ ] is so
cheap. so cheap. Your your taxes, all that [ __ ] is so cheap in the Midwest, in the middle of nowhere. Very cheap, bro. I mean, guys, when I go back when I go back home, uh where I'm from, bars are still charging like $250 for like a
[ __ ] pint of draft beer. Bro, some of the bars that I grew up in, even though I don't drink, still obviously see the the prices. Some of the bars that I grew up in that had dollar PBR specials when I was 20 [ __ ] one years old, 21 when
I was of legal age. That was uh that was 15 years ago, 16 years ago. Hypothetically, some of those bars are still have a dollar PBR special to this day. That's the ONLY THING THE $2 PICTURES. IT'S INSANE IN OHIO, DUDE.
It's insane. It's like uh it's like land has caught up, but like Well, but that's also too why mom and Ma and Paw shops go out of business all the time. They price everything like it's [ __ ] 20 years ago. It's still like you get a you get a
pizza there, it's still like a large is still $12. It's [ __ ] crazy. Crazy. My brother bought a house on one acre for 130k and he just got a offer for 350k what's crazy is they probably just want to [ __ ] demolish the house and build
something on the land. Wait, really? Missouri's expensive? I used to go drink on UT campus because because it was cheaper. Oh my god. Hey, I used to run around like Bowling Green, Ohio, and F. Oh my god, the alcohol was
so cheap. It still is. It's crazy. Crazy. PBR, Coors Light. Uh uh what is that got actually more expensive as it got bought out. Um trying to think of
got bought out. Um trying to think of what else. Trying to think of what else. what else. Trying to think of what else. BG was always a party, bro. Dude, those were my own stomping grounds, man. Those were my degenerate days. Degenerate
days. I pay a guys. Like, let's let's put it this way. When we left Ohio, our mortgage was $385. Crazy. For a threebedroom, Crazy. For a threebedroom, one bath. $385 a month was our mortgage.
really cheap prop property there for sure. For sure.
buttery Jesus. Wait, what do you mean? What do you mean? Yeah, it's crazy. dad's waiting outside, though. I I will go out there in a second. I'm going roll promise. Don't Don't you worry, sir. Don't you worry. I used to drink at a
bar in Indian Trail that always had $2 Yinglings. Wait, Indian Trail or Ohio? It's funny. There's an Indian trail down uh down in North Carolina, too. What a house on one acre. Oh. Oh, wait. What? Just Hello.
What just happened to my YouTube chat on the thing? Wow, this literally just turned into a just chatting. I was actually curious of how just like just this. Like, we're just shooting the [ __ ] This is fun. I miss doing this,
man. Will you ever make a video on on best editing software? No, because dude, it's super subjective, man. It's super subjective, bro. I know people that are generating seven figures a [ __ ] year and they're just editing [ __ ] off their
necessarily true. They're editing majority of their [ __ ] on their phone That's like, yeah, they're editing higherend. Yeah, it's auto. It's automatic 740 because of the uh crop sensor
the squeeze. I'm I'm I'm using an anamorphic today for funsies. Getting that cinematic look. Hello there, Cell. Hello. Hello. Having a little fun. Having a little fun. Cap cut on PC is all I use. It's
pretty fire. Yeah, I was actually blown away with how good Cap Cut is. Also, fun fact, on Cap Cut PC, you can use the Luts that I just made. I'm going to use the left side I just made. Do I got to give any shout outs today?
Jesus [ __ ] Christ. You guys are insane. [ __ ] today. I premiere for free till May. I'm dreading losing it. Um maybe
try Da Vinci, brother. Maybe try Dainci. premium members. We are not doing reviews today. Not doing reviews today.
reviews today. Not doing reviews today. Uh, what question? from you a long time ago, brother. Ran away from you a long time ago.
I was paying $800 for a two-bedroom, two bath condo in Augusta, Georgia and my bath condo in Augusta, Georgia and my move to MD. Rent for Oh my god. Oh, That was the toughest thing when we moved. It's like
moved. It's like renting for five times the amount. One second. Renting for five times the amount of uh of what we were paying a mortgage was crazy concept, but I don't know, dude. It is what it is.
It It really is. Da Vinci Resolve is insane. It's insane. I think Premiere is the the templates and [ __ ] you can build in Premiere is really good.
more? It's so Okay. So there's a free version and a paid version version and a paid version on on Da Vinci. Huh? Is that right? I've actually never used Da Vinci. I just recommend it to people.
a uh ogre. It's a lot to handle. It's a lot to handle. Interesting. Now, what version of Da Vinci that you don't get out of the regular? Is the resolution restriction? I imagine.
Yeah. I mean, I've I paid for an Adobe subscription for 16 years now, 17 years now because of starting off in graphic design. And by paying [clears throat] for the full suite, I I had Premiere, so I just
learned everything in Premiere. It is what it is. Premiere sucks. Well, I don't know how I made [ __ ] $200,000 off of using it, but I guess Yeah, I guess Premiere sucks, man. Bro, my literal motivated me uh so much to start
streaming. I don't know. Will I reach my goals, but I started because of you thing. Hey, man. Appreciate it. Called me a chat. Love that. Restricted to max 4K on free version. Gotcha. Gotcha. Wait, you can still do 4K?
You can go up to 32K HDR with studio. Tons of AI features and in-depth multicam stuff, but most don't need those features. Yeah, dude.
Magic mask. I assume that's their masking system. of transferring. I used to be Sony Vegas Pro.
Switched to the Adobe suite. Been using it for years. number one place to stream, right, Masen? Masen? I've So, I do use my Mac daily. Uh, but
to where I've started to just set everything up on this PC and I've been using my PC. Yeah. So I use my Mac to like airdrop [ __ ] to my phone. So I use Google Drive
to just make it easier. So I just everything that I do I put on Google Drive. I play for the the the big bundle of that. So B-roll everything that I upload like all the verts and everything goes into a like a folder on my computer
that's connected to Google Drive. So then I get on my laptop, open up I get on my Mac, open up drive and I airdrop it from Mac to phone. So that way it's just easy transferable. So I don't have to I think there's a Bluetooth way to Is
there is there a Bluetooth way to connect a PC to your iPhone? Depends on the video. Some videos are like top of the funnel type type [ __ ]
like top of the funnel type type [ __ ] Top type pop off. Um other ones are like yeah you you there's a rhythm with it. like it's a complete piece of content that's completely isolated to what you're doing
completely isolated to what you're doing and you can replicate it. It's built into Windows for Samsung phones. Ah,
phones. Ah, so not not iPhones. These goddamn monopoly people. I have Google Drive on my phone, but when you go to do the download on your phone, it goes to files,
then you have to do it's just another step in the process to where if you just airdrop it, it goes straight to your photos and that's the fastest way to So, in files, I think you can do upload two from there. I can't remember what the
thing that was annoying about it. Files is [ __ ] annoying. I don't know why they separate the difference. I hate that [ __ ] So, if you download something from your phone, from Google Drive, it goes into files. But like, if you go to
the social media platform, you can't just go to your files cuz your photos just go to your files cuz your photos are different from your files.
just go to the goddamn same app. What are you doing, Apple? What are you doing? I understand like PDFs and [ __ ] like that. Wait, what's Cap Cut Cloud? I assume it's just probably like [ __ ]
just [ __ ] just like what you call it? Google Drive. Ow. I I just literally took a drink of nothing. Jesus Christ.
actually went longer than I thought. Holy [ __ ] I I only wanted this to be like a couple hours. Hey, this is this was actually uh I like the the end of this today. We like literally just chatted. This was cool. This was cool. I
appreciate it, guys. appreciate you guys being cool. I think I think once you get the stream going and you talk about the thing and then you kind of move into just like I mean you get the trolls and [ __ ] but I think most part the
impatient people kind of move on and then you kind of see a group of people that are kind of uh kind of the cooler ones. We'll call you guys the sexually uh the very sexually attractive ones. Very hung, very healthy group of
individuals. You guys are the hung ones. The hung on one stick around. The hung course got to be in here. I didn't say sexually submissive. sexually submissive. So, didn't say that. Didn't say that.
Didn't say that. Beey, so no reason no reason for that. Very hung we are. Very hung we are. Uh yeah, gang. Dude, uh moral moral of the story today, it's Monday, guys. It's capitalization. Uh today, focus on one thing this week you
guys need to improve on. Your hooks need better. Your retention needs better. you you want to stick to a schedule. F- focus on the one thing this week, guys. Lock it in, man. Lock it in. Monday should be encouragement. Get ahead of

any of the gear that you guys got questions to for free in the top bar under gear. Anything you guys need to uh find find me on, it's all up on there. Uh Only Fans, it's all available. Uh guys, listen, at the end of the day, I I
I know we like to be positive to an extent and like to push each other. Just remember like nobody's going to do the [ __ ] for you guys. Nobody's going to do the [ __ ] for you guys. Any of us.
Nothing's owed to me. Nothing's owed for you guys. We got to show up. We got to do the [ __ ] I'm getting that OF. [laughter] You know what I mean? Um, get a good balance of structure, setting some
goals, enjoying yourself, building a community that you would [ __ ] with. I mean, this group right here is a prime example. If I hosted I did this last uh two years ago, Bezy actually came to that. If I hosted an event tomorrow,
that. If I hosted an event tomorrow, would I want is the audience that I'm with, would these be the [ __ ] I would invite to an event, a cookout, a barbecue? I'd say a lot of you guys I would. Yeah,
I'd say a lot of you guys I would. Duff has had a beer with me. Bezy's got drunk with me before. Beey got drunk as [ __ ] My first ever creator event that I had, whole bunch of creators from around the states to come fly to Charlotte and we
went bar hopping and treated them for a little bit. And uh Bezy got drunk as [ __ ] Drunk as I got drunk as hell, too. That was It was very bad. Very very bad. Very
bad night. Very bad. It was a good time. It was a good time. Uh but I mean, guys, that's that's personally my vibe. It should be your guys' vibe, too. Um, and talking about like the partying aspect. This is such a silly thing. Like,
could we share stories around a [ __ ] campfire? have. That's the community I want to have. So, focus on that [ __ ] guys.
Focus on treating your community and your viewers like like your homies. Um, yeah. I hope I hope this was helpful. Hope we're locked in for the week. Uh, everything is on my website. Let's get busy this week. Capitalize on some [ __ ]
Love y'all. I'll see you guys in the next one. Peace. Peace. Peace. Peace.
