[00:01] today we are going to be teaching you the simplest way to count cards now counting cards is pretty difficult but with time and effort you will be able to master it pretty easily and it's pretty basic there are a lot more complicated
[00:14] techniques that you can get into but I'm gonna be teaching you the simplest way to just learn how to do it quick and easy so the basics of counting cards is easy so the basics of counting cards is that you have a full deck of 52 your
[00:26] playing with four to eight decks so you got to always keep that in mind but just to begin you're gonna only want one deck and then you can gradually add more in as you get better it's going to be difficult the first few times you do it
[00:40] anyway so always remember that you just got to put in the hours to get good at it and then pretty soon it's gonna be like second nature so the basics of counting cards is that you have your plus-one cards which is your two your
[00:54] three or four or five and six you have your zero cards which are seven eight nine you don't add or minus anything with these cards these are basically just dead cards you don't even count them and then with time you'll see these
[01:07] them out of your memory because you just know they're zeros and then you have minus one which is ten Jack Queen King and ace the reason the simple setup works is because the more plus ones you get the more likely you're going to get
[01:22] Jack's queens Kings aces and tens and your zeros you're always going to get in between those of course but the higher the number gets the more likely it is to dealer end up getting some zeros in your hand you're gonna end up with a lot
[01:38] better chance of the dealer busting because you know that the higher cards are coming out and of course there's a lot more that goes into the game but the cards you're not even thinking about the game you're just learning how to
[01:51] count the cards so just remember plus one is two through six minus one is ten Jack Queen King and ace and then your zeros are seven eight nine so you just need to make the mental commitment to just basically count the seven eight
[02:05] nine s as nothing for now and then if you want to get in more complicated learning the basics of count cards right now so let me show you guys a couple hands and we'll get into it all right so I'm gonna give you guys the
[02:19] quick rundown of how to count cards and just understand that it's not really going to make that much sense why this works using just one deck but this is one deck and then you're gonna add multiple decks over time so just be
[02:34] aware of that and this is my four because there's no four of hearts in here so when you see that notice the four of hearts let's shuffle up a little four of hearts let's shuffle up a little bit it's really awkward to shuffle the
[02:49] way I'm standing over this camera right now so the basics of counting cards you already know what cards were looking for so now let's go through them this is [Music] this is plus one so now we're back at
[03:03] zero so negative one plus one so we're at zero right now negative one back to zero because we added one again now we're at plus one because that was a six
[03:17] we're at plus one because that was a six plus two back to one back to zero plus two back to one back to zero negative one this is a zero so we're at negative one this is a zero so we're at negative one still zero negative two
[03:32] negative one still zero negative two zero so our negative two still zero so zero so our negative two still zero so we're at negative two still one we're
[03:44] back to negative one now we're at zero again back to negative one negative two again back to negative one negative two back to negative one zero negative one
[03:58] back to negative one zero negative one zero back to negative one zero back to negative one zero again one this is a zero so we're
[04:12] zero again one this is a zero so we're still at one back to zero negative one still at one back to zero negative one back to zero plus one back to zero
[04:26] back to zero plus one back to zero negative one zero so we're still at negative one zero so we're still at negative one another negative one so negative one another negative one so we're at negative two now at zero
[04:38] another zero so we're still at negative two another zero negative three negative four so now we should start seeing some lower cards because we're getting higher
[04:51] lower cards because we're getting higher up in the negative numbers another zero we're still at negative four though minus 3 a zero we're still at minus minus 3 a zero we're still at minus three minus two back to negative three
[05:07] three minus two back to negative three back to negative two back to negative back to negative two back to negative three and negative 2 negative 1 zero three and negative 2 negative 1 zero negative one and both of these these
[05:23] last two cards one should be a zero and one should be a plus one because we're one should be a plus one because we're at negative one the 4 so zero and a zero so that's what your objective when you're trying to count cards is get all
[05:36] the numbers and end at zero so we'll go through that one more time a little fast way more difficult so I would start doing it out loud and then as you start to understand it start to do it in your head and also try to do it sober because
[05:51] the influence if you want to challenge yourself then there you go but this is a very good challenge right here so let's do it one more time all right so we're gonna do it one more time I'm gonna show you guys how I practice it you can use
[06:06] the numbers if you want if you need them you can just use this video and keep the numbers on the side that's what I did I found a video almost exactly like this one and I would just keep the cards there the plus ones the zero is in the
[06:19] one's on the little screen and then I'd have a reference for when I was counting so you can do that with this video as well so let's get into it zero negative one negative two negative three negative four negative five so we
[06:36] already burned through so many so if this was a real game we'd probably want this was a real game we'd probably want to leave 4 negative 4 negative 3 to leave 4 negative 4 negative 3 negative 2 negative 1 back to 0 1 0 1 2

[08:05] just been down the first few and then then the good cards would have started about the game you're really just trying to get good accounting cards because when you're in the actual game it's going to be a lot harder to count cards
