[0:16] skills at all the first website is pick
[0:19] crew picker is a wonderful website where
[0:21] you can make free icons for yourself to
[0:23] get started with png or gift tubing it's
[0:25] super easy to do you just go on the pick
[0:27] your website and look at an icon maker
[0:29] you like then make sure to read the
[0:30] artist's tos if they're okay with you
[0:32] using it for streaming and making videos
[0:34] you can use google translate if you need
[0:36] to if you see that they're okay with it
[0:37] then you can go ahead and make yourself
[0:39] an icon there are tons of customization
[0:41] options depending on what the artist
[0:42] drew in and it's a great way for you to
[0:44] get an idea of what you want your v2
[0:46] bean avatar to look like to get a
[0:47] commission on later holt you better read
[0:50] the artist's tos because some of them
[0:51] are genuinely not okay with you using it
[0:53] for streaming or youtubing especially if
[0:55] you're making money off of it and some
[0:57] of them require you to credit them you
[0:59] better credit your artist or else you
[1:01] might get a virus
[1:03] if you've done all of that and it all
[1:04] checks out then carry on to the start of
[1:07] your v tubing journey okay i know i said
[1:09] this video is going to have three
[1:10] websites but i actually found a second
[1:12] avatar maker called neca which is
[1:13] similar to pit crew but it's all in
[1:15] mandarin so for those of you who speak
[1:17] mostly mandarin then i recommend
[1:19] checking out this website now if you
[1:20] want something that is more than just an
[1:22] icon then you'll want to check out chat
[1:24] chat is another free avatar maker that
[1:26] you can use to png to their tos is
[1:28] pretty straightforward and you're
[1:30] allowed to use their avatars for
[1:31] streaming and making youtube videos
[1:33] there are some things you can't use it
[1:35] for so i would double check the
[1:37] website's tos it's easy to browse on
[1:39] here so i suggest picking a character
[1:41] creator that interests you the most and
[1:42] start making your avatar it kind of
[1:43] reminds me of those cute doll dress-up
[1:45] games you might have played as a kid
[1:47] there are tons and tons of
[1:48] customizations that you can explore this
[1:50] is really useful to get you an idea for
[1:52] your own character design oh by the way

[2:18] a lot of hype and tutorials on gacha
[2:20] over the years so i'm kind of surprised
[2:22] that no one's been talking about it at
[2:24] least for vtubing there are other avatar
[2:26] games you can play on the website but
[2:28] i'd focus on just a character creation
[2:29] okay so icons are great and all but what
[2:31] if you want a full body model that's
[2:32] already rigged and ready to use instead
[2:34] of an icon well there are a bunch of
[2:36] websites that offer free models that you
[2:38] can try out especially if you want a
[2:40] general idea of v tubing is something
[2:41] you actually want to do don't worry i
