[00:01] everything because now there are new settings that you need to make sure features that you need to make sure that you're using and there are so many new about and the small channels that are adapting to these things are blowing up. [00:14] For example, I just helped this channel, this channel, and this channel all adapt to these new changes and each one of them was able to gain over 100,000 results like that, you need to make sure that you're paying attention to these [00:26] new rules, implementing them, and making sure that you don't skip any of them. that your old subscribers are currently hurting your new content, there's actually a setting that you could turn off in order to be able to stop them [00:39] that, I do want you to realize that subscribers are not the most important thing for getting views right now. Just because you have a lot of subscribers going to get a lot of views. In fact, it could mean the opposite if your [00:52] it could actually be hurting your channel. Okay, so here's how you can are hurting you or they're helping you. So if you come over into YouTube Studio, audience right here. We're going to see audience by watch behavior right here [01:07] far majority of my viewers are going to be new and casual. So more likely than not, they're not subscribed to me. In addition to that, if we come down here, notification. So we could see how many subscribers actually have all [01:20] notifications turned on. We could see 11%. How many of them turn them on for my channel, we could see 6%. So we could see only 17% of my audience is actually getting the subscriber bell notification if they're subscribed, which is really [01:33] low. And then over here, we can see watch time from subscribers. And if we actually click in to see more here, we could see the people that are subscribed are watching my content more than people that are not subscribed. That is a very [01:45] click on plus right here, we could actually see a bunch of other things. actually see what the click-through rate is. So if we click on this, we could see that not only are these people watching my content for longer, they also may or [02:01] may not be clicking more or less. And again, you could go through all of this to actually see whether or not these people are helping, whether or not these people are hurting. If you've come to the conclusion that your subscribers are [02:14] actually hurting your reach, what you're going to be able to do is come over here under details. When you go to upload a video, if you scroll down a little bit, you are going to be able to see this right here. Publish to subscription feed [02:26] already been published, so I'm not able to uncheck this, but if this video be able to uncheck this and it's something that you should be doing if you think your subscribers are hurting your videos. Rule number two is your [02:39] video topic and your video length are going to determine your views more than your video, more than your thumbnail. In fact, if you mess these two things up, you're going to have zero chance of your video ever getting views. Lucky for you, [02:52] easy for you to be able to figure out what topics and what lengths are actually going to get pushed out for a channel like yours. Check this out. So, it's pretty simple. What you're going to want to do is you want to come over on [03:05] analytics, and you want to click on trends right here. What this is going to allow you to do is see what people are searching for, shows you new videos to inspire you, but more importantly, let's say we are going to upload a video. For [03:18] example, I'm going to make a video on this channel soon about ChatGPT 5.6. We could see that if I type this in, this says that it has very high interest from and type in something like TikTok algorithm, it's probably either going to [03:32] show nothing or it's going to show low. Yep, we could see very low interest. So, very low interest, this isn't what I should be posting about on this channel. But if we come back over to ChatGPT 5.6, what makes this incredibly easy is we [03:44] could see the top searches for this topic right here. We could click on show all and you want to only be going after thing that it's a high volume or that is a content gap with high volume. In addition that we could come back over [03:57] here and we could actually see how long these videos are that are doing really well. For example, this video almost 30 minutes tall. This video almost 40 minutes. This video over 20. This video over 20. This video over 20. This video [04:12] over 30 minutes. This video around 19 minutes and what this will actually show us is exactly what length we should be creating our content. So two things need to be true. First and foremost, this needs to say very high interest. If you [04:25] type in your topic, you type in your thumbnail and that doesn't say very high video that you were going to create. And then in addition to that, ideally you want your content to be longer than 90% of the other videos made on the topic [04:39] because that will cause two things to happen. One, YouTube knows, "Hey, this thing." So it increase the odds that they'd actually show your content. And secondly, you will get a higher average view duration than everybody else, which [04:52] out your content more than anything else. And notice, I didn't mention the itself. The topic and the length are actually going to control the majority of views that you get. Rule number three is that if you're not using ChatGPT and [05:06] Claude AI YouTube automations, you're going to get left behind in 2026 because the small channels that are growing the fastest are all using AI to help doing manually on your channel, which allows them to create better content [05:20] faster and just get way more out. But lucky for you though, I want to walk you through exactly how you could hook your YouTube channel and YouTube in general up to Claude AI or ChatGPT so that you begin to automate things and I want to [05:33] give you three prompts that you can automate immediately. Okay, so in order to actually be able to hook your AI tools up to YouTube, there's a very actually going to be using VidIQ's MCP. If you don't have VidIQ, you can go to [05:47] with it right now. We click on settings right here and we come over into connectors. We'll be able to see vidIQ. And if we click on this, we can see all the things that this actually allows right here, like getting channel videos, [06:00] composing videos, finding B-roll, generating clips, generating music, generating thumbnails, finding video outliers, and a bunch of other stuff. In read-only tools, too. And if you ever want to see if they added new tools, you [06:14] can check anytime that you want. When it comes to ChatGPT, it's a little bit here, you're going to come over into settings. We're going to click on plugins and you'll be able to see that we also have the vidIQ plugin. If you [06:27] it's incredibly simple. You could just do a search for vidIQ and you'll be able to add this right here in seconds. Again, if we click into this, we can see actually allows us to do. And if you want to get started with this, need a [06:41] vidIQ account and you can get one for only $1 at the pin comment below. Now, actually automate a bunch of different things using some pretty crazy prompts. that I want to show you is going to be this one right here. I want to automate [06:56] an audit of my YouTube channel using the vidIQ plugin every Monday at 9:00 a.m. I tells me everything I need to improve my content and what my focus should be for the week. So, we can see this is now scheduled to go out every Monday at 9:00 [07:09] what this looks like when this does this. So, this gives me an executive diagnosis right here, gives me my most important focus for the week, goes channel by different formats, goes through what is working right here, [07:23] lists out a bunch of different things, shows me what is underperforming right here, and it also comes down here and tells me a bunch of different things priority action plan, goes through priority one, priority two, priority [07:37] three, priority four, priority five, and gives me my best video opportunities for this week. So, this basically just gave me a YouTube coach automated on ChatGPT. [07:49] The second automation is we can actually come over here and say something like this. I upload content about how to grow on TikTok, how to grow on YouTube, how to grow on Instagram on YouTube. Can you use the vidIQ plugin to determine who my [08:01] competitors are and what topics they are actually posting about right now? And through and shows me all of their YouTube content. You can filter by outlier score, by views, views per hour, by newest. And this is incredible. In [08:15] addition to that, if we come down here, it actually shows me all of my top competitors right here, who they are, why they matter, and what the primary overlap is. And it goes through exactly what topics are doing really well so [08:27] that I could recreate them. What this does is shows me what these signals actually mean right here, and the best videos for me to make going forward. to show you right here is that we come up here, we could say something like [08:40] using the vidIQ plugin, please find outliers for this specific video topic. Then goes through, finds the outliers for this topic, and actually look at this video. I actually made this video and it absolutely crushed. This video [08:54] directly from here. We could remix the title, remix the thumbnail, read the comments, find out why it's an outlier, find more videos like this, and outline the format. And we can do all of this from directly inside of here. And then [09:07] this actually goes through, tells me exactly what I could do. And this wrote me a script in my usual format. We could see this wrote the entire script. And then check this out. I actually used this script right here in order to make [09:19] this video right here that got over 60,000 views, which is incredible. Just this one video made me almost 400 bucks, got me almost 400 subscribers, 60,000 views, and it's still getting views today. And this was all thanks to these [09:34] automations I have set up on ChatGPT and Claude. So, what are you waiting for? If so that you can automate things on YouTube in chat GPT and Claude, you need started with vidIQ today. It's only $1 to get started and this tool is an [09:49] absolute no-brainer. It's going to help you get more views, grow faster, get less time because you're going to be able to automate most of these things Now, rule number four is that AB tests are now more important than ever before, [10:03] but you need to know how to do them correctly so that you're not messing up the data. So, I want to show you how to actually run AB test correctly. So, what over into details right here. We're going to see AB testing in the title [10:17] right here. So, if we click on this, we can see that there are essentially three different ways that you can run AB tests. You can do AB test just on the title only. You can do AB test just on the thumbnail only. And you can do an AB [10:29] test on the title and thumbnail. I would strongly suggest that you run one or two types of AB test, title only and thumbnail only. I would suggest that you never run a title and thumbnail AB test [10:42] the title actually affects how many impressions you get. But, if you then change the thumbnail, it'll change the CTR and that will actually stop you from impressions. The thumbnail is really going to be what kind of CTR do you get? [10:56] So, you're essentially testing for two different things. In the title, you want affects how many impressions you get. That's essentially what you're testing you want to see what the difference in CTR is and that's what you're testing [11:10] you're actually now testing for way too many different things and you don't know which variable actually helped. Was it the title or was it the thumbnail? And that's why I would run a title test or a thumbnail test and only do those types [11:24] of tests. I wouldn't bother trying to do three all the time. Sometimes, just do two so you actually know, "Hey, this one is better versus that one was better." that feels like you don't know what else to do in order to grow, you probably [11:39] should get started creating a second channel because so many YouTubers are doing this and it's been leading to some pretty crazy results. Let me show you. So, if we look at the most successful people on YouTube, for example, if we [11:51] could see that he is now running multiple channels. So, if we look at this channel right here, we could see when it comes to long-form content, he's comes to shorts right here, he's uploading multiple times a day. But, if [12:04] we actually come back over into his homepage and we pause this right here and we scroll down, we could see that he's also promoting this More Moseys page. If we click into this, we could see he's posting several long-form [12:16] videos every single day. And when it comes to shorts, he's posting several shorts every single day. So, essentially, he has his real account and he has a spam account. Not that he's posting spam on it, but he's posting way [12:28] more. And what this is allowing him to do is one, test more topics, two, sell more things, three, drive people to way more pages. And he's not the only person doing this. We come over to somebody like Gary V, we could see that they are [12:42] doing the same exact thing. So, if we come over to Gary, again, we could see uploading about once a week. When we come over to his shorts, we could see he's posting multiple times a day. And if we come over to his homepage, we [12:54] could see he's suggesting that people go and check out a bunch of other different channels that he owns right here, where he is posting on several of them. And more time on YouTube, if you feel like you've kind of reached a pinnacle of how [13:09] much you could grow on your current channel, that you begin creating that In fact, it's a strategy that I've implemented, too. If we come over to that you are currently watching me on, we could see this channel has 914,000 [13:23] subscribers. I have another one, Rob the AI Guy, where I focus more on just AI content. This one's almost at 100k, and I have so much time that I'm actually you guys will see me begin to post on soon. But, there's no shortage of how [13:37] as you have the time to create the content. And the last and most important you're doing is not ignoring YouTube Shorts. If you're one of those creators that is still ignoring YouTube Shorts, you're making a massive mistake because [13:50] now they're showing in more places than long-form content. Let me prove it to you. So, let me prove to you that Shorts now show up all over the place. So, we just come over to the YouTube homepage, we could see that I only get shown two [14:03] long-form videos right here, an ad, and then I get shown tons of Shorts. In customize my feed. So, if I click on this right here, this will load up my feed and allow me to customize it based on what I want to describe. This will [14:17] telling you if you're not uploading In addition to that, let's say we come over here and we search for something like the best time to post on Instagram. There are tons of people searching for [14:30] are going to get shown some long-form content, but then they're going to get prove to you right here just how powerful this is. We could see that this is my video, 126,000 views on this topic. If we scroll up a [14:44] little bit, this is also my video, only 8,000 views. So, think about that. I got like 15 times the amount of views on my short versus my long-form video. So, I'm not saying to abandon long-form content, but I'm saying at the very least, you [14:57] content because also, if somebody comes over to Google, and let's say that they do search for something like again, the best time to post, but this time we're going to do on Tik Tok, guess what they now see? Next to all, they see short [15:11] could see that these videos are getting shown here, and they're from YouTube. Like this video I posted right here, and we could see that if we actually come over to this right here. This video shows you the best different times you [15:25] should be posting at and this video did pretty solid right here. And a lot of the reach is actually coming from people searching on Google, not people finding it on YouTube. So, if you want to show up everywhere, start uploading these [15:38] more placements and it's one of the easiest ways for you to get views and heavily incentivized to push out. Now, automations you could set up to be able to automate things on YouTube, I would [15:51] video right here that walks you through all of that. I'll see you over there.
