[0:00] is sane. But we know that you photoable [0:02] has decided to make not one, not two, [0:05] but three movies to conclude the story. [0:08] Going to breaking down step by step what [0:09] are the risk factors, what are the [0:11] things that we need in the movie. Let's [0:13] get into it. So first of all, let's [0:14] start with what is even the Infinity [0:17] Castle arc? There will not be spoilers. [0:19] What is even the Infinity Castle arc? [0:21] Okay, one might ask. For those who [0:23] haven't read the manga, Infinity Castle [0:25] is pretty much like Demon Slayer's [0:27] Endgame arc. It's the conclusion and it [0:30] is the most brutal arc of Demon Slayer. [0:32] Some people think that season 2 was the [0:35] best season and I think it's it is the [0:37] best, but this is the most brutal season [0:39] and the best one in my opinion. And this [0:41] is not going to be a season going to be [0:43] a movie. This takes place inside the [0:45] Infinity Castle. We saw that all of them [0:48] fell into Infinity Castle at the end of [0:51] season 5. The Hashias are split across [0:54] the domain. Everyone is scattered [0:57] throughout the infinite domain of [0:59] Infinity Castle. So, everyone is in [1:02] different spots. No one knows where the [1:04] others are. So far, what we do know for [1:06] sure, Inoski is alone. Zenitsu is alone. [1:09] And by the way, he's locked in. Everyone [1:11] fell into Infinity Castle, but he [1:13] entered. Guanro, they're both together. [1:15] I guess Mitsuri and Canal are fell [1:18] together. The mist hasher, the wind [1:20] hashifra and the stone hashra they fell [1:23] together. At least that's what I think [1:25] they felt like. And then obai egro and [1:27] mitsuri conroji are both together too. [1:30] Now fun thing is that they are inside [1:32] the castle. And guys, let me tell you, [1:34] you guys are not ready for what's about [1:36] to happen. Like I said, this is the most [1:39] brutal arc of Demon Slayer ever. And [1:42] it's also the conclusion. It's not just [1:43] about fighting anymore. Let me tell you, [1:45] it's not just about fighting. It's about [1:47] sacrifice, legacy, and death. Now, let's [1:50] talk about why you photoable chose [1:53] movies and not a TV season. I think this [1:56] is the the best decision they could [1:57] make. And the reason why I think making [1:59] movies was a better decision was because [2:01] the animation level of Demon Slayer, the [2:04] visual level is so god tier that it [2:07] actually deserves to be a movie. It's [2:09] beyond TV seasons. If you remember [2:11] season 2 specifically and pretty much [2:14] every season of Demon Slayer when it [2:16] ends, when the credits are rolling, they [2:18] actually roll it like movie and the [2:20] animation is movie level animation. So I [2:24] believe that making three movies to [2:26] conclude the story is the best decision [2:28] they could make. I am in the favor of it [2:30] and it actually helps Demon Slayer to [2:33] have much wider audience for those [2:35] people who still by any chance not know [2:37] about Demon Slayer will get to know [2:38] about Demon Slayer. Let's break it down [2:40] why it wouldn't work as weekly shown in [2:43] anime. First of all, let's keep history [2:45] in mind because Mugan Train made over [2:47] 500 million US dollars on the box office [2:50] which is crazy. For more than 20 years, [2:52] for more than two decades, Haya [2:54] Miyazaki's Spirited Away, the famous [2:57] anime movie dominated the anime movie [3:00] world with it being the highest crossing [3:02] anime movie ever made with over $300 [3:04] million. But the moment Mugan training [3:06] came in, it dominated the world of anime [3:09] movies again. And this time, not just [3:11] breaking the records, but actually [3:13] making more records. It grossed over 500 [3:15] million. So this shows that there is [3:18] something about Demon Slayer that [3:19] connects with people on a much deeper [3:22] level, on a spiritual level even because [3:24] people cry. People cry their eyes out at [3:27] the end of Mugan Train. That movie is [3:29] not only sad, not only emotional, but [3:32] also very impactful. It completely [3:35] changed the cinema for anime. It build a [3:37] new foundation for anime in the world. [3:39] It's releasing in July 18. It's [3:41] releasing on July 18 in Japan and on [3:44] streaming services on Toho and then in [3:47] September 18 in USA and Canada. I [3:49] believe this would be a perfect chance [3:51] for them to dominate the summertime box [3:54] office because this movie is going to [3:56] make a lot of money. Let me tell you [3:57] something and you guys are not ready for [3:59] what's about to happen. This is going to [4:02] be crazy. For those who have not read [4:04] the manga, you have no idea what's [4:06] coming for you, buddy. Be ready for [4:07] deaths. I'm I'm telling you one thing. [4:09] Be ready for deaths. They're going to be [4:11] a lot of deaths. There's going to be [4:13] sacrifice. There's going to be emotional [4:15] turmoil. Be ready. But shit's about to [4:17] hit the fan. Let me tell you, it's going [4:19] to be amazing. Let's talk about the [4:21] emotional and psychological weight of [4:24] this arc. And of course, movies, too, [4:26] but this arc specifically. There are [4:28] some specific hasheras which have some [4:30] personal vendetta against uh some upper [4:34] moons. Some will experience loss. Some [4:36] will experience irreversible growth. [4:39] Everyone will be changed after this arc [4:41] cuz this is the defining arc. A lot of [4:44] things are going to happen in this arc [4:46] which people will people will remember [4:48] forever. In the future when people will [4:51] remember Demon Slayer, they're going to [4:52] remember this arc. Whenever the whenever [4:55] someone will talk about Demon Slayer, [4:57] they will immediately start to remember [4:59] the Infinity Castle art. That's how [5:01] impactful it's going to be. These are [5:03] going to be the defining moments of [5:04] Demon Slayer's entire story. Let's [5:08] address the elephant in the room, the [5:09] euphortable factor, animation beyond [5:12] logic. We all know that Euphfordable is [5:15] one of the best anime studios ever to [5:17] exist. Because Demon Slayer isn't uh the [5:20] anime through which they have made their [5:22] name. Even before Demon Slayer, they [5:24] have made their name through Fate [5:25] series. They have dominated the anime [5:28] industry by how god tier their animation [5:30] is. Now, let's break it down. What can [5:33] we expect through the animation? It's [5:34] going to be good. You photoable isn't [5:36] just animating. They are directing [5:39] cinema because it's going to be movie. [5:41] So, they won't have to censor a lot of [5:43] things which they would have done or [5:45] would have to do if it was in weekly [5:48] shown anime release. uh because they [5:51] would have to sensor a lot of things for [5:53] TV streaming and that would that would [5:55] just kill the vibe. Other than this, [5:57] they're actually using 3D technology in [5:59] it too. I'm not talking about CGI. I'm [6:01] talking about other 3D spatial [6:04] environments inside castle movements. [6:06] And each fight has a movie level [6:08] choreography because this is not going [6:10] to be an anime release. So, they would [6:12] have to meet the standards of a movie. [6:14] And what's rumored, each movie is [6:17] getting above $20 million of budget, [6:20] which is insane. $20 million of budget [6:23] for every single movie. So there are [6:25] three movies. 2x3 is six. So 60 million [6:28] of total, 20 million on each movie. [6:30] They're going to I cannot even begin to [6:33] imagine what craziness are they cooking [6:36] even as we speak. And okay, there are [6:38] some chances why this could fail. Now, [6:40] the chances are very slim because Demon [6:42] Slayer is a very popular anime and a [6:45] very successful franchise by now, but [6:47] there's a slim chance why this could [6:50] fail or disappoint fans. Let's break [6:53] this down. It's logical that a high [6:55] expectation equals high risk. But I'm [6:57] pretty sure that high expectation will [6:59] be met by high standards of quality. So, [7:02] we know you affordable how they are. [7:04] They are always ready to give us with [7:06] something peak. Now, will the movie [7:08] format rush major deaths? They're going [7:11] to be a lot of deaths. So, will they [7:12] rush some major deaths? If each movie, [7:15] if I believe, if each movie is given [7:17] about 2 hours and 30 minutes of run [7:20] time, if each movie is given at least 2 [7:22] hours, 20 minutes, 2 hours, 30 minutes [7:25] or even just 2 hours, but strong and [7:27] even 2 hours, I believe that they could [7:31] have some very fine pacing with the [7:33] story. So pacing will not be affected at [7:37] all. Another question that is raised is [7:39] can they handle character depth in three [7:42] parts? That's a good question. I think [7:44] they can. It's just my opinion, my [7:46] belief, and my hope. And I'm I'm sure [7:48] they can do it. I'm 95% sure they can do [7:51] it because they have not disappointed us [7:53] in the past. So there's a very high [7:55] chance they will not disappoint us this [7:56] time either. So what are my final [7:58] thoughts? Do I believe if this is going [8:01] to be the most important anime movie [8:03] ever? The answer is yes, actually. And [8:06] let me break down this for you. Why do I [8:08] believe that this movie is going to be [8:10] the most important anime movie ever? You [8:13] know, this movie is more than just hype. [8:15] We are all excited. We are all hyped. [8:17] Don't get me wrong. But this is more [8:18] than just that. This could just be the [8:21] defining piece of art for anime cinema. [8:24] If this movie performs well, which I'm [8:27] pretty sure it will, then this will [8:28] completely change the anime cinema, [8:32] people will have a completely different [8:33] approach towards anime now because this [8:36] is what's going to tell the people who [8:38] are non-anime fans or those who do not [8:40] really like anime that how much [8:42] impactful can anime truly be. This will [8:46] completely change the perspective of the [8:49] world towards anime. This will [8:51] completely change the perspective of [8:52] anime haters towards anime. People will [8:55] be compelled to look what made this [8:57] movie so great, what made this movie so [9:00] effective, so successful. And it could [9:02] also push the shown in anime [9:04] storytelling to a new standard. If this [9:06] movie performs well, people will now [9:09] start to respect anime on a cinematic [9:12] level. Do you realize what your photo is [9:15] doing here? They are literally making a [9:17] trilogy. A trilogy. When Hollywood makes [9:20] a trilogy, it becomes a franchise. And [9:23] you photoable just released one movie [9:26] which is Muggan Train which comes [9:27] exactly after season 1 and it blew up in [9:30] the most positive way possible. And now [9:33] they're making a trilogy. So this just [9:34] might accelerate new shownen manga anime [9:38] storytelling into a completely new [9:40] cinematic age which is every Taku's [9:42] dream honestly. And I'm I'm so so [9:44] excited that you Photoable is the one [9:46] that's doing Demon's Slayer and they and [9:47] they have decided to end the story in a [9:50] trilogy. I couldn't be more happier. [9:52] They couldn't be more uh better decision [9:55] makers than this. And the movie is about [9:57] to be released on June 8, July 18th. And [10:00] one last thing, fans need to be ready [10:02] for tears, for losses, and for [10:05] sacrifices because let me tell you once [10:07] again, this is the most brutal arc of [10:10] Demon Slayer. This arc will exactly tell [10:14] you why Demon Slayer is R-rated and why [10:17] they decided to make it a movie and not [10:18] just a season. Be ready, I would say, [10:21] and keep the hype up. Like this video, [10:23] like it for Demon Slayer Infinity Castle [10:25] Movie One. That movie is going to blow [10:27] everyone's mind. Let me say that. Let's [10:28] get some revenge for Rangokus, shall we? [10:31] All right, those were my thoughts. Thank [10:32] you so much for watching. If you watched [10:34] it till now, I make uh videos every [10:37] single day. I make a lot of good stuff [10:39] about anime. You can go to my channel. [10:41] You can check out other videos too. This [10:42] is it for today. I will see you tomorrow [10:44] the next video.
