## Transcript

you know that he has a brother? Okay, so not a brother, but rather a double, who almost completely repeated his story. How did an ordinary guy with cerebral palsy become a popular blogger, and then a laughing stock for hundreds of thousands of people?
thousands of people? Oh, you [ __ ] idiots. I never liked disabled people. They and even threatened him with violence. How he dealt with this, and then he became the
central figure in political scandals, began insulting people himself and scandals, began insulting people himself and recording very strange songs. Is recording very strange songs. Is Russia being shut down by a very big person
completely lost his mind, or is there video. And this is my FBH project. Enjoy watching. Ramil, a positive
disabled person, was born in 2006 in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku. Ramil was a completely healthy child, and on the third day he and his mother were already discharged from the We were discharged with normal infant jaundice, which later
led to a diagnosis of cerebral palsy. [music] This infantile jaundice eventually developed into nuclear jaundice, [music] which caused cerebral palsy. At first, Ramil was a very ordinary child.
Symptoms did not begin to appear until 2 months after his birth. He began to widen his eyes and tilt his head back. His arms and legs began to bend involuntarily. The first thing we did was when he was 3
months old. We went to Moscow, to a neurological hospital, and at that physical [music] developmental delay. And at 6 months he developed
[music] a high temperature, 40 and more. We called an ambulance and they took us to the hospital. It turned out that he had cytomegalovirus. This virus further damaged Ramiliy's condition and his nervous system. When
Ramili was about a year old, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Since then, he can do almost nothing on his own, neither move nor even eat without the help of other people. It's very difficult to live when you ca n't do absolutely anything. And, of course, this has a
very strong impact on my psychological state, but I try to fight it. As soon as Ramil was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, his parents began taking him to numerous rehabilitation centers to improve
his condition. They were in Moscow, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Turkey and Georgia. This continued until Ramil turned 12. Then his father's business went bankrupt. There was no more money for treatment . Ramil, his brother, sister and
parents remained in a one-room apartment and lived on welfare. Sometimes they didn't even have enough money for food. We had the opportunity to undergo rehabilitation, but in 2018, my dad’s business completely closed . Because of this, the five of us were
left in a one-room apartment. We lived on government benefits. There were days when we were hungry. Ramil never had friends. He was homeschooled and only managed to go outside with his mom or dad. At
with his mom or dad. At 6 years old he already went [music] to school. Well, in what sense did he go? Teachers came to his home. Home school. [music] He didn't like it very much. He wanted to attend school more, to go to
school himself. [music] He even cried many times when his brother and sister saw this school in the morning. Ramil really wanted to communicate and make friends with someone, so in 2019 he decided to start his own blog. However, he was
unable to become popular then. His videos hardly got any views, and after two years he gave up blogging. Time passed, and with each passing day, without rehabilitation, Ramil’s condition worsened, and his family still had no money. Then Ramil and his
parents decided to ask for help on the Internet. In 2024, Ramil started an Instagram account to raise money for his rehabilitation. To attract as much attention as possible, they called him a positive disabled person. The parents managed to
contact several Azerbaijani bloggers who promoted Ramil's account. In 3 months, 4,000 people subscribed to the positive disabled person. Their donations finally made it possible to pay for Ramil's rehabilitation. Ramiliy's parents then
started YouTube and TikTok, where they initially simply recorded videos about his life and rehabilitation reports, raising money for them there, through streams and on Instagram. For some reason, the parents also posted a full video of
Ramil’s birth. There's almost no blur there. But overall then everything was harmless. Requests for help, as well as stupid videos and staged pranks on parents. Ramilya, I'm really scaring my dad on Halloween night.
really scaring my dad on Halloween night. Amiri, hated back then. Well, except for writing all sorts of crap in the chat during streams.
Member 42. at all normal. Throw this one out. You're 42, bro. But, apparently, out of a desire for even more money, Romil's parents
decided to go further. You see, in the detailed description of the life of a positive disabled person, which takes up an entire page of the website and which was probably written by his parents, it is said that Ramil really needs help, because his parents
cannot work. But they can’t work - this is apparently about ordinary work. But they can help Ramiliy manage social networks. In general, over time, the positive disabled person began to be turned into a freak for the amusement of the audience. At first, these were videos with
titles like: "Mom, I'm sorry, no need to go to grandpa's house." grandpa's house." Ramel, I made you some orange juice. Drink carefully so that not a single drop spills.
Well, that's it, I'm calling grandpa's house. Ramil, how did you end up here? I got out of the toilet. Have you gotten off the toilet? Okay, grandpa's home. Where? also videos where the scenario is that the mother helps Ramil, and he does something
bad or just freaks out. Ramil, what will you have for an afternoon snack: Guess. I think it's kefir. You guessed wrong. I want fruits. Ramel, a real bell pepper from
Ramel, a real bell pepper from Bulgaria. Will you try? Many people think that you are feeble-minded. Prove that this is not true. Oh, [ __ ]. And Gavgav, help. There are also collaborations with all sorts of women
who say that Ramil is ugly because he is disabled, and therefore they won’t because he is disabled, and therefore they won’t date him. Cool content, damn, Aina, you will be my first girl. So, never had a girlfriend?
walking wheelchair. I've always liked bandanas. I never liked disabled people. Go away, go away, go away. Well, at first the songs were kind and inspiring, showing that even with
such an illness one can live and enjoy life. Сх my loud, my computer.
and free the disabled person. And then everything slid down to the most provocative. We are terribly bad at diss. You [music] buries [ __ ] in Russia, you love [music] and bastards. I hope this
[music] and bastards. I hope this discul. and probably wasn't even done by Ramil himself, to provoke the audience into hate, and, consequently, increase reach and earnings. In general, it
worked. mom and you [music] no, actually swearing. I like the way a disabled person pronounces [laughter] Uberginal,
Uberginal, you really are an [ __ ]. [laughter] And it's better than abortion. The meaning of his existence. The positive
disabled person has become a laughing stock for the entire internet , much like Ivan Zolo, who has been ridiculed for five years now. And they are laughing at essentially the same thing, because of content that has been elevated to the level of an absolute disease. Adding fuel to the fire was the fact
that Ramil began selling signs on different parts of his body. Well, or rather, how can I say it, Ramil, most likely his parents, because Ramil can neither draw nor write by hand, much less on his own body. It was
n't always possible to filter the inscriptions. and often controversial ones would slip through, especially those related to politics. And this despite the fact that Ramil supports Russia's policies and opposes the US and Israel on all his social media platforms.
There is a discrepancy. Streamer Ubermarginal saw all this and began to mock the positive disabled person. Marginal's subscribers have drawn all sorts of things onto Ramil's photos and provoked him in all sorts of ways. And Ramil
provoked him in all sorts of ways. And Ramil fell for these provocations every time. [clears throat] marginal you are my little [ __ ] it's time [music] my
little [ __ ] in the end everything almost even came to a political debate between a positive disabled person and an uber-maginal who wanted to hold a stream Jesus da Jesus, a man who once condemned Nikoglay for
bullying the disabled person Ivan Zolo on streams, for understanding, a marginal person would behave like this in these debates Yes. Well, something like this. Have you seen the YouTube channel called Positive Disabled? In short, there is a cerebral palsy patient, an Azerbaijani, who is rooting for Russia.
He's driving around with a Russian flag, like, the audience isn't eager." Accordingly, there is a lot of negativity has begun. A lot of people are against it, they are dispersing it, whining, saying that this is a completely
immoral topic. Therefore, accordingly, it’s me and that’s all. I merged, yes. But the hate against the positive disabled person was not limited to just comments and insults. Entire groups dedicated to bullies began to appear on the Internet
. Haters generated videos where, basically, you can see for yourself, and even where, basically, you can see for yourself, and even made songs about a positive disabled person. made songs about a positive disabled person. [music]
stop there. They bombarded Ramil with threats, leaked his family's personal information , and later even began to prepare a plan to commit reprisal against Ramil. During a gathering of positive disabled people near the Aviapark shopping center, it
was decided to pelt Ramiliy and his parents with rotten tomatoes and eggs. In general, do everything possible to disrupt this meeting. Nothing happened in the end. Maybe it was because of the security at the gathering, or maybe it was simply because none of the haters
dared to do anything to Ramil in person. However, several events involving the positive disabled person had to be cancelled after this incident due to safety concerns for guests. Later, Ramili 's subscribers succeeded in blocking the
largest community dedicated to bullying the positive disabled person. But if you think that's all there is to it, you're wrong, because a new chat has appeared , which currently has more than 100 people. There, haters of the
positive disabled person discuss the failure of each of his meetings. They even planned false calls to law enforcement agencies in order to evacuate the premises where the meeting was to take place. I bought a rifle. Soon Nuramel will be out
at his meeting. [ __ ]. At one of the gatherings, representatives of these very same hate communities even showed up wearing masks. They took pictures with Ramil, holding pictures of the super-marginal person, and also
gave the positive disabled man cookies. And then the posts were something like, eat, eat, Ramil, to your health. Don't choke. You will remember our gift. Haters also created a fake Twitter account where they wrote
extremist statements in Ramil's name, apparently hoping to get the positive disabled man into trouble with the law. This persecution, of course, also had an impact on Ramili himself. He began to feel like everyone hated him because he was disabled. It
reached the point of absurdity. He wrote that social networks block his accounts because he is disabled. I'm shocked by TikTok. Doesn't allow disabled people to do anything. Guys, I do n’t know what I [music] should do. I just that in one day
you [music] account this. And a positive disabled person once invited a TikToker girl to a Kolab. Well, to film one of those videos where girls tell him: "Ha-ha-ha, you're ugly, you're
disabled, we won't date you." So, the TikToker refused because she didn't want to publicly humiliate the disabled man or make a big deal out of her relationship with him. Ramil didn't accept the refusal and continued to insist on collaboration,
demonstrating the huge number of views he was getting from it. It wasn't possible to persuade the TikToker to collaborate. And then the positive disabled man declared that she was ungrateful, because he had once donated to her. She also hates disabled people and is
stupid. More than six months have passed since this conflict . Aramil still regularly posts negative messages about this girl on his Telegram channel. I even started to think that she was promoting algbt because of her
humorous post. In general, a positive disabled person really likes all these prohibitions. He even wants all songs with swear words to be banned. Well, if, of course, it’s he who writes all the posts on his Telegram channel, which I highly doubt. Then you tell me
birth rate. From such songs, from such people who promote prostitution and an immoral lifestyle to teenagers. Ay , [ __ ]. On the other hand, Ramili and everything he and
his parents do can be understood. They really do need money. And now, of course, thanks to the support of [music] [music] people who are subscribed, we have resumed
all these [music] activities intensively. He is happy with every result he achieves. Well, that's all there is to rehabilitation. In 2025, subscribers raised more than 2.5 million rubles for Ramil's treatment. With this money,
he underwent five operations to transplant donor stem cells. Ramil began to control the movement of his arms and legs, and even learned to take several dozen steps independently, albeit with insurance. I am grateful to life for the fact
insurance. I am grateful to life for the fact that I live in this white world and can see this beautiful world. I am grateful for every day I live. Ramil's main dream is to become at least a little more independent and less
think you can ever become an independent person? Well, I think so, but it will be very difficult. I will try very hard to make this happen. I'm worried about the future. How will I live when my parents and my
family are already grown up? They will have their own life, their parents will be old, but what should I do? I don't know yet. I dream of becoming an independent, full-fledged person. And
for this I need to undergo constant rehabilitation. I think if we can help Ramil even a little, it's worth doing. I will be very grateful to you. Good wizards, good people, send any amount. Every
penny helps a lot, guys. Every ruble helps me. I sent Ramiliy 100,000 rubles on behalf of myself and the FBH project . And if you want to help him too, his current details will be in my Telegram channel. You can watch my previous video to see how the
