[00:01] Rex's YouTube Telegram channel. In this video, I'll tell you how to create faceless YouTube channels and how you can grow your project from scratch to $15,000 per month in income in 7 months. And all this step by step. Six months ago, I wrote in Telegram that I wanted to [00:15] analyze the channels of those who aren't afraid to show them. Therefore, if you are ready to provide access to analytics and share the results, write to us and we will come to an agreement. And today we will analyze one of these cases. Let's begin. The first thing is obviously a niche. [00:28] There are many expensive topics. This is crypto, real estate, politics. By the way, I have already made a video about politics on the channel. Today let's look at the automotive topic. Why auto-themed? For example, this channel has at least $5 RPM. At the [00:41] time of analysis, 5.8 million views. That is, his earnings, well, at the minimum level, were 30,000 dollars a month. Why do we even watch other people's channels? The first step is to research all possible competitors. You need to understand how [00:56] they are doing, how big or small they are. successful or unsuccessful. As you know, I have a method for finding niches. Mind blowing. This is when we quickly analyze all of YouTube, all niches, all countries. But there is also an old-fashioned method of [01:10] analysis. We are creating a completely new channel. I recommend creating a new one rather than using the old one, so that there is no search history. And then we just start Today I'll tell you how to get the most out of free tools. And [01:24] even the VD IQ in this video is the free version. So, it is enough to find just one channel in our niche. And from this you can build on and find other competitors. Take the title of any video, copy it, paste it into the search, and the [01:37] game begins. We are looking for all channels in this niche. Not 2-minute videos, not channels where people do live reviews, but only videos without a face. Plus, there are Tesla Space-style channels with quality that you simply can't handle and [01:52] will lose out to the competition. There is no point in taking these into account either. To make the video interesting, I'm skipping a few days, during which here's what you should do. We watch our competitors' videos, subscribe to their channels, evaluate their [02:05] quality, see what we can replicate and what we can't, and whose traffic is declining and whose is n't. Cars are just a niche. But there are a lot of sub-niches. This includes analysis of specific mechanisms, reviews of trucks, news channels, and reviews, [02:20] for example, of SUVs only. You can play on nostalgia, like, remember the Moskvich of such-and-such a year. And grown men include this. Here in America there are our own old Muscovites. And today we will be looking at the vintage [02:34] car niche. There are a ton of channels out there, like this one , this one, and this one, that cover vintage cars, but almost no one actually does it at a high level, or even at a mid-level level. And when we find the best [02:47] competitor, we break down his video into its components. Duration is approximately 20 minutes. The voice acting is weak, most likely due to cheap neural networks. The beginning of a video is almost always one sentence or one paragraph about cars, for example. Hello. In [03:00] today's video, we're taking a look at the craziest Australian muscle cars produced between such and such a year. And today we explore and so on. And join us if you want to see more of these cars and be sure [03:13] to watch until the end. This is what a hook looks like. Sometimes it's a little longer, sometimes it's shorter, sometimes there's a call to comment, but it's not very smart to immediately, uh, call for people to comment on the video at the beginning of the video. But good channels [03:26] provide general information plus a smooth transition. It takes about 20-25 seconds. After which comes car one, car two and that's it, no intro, that is, no additional explanation after the introduction. So the hook is the first [03:40] sentence to grab attention, and the intro is to give a little more context. With this channel, they are kind of united. Next comes the outro, the end of the video. There are today's video? Write in the comments what else you would like to see [03:55] and so on. It takes about 20-25 seconds. It then plays an end screen with two videos and a download playlist. And this is what it looks like. We write out such analytics for all our main competitors. That's all you need to [04:09] know about them. We look at what others are doing to incorporate the best scriptwriting and editing techniques into our videos. Let's move on to the next step. Channel creation, name, description, channel header. You can choose according to your [04:22] taste. It doesn't make any difference at all. As you know, I teach people YouTube one-on-one, and my training doesn't include a section on headers, channel names, and other crap. So, hello, Azalie, if you're watching this. a student who did [04:37] n't wait for my response and posted a video on the channel with just a plain, basic design. And the very first video got 12,000 views. That is, analysis, packaging of the video, all this plays a role. But whether [04:52] you have a cool avatar or not, it makes no difference at all . So, you can try to repeat this path from scratch. Create a channel about vintage cars, for example, with the original name " vintage cars." Next, we go to [05:05] configure the channel. A creative studio will open . Click continue. Add design to your taste. Country of Residence. I choose the one whose audience the videos are intended for. That is, if we make a video in German, we [05:18] set the country to Germany. If our viewers are from America, then the USA. And we save. As for the keywords for the channel, this is also an unimportant point. You can either simply copy your competitor's video or go to their most popular [05:31] video, such as 60 Rarest Musclemen of All Time. Then go to the rapidtext website. Click "use generator," paste the copied video title, and get tags. Then copy them here and delete [05:46] some if there are too many. But now you have found a niche, found your competitor. How do you know what topics to shoot videos about? Here is one of the options. I showed it on my Instagram. Take all [05:58] your competitor's video titles with views, create a table, and upload it to any create a table, and upload it to any neural network. GPT chat, grok, it doesn't matter. And further. Mmt one. Analyze each video title in this table. Explore [06:11] themes, header templates. Identify what works and what doesn't and act as a scaling the channel, finding really successful topics and creating the perfect titles for that channel. Prom2. Now, with all this data, [06:24] with all this analysis, I want you to do some deep research into this niche and find the topics that are both evergreen and trending and have the highest chance of going viral. Prom 3 for top 10 topics. Create three [06:38] headline variations that will ensure the highest CR. Get headlines and move on to creating videos. I won't go into detail about the editing, but see for yourself. There are no incredible effects or cool [06:50] infographics here. You can even repeat it in a capcat. Any neural network can also write a script for you . Then select the frames so that they match the words of the video. Yes, of course, you'll have to dig around, look for footage, and glue it all together. Well, as [07:05] you can see, neural videos are not used here , so that monetization will not be removed, but what do you expect? So, let's simplify all processes as much as possible. Fine. Now let's move on to downloading. Go to the creative studio, click create, [07:18] upload video, select file. And while it's loading, you can do some optimization. First, take the title we came up with using the prompts and paste it here. Then you take the preview. By the way, I [07:31] have a free tutorial on previews on YouTube. As you can see, there is nothing superfluous here. The only thing is that instead of the word quickst, which is in the title, the word fast means the same thing. But personally, I don’t like it when the same words are in the title and in the preview [07:45] . And most professional YouTubers don't do that, they don't repeat themselves. Those who study with me know this mechanics. And I told you just now . As for tags, they should not be selected for search queries. [07:59] Our goal is not to rank in search. We are not an SEO channel. As I already said, you can use the rapid website. Very simple. Click "use generator" and insert the video title. It returns the tags that are most frequently used in the [08:14] top-ranking videos for that query. Copy and paste. Ready. Gentlemen, I'm story so as not to stretch the video out to 2 hours. So, after the first five videos, the one about trucks was the most popular. But let's look at how [08:28] this growth actually happens. And for this, let's dive into the analysis of the first views, on the second day six, then on the third day about a hundred views and then they got stuck at that hundred. YouTube optimized the video and then, [08:44] once it realized who its audience was, the growth continued. Second video, the situation is about the same. The video was stuck at one view for the first 7-8 days, then after 8 days the views became 3-10. And so for a long time the numbers remained in the double digits [08:59] . And after a while it started to gain momentum. When I say that it gets views, it's clear that 100 views is not something incredible, but as I said in my paid and free videos, [09:13] there is a snowball effect, so you need to be patient, wait a little and give the videos time. Third video, same story. At first it was very slow, just a couple of views, but then after about 9 days the views [09:27] started to grow, as you can see. And traffic comes mainly from recommendations. One more quick note before we move forward in time. You can see that there are replies to the comments. You don't have to do this, but if you want to [09:40] get feedback, you can ask questions to understand how to improve your next video. Another thing is that for each new video there is a pinned comment, for example, [09:53] vintage cars are better than modern ones. Write in the comments, I'm for vintage. or tell me which video from this series is your favorite. That is, you can leave comments to slightly increase engagement. Let's move back [10:07] in time a little. If you release videos at least on your competitor's schedule and make them no worse than theirs, then sooner or later you will reach monetization. Let's sum up what has been done during this time. The video of the 20 [10:20] worst American pickup trucks has become the most popular. As you can see, 74,000 views, 9,000 hours, 333 new subscribers. And here's a little life hack for you. If a topic takes off, then you need to [10:34] quickly make a sequel. So, as you can see, right after that, the next video came out after the twenty worst American pickup trucks in history, which got 75,000 views, uh, the 10 worst pickup trucks, uh, ever made, and [10:49] it got 20,000 views, which is not bad either. Now some statistics on monetization. The only thing to note is that there was an eight-day break between February 13 and 21 . And by the way, what is the advantage of this niche? There are no [11:02] trends, news, or anything to quickly generate traffic or hype. This is a purely organic egen channel. So, monetization was connected in the twenties of March. One of the changes on the channel was the voice change, as viewers wrote [11:15] a lot of negative comments about the voice. And after the replacement the comments disappeared. But it is also important to take measurements. For example, you can take a new voice in Evel Lapse, it will be more dynamic, faster, and the average [11:28] decrease. Otherwise, there were no major changes, so we move forward a few more days. About 2 months have passed since the channel was monetized . In March, monetization was only for a short period, so [11:42] $300 was earned. The channel earned about $50 a day. There was a small increase. April was a better month, starting at $50. But, as you can see, if you're lazy and don't devote enough time to the channel, you can drop [11:56] to $40-$30, and then $20 a day. In May, the trend started to rise again. And as In May, the trend started to rise again. And as you can see, on the record day of May 12th it was $83. After that, the pace slowed down again because no new videos were [12:09] published. Fast forward 20 days and the channel has grown from $800 to $2,500. What led to this growth? First - preview tests. There were experiments with different options, and the initial reference with one bright [12:24] car and inscription turned out to be the most effective. Secondly, one-hour videos were released . Imagine that before this, videos were published there for 15 minutes, and, let's say, they had a retention of 7 minutes. And then suddenly something comes out with a [12:39] duration and, consequently, retention four times greater. The algorithms naturally thought it was something interesting and started recommending it. Due to the increase in timing, RPM increased from $7 to $8 [12:51] . And as you can see, this video has received over 50,000 views and video has received over 50,000 views and earned $744. The CR on it is bad, only 2%, but this is normal when a video gets recommended to a large [13:05] audience. Let's take a look at the channel's growth. The start was in February. The channel reached monetization in 60 days. In March, only $300 was earned , but the channel began to bring in $50 a day. In April, the first [13:18] full month is over $1,200 with an average income of $30-50 per day. In May, income doubled and even more than doubled, to $2,600. Then, for the first time, a mini-record of $80 in one day was set. And in June, growth not [13:35] only continued, but, as I noted, in the second half of the month, efforts doubled, which allowed the channel to scale up to $5,800. As you can see, the channel has grown dramatically. The next record was $300 in a day, then a small [13:50] decline, but then again $300-400 and so on. This channel could bring in even more. As I already mentioned, at the start I recommend publishing videos every day. There were breaks, but still, on average, about five videos [14:03] failures. For example, the video "Why America Stopped Producing Cabovers" only got 1,000 views in 3 days? In general, one can notice a moment of two-week experiments with supercars, motorcycles, and regular cars. And in these [14:17] 2 weeks the results, of course, are not impressive. The ideal proportion is if 80% of the videos are proven topics, and everything else is some kind of experiments, tests. There were too many tests here, too much new and [14:32] too little proven. There was a video test of 20 unusual car functions that did not stand the test of time, so to speak . It didn't work. There were a few more failures. These are 20 automotive innovations that didn't [14:45] stand the test of time, 20 unusual car features that also didn't stand the test of time. At that moment there was a drawdown, but, you know, if you don’t test new things, it will happen anyway. Even the [14:58] video you are watching now is a test. Maybe the channel analysis will be useful, or maybe it’s boring, and only a few people have watched this far. So, to conclude huge jump in September. Lots of views, then a decline, and income [15:13] reflects this. In September, the record day was $850, then another one was $924. But even taking into account the drawdown, the channel surpassed the $15,000 mark [15:25] in a month. And that's all, friends.
