## Summary

This video analyzes the teaser poster and trailer for 'Avengers: Doomsday,' uncovering missed Easter eggs and hidden clues. The host discusses the poster's Renaissance-inspired imagery, Doom's potential backstory involving a wife and son, and various details from the trailer, including incursions, character interactions, and possible connections to Loki's powers.

### Key Points

- **Teaser Poster Analysis** [00:26] — The poster shows Doom looking at a tapestry depicting a woman and child, possibly his wife and son, surrounded by angels. This suggests a departure from comic origins where Doom is single and childless.
- **Incursions Explained** [01:33] — An incursion occurs when two universes collide, destroying one or both. Doom's family may have been killed by an incursion, motivating him to create a perfect multiverse and resurrect them.
- **Doom's Mask and Scars** [02:12] — Doom removes his mask in the poster, showing his true face to his loved ones. His scars might result from the same incursion that killed his family.
- **Doom's Throne and Window** [03:08] — The window pattern from the trailer countdown suggests Doom's throne is in the former palace of He Who Remains, now destroyed by Loki. Doom may need to steal Loki's power to remake the multiverse.
- **X-Men and Incursions** [05:22] — Professor X sees an incursion in the sky, looking distressed but not surprised. The X-Men may have faced this trolley problem many times, having to destroy other universes to save their own.
- **Doom's Cape Badge** [06:40] — The badge on Doom's cape resembles the CREE insignia, suggesting he has conquered the CREE Empire. This might explain his absence during 'Fantastic 4: First Steps.'
- **Namor's Throne Room** [07:06] — Namor's throne room is underwater, but the water is held back. Sue Storm may be using her powers to hold the water, commanding Namor's respect.
- **Time Runs Out Reference** [09:16] — A countdown clock appears on a monitor, referencing the comic 'Time Runs Out.' A Sunday night dinner clip from 'First Steps' is interrupted by glitching, with Sue saying 'Not long.'
- **Explosion at X-Mansion** [10:11] — An explosion under the stairs at the X-Mansion could be Monica Rambeau bursting up from below, as she was last seen in that universe being treated by Beast.
- **Gambit vs. Shang-Chi** [11:03] — Gambit fights Shang-Chi, who counters his attacks. Two of Shang-Chi's rings are deflected, possibly connecting to the bangles from Ms. Marvel and the ten rings' origin.
- **Loki's TVA Card** [12:09] — A hand holding Loki's TVA card has a wedding ring, possibly Loki speaking to Steve Rogers. Alternatively, Loki may be using duplication casting to recruit Steve.
- **Mystique and Reed Richards** [13:00] — Mystique catches one of Yelena's clubs. Unlike Morph, Mystique cannot make weapons from her body. She and Reed are likely facing Yelena and Nightcrawler.
- **Thor vs. Doom Fight** [14:07] — Thor throws Stormbreaker at Doom, who casually brushes it aside. The runes on Doom's glove may be Wanda's protection runes, and the green energy suggests he has stolen Loki's powers.

### Conclusion

The trailer is packed with Easter eggs hinting at Doom's tragic backstory, incursions, and connections to Loki's powers. Fans should look forward to a complex narrative involving multiple teams and a potential battle at the X-Mansion.

references, and little things that we missed in the first trailer for Avengers Doomsday. Guys, first off, thank you so much for making our first breakdown the number two trending video on YouTube's movie page, second only to the actual
trailer. However, even when we work this hard, we do miss some stuff. So, we page and my Twitter for some missed Easter eggs. And there are some really fun details that I can't wait to share with you. First of all, let's talk about
this poster. This teaser poster for Avengers Doomsday is one of the most beautiful pieces of poster art I have ever seen. It shows Doom looking at a giant tapestry. Now, notice the tapestry is at the top of a section of stairs
that just lead to the tapestry, showing us that this is a kind of shrine. The focal point is a woman and child at the top. Now, they are surrounded by angels, taking inspiration from Renaissance depictions of Mary and baby Jesus.
mother and himself. Like in the comics, the local Baron's men killed his mom the rest of his life trying to retrieve her soul from the afterlife. But the boy in the tapestry here makes me think that this is actually Doom's wife and son,
which is a huge departure from the comic origins of the character. Doom is normally single and childless, but this makes me think that his turn to evil happened because his wife and child were killed. We can even see Doom's castle in
they have moved beyond his reach and into the afterlife. Now, the two of them sit above the world, which is broken up by clouds, maybe symbolizing the orbshaped incursion we see at the start of the trailer. Incursions are well, Jim
>> An incursion occurs when the boundary between two universes erodess and they collide, destroying one or both entirely. >> So, if Doom's wife and son were killed by this messy multiverse, then his
number one goal would be to create a multiverse where that would never happen and then to resurrect them in his perfect utopia. This single world could also represent Doom's ultimate plan to create Battle World, a single new
reality that he will rule as God Emperor Doom. He wants to recreate the universe as one world that he rules as a utopia. Now, the image at the bottom of the this is reminiscent of Michelangelo's final judgment in the Systeine Chapel
which depicts the book of Revelation or the famous tptic by Heronomous Bosch depicting heaven and hell. Most importantly, Victor is standing in hell, showing us that this is where he lives without his wife and family. He has also
removed his mask, showing them his true face. Now, in the comics, Doom never ever takes off his mask. He is a very vain person, and the mask is symbolic of with another person. But here, he is unafraid to show his loved ones his true
face. I'm actually wondering if Doom's scars resulted from the same incursion This would explain why he takes his mask off for Franklin in the first steps postredit scene. If the Fantastic 4 used to be friends with Dr. Doom, then he is
new mask. One of our subscribers, Nashant Film Bro, has a theory on this. The phrase new mask, same task, >> new mask, same task, >> might refer back to Doom's efforts to bring back his family from the dead,
everybody back from the snap. Also notice the design of the lamps that are patterns that we see on the window from the trailer countdown. And we have had a theory for a while that Doom's throne sits in front of this window, which is
in the former palace of he who remains. Remember, this was the castle of a Kang winning a multiversal war. But at the end of the show, Loki, he destroys the palace and forms a multiversal tree where it used to stand. Now, if Doom
wants to remake the multiverse, he needs to steal Loki's power and attack the this would be where he builds his palace. And it's where this window sits that he views the multiverse from. Now I What are you drinking person? Is that

plaque on the ground here is the same one from the X-Men movies, but I should also note that it also has the 1407 Grey Malcolm Lane address, just like in the comics and the original films. The name Grey Malcin will later be shared with
comics and the animated series. Now, in our breakdown, I mentioned that Xavier dive into this moment. He sees this event in the sky, his Earth crashing into another Earth. He looks distressed,
but not surprised. I think this has happened many times before. The X-Men are used to stopping incursions. But to do this, they have to destroy another universe. And they face this trolley problem so many times that it's clearly
taking its toll on him emotionally. Now, the scenes of him and Eric sitting at a friends having to comfort each other after killing billions of people. Ian destroyed New Jersey while filming. >> Though, I did destroy New Jersey the
>> So, maybe he takes an active hand in attempting to destroy Universe 616 or some other reality. Also, notice this bust on his shelf. This actually looks like this same bust of Julius Caesar, a ruler who is responsible for converting
Rome from a republic into an empire. This could also reflect the villainous turn of the X-Men as they sacrifice constant realities to save their own. notice the badge that holds his cape. When the first poster image of him
here we get a really clear look. Now, there are theories across the internet that Doom has killed Avengers in other realities and taken pieces of their uniforms to adorn his own. This badge actually looks like the CRE insignia on
think this is more likely indicating that he has already been to space and conquered the CRE Empire and he wears this as a badge. This might even explain why he was not on Earth during the events of Fantastic 4: First Steps. Now,
still a giant fishmouth, but it is not the same fishmouth throne he sat on in mountain of water in the background were to fill this whole chamber, I don't deep underwater. I think this is actually a secondary palace which is
closer to the surface than Neore uses to invite Wakandons for important meetings. Also notice this costume detail. He has waves on his suit that look like Meo Now a lot of you pointed out the green and teal bits on Sh's armor which we
actually saw in the last trailer. This is actually Tacon vibranium in her suit. Remember in Wakanda Forever, Shi reverse engineered the heart-shaped herb from Talon Flowers. And that movie ended with a shaky piece between both nations. So
it is possible that since then Neore and Shuri have worked together in the past few years. Now when the Talicon guards face off against the Wakandan party, behind them. They allowed the Wakandans to approach the throne, but they kept
trapped between the guards and Neore just in case things went south. Baku is standing toe-to-toe against Atuma, Neor's top lieutenant, and his villain from the comics. And off to the side, Ben is standing with Sue watching these
tensions erupt. Now, I am betting that the very next thing that happens is Sue steps forward and uses the diplomatic skills that created world peace on Earth 828. Now, in the comics, Neore is infatuated with Sue and I think he's
going to be drawn to her cosmic power in this film. In fact, maybe she is the one who is holding back the water which would command his respect. In any case, she would be a much better diplomat than Shuri or Mbaku who is remember king of
from the trailer that different heroes split into different teams, which in the comics with everybody like dividing up into different squads. It's actually a logistical necessity in this movie as I'm sure that none of these
time. Like a lot of you are pointing out this shot in Avengers Tower. They definitely filmed these actors at different points in time. Now, in our Earths converging in this graphic. Notice the Fantastic 4 are also standing
by this monitor. So Reed probably brought this image up on screen to explain this danger to everyone, but we missed that there is a countdown clock to the moment the universes converge and their reality's end. This also ties into
the name this comic event is adapted from Time Runs Out. And speaking of time trailer, Marvel tweeted out a new Sunday night dinner clip which was used in the First Steps. The clip is interrupted with glitching followed by Sue saying,
>> Not long." which of course is a reference to the comic Time Runs Out introduced. Now, the people missing from both teams throughout the trailer are Bob, Red Guardian, and Johnny Storm. We do see one shot of Johnny holding on to
trailer. We said it was Sue, but some fans are theorizing this is Franklin. Now, the running theory is that Doom is kidnapping children, including Franklin, Love, and Steve's son. Now, if Johnny is holding Franklin here, could this group
directly to fight Dr. doom and look for the missing kids in the X-Mansion. Our own Colton Agogburn pointed out that this explosion under the stairs is tunnels and headquarters down below because we saw the same explosion occur
in X-Men Apocalypse. Notice the lights are also blinking on and off showing how also indicates that there is a fight inside the tunnels which is disrupting the power grid. Now remember at the end of the Marvel we saw Monica Rambo was in
this universe being treated in the same facility by Kelsey Grammer's Beast. So, this explosion could be Monica bursting up from below to tell everybody to trailer. We're massive fans of the character, which is why we designed this
shirt at our merch store along with our remember it tribute to Gambit. Now, right now, we are running a massive 15% off sale of all superhero merch at our store. This includes the Doomsday Festival 1984 and Sweet Spider-Man merch
you're a store member at our $5 tier, you get an additional 15% off for a total of 30% off the sale. Orders over been saving up to buy some screen crush superhero merch, now's the time. Links
are below. Now, when Gambit faces off with Shani, he hits him with his staff, energy. So that's when Gambit opts to throw his cards, which Shani counters. But notice that two of his rings are deflected and don't flow back onto his
wrist. Now remember, Shani ended his movie with his rings acting as a kind of beacon, calling out to someone. Hopefully, this movie follows up on that rings come from. This could also be tied to the Bangal in Ms. Marvel, which was
in a temple of the 10 rings. Remember, the two Bengals together are actually gateway between universes at the end of the Marvels. We also know that Shani's the alternate dimension of Talo. So, it's very likely that the rings were
don't know how this could connect to Doom, but let me know your thoughts down in the comments. Also, notice the X's on the stained glass windows as we go to Loki's ID badge. Now, this is using a promotional photo from the show Loki.
And Phila from Down Under on our Discord server pointed out that the hand holding Loki's TVA card has a wedding ring. So, as we theorize, this is likely Loki speaking to Steve Rogers. And then on our Screen Crush Rewind podcast, Alex
Zin theorized that this could actually be Loki using duplication casting, sending a hologram of himself to speak to Steve Rogers, maybe even to recruit him in the fight against Doom. Or maybe Steve settling in the past had a
butterfly effect and caused an alternate universe where Dr. Doom was born. Now, in this shot of the Fantastic 4 meeting the Wakandons, we missed that John that Ghost uniform now features an Avengers A on her puldron. And when they
enter the X-Mansion, notice that Herby has been updated with a sleeker design. Mystique catches one of Yolena's clubs. And now this is actually the reason she holding her weapon, it will be harder to tell them apart. You see, unlike Morph,
Mystique can't just make weapons from her own body goo. Now, when Gambit jumps against Shani, but we can't see who Mystique and Reed are facing. It's probably Elena and Nightcrawler based on what Alan said about filming
>> The scene with Pedro, he hurt his neck and had to go home. Really? I broke >> And then we go to the big battle. Now, Alex in our Discord theorized that this giant foot behind Cyclops could be Giant Man. And we also theorize this could be
the danger room, but I think it's more likely that this is part of the Doom and trailer. And that this fight actually occurs at the exion. In our trailer early in the movie, like this is the fight that scares Thor into recruiting
>> They died facing enemies that scared me far less than this one. But now I'm not so sure. I wonder if Doom starts the movie as an ally to the Avengers in the Fantastic 4. A few weeks ago, some previsual effects
fighting Sentinels. Now, we broke that footage down in a video, and I'm wondering now if this is part of the same fight we see between Thor and Doom. All the dust and smoke could have been added in post. And the structure behind
that is on the grounds of Xavier's mansion. Now, notice that when Thor thought it was Doom, but it doesn't have a mask. It's shirtless and it's more in Charles's office, making me think again that this is the grounds of the
X-Mansion. The robot pieces laying around also don't look like Doombots. They have actually the central hand laser of the Sentinels as we can see server pointed out that the Doom versus Thor fight in a forest could also be a
in a forest in the Avengers. But for me, the money shot for this whole trailer is Thor throwing down Stormbreaker on Doom and then he casually brushes the hammer aside. Now, people are paying a lot of attention to the runes on his hand.
Mad9292 on our community page says, "The runes on Doom's glove when he stops Wanda's protection runes, which by the way is interesting because we know from W division that runes can act as a nullifier or magic." So, could these
his own against Stormbreaker? And also, the Channel New Rockstars pointed out that the rune on Doom's hand armor has pointed horns on it, similar to Loki's helmet. So, could this ending fight of the trailer be Doom after he takes
Loki's powers? Did Doom actually steal his powers and then mold them into the armor he is wearing? Also, in that leaked footage from before, we see Doom using green energy to resurrect the Sentinels. And to me, this looks like
sorcery, specifically the green magic powers used by Loki, meaning he probably We also see chain mail under Doom's mask, just like he has in the comics. Doom's eyes are green while Tony Starks are brown. This could confirm that he is
