[00:01] the rules of money and they are very simple, they are not complicated to learn, but once you learn them you start to accumulate a lot of money. When I was 20 years old, I didn't trying, I was working pretty hard, but I wasn't getting anywhere. And as [00:15] I began to understand, "Okay, this is what I'm what those four rules of money are. Basically, what I did to in a room at my parents' house to earning my first million euros at [00:31] just 25 years old, and from there having billed more than 500 million euros for my clients. And what I want to do today is save you years, save you a lot of pain really works to succeed with money. So if you're not happy [00:43] with your current financial situation , if you're not yet as free as you'd like, if you want to reach that magic number, that million euros in your video. I'm going to tell you the four rules of the day. Let's start with rule [00:55] high-value skill that generates money. And here's the important part because there's . Not just any skill will do. In the world, there are four skills that really move money. Exactly. Selling, creating, designing, and [01:09] hunting for opportunities. Selling is what it seems: persuading, closing, moving [music] product. To create is to produce things, products, brands, videos, software, books. Designing is about having good taste, understanding needs, like [01:22] iPhone that you had no idea you needed. And hunting is about finding opportunities, finding the product that's going to explode before it explodes, the niche that nobody pays attention to, the agreement with the supplier that nobody has on [01:35] best at, the one that makes you lose working on it. And then comes the difficult part, mastering it perfectly. Okay, but how do you master a skill? Let me tell you [01:47] something, it's not by reading books, it's by physically immersing yourself in the place where that skill is performed every day. Do you want to learn how to sell? Join a main sport. You start from the bottom and you must focus on doing one specific thing, [02:01] developing that skill, the one who closes the most sales, the one who bills the most, the best of the team. You sit next to him as close as you can and do what he does, but with one difference. You double the input, that is, you double the work [02:15] a day, you call 200. Obviously, you're not going to be as good as him at least you're taking twice as many sales calls while observing the key difference between what he does and what you do. And every night you fix one [02:29] small thing. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. you make hundreds of sales calls, and from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. you study how you can improve. You read, you watch content, and you become obsessed with the skill. That's [02:41] several examples of what I just explained. Mr. Beast, the biggest YouTuber age 12 that his skill would be making videos. He chose the ability to create and every day he would open a dictionary to a random page and force himself to come up with 20 [02:56] specific word. And most of them were bad ideas, but that didn't matter. What was happening was that I was training my idea-generating muscle, because on YouTube the idea is the most important thing of all for a video to work. Then what Mr. [03:09] Beast would do was try to record the video and it usually went badly, bad audio, a bad thumbnail, bad lighting in many of his videos and the next day he would try to improve just one of all those things that had gone [03:22] wrong. It took more than 100 videos to reach 10,000 subscribers, and that's precisely where the learning lies. He put in so much work at the beginning that it created an exponential curve, making him one of the most influential people and with the [03:35] biggest YouTube channel in the world. Boris Buffett is another clear example. Buffett is a hunter. His sport is finding opportunities. He would pick up 4,000- page manuals—and I'm not talking about a Harry Potter book, I'm talking about 4,000 pages [03:48] of pure numbers books—and read them cover to cover, looking for just one thing: an undervalued, high-quality company with a low market price. Throughout his career he has looked at hundreds of thousands of companies and he himself says that all his [04:02] success boils down to about 12 good decisions. That's what it means to be a master hunter. And you master one of those four skills, you have a clear path to two, you could generate billions. Let me give you another example. Steve Jobs. Steve Jobs was a [04:18] designer and salesman. He had incredible taste and at the same time was able to get on a stage and move you with a simple phone or Il that he of the combos with the most potential that [04:31] important for you who are just starting out. You don't need to be in the top starting out. You don't need to be in the top 1% of anything. It takes a long time to get into the top 1%, most people never actually make it . You don't need that. What [04:45] you need is to be in the top 20% of two things that are rarely seen together [music] . An engineer who knows how to sell, a salesperson who understands the product, or a learns about artificial intelligence. That 's strange, but the strange thing is that it's worth a [04:59] lot of money. Learning and developing these four skills is the key to making money. It's a button that generates income every time you press it. That's why skill before obsessing over wealth. Now, at this point I have already [05:12] told you what the four skills that move money are: creating, designing and finding opportunities. But the question that comes next is the one that almost no one knows how to answer. In what business model can I apply this skill [05:24] so that it actually makes me a lot of money and not just turn me into another good continue, I want to share a tool that my team and I have developed discover the business model that best suits [05:38] you so you can apply any of these four skills I just explained. I'll show you how it works. You reveal my model. It asks you some invest to get started? For example, between €200 and €1,000, how long [05:51] going to put 3 months. [music] You have to work hard. What is your monthly income goal? I'm going to put in between € 1,000 and €3,000 a month to start and I can dedicate less than 10 hours a week to it. How much personal [06:04] [musical] freedom are you looking for? Uh, I don't mind being 100% involved for now. And my skills? None so far. I'm starting from scratch, my intolerance for I'm trying to be an entrepreneur. What this does is take all the [06:17] much, and compares it with all the data we have, which is 10 years of experience working with tens of thousands of entrepreneurs to start their is creating our own e-commerce site. We get an 83% compatibility rate, that is, 29 [06:33] points out of the 35 that we see. And [music] uh it also compares it to you want to evaluate them as well. Well, but obviously, at least in this case, they come out with a much lower score. You also have a next step in case [06:45] you want access to this artificial intelligence, go to my Instagram account, Jesús Orozco Mo, and send me a direct message with the word skill [music] and I'll give you free access. And now, let's move on to rule number two. Don't rent your [06:57] time, buy equity. This is where 90% of people fail. Let me explain the Learn a skill, but someone [music] If they do very well, they get a raise and [07:10] climbing the ladder, I'm going in the right direction." Error, you're going in the wrong direction. There is a quote from Nasim Taleb that, when I first heard it, that, when I first heard it, [07:23] most addictive things in the world are heroin and your paycheck at the end of the month. Once you difficult because every month that income comes in gives you the feeling that you are in control, but the reality is that it is controlling you. And be aware, this doesn't [07:37] those who charge a lot for their time run into that ceiling. A lawyer who charges €1,000 an hour is still someone who is exchanging their firms is that the richest lawyers in the world are not the ones who charge [07:51] by the hour, they are the partners, the associates, those who own a percentage of that firm and take a portion of what all the other lawyers generate, not what they how does one acquire equity in a company? There are two [08:04] a company, that is, to buy a percentage of it. But if you're starting with €400 or €1,000 saved, let's not kid ourselves. That door, at least for now, is not open to you yet. The second is to start a [08:17] . And here comes the key question, what type of business should you start? There are three keywords you should keep in mind, and all three begin with C: Code, content, and capital. The first C stands for code, which is basically [08:30] building something once and selling it many times. For example, an app, a template, software, training, a physical product. Once created, you just have to sell the same thing over and over again. I'm going to tell you my own story [08:43] exactly what I've experienced firsthand. About 10 years ago I shopping mall. I was selling iPhone cases and cables, working 8 hours a day, earning around €10,000 a month, and honestly, I wasn't happy. I knew [08:57] that earning that amount per month wasn't enough money to start a traditional business. I knew that, for example, to buy a house and rent it out and totally out of my reach. I had a small amount of savings. Through my research, [09:10] I discovered e-commerce, one of the only business models that existed a few hundred euros. So I locked myself in my room at my in the mall and set up my first online store. The first [09:24] online store I created failed. The second and third ones started to give me some I expected until the fourth one came along, a store I created for backpacks for digital nomads that, by dedicating just a couple of hours a day, for a month, generated €4,000 of [09:39] net profit [music]. And that's precisely where I understood the key to this. E-commerce had given me something that the job I had at that time did not give me. freedom and not accountable for my own actions. That's why , thanks to starting to earn those [09:52] first few thousand euros a month, I was able to leave my old job. That's code, an asset, a replicable and scalable brand. Today in e-commerce, thanks to artificial intelligence, setting up that same store is 10 times faster, [10:04] when I did it. That's why the time to start is now. The second C is content, taking your skill and turning it into something that people consume every day. Videos, books, [music] podcasts, training. Let me give you a really [10:17] extreme example. Alex Ormo took his sales skills and put them into a book. In his last release he sold more than 3 million copies of his music. Adding up the training sessions he sold thanks to the books, he made more than $100 million [10:29] in a weekend. And you might be wondering how he managed to make that amount of money [from music] in one weekend. Basically because he understood that selling his time wasn't going to get him those figures even in [10:41] 40 years. The third [music] C is the capital. And here I'm going to talk about something starting out with few resources, not for someone who already has millions of euros to invest. [music] The C in Capital doesn't mean funds or buying companies, it [10:54] means something much simpler and much more useful: generating your first sales without spending a single euro on advertising. Because that's the mistake I see in most people who are starting out. They think that to sell you have to copy Inditex and [11:07] launch advertising campaigns worth thousands of euros from day one. But thanks to the artificial intelligence, that's not necessary to get started. To better explain this concept of capital, I'm going to share the formula I use with [11:20] e-commerce brand. The first thing I tell them is that I literally forbid them from spending a single euro on advertisements. There are generate organic content for your brand, content pieces like reels and [11:35] stories. And secondly, open 50 direct message conversations every day with the people who interact with that content. What happens when this formula is executed correctly? Our customer data shows that more than [11:47] two consistent sales are generated per day. If your average order value is €50, that's between €15,500 and €2,000 per month in net profit, without having spent a millions of followers, and without having to take out a bank loan. That's [12:00] scaling up with your own reinvested capital, turning over money that grows every month. That 's the capital for someone starting out. In my opinion, these three CSs combined— code, content, and capital—in an [12:13] artificial intelligence, is the most accessible vehicle that exists today little. You have code, a replicable and scalable brand, you have content, your personal brand on Instagram, on YouTube, which brings you organic traffic without you paying a [12:29] single euro for advertising. And you have capital when you learn to find opportunities in winning products and scale with reinvested profits without example there's something I want to make clear to you. If you only sell your time, you'll never get off the [12:42] rat track. Your time can't be bought twice. Equity We continue with rule number six. It's just six letters: E, S, P, E, R and A. [12:55] Wait. You can't expect to plant a seed on Monday and then go and dig it up on Tuesday haven't you grown yet?" That's not agriculture, that's being out of your needs sun, it needs time to [13:08] talking about so far, if you've already chosen a skill, dedicated a good year or two to it, and set up an e-commerce business where you have equity and it's an asset that you could perhaps sell in a few years, getting rich is inevitable, but [13:21] inevitable is not the same as instantaneous, and that's the most There is a quote from Naval Rabicant that says, "Be impatient with the action and unbeatable combination. It's impossible to compete against someone who [13:36] moves so fast every day and has more patience with the final result. I've repeated it to myself countless times when my online store was work. [music] But don't obsess over when it's going to explode. [13:48] Obsessing over the timing is what ends up killing your idea or your project. Let's move on to rule number four, and this is the one that changes your life the fastest. Proximity is power. Even if you know good things take time, even if you have your [14:00] patience under control, you're going to hate waiting. I am very impatient and I hated it at the time, and you will hate it too. Fortunately, there is a way to accelerate the result, to make that plant grow faster, and the way is to [14:13] you decide to set up the e-commerce business you have in mind, at some point you have to start [music] joining that community of people who share your vision training that will teach you a skill that will help you grow [14:26] faster. And when I say take massive action, I don't mean you have to do it alone. The key is to surround yourself every day with people who are on the same path as you, who have the same dream as you. Some who are a little [14:38] ahead, to show you what they have already done, and others at the same level so you can grow together and not learn each mistake on your own through trial and error. The people you spend your afternoons with shape your brain, and what your brain will [14:50] by the five people you spend the most time with. There's a phrase I've been repeating for years that goes like this: "You are the average of the five people you going to tell you about an experience I had personally because I think this is the [15:04] [music] It was March 2020 in the middle of the pandemic. At that time I had a small project and everything was going well until it stopped going well. From one day to the next, literally, all my clients stopped paying me. All. I kept about [15:17] €5,000 in the account, which was to pay the rent and pay the two project. It was basically a month of survival and I had two options on the table. The first option was to save those €5,000, ration them, cling [15:31] to them like a shipwrecked person to a plank, and cross my fingers that something would change. That was the option of fear, the one most people take. The second option was to empty the entire account, the €5,000, and invest it in training from an American mentor who had been [15:43] doing what I needed to learn for years. And I chose the second mean, I was left with practically €0 in the bank and here's the lesson I want you to take with you. Plan B makes your brain look for excuses. If you have a [15:56] way out, you find reasons not to do hard things, but if you don't have a way out, [music] forces you to look for solutions. I watched that entire formation in one sleepless night. In fact, right after watching that training, in the [16:08] following weeks I billed more than €40,000, taking more than €10,000 of profit into my pocket. I achieved in a single month more than it had taken me six years to with those €5000 was not just training, it was a change of mindset, [16:22] an entry to surround myself with people who were where I wanted to be. If I had stayed home alone, scared and without having invested a wouldn't be recording this video today. Let's quickly recap the four rules we [16:35] lesson you should take away with you today . Rule number one, you choose one of money: selling, creating, designing, or finding opportunities. And you dedicate enough time to mastering it. Rule number two, with that skill you build a [16:49] business that is a profitable long-term asset, where you have the equity. You don't sell your time, you build something that increases in value while paying you every month, and you do it by relying on the three Cs: code, content, and [17:03] imperfect massive action. [music] You start moving right now without waiting to have everything clear, without waiting to have the perfect version. You are impatient with the action, but patient with the result. And rule number four, you [17:16] physically surround yourself with people who are where you want to be. You change your rooms, people you surround yourself with are the five who shape your brain. If you do these four things in order, you've turned the [17:28] odds around completely. You've stopped playing the lottery to see if you'll get rich and you've started doing the things that make not getting rich impossible. [music] and the four skills that make them possible, but all of this doesn't happen if you [17:41] don't choose the right business model to apply them. Without the right model, rat race. So here's the tool I've created to help you discover your model in just seven questions. If you want it, go to my [17:54] Instagram account Jesús Orozco Mo.
