## Summary

Flávia Talita shares her deeply personal journey from severe depression and childhood trauma to becoming a therapist using the Transformational Reprocessing Technique (TRG). She describes how TRG helped her heal, find purpose, and ultimately save a client's life, emphasizing the power of this therapeutic method.

### Key Points

- **Introduction to TRG** [00:02] — Flávia introduces TRG as a method that 'came to save lives,' contrasting it with her experience of depression.
- **Personal struggle with depression** [00:46] — Despite a blessed family, Flávia experienced depression, initially dismissing it as a phase or lack of faith.
- **Discovery of therapy** [01:29] — She recognized her calling to become a therapist after learning about TRG, prompted by her own pain and empathy for others.
- **Self-reprocessing and childhood abuse** [03:37] — During self-reprocessing, she confronted childhood abuse, which was intense but transformative.
- **Becoming a therapist** [05:10] — After nine sessions of personal work, she felt ready to treat clients, starting with ten free sessions.
- **First paying client** [06:22] — She began paying for her course with income from her first paying client, though she valued the technique's impact more than money.
- **The case of her life** [06:51] — A severely depressed client on multiple medications was referred to her at a social rate of R$5 per session.
- **Handling a crisis** [08:44] — During a session, the client experienced a freeze response; Flávia remained calm and guided her through it, reinforcing that 'nobody dies in a session.'
- **Client's recovery** [10:14] — The client stopped three psychotropic medications on her own, regained a will to live, and was discharged in October.
- **Suicide prevention** [13:06] — The client revealed that Flávia's persistent calls on a day she missed work prevented her suicide, affirming the life-saving power of TRG.

### Conclusion

Flávia's testimony underscores TRG's potential to heal deep trauma and prevent suicide, affirming her purpose as a therapist dedicated to helping those in profound suffering.

and I see that it came to save lives. lives. [Music]
by pain, like most of my colleagues here. I was in the early stages of depression. The so many things in common with me. Wow, how we connect through
pain and desires, right? Ah, well, let's go. I'm a mother of three beautiful children, married for 20 years, a blessed family, thank God.
family, thank God. slap in the face because I thought it was just a phase, lack of faith, a weak mind, and the
rug was pulled out from under me. I've been an active Catholic Christian since I was 12 years old. Jesus is the love of my life, and I used to ask, " Why Jesus, why?"
Why Jesus, why?" And then you taught me that it's not because I'm not a therapist, why I liked this, why I'm not a therapist. I've always had a lot of empathy, Professor, for people's pain. I've always been a listener. I've
always been the psychologist you talk about in that advertisement. So that phrase made a lot of sense to me. I said, "Wow, a therapist, a psychologist? How does that work?" I went through the pain, and then I went to my husband and said, "
Honey, I'm not well, I need help." He said, "I'm looking into it, honey," and I said, "I'm looking at an online therapy course, and it
seems like I'll be able to heal my pain, what I need, and maybe I'll be able to help people with this because I feel a calling. I had an because I feel a calling. I had an existential crisis, professor, I
wanted to know what to do, what to do, my God. I work with couples at church, I work with music, I'm a keyboardist too, like a friend, too, like a friend, and I have a choir, I have a job, I'm a
Eucharistic minister, in short, I do n't have official positions, but functions, uh, n't have official positions, but functions, uh, helping families. I already had a purpose, but I wanted to find myself. So, taking the course, my
husband... I need to thank God so much for this man in my life because he encouraged me so much. He said, "Honey, choose whatever help you want, just take care of yourself because you're not well." My children couldn't even say
My children couldn't even say the word "mother," I wanted to run away from home. Professor, when I saw "mother," I had feelings of death, I had anxiety attacks, shortness of breath, I thought I was going to suffocate and die. What is this? What is this
suffocate and die. What is this? What is this demonic thing? I would say depression came to take lives, and I see the TRG (Transformational Reprocessing Technique) that came to save lives, TRG (Transformational Reprocessing Technique) that came to save lives, professor. And there I started studying, in the
middle of the course, we start to self-care, and when I did my self- reprocessing, I came face to face with the 6-year-old child who suffered the first
abuse. It hurt so much, professor, that self-reprocessing that I menstruated. I came out like this: "Wow, this is too powerful!" And I went to confide in a friend about it. I said, "Friend, I'm taking a course," and then I applied the
technique to myself. It hurt so much that I... This is very powerful, this is extraordinary!" And she said, "Friend, finish this course, and I want to be the first person you
the pain was great. I had the privilege of having an angel, an angel, an angel. We became friends, family. One day I'm going to Brasília to meet this guy, he's wonderful. Who is he? Eliésio
Ferreira. Currently, I already have a new angel. I'll tell you about her later, but this angel. I'll tell you about her later, but this guy, he was a good father. I came from childhood abuse. I had a depressed mother who was on medication for 20 years, and
my mother barely remembers, but she used to sit us on her lap, constantly saying goodbye, saying she was going to die. So, we know today about the compulsion to repeat. I was very afraid that this would happen to me because I think
if I hadn't found TRG, maybe I wouldn't be here today. I would be dependent on psychotropic drugs. I would be sick. I don't know how my children would be. Anyway, Professor, I took care of myself. In the ninth session
with my angel, I felt a strength, a strength. I told him, "I'm dying to see you. Can I see you, my dear? Are you ready? Are you a therapist? Are you qualified? Go see me." In the ninth session, I decided I was going to
start seeing patients. I started seeing a young woman who has a story like this—she was even traumatized by a psychologist. With was even traumatized by a psychologist. With all due respect, she suffered serious abuse—and
there I was sure that I was born for this profession. And there I said I had a purpose: to see 10 people for free. I saw all 10 people. I started in free. I saw all 10 people. I started in January 2023. In March, I started getting my
first paying client. From those 10 referrals, I started paying for my course, which I had already paid for in 12 installments. "Honey, I'm managing to pay for my course," I said. He said, "Honey, your course has been paid for a long time." Since I paid in 12 installments, he
said, "Honey, you haven't healed from what you were after, it's paid for." And my God, it's were after, it's paid for." And my God, it's true, isn't it? So, I paid for my course. Then I didn't see the value, I saw the
value that it had in my life. Then I started paying installments in advance; I didn't pay one, I paid two, three, four in advance. And then came the case of my life, the first one I helped for free. She has a friend at work who
said, "Flávia, I have a case for you that I want you to honestly see if you can handle." I said, "Let's go, friend." She said, "First, do a session with to you because she's suffering from very severe depression and she can't
afford to pay. She currently pays R$400 to a psychiatrist, so she can't afford it. She takes several medications." I said okay, She takes several medications." I said okay, I called her, we talked, I conveyed confidence and
patience, she accepted. And then her friend said, " What can you do because she can't pay?" I said, "Look, I'm already seeing people for free, but I seeing people for free, but I 'll make it a super social rate." I made it R$5,
and the people at work were sponsoring it too, so they got together, chipped in, and paid for one session a week, R$100 a
I told my husband, "Honey, please pray for this person I'm going to see now because she's the case of my life." He took the Bible and prayed. When I left the session crying, I said, " I'm sure I was born into this
therapist." She was there for 25 minutes, she had a very serious anxiety attack. Professor, it was my first experience with this, not happening to me, you first experience with this, not happening to me, you understand? Yes. And then I guided her for 25
minutes to stabilize us, and I said, "She didn't die." Professor, you're right, nobody dies in a session, so I'll go ahead." Then I went to the second, third, fourth session.
Professor, that day I said, "It's for these people that I want to." Now I understand hear about "Mimi," I want people who are... Deep down in the pit, I want people who don't want to live, I want people who, you know, people who don't believe in anything anymore. I know you
believe in God, but you don't believe in any treatment anymore, I want those people. I was sure of that then, after a few sessions, I also learned something: never dismiss someone's life because this girl lived through
hell and horrors. And then, when we were working on her early twenties, she told me a story. I dismissed it, I thought, "Oh, the bad part is over, right?" I said, "Never say that!"
She froze in the session. "Professor," she said, "My hand, my hand is tingling, my feet, Flávia? What is this?" She stopped, my body stopped. She froze. "Sir, no!" I stayed calm. "Sir, sir, you put me here, sir, you're going to help me," a
safety mechanism, pure old calm inside me. "Sir, help me, sir!" The professor said that nobody dies in the session. "Let's go, Professor," she finished, she was fine. I said, "My God, you know what I did the
next day?" I went to her work to give her a hug. I said, "I came here to tell you that you are very brave, you know that I love you very much, that you are the love of my love you very much, that you are the love of my life." "Professor, she told
me, 'Thank you so much, because I was going to give up.' She was scared, and I was scared too, but I said, 'If she's alive, she'll alive, she'll continue,' and let's go, Professor. And in
October, I discharged her. She had no will to live. She her. She had no will to live. She stopped three psychotropic medications in her treatment. Without talking to me, without weaning her off them, without talking to a psychiatrist, she abandoned everything.
I said, 'My God, you can't do this! You need to wean her off n't have sought you out.' She stopped the sought you out.' She stopped the medication, Professor, she got treatment, she's doing well, she has a
will to live, she doesn't miss work anymore, she doesn't have anxiety attacks, and she even refers people to me. So she really was the case of my life, and it was to confirm for me how much I was born to be a therapist, how much I love it, and how much
to be a therapist, how much I love it, and how much this mission, this mission, Professor, you brought to us like this. People help me with the word. The
People help me with the word. The mission is still small, but it's like we lack the word, an objective, focus, a mandate, a purpose in life. Thank you, everyone. The purpose is to save
lives. Today, 350 university students. Thank you so much, everyone." And I even tell people to live the process, to live the progress, to live the purpose. I tell people to endure, you'll see, hold
my hand and let's go. So today, Professor, a mother, I looking for a father, you, for me. When I found you, I said, "Another
father!" My birth certificate is still undeclared, it's still open, but I do n't need to be an heir to anything, just your love. I'm already happy, okay? That's what
sticks there. But anyway, Professor, my children... I know they will still need help. I'm the saint of the house who hasn't yet achieved this miracle. They don't want it, but we
treat each other well, we love each other. But I used to be an aggressive mother, even being a Christian. That was my weak point. I would say, "God help me because I can't stop swearing, stop hitting." I was like that because I was raised like that, my mother was raised like that.
So I see how true the loophole is in our lives, how much we loophole is in our lives, how much we need to heal, Professor, all our children out there, hurt, traumatized, so that we can be better fathers and mothers, so that we can
we can be better fathers and mothers, so that we can build better families, right? What build better families, right? What else do you need to say? You don't need to say anything more. She already answered everything and all the questions I was going to ask. The oral part
[Laughs] few excuse her? From the bottom of my heart, I love you. This girl I discharged, who regained
the will to live, she wrote a letter that I even published on my Instagram after advertising it to whoever wants to see it. But I read the letter, it was two pages, I cried and cried. I sent her an audio crying, I said thank you so much, I
posted it, she authorized me to do it without a face, uh, with secrecy, right? And then she sent me an killed me," but in the audio she said, "I wanted to tell you that there's a specific day, that specific day that I did
n't go to work, someone called you, told you that I didn't go to work, you called me one, two, three, four times, and then you were like, 'Oh my God, I'm going to answer this girl, otherwise she wo n't leave me in peace.' That day
n't leave me in peace.' That day you saved my life. I really, that day I was determined to commit suicide. Professor, there's professor, there isn't. I said, 'My God, look at the power of this
work, it's about this, people, there are so many people suffering out there.'" Outside, it's full of bleeding people, it's full of dying people, or rather, it's full of
Lazaruses, it's full of dead people. We have a job to resurrect these people. job to resurrect these people. That's what I mean when I say that the terg is
