[1:09] that twelve dollars isn't even the
[1:11] revenue that you're going to get to keep
[1:13] as a Creator the CPM is the amount that
[1:16] your channel makes before the YouTube 45
[1:18] split so after YouTube takes their cut
[1:21] what is then left is what we call RPM
[1:25] now the RPM is the amount of Revenue
[1:27] that the Creator is given to take home
[1:29] so now that we know the difference
[1:31] between YouTube CPM and also YouTube RPM
[1:35] it's now time to talk about a few ways
[1:37] that you can start increasing your
[1:39] YouTube CPM so that you can start seeing
[1:42] more AdSense revenue for your videos on
[1:44] YouTube if you truly want to boost your
[1:46] CPM it's all about the wording and also
[1:49] the topics of your videos each and every
[1:51] Niche can be very different when it
[1:53] comes down to the CPM the CPM is
[1:56] completely different on a gaming channel
[1:58] compared to a channel that's actually
[2:00] talking about business or making money
[2:02] online advertisers are willing to spend
[2:05] even more money on ads when they're
[2:07] confident that their ads will be placed
[2:09] in front of their target audience these
[2:11] advertisers are targeting adults or
[2:13] young adults that have a little bit of
[2:15] money to spend now I'm sure that most of
[2:17] us can agree to this but it wouldn't be
[2:19] that wise of a decision for an
[2:21] Advertiser to place an ad trying to sell
[2:23] a car on a fortnight video that
[2:26] Advertiser would pay so much more money
[2:28] to have that same exact ad placed on an
[2:31] automotive video teaching someone how to
[2:33] fix a problem with their vehicle so if a
[2:35] lot of people haven't caught on so far
[2:37] your Niche is super important when
[2:39] you're thinking about really cashing out
[2:41] with your YouTube AdSense earnings
[2:44] another thing that you can do to
[2:45] increase your CPM and also your overall
[2:48] AdSense revenue is simply post more
[2:51] videos with even more opportunities to
[2:54] be seen and even more ads placed in
[2:56] front of your viewers it only makes
[2:58] sense that by uploading more you can
[3:00] start to see an increase in your Revenue
[3:02] but you have to always remember that as
[3:05] long as your YouTube videos are over
[3:07] eight minutes long as a monetized
[3:09] content creator this will allow you to
[3:11] place as many mid-roll ads as you wish
[3:14] this is just another great practice to
[3:16] do when your goal is to increase your
