## Summary

The video presents four business models with high profit margins for 2025, ranked by profitability: tangible products (50-60%), agencies (60-70%), coaching (70-80%), and SaaS software (70-90%). It provides actionable strategies for each, emphasizing testing before production, productizing services, selling results, and focusing on customer retention.

### Key Points

- **Introduction to High-Margin Businesses** [00:02] — The video introduces the concept of high profit margins, using Warren Buffett's quote and explaining the calculation: (selling price - cost) / selling price * 100. It emphasizes targeting margins of 70-90%, avoiding low-margin industries like restaurants (45%).
- **Tangible Product Business** [00:59] — Profit margin 50-60%. Key steps: sell before producing via paid test ads ($200-500 on TikTok/Instagram/Snapchat), sell directly to customers (avoid wholesalers), invest in brand (reviews, ratings), and partner with influencers for authenticity.
- **Agency or Service Business** [03:43] — Profit margin 60-70%. Success factors: solve a real, painful problem (e.g., AI chatbots), productify the service (sell results, not time), offer stable monthly subscriptions, create clear procedures for team scalability, and personally oversee all client work.
- **Coaching or Training Business** [05:25] — Profit margin 70-80%. Key actions: build a personal brand to sell expertise, sell results (specific outcomes for target clients), and ensure 100% quality via reviews and video testimonials to market the program.
- **SaaS Software Business** [07:13] — Profit margin 70-90%. Build software that solves a daily problem, saves time/money, has an easy initial user experience (like a game tutorial), and focus on customer retention over acquisition for high margins.

### Conclusion

The video concludes that the four best businesses for 2025 are tangible products, agencies, coaching, and SaaS, each with increasing profit margins. Success hinges on testing, direct sales, productizing services, and prioritizing customer retention.

These are the best types of businesses you can start in 2025. The wise old man, Warren Buffett, says, "Great businesses have in 2025. The wise old man, Warren Buffett, says, "Great businesses have
high profit margin mean? It means if you sell a product for $5 and it costs you $1, then the margin is $4, or $1, then the margin is $4, or 80%. To calculate the profit margin correctly for any business, do this simple calculation: selling price minus cost, then divide the
resulting profit by the selling price, and then multiply that result by 100. This is what the equation looks like. The best businesses are those that sell at a high price and have a high profit margin at the same time. Don't be like restaurants, for example, whose profit margin is only 45%. You want to be in the high category of 70%, 80%,
or even 90% profit margin. To do that, you need to understand each industry well. That's why I spent a lot of time analyzing the best industries and ranking them in terms of profit margin from lowest to highest. Let me tell you where to start this year and make it the best year of
your life. We begin in the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The first type of business is selling tangible products, or a tangible product business. The profit margin is usually between 50% and 60%, but I've seen many people lose money when they start a product business without understanding how to distribute the product correctly,
market it effectively, or build it efficiently. What I mean by a tangible product business is specifically creating a commercial brand specializing in a particular niche market or a single, distinctive product, and having
your logo on those products. This has become very easy now; almost all manufacturers in China offer them, and you can easily find them on sites like Alibaba. If you want to succeed in this type of business, you must do three things: First, sell the product before you produce it. This means running a
paid, experimental advertising campaign on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat to test whether people will actually buy the product or not. Besides not losing large sums of money, this advertising campaign might cost anywhere from $200 to $500, but you'll be able to determine, before purchasing quantities of the
product, whether it will sell well or not. Secondly, sell directly to the customer. Don't go through wholesalers and distributors because they take up a lot of time and money and will eat up a significant portion of your profit margin. Make it direct, meaning buy directly from the factory or the primary supplier
and sell directly to the customer on Amazon, your own online store, or both. Thirdly, invest in your brand. Focus on services, ratings, and reviews to create a good experience, get people talking about you and your product, and even generate free traffic. Fourthly,
partner with influencers and never rely solely on paid advertising. Influencer marketing will give you something called authenticity. Simply put, to put it simply, it gives your brand significant value. Imagine if you partnered with 20
For example, an influencer could create four videos each talking about the quality of your product and service, testing and demonstrating them to their followers. This way, you'll gain customer trust much faster than relying solely on paid advertising.

other companies, such as marketing, programming, design, or AI services. However, what truly succeeds is doing four things: First, solving a real, painful, and urgent problem for
many clients, such as helping companies use AI to save time and money by using chatbots. Second, you must turn this service into a product—productify your service. This
this service into a product—productify your service. This means selling results, not your time. Design a clear service, such as managing social media pages for companies, creating landing pages, or setting up chatbots. Keep the service specifications and details simple, specific, and well-known. Don't price the
same service to different clients in different ways. Third, have a stable monthly income; don't start from scratch every month. Sell your services. Always in the form of a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription, this will give you a stable income and you will be able to plan and grow your business month after month. The system facilitates expansion. Make
clear procedures, a clear work manual so that the team you can hire can team you can hire can implement these steps accurately and ensure the same quality for all clients. Five, you must personally intervene in all the work and know all the clients. This is one of the mistakes
that I personally made and then gradually corrected with difficulty . This means that no matter how strong and well-organized your team is, and no matter how strict your system is for monitoring the quality of service provided to your customers, you personally, as the business owner, must follow up on this yourself on a daily basis, know all
your customers, and try to communicate with some or all of them, if possible, on a regular basis. The third type of business we'll discuss today is coaching or training, where the profit margin is typically 70-80%. This includes online courses, consultations, workshops, and online coaching programs (
which are online training programs). If you're starting out as a coach, you need to do four things: First, learn to sell your expertise effectively. Some people are very skilled in their field but don't know how to sell their expertise through live coaching or recorded courses. The best way to market your expertise and turn it into a
profitable coaching business is to build a personal brand. Check out the video links in the video description to learn how to build a strong personal brand from scratch. Second, sell results, not content. For your coaching program to succeed, you must focus on the outcome
your trainees will achieve, not the content. This means stating in your coaching program's marketing messages that this coaching program or course will help specific people— your target clients. If they move from point
A, which is the point where you know most of your clients are currently at, to point B, which is the point where you know most of your clients want to reach, and also within a specific timeframe, then the process must be as precise as possible. Third, ensure 100% quality of your coaching program or
courses and keep them updated. You can do this by requesting reviews from everyone who has taken your coaching programs or courses to identify their strengths and reinforce them, to identify their strengths and reinforce them,
use positive reviews to market your program. Ask your students to create reviews, especially video reviews, and share these reviews with potential clients. This will greatly help you increase sales of your coaching program. The fourth business we offer is selling
software on a SaaS basis. Software is a service, meaning you create software in the form of a mobile device. You can create an application or web application and sell its use for a monthly or annual subscription. The profit margin here is between 70% and 90%, and this is one of the strongest types of business because the customer's use of
your application, whether it's a web application or a mobile application, only costs the server and some support staff if their presence is necessary, as sometimes their presence isn't even necessary. This is one of the things that makes the profit margin in this business high. However, you must
build successful software, and this happens when it solves a daily problem, meaning it's something your users need to use solves a daily problem, meaning it's something your users need to use every day, not something optional. Secondly, your tool must save the customer time or money, or both, and this must be
very clear and significant. This is what will make the customer decide to pay for your software. Otherwise, they won't see any value in your software and won't pay for it.
Thirdly, the initial user experience must be easy to use. Your program is like a video game at the first level. Teach the user how to use it step by step, show them the advantages and value of your software, present
them with many user cases, and so on. Focus on customer retention. Retaining existing customers is far more important than attracting new ones in this business, especially if your service is truly useful. People will continue to use your service, and this is the second thing that will give you a high profit margin, not the initial subscription fee
the customer pays. These were the four best businesses or commercial projects you can start in 2025.
