[15:10] about was how I can't believe it's already October and after 10 years of really having it tight I've had 10 straight months where I've not been as tight as my standard and I said to him I'm not going
[15:25] to cry about it tomorrow is the opportunity today when I go to the Jets game and there's all that delicious tailgate food I can focus on I can focus tailgate food I can focus on I can focus on protein or I can continue the last 10
[15:38] months and not the what you're doing is what I've been doing for 10 months which is oh [ __ ] January didn't go well let me get [ __ ] I I can't believe I blew a whole month oh [ __ ] February hasn't gone well holy [ __ ] I've given up two months

[16:49] results the bigger question is is that okay though is it okay right like you've got to choose happiness over the financial and if you're telling me that financial and if you're telling me that you're incapable of going the same way
[17:04] you went 2 years ago the question becomes why yeah I think I can so the thing is I think I can get there it's just mentally like I just need to like you know slowly kind of get back like I've gotten back

[38:20] so I'm basically kind of winding down I got I'm going to be 59 this year and uh been doing a lot with a flat land so I know couple people working yeah Dustin and I just looked at each other with a big
[38:33] smile so yes I have dug into that go ahead yep so um basically I've been doing what you've been talking about for the last two years and surprise surprise
[38:45] the last two years and surprise surprise it actually works go figure no yeah and break that down for everybody so that they can uh hear that yeah so I had a Facebook account and I had an
[39:03] Instagram like less than a thousand on Instagram and probably like 2 3,000 on Facebook and I started putting tutorials on I do old school so I'm from the 80s basically I I grew up in the same era that you did so like my Heyday was 855
[39:17] through 91 and I I traveled did shows you know did the whole thing right [ __ ] awesome so I I had face I had Facebook and I had Instagram and I was just doing it for for posting for fun right and so I started listening to your
[39:31] content it made a lot of sense I started doing videos because I like doing tutorials I'm all about like teaching and sharing the engagement of that Community is what I've always been about even when I'm on tour and
[39:43] even when I'm on tour and I'm doing a show um afterwards hanging out with the writers was what it was all about 100% for you know that's where the community was so rich and I'm so fortunate you know going into my 60s
[39:57] that I basically have this huge community of friends that have built up so I started Po and lo and behold last uh let's see in May I had a video that popped off on YouTube 20 second clip I actually had a
[40:11] YouTube 20 second clip I actually had a teenager film it at my local spot she's would you mind holding the camera she filmed this clip put it on YouTube 14 million views holy [ __ ] 14 million view exact exactly what you talked about
[40:26] know some other ones over the two years I had a couple that did up like a million even on some clips and whatnot but long story short all this content building building building did Fabulous but but the challenge for me is that I'm
[40:42] trying to figure out my next 20 years yes I'm ready to you know to plan out next 20 years because I know I only can write I write flatl so I'm not doing jumps I it I don't have broken bones you know I'm I'm basically I got the
[40:58] longevity plan going for me because I I sometimes spray in an ankle or something sometimes spray in an ankle or something like that bones I get it so so basically my question to you is I want to come up with something because I've been failing
[41:11] a lot in the last year or two I've been failing a lot in the sense of I haven't failing a lot in the sense of I haven't been able to break that business model that's going to work and basically what I want to do is I want to share BMX on a
[41:26] on a on a big scale you know I want to travel around I have a sponsor that pays for my flights I have a a bike now that is a a frame that's my own frame so I have all the things in place I have sponsors that that support me not
[41:41] sponsors that that support me not monetarily so my question is what do you think is the best plan for a guy like me 60 years old I have some followers now I have like 50,000 on my Facebook page and so is the question what the is the
[41:56] question what business model will maximize your dollars you like I know that it's going to be based on teaching and I'm not going to be a show writer you know I get it I get it You' made yourself very you know so
[42:11] the question becomes do you so the question becomes are you a public speaker are you an author are you a retailer selling apparel are you a consultant you know are you going to sell a course that's a digital course
[42:25] all of these things will work brother right which one which one of those do you want to do well I'll I'll give you an example you're asking me and what I can I'm reading the chat as well and by the way

[43:18] just rattled off everything you could do to make 100,000 to$ 500,000 to a million to make 100,000 to$ 500,000 to a million dollar a year you could sell a million dollar worth of BMS me hoodies t-shirts shoulder pads elbow pads sneakers you
[43:31] can do anything you want you could but are you good enough to go on this platform whatnot and sell them maybe not but you could be doing what look but retail platform doing an educational show but meanwhile we just had 16 orders
[43:46] show but meanwhile we just had 16 orders for $494 happen I'm integrating content in Commerce you may you might be the guy that's good at making a $99 course right that is very deep PDF videos written words and anybody who buys it gets an
[44:01] hour of your time once a month in a group setting that might be the thing that helps you get 500,000 a year there's I rattled off all the ways someone like you could make money the question is are you self-aware enough
[44:13] question and do you know yourself on which one you can execute maybe you should go give a bunch of public speeches teaching courses for an hour on stage for free at first just to get it under your legs and then you get paid

[53:12] job title they hold um and I understand that it's easy to do that but I I could not recommend more that you have pride pride that I love having pride in your
[53:25] holding yourself to a standard these are beautiful things but one's selfworth should be dramatically more simple in my opinion and should be far
[53:37] opinion and should be far more noble than a okay more than like what persons do you hold uh close to you what persons do
