## Summary

In this video, the creator shares three main reasons why traders lose money, based on personal experience. He emphasizes that the problem is often not the market but the trader's own behavior, and offers practical solutions to overcome these common pitfalls.

### Key Points

- **First year and a half of trading was difficult** [00:39] — The creator made every mistake possible, lost deposits, and thought trading was a scam before realizing the problem was in himself.
- **First reason: moving the stop loss** [01:05] — Moving the stop loss to avoid admitting a loss leads to larger losses. The solution is to treat the stop loss as sacred and never touch it once set.
- **Second reason: no system** [02:14] — Trading without a system, based on gut feeling or news, leads to inconsistent results. The solution is to create a written set of rules and follow them always.
- **Third reason: overtrading** [03:37] — After creating a system, the creator traded too much, leading to junk trades and losses. The solution is to limit trades to one or two per day and wait for high-quality setups.
- **Conclusion: fewer trades, better results** [05:01] — By fixing these three mistakes, the creator saw improved win rate and average profit. Patience is a key trading skill.

### Conclusion

The video concludes that trading success comes from avoiding stupid mistakes, protecting capital, following a system, and being patient. The creator plans to make a second part covering other mistakes.

myth, this is statistics. And I was one of them. The first deposit was lost, the second too, the third lasted longer, but the result was the same. Today I will tell you three reasons why this happens. Not from books, but from personal experience and how I
I have a Telegram channel and a free trading community. There I share my setups, conduct live trading, and personally help each participant. The link will be business. [music]
first year and a half were very difficult. I made every mistake there was to make. I was losing my deposits, I was angry at the market, I thought trading was a scam. Then I realized that the problem was not in the market, but in me. And when I
changed. Today I will tell you the three main reasons why traders lose money. The ones that killed my first [music] newbies. The first reason is to move the
stop loss. This was my main problem at the beginning . I opened a trade, set a stop, the price goes against me, and I think: “Okay, I’ll wait a little longer.” I move the stop further. The price goes even lower, and I move or remove the stop altogether. I think it's about to
turn around. It can't stay stuck forever. But we know, maybe forever. But we know, maybe she is falling too. As a result, instead of -1%, I get -10 or even 20. It happened that the entire deposit was lost. Why do we
do this? Because we don’t want to admit that we were wrong. Stop-loss is an admission of error, and the brain doesn’t like that. It’s easier to hope, it’s easier to believe that it will turn around now, it’s easier to move the stop and wait for a miracle. Agree. But there will be no miracle. The market doesn't care
tell you how I fixed it. [music] I implemented the rules. Stop loss is sacred. If you set it, you never touch it. If the deal goes into the red, that's normal. It's part of the game. You can't be right 100% of the time, right? Your
task is to limit the loss. Stop does it for you if you don't move it. I started to treat the foot as insurance. I pay [music] a small price now, so as not to lose everything later. And after that my results changed. Not
because I started guessing the directions more often, but because my losing trades stopped destroying my deposit. The second reason is that there is no system - this is trading on LGAT. This was my second stage. I already understood that you can’t move the
stop, but I entered into trades without rules that I understood. I saw something on the chart, entered, read the news, entered. Someone in the chat wrote: "Buy." I was in too. No system, no rules. Just a reaction to what's happening. And what do you
think? Result. Sometimes I made money, sometimes I lost money, but overall I was always in the red. Why doesn't this work? Because without a system you don't know what improve what you can't measure. I earned it today, I don’t know why, I was
lucky. Lost tomorrow? Why? Don't know. Probably unlucky. Well, I'll tell you, this is not trading, this is a casino. How did I fix this? I created a simple system. I wrote the rules on paper, [music] when to enter, when not to
enter, where is the stop, where is the take, what time frame and what pairs. Everything is specific and everything is written down. And most importantly, [music] I follow these rules not sometimes, not when it’s convenient, but always. And if the setup doesn't follow the rules, I don't trade at all
, even if I feel the price will go where it should. I noticed that the system removes emotions, the system provides repeatability, and the system allows you to understand what works and what doesn’t. Without a system you will be a gambler. With the system you
will be a trader. The third reason is raiding. This is too much to do. This was my trap after I created the system. I thought that since the system works, I need to trade more. The more deals, the more money. It makes
sense. But this is not true. I started looking for setups where there weren't any. I saw an almost suitable setup and entered. I saw a similar setup and also entered. I sat at the monitor all day and looked for opportunities. What's the output? A bunch of junk deals. I was spending
money on commissions, [music] on spreads, there was emotional burnout. And at the end of the month I was in the red. Why are we doing this? Because we want money quickly, because it’s boring to wait, because it seems like we have to do something. But
in trading, the best action is often no action. [music] Good setups are rare, and that's okay. Quality is more important than quantity. One good bet per week will bring more than 10 junk ones. Now I'll tell you how I
fixed it. I set a limit of maximum one or two trades per day. And it doesn’t matter what’s happening on the market. If there is no good setup in a day, I don’t trade at all . I turn off the computer, go for a walk or do my own thing. It
was hard at first. It seemed like I was missing out on opportunities, like the market was moving without me. But [music] it turned out that my win rate had grown, my average profit per trade had also grown, and my overall result had also grown accordingly.
What do we get in the end? Fewer transactions, better results. It sounds paradoxical, but it's true. Remember, patience is a skill, and it is one of the most important trading skills. [music]
traders lose. The first is that if you move the top loss, hoping that the price will reverse, it does not reverse, and you lose everything. Solution: Stop loss is sacred. Put it down, don't touch it. Second. No system means trading at
random, without knowing what works. solution. Create rules, write them down and follow them. Third. [music] Ortrading is making too many trades. Garbage entrances. Quality is more important than quantity. Wait for your [music] quotes. I made all three of these mistakes
myself. All three cost me money. But when I fixed it, everything changed. Remember, trading is not about being right. It's about not making stupid mistakes. Protect your capital, follow the system and be patient. The
rest will follow. These are just three major mistakes. There were others, such as trading without understanding the direction, jumping between strategies in search of the Holy tell you about them, I'll make a second part. Write about it in the comments.
