Welcome to your Priority Inbox and Streams. The Priority Inbox provides an overview of alerts coming in on the social media profiles that you've connected to Sendable. However, since it operates on a delay, if you'd like to see comments in real time, please head to your Streams.
Streams display all the comments and activity coming in on each of the individual social media profiles. In order to set up streams and alerts for your Priority Inbox, please head over to Profiles. If you add a Facebook page, Instagram business profile, Twitter account, or LinkedIn company page,
then streams are automatically included along with your ability to directly post to each network and pull in reports. The way that you set up alerts is when you add a profile. Once you've gone through the authentication sequence, you'll be taken to the settings page where you can customize each of the profiles that you add to Sendable,
for example, including link previews. This is also where you can set up receiving alerts in the Priority Inbox Once you all set make sure to save your settings and you good to go How you able to interact with comments and other activity depends on the social media network For Twitter for
example, you can like, retweet, show the full conversation, repost, reply, or any of these other options. If you're working as a part of a support or customer success team, you can also assign replies to teammates so that no feedback goes
unanswered. You can easily filter profiles or by date range and you can search for specific keywords. If you'd like to archive any messages just click on this button here and then select archive. You can also toggle these three dots and
select archive here. If you would like to explore activity in real time please head to streams. For Facebook you'll be able to see your home feed as well as your messenger and for Twitter you'll actually see your home feed, messages, app
