[00:01] recognized as the highest rated video game of all time, known for its amazing adventure and puzzle solving mechanics. But The Legend of Zelda is also known instruments that you can play. So, as a musician and a huge Zelda fan, I'm going
[00:15] to try to learn every instrument from The Legend of Zelda. But first, I feel a little out of character. Much better. First up, we have the recorder featured in the very first Legend of Zelda game from 1986. I bet you didn't know Link
[00:27] In [music] this game, playing the recorder actually reveals the location of the seventh dungeon. Okay, so you equip the recorder, then you play it. That's such a nice tune. Okay, we're starting off with a pretty easy song. I
[00:42] starting off with a pretty easy song. I think I can play this. that one. Let's go to the next instrument. Next up, we have a fan This instrument had a whole game revolving around it called The Legend of
[00:56] Zelda: Ocarine of Time. Okay, this is the part of the game where Link learns Lost Woods theme that everybody [music] knows.
[01:26] dressed as Link. That was amazing. Okay, this next instrument is from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. This is the hawk grass. [screaming] I'm just going to play the grass, but we need to find the right piece of grass.
[01:40] Dude, it's kind of spiky, [music] but this is it's kind of spiky, [music] but this is a pretty large grass leaf thing. It's Okay, we're back inside. We have our hawk grass. And I'm going to try to play
[01:53] hawk grass. And I'm going to try to play this like Link does. So, he does like a Let's do this. Oh, the spikes hurt, man. This is not the right kind of grass. Oh, mother trucker. Hold on while I modify my hawk grass. I feel like I'm
[02:09] modify my hawk grass. I feel like I'm cutting off the crust of my hawk grass. Okay, here we go. Round two. This leaf is very fragile.

[03:59] it. I'm garbage at trumpet. But hey, I I think I got, you know, four notes. I think I got it. Link had like five of these. Imagine just having likeup around you. That'd be sick. Next up, we got the Goron drums. I
[04:14] instrument. [music] Um, I couldn't find it anywhere. So, in Majora's Mask, Link also turns into a Goron [music] and has these drums around him that are just you could buy that, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Okay, here's Link playing

[05:01] Goron drums. Okay, but my favorite instrument from The Legend of Zelda Majora's Mask has to be this. This is the Fishbone guitar. This is a fully custom fishbone guitar that I made using my Prussa 3D [music] printer. In Major's
[05:14] Mask, Link turns into a Zora and then pulls out this sick guitar. There's the pulls out this sick guitar. There's the fishbone guitar. Yo. Okay, here's the first time playing the real life fishbone guitar.
[05:33] be very careful. There are spikes and teeth and very sharp things all over this guitar. So, if you place it just right, it's comfortable and uh you're not getting stabbed by anything. Okay, I think it's time to learn new wave

[06:35] much in the process. Now, let's move on to the next instrument. This is not an instrument. This is actually the Wind Waker from The Legend of Zelda Wind Waker. But I ran into a small problem with this one. When I was trying to find
[06:49] a Wind Waker to use for this video, the only one I could find was this one on eBay for $1,200. Then I thought, well, maybe I can just 3D print one. But I had no idea how to make a 3D model to upload to my 3D printer until I came across
[07:03] this software called Hyper 3D Rodin. Rhoden is an AI powered 3D [music] model generator, meaning you can just type in whatever you want or even take a photo and it'll spit out a fully usable 3D model. No modeling experience required.
[07:18] was how fast it is. There are five generator modes. We have extreme high, high, medium, low, and extreme low. Extreme low can generate simple geometry in as little as 4 seconds, but for our model, I'm going to use the extreme high
[07:33] mode. Rhoden also now has up to 12K material. For context, a professional 3D artist would take hours to do the same thing by hand. And it's not just fast, the quality is actually insane. Roden can generate models with over 10 million
[07:47] polygons, which is a level of detail that you would expect from a AAA video game or a Hollywood studio film. The textures use something called 3D native PBR materials, which basically means the way that light interacts with your model
[08:00] you're using it in a game engine, an animation, or just sending it to your 3D it looks real. I just took a picture of a Wind Waker replica I found online, uploaded it to Rhoden, and within seconds, I had a model ready to 3D
[08:14] the sponsor of today's video, with the link in my description. Okay, back to the Wind Waker. In this game, Link uses the Wind Waker to conduct music. I don't really know where the music comes from, but Link is conducting it, and you can

[09:47] shouldn't take long at all. He plays Eona's song, which is only three notes.
