[00:01] wheels, doing more, trying more, but never actually improving. These are the 10 reasons and adjustments that changed everything for me and allowed me to become consistently profitable. First, I moved past the experimenting phase. I [00:15] tried everything, different setup styles, time frames, but now I know what works for me and more importantly, I've cut out what doesn't. Two, I focused on got good at it. Instead of chasing everything, I doubled down on a specific [00:29] edge. One strategy, one type of stock, and only after I mastered one strategy, did I begin to expand and diversify. Three, I started treating trading like a business. No more random trades, no more let's just kind of see what happens. [00:44] Every trade has structure, rules, and intent. Four, I learned to respect risk obsessively. I stopped trying to, you know, just go for home runs. I focused on protecting capital because survival always needs to come first. And five, I [00:59] built real habits and processes. Journaling, reviewing tapes, studying my trades, doing the work after the market closes. That's where the real growth happens. Six, I stopped trying to be right and I focused on execution and [01:12] predicting, it's about reacting, managing risk, following my plan, and letting the trade work. Seven, I collaborated and learned from better traders. I asked questions, I studied [01:24] what those top traders were doing, and I adapted it to fit my own style. Eight, I understood my edge and I started sizing it. Not all trades are equal. I could clearly identify my A+ setups and when they showed up, I made sure to press. [01:38] Nine, I stopped forcing trades. No setup, no trade. It's really as simple as that. I stopped chasing action and I started waiting patiently for my opportunity. 10, I started thinking long-term. No shortcuts, no overnight [01:52] success, just getting 1% better every day and letting that compound. That is And if you're starting to do even just a few of those, then you're a lot closer [02:04] few of those, then you're a lot closer than you think.
